A handful of young ones and children left who were strong enough to make this run to the top. And all of their laws were just wiped out. They had to reproduce as fast as they could at any age to get to replenish the tribe. And this was the seed of all of the western tribes after Noah's flood, this group of Indians. But to scrounge for food, the pestilence, there are hardly any plant lives, there's nothing.

What do you eat? What do you dig with? What do you write with? That's where Stone Age has come from. Why is it that the old Stone Age is 11,000 years ago, the new Stone Age is 6,500 years ago? They date right along with the last two cataclysms. Everybody's driven back to a Stone Age every time it happens. That's why we need to retain more seeds. We need to retain more seeds of civilization for the next time. All right, so if one civilization, this is what they find when they come down and look after it. They say, let's get out of here, it's much better up on the mothership. So if there are motherships, then that's where they stay, wouldn't you? And believe me, we know. ...chambered, had their feet on his desk, so they were relaxed here. He says, what am I assuming? And I says, well, you tell me. He says, well, what you're assuming? He says, well, you measure large distances in light years, don't we? And I says, yes.

I says, but what is a light year? Is it a measure of time or a measure of distance? He says, it's a measure of distance. I says, that's right, it is. It's a measure of distance. It's like saying it's one hour from here to downtown Los Angeles. It's not an hour at all. It's a spatial difference. Distance. It's an hour, if we're traveling, that many miles per hour, so that it takes an hour to get there. But we express distances in terms of time. He says, well, the only assumption I can see I'm making is that things travel at the speed of light.

I says, precisely. He says, you know, I says, that portends for some other funny things. He says, first of all, it portends the assumption that matter can travel at the speed of light.

I says, that's no fun. I says, it portends something beyond that. I says, it portends the fact that matter cannot travel faster than the speed of light. He says, that's right. That's the whole thing in a nutshell. I says, why don't you think matter can travel faster than the speed of light? He says, Einstein proved that. I said, he did? Yeah. He did. A theory on space warp and time warp. Not to be confused with a theory. Einstein said that if two 40-year-old identical twins were to stand on the face of the earth,

one were to be shot into outer space at the speed of light, who spent 40 years in the journey and returned to the earth, and stand once again to the side of his identical twin brother, the man who had gone out to outer space would still be 40 years old. Because time stops. When you're traveling at the speed of light. And his identical twin brother would be 80 years old. Now that is implicit in Einstein's theory of space warp. And it's utter nonsense. I'll tell you the laws that apply to space travel. There's the laws of inertia. And the laws of relativity. Forces. There's an opposing force which can bring it to a still stand depending on the strain. There's a force that can bring it to a still stand depending on the strain. There's a force from behind which will accelerate the object. And there's what we call a vector force. A side force which will resolve itself into a vector. But we're not worried about the vector forces.

We're only worrying about the forces that accelerate or decelerate an object in motion. All right, let's look at some corollaries for this proposition. An object already in motion will accelerate if a force is applied. To the object, an additional force in the same direction it's already traveling. There's a law of inertia that holds true. All right, let's apply it. Very simple. An object is in motion. You apply a thrust from behind and it accelerates. And you apply another thrust from behind and it accelerates some more. And you do it again and it accelerates some more. When it gets up to the speed of light, what happens when you apply a force from behind the object? It simply accelerates some more. And it breaks through the speed of light as if it weren't even there. What is the maximum speed of any object? Infinity. Now what's all of this sacred cow business about the speed of light?

Is the speed of light a wrong measurement? Does light actually travel 186,200 and some-odd miles per second? Yes, apparently it does. Isn't that as fast as it gets? As fast as things can travel? No. Well, does light sometimes travel slower than this speed or faster than this speed? No, light always travels at this speed. As far as we're able to measure, but we can't be too accurate. But there's something unique about light. It's corpuscular energy. What is corpuscular energy? That's energy that propagates itself like billiard balls. Or like dominoes. You bump the first one, it bumps the second one, it bumps the third one, it bumps the fourth one, it bumps the fifth one, and so it propagates itself. There's no such thing as slow light. There's no such thing as fast light. Light propagates itself. It is 186,200 miles per second. This is true of electricity. This is also the speed that electric current travels along a wire.

It's also the speed of a radio wave. Because electricity and light and radio waves are corpuscular. Because electricity and light and radio waves are corpuscular. Because electricity and light and radio waves are corpuscular. But an object falling free in space is not corpuscular energy. If you were to take away the points of reference, an object flying a trillion miles a second would suddenly become motionless. Did you know that? Einstein's theory of relativity says that objects can only move with reference to reference points. Like the boy who's bouncing a ball on the train. The ball is now moving, isn't it? He stops bouncing the ball and he says, Look! The ball is not moving anymore, is it? See? My hand's still, the walls of the train. No motion of the ball, right? Absolutely motionless with respect to the sides of the train. But the train's speeding across the countryside at a hundred miles an hour. If the train's at the equator, the Earth is traveling on its axis at a thousand miles an hour

at the equator. And it's traveling around the sun at hundreds of miles per second. And I tried to make a note on Dr. Frye's talk today, but I think it's a million miles a second. Take away the points which it's moving from or towards. It's motionless. There is no motion spatially except as a reference to points. All right, now I tried to explain this to my daughter. Thirteen years old. And she says, Oh, Daddy, she says, That's so simple. I says, Why is it? Well, she says, She says, You don't need to explain that to me. Well, I knew that kids nowadays are pretty precocious, but when they start understanding Einstein's theory of relativity and time and space warp, it's time that Daddy woke up and went back to school, I guess. I said, Kathy, what do you mean? She said, Well, look, Daddy, she said, Suppose an object leaves a planet, and attains the speed of light. Okay? I said, Yeah. She said, That's as fast as that ship's going to go, isn't it?

Sorry to say so. Yep. Leaving Planet A and traveling towards Planet B at the speed of light. Maximum speed. Can't go any faster. So now at the same time, the spaceship that leaves Planet B headed for Planet A. At the speed of light. Right? I said, Right. Can't go any faster. No? Maximum. She said, Okay. En route, the two ships pass each other. She said, What is the speed of their separation? I said, They have to slow down when they pass each other, don't they?

Each one to half the speed of light. I said, It's because the scientists say you cannot have motion in excess of the speed of light so they can go to the speed of light until they meet. Then they have to slow down. They have to slow down to half the speed of light because that's as fast as they can separate. No, don't be silly, Daddy. She says, Until they pass each other, the rate of closure is twice the speed of light.

I said, Thanks for an explanation. Are we really serious about the speed of light being any kind of an imposition or impediment on the speed of interplanetary travel?

This is one of the barriers that Dr. Fry talked about. The barriers of the human imagination. You know, I know it reminds me of the song in Camelot. Remember the theme song in Camelot? Kind of fictitious, but anyway, they had passed a lot of legislation, you know, that it can't rain on days and the dew has to be dried up by eight in the morning and so on. I suppose they also repealed the law of gravity and a few other things. You know, some of the silly things we concoct, some of the silly things we concoct in laying down laws must evoke a good-humored chuckle out of God who sits up there and watches all of our fumbling around. Now, I'd like to leave imparting just two or three theological concepts.

I left them till the end so I wouldn't be tempted to expand upon them, and I can cover them in about one minute. To begin with, the God of our planet is the God of their planets. People who come here to visit us have the same God we have. God's kingdom is the universe. Now, he has a name, and his name is written in the Old Testament, but it's not the name that you think it is. His name is Elohim. Now, there's another God in the Old Testament. His name is Jehovah. And Jehovah is Jesus Christ. But when Jehovah became incarnate, that is, came on earth and took on a body, Elohim stayed in heaven. So only in one sense of the word did God become flesh. This is one of two gods. Elohim did not come to earth and was not Jesus Christ, but Jehovah did. Jehovah is the son of Elohim. But Jehovah was one of the large family of spirits. And you and I are related to Jehovah in the relationship of brothers and sisters. Now, we might speak loosely of this family being God's creation,

but that's like speaking of a sculptor's statue as being his creation. More accurately, we would speak of ourselves not as God's creation, but as God's offspring. Because the world is his creation, but the inhabitants are his offspring. There is a difference. The sculptor may sculpture a statue, but he also might have a son. And he certainly would not equate the statue with his son, would he? One's his creation, one's his offspring. Now, you'll have to swallow a word on this one, but I'll just throw it out to you. Our space visitors are our half-brothers and sisters, as the case may be. Brothers and sisters. They have the same father, but a different mother. Jesus Christ is the savior of this world and the other planets in the solar system. But he did not live separately on the other planets. They're his savior by adoption. But outside of this solar system, Jesus Christ is not the savior. But he has a half-brother who is the savior.

If any of you are cynical, full of insight,

you'll probably guess that this is Mormon doctrine.

You don't have to guess very hard, knowing that I come from Salt Lake, where this might have its origin. But it didn't have its origin there. I can't help the fact that the facts overlap. It's true. And a lot of people have approached me and said, well, do the Mormons believe in space travel? No, I don't think so any more than the Catholics do or the Protestants do. And I was asked, well, what do the Mormons believe? And I said, they don't even discuss the matter. But then I did come by these things, which I think are relevant. Brigham Young, the second president of the Mormon church, said that Adam was brought here as a fully matured man from another planet. Brigham Young, on another occasion, said that we are nothing but colonies in space, which the Mormons remain, and I am through, I promise you. Joseph Smith wrote in the Pearl of Great Price, one of the holy scriptures of the Mormon church, this statement.

This purports to be a dialogue between God and Moses. God said to Moses, In worlds without number have I created. I also created them for my own purpose. The things I tell you are to be fulfilled.

I found native statements of the Mormon church, Mormon scriptures, to take them for what they're worth. The Mormon church still has no position or no comment on the phenomena that we are discussing here tonight. So I'm not here on behalf of the church. It's in the background, but my friends in the audience have drawn it out, so I might as well tell it to you publicly. And as a final item, let me make this disclaimer. Disassociated myself with the diplomatic corps of the Federal Republic of Germany in 1966. I have not been German consul for more than two years. I was for ten years prior to that. Nothing I say here today is made on behalf of any institution or any government, particularly not Germany. Not made on behalf of any religious or secular organization. It's my own hobby, my own interest. It's told to you strictly in a personal sense. A lot of people ask me how long I've been here, thinking I emigrated from Germany.

And I said I was born here in Utah. I'm an American citizen, and I've lived here most of my life. I lived in Germany three years. I was a German-speaking lawyer, so they made me consul. That's all it amounted to. Nothing significant about it. I'm not of German origin. I am an American citizen. Always have been. While I get a little bit upset with the government, I figure I still will be. And let me just leave it at that. I was born in the early part of the fourth decade of this century and have had most of my life normal interests and pursuits like you do. I just have become interested in the subject matter very recently. And I'd like to tell you that I believe that there are some very important things about to happen. Upon the UFO phenomenon up to this, something like John the Baptist, this is a harbinger of things to come. Thank you very much.

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Before we play the recordings of the voices from other planets, the messages and the voices of these space beings, there are several announcements which we usually make. These are messages from Space Brothers channeled to the Earth people to help us understand our relationship to the other planets and to the people who live in space. These tapes deal with life in outer space as well as life on our own planet. We learn of the different types, sizes, shapes and speed of the spacecraft used in interplanetary travel. We travel out on a tour of the inhabited planets of our galaxy, visiting a number of the brightest stars Alpha Centauri, Beta Centauri, Aldebaran, Betelgeuse and Procyon and there are a few others. Then we are taken back into the far distant past of our own planet and told when, why and how our Great Pyramid was constructed, also revealing in part the mystery of the Great Pyramid.

And we conclude our program with a tremendous message given by the head of the Martian government about the planet Mars and the many facets of Martian life, education and cultural developments. These messages, as my wife previously mentioned, were channeled through Richard Miller, an engineer who now lives in Arizona, and channeled by means of the tensor beam. And this tensor beam, again, is a highly directional beam of energy capable of being focused on an individual's mind. This is done with the consent of the individual. There's nothing forced in this whole thing. It's the consent of the individual to want to help. It activates the vocal cords so that the person speaks out the message from the planet or the spaceship in his own language and it comes out in the person's voice of the particular planet or country in which the individual lives, in the voice of that individual, depending on the vocabulary of the individual.

If he has a wide vocabulary, the expressions that will come out will be beautiful. If it doesn't, if he doesn't have a wide vocabulary, it will come out as best as he can express himself. It's that simple. There's also a two-way beam as questions and answers are given. One of our tapes brings this out. We're on this beam that questions are being given by the individuals down here and they're answered by the space beam from a spaceship or from a planet. These messages were taped in 1956 with a background of Earth music. They asked for this music. They love music. The background of Earth music at the request of the Space Brothers for the purpose of disseminating the information to the public. At this time, the Solar Cross Foundation, as Richard Miller's group called themselves, went to a great deal of expense to buy time on a radio station over in Glendale to get the message to the public. During the first part of the program,

we'll play two tapes. The first one we'll play will be a planetary spacecraft and the second, a galactic tour. Then, as I previously said, we will have a ten-minute intermission. Starting the second half of the program, we'll first have the drawing of the door prize and play the third and fourth tapes, namely the Great Pyramid and Massar, or as we know it, the planet Mars. Now, let us begin.

If I say anything to you that's not clear, feel free to interrupt me and I will carve out your tape as to be censored by you. If I say something about someone else, you'll have to play it in any on Saturday,

and then next Wednesday and Thursday in Long Beach, and then the following Saturday in San Bernardino, and then on May 6 and 7 we'll be here in Los Angeles again. And if you're free, I think you'll enjoy the lecture. As I begin to relax a little bit more, I want to come into your vibration. I see several things building up here in front of me and I want to begin to describe them to you. It will give us a very general pattern and then I'll become much more specific or much more detailed as we get into the reading here. The first thing that I notice as I'm talking here to you is this symbol. I see two very high mountains here and I see like a bridge connecting between the two and I see you crossing this bridge and I see you looking in back and I see you looking forward. I see you looking down as if wondering now should I turn around and go back or should I go forward? I see you into a period of time where things are not going to settle as they are,

where things are very definitely going to have to be made into a change and I feel like you have a choice whether to go backward and to become more solid into something that has been or to go ahead and to break into something just a little bit more unsure, just a little bit more of a chance element involved with it. And I feel that you are going to find yourself not now but as the month of October comes into existence after the summer months the month of October taking you into a different pattern of life and instead of going backwards, instead of sitting down in something very secure, very permanent, I see you making a change into something that's sort of into a state of unsurety, into a state of reaching into a different pattern altogether and I feel with this it's going to take you into a level of life that will far surpass anything that you've done thus far. As I change from the general message and become much more specific to you,

I want to begin talking about your health because in detail as I look at it I see several things here that will need attention. The first thing I'm very much aware of is into the leg area. If you haven't gotten the cramps into the calf of the legs and the soreness into the bottom of the feet, you're going to because I see difficulty in here as if I'm a little bit concerned about circulation, as if I'm a little bit concerned about pressures that build up into that area. You are going to find where it's going to be extremely beneficial for you to get to the point where you work with the physical body more than what you have done. You might say, well, I've done a great deal already but I don't feel like you are into a proper avenue as yet and I would still recommend that you reach into another avenue that's going to offer you much more than what you have at the present time. I don't see you in a hospital. I don't see surgery.

I don't see medication. I don't see illness to a serious level but I do want to increase the circulation. I do want the blood to flow more evenly, more smoothly than what it does at the present time. Perhaps even talking to a doctor, a health store or a druggist about this, and then also getting a supplement for your diet so that there is a control or a balance here that can be acted upon. I want to also talk, as I'm reaching ahead here, to the point where you are going to reach an expression within yourself that's going to permit you to get into an avenue of advancement where you are going to get into an avenue of real progress as far as vitality, as far as energy. I see a lot of pep here. I see a lot of people and I see a lot of force within yourself and this is going to become more harnessed and you're going to work with it into a direction that more and more will be produced so that you will begin to have the motivation,

the desire to pursue without the tiredness or sluggishness of the body here. I do want to talk about a working situation with you and it seems like as I touch into a working situation I get into something that's very close very exact, very detailed as if I'm investigating or I'm looking into something. I'm searching into it for evidence and then all of a sudden I hold papers in front of me and it seems like I'm looking at these papers trying to analyze well now how should I sign this or what should I do as if there might be a form or information that will have to be concluded by you and you are going to find yourself working with papers in such a way until finally I see you signing these and then I see where you're going to find that you'll be getting up and I see you walking around I see movement I don't see you in one spot all day long like a bookkeeper or an accountant would be. I see you into a very active movement here

when I talk of a working situation to you but you might say to me Reverend Royce I'm not going to make a change at all but I do see you making a change I see a different pattern that you're getting into and I feel that as you make this different pattern you are going to find yourself working into an aspect here that will get you into a pattern of life that will take you away from the Los Angeles area but not necessarily from the California from the southern belt here you're going to find the warm weather still with you as you make a change so you wouldn't be going north at all and I feel like you are going to find an opportunity brought to you by a man who is taller than yourself older than yourself a darker hair than what you have and apparently this man is going to become very influential as far as making an opportunity for you to break into something that's going to provide a different way of life or a different pattern of life for you

I don't see where I want to talk about a a negativeness or a lack of finances I feel like you are going to see very definitely a financial level here that you will be able to reach for your father before he passed away did he choke and have like that a coughing into the throat my own father died when I was about four years old my stepfather died five years ago the more recent one did he have a heart and lung difficulty he had a major surgery but he was recovering from that when a blood clot hit his heart and he was gone just like that did he cough or have a gagging or choking he had one of these things in his nose for drainage because I see this type of thing and I want to bring this man to you apparently it's a stepfather but he comes in as your father apparently because of the closeness of years together and I want to bring this man to you sort of as a guardian angel or one that would like to do more for you or one that might like to intercede for you in some way

because he's trying to be instrumental in bringing your life into more of a fullness and it's he who's talking about making arrangements for changes for you and as I said to you I feel October as far as changes and you're going to find yourself thinking or dreaming or feeling or becoming aware of this man this stepfather's vibrations around you and you will begin to sort of feel hunches or intuitions when you feel his presence and you will be able to act upon this and this will help you in a very splendid way I want to also say as I'm talking to you you are going to find yourself into a position where you are going to have to because of a working situation because of financial opportunities make a change of residence also because I see you getting into a different living quarters and I feel that as you make a change into a different living quarters it's going to provide a much more of a financial savings or profits for you

it's also going to be a little bit more pleasing or a little bit more satisfying for you than what you've known thus far and I feel like this is going to be of extreme help here to you I feel like it's going to be instrumental in providing this increase or this surge of progress that I see coming to you I see that your days of sort of idly waiting your days of pursuing your days of searching are through with and you're going to find yourself becoming much more advanced or progressed into a higher level than what you have so far but the more you go ahead into the future the more you're going to have to do with people the more your work will take you away from close detail work and it's going to take you more working for like masses of people by lots of people and I feel like whatever you're going to do here is going to be in a direct relationship to an advancement for them like a doctor or a minister or somebody someone that would help

to improve an individual's level of life that is what I see you doing and you're going to find that you can't escape books I see a lot of books around you I see a lot here and I feel like this is going to be instrumental in giving you much knowledge to work from and as you might try to break from these I would say no it seems like I want you to continue searching in this way because I feel eventually you're going to find yourself to a point where you can begin to put together a book of your own or begin to have knowledge here that will permit you to do writing and I feel like a day is coming when you will have your name on words and I feel like this is also going to become lucrative for you I feel in time to come finances are very definitely on an up crease for you where it's definitely into different avenues instead of just one I have a few things right now that are just on the border line ready to go one way or another

well this is the way you're going well it's going into a progressive way in the Englewood area another would be a possibility of going in with a man in the worm business of all things but a very lucrative business a third is a possibility of a mining operation in Mexico I don't feel bad with either one of them and as I said I see your hands in many different ways different things or incomes coming from different sources I don't think you've given up two of these to handle one I feel like you're going to get into all three of them and I feel like you're going to sort of divide between the three and I don't feel particularly bad with any of them I feel that each has its opportunities each can run itself pretty much with just some supervision right with the damage of them right well this is what I see you doing I see you in a position to have enough organization within yourself to succeed with this and I feel that you are into a position

where you can very definitely make advancements here because I see you getting to the point where you are certainly much more sure of yourself as far as not being hesitant and breaking into these different expressions but I see several irons in the fire but I see each of them paying off because as I say I see you into a different financial level altogether and this is good and this is going to provide for you and this is going to give you the fullness that you've been looking for do you want to ask some questions on these or anything else is there any indication that I will or will not do much traveling into Mexico I feel like you actually will I will do that right because I feel like you're going to be instrumental in bringing up the leadership that will be necessary here it seems like things are there but there's not quite the knowledge of knowing what to do with it and I feel that with this I know a lot this is new to me

I haven't thought of going into something like this no but apparently you're going to have this perceptive ability and you're not by as you say but just from your own I would say common sense or intuitive ability you will come up with leadership ability and you'll be able to tell them well now we'll do this and we'll do that and it will be right you will respond I have also a man I'm in partnership with some apartments ownership but they will be sold tomorrow at auction because they were so encumbered and the title itself was clouded and all that we must have a foreclosure sale in order to clear the title after that then a man wants to back me to buy them back and make a guest home of the apartments and he thinks this can be a highly lucrative business but one which way I can turn over to a woman to operate for me and only minimum supervision right I feel like this is what's going to happen I feel like you will get this back and you will convert this

and it will be a very lucrative thing for you but I feel nothing to slow you up or nothing to to say that will stand in your way I feel like it is something that should materialize and you should certainly go ahead with this because it will be a means of a steady financial increase without having to to feel the need of doing it yourself you'll have other opportunity that you'll be able to act upon I have been told by several people whom I mentioned I might be going into this they said there definitely is a need for what we want to do and that if we can supply the facilities the people will be there that want that need the help I don't see any problem with that with people at all I don't know from a business standpoint but from a psychic standpoint I don't see where you are going to be looking or searching for anyone I feel like they are just there that they will present themselves as this takes hold so there is nothing here to

act as an insecure level at all In the past five years I have sent in the life insurance business contacting people and selling life insurance that's the investigating that I saw because I saw you looking into something remember and with forms and papers a great deal of details that's what I saw you doing but you are getting away from that now that's of the past that's what I have felt without anybody else pushing me out of it I felt that these other things any one or all of them or more than one can mean that I can utilize my time to fullest advantage in other fields and that if I care to carry this on as a sideline I can do so but not necessarily so not as a big thing not as a life work more as an application I feel like this is where it is going because I just see you breaking into these other things and getting into a different approach working with more than this I feel like they are going to be

to become there is nothing to stand in the way we have you are just going to leave them off I won't pay no attention just continue we will stop until you finish I hope the rain is going to end for this reason but I didn't look fine I just feel like I don't have any more paying attention the man that has this form business he also is the one that is bringing me into the mining down in Mexico type of operation and he says that if the mining operation is a success then he will also offer me half of his work business in the worm business at a very phenomenal amount and that is a physical thing that would require a lot of physical effort as I said to you I feel like you are into a position where you are going to be able to break into these without any hesitation at all without any reason of blockage at all it will produce and provide a good level for him well this you mentioned probably leaving the Los Angeles area would this mean that

this would be going into Mexico like I said this wouldn't be breaking up the home though as far as personal family is concerned no this would be this having to reach out to Mexico and things of this type or there will have to be this extending away from the proper area that you are in now so there will be this change into the various other areas and you should work toward as I feel it I would not trust this to anyone else and I would just go yourself as you have the opportunity to go to Mexico even though it is new to you you are going to be led as to what has to be done and how to go about it well no other one of the individuals who are in this group who want to set up the mine in Mexico no other one is interested in or perhaps even capable of carrying on the paperwork and the organization stuff we have a man that will do the supervision and actual physical work in Mexico and he will stay there all the time and be there a hundred different times

of the he was a staff sergeant in the Air Force and also a contactee and I know that he has a very interesting subject this evening as you have read in the papers or received an announcement the subject of his talk was there were giants in those days and so at this time it gives me a great deal of pleasure to introduce to you Calvin Gervin I speak to the evening, Calvin Thank you, Mr. Goldberg Good evening, ladies and gentlemen I have a few announcements I'd like to get into before I get into the I, uh, this past, uh or since the convention at Van Nuys this past February, January, February uh and made my presentation to this, uh, lawyer and he said, yes very definitely you have a case here but that my fee for something of this type is $2,500 there'll have to be a $500 bond uh, placed with the state so forth and so on and the only thing that you could hope to get out of this would be a retraction from KNBC and perhaps they give you and your fraternity

uh, an equal amount of time to uh, to vindicate yourself that's all that you could hope to get out of it well, KNBC got wind of this that I, uh that the hair was standing up on the back of my neck and they sent one of their their men around to talk to me I had written them a letter, incidentally and they would conveniently quiet me up by giving me $7,500 I said I wasn't interested in money at this particular time not from KNBC I was primarily interested in in principal that, uh, it is my thinking that I'll, I'll explain my position uh, I have been studying and in this research at flying saucers for the past 20 some years and as, as, as I want to put this point across that flying saucers are unidentified flying objects or call them what you, you choose this is my this is my life this is my religion this is what my, my personality is, is built on and I believe in the in this phenomenon as strong as religionists believe in Christ and God

and so forth and so on and these people took it upon themselves to trespass and transgress and crucify me along with other personalities over the medium of television if they get away with this next week it might be the Catholics and the next month it might be the Jewish people and the following month it might be someone else and I stated this in a letter in a very strong letter to the to the Federal Communications Commission and I have also written after receiving a letter from the the Communications Commission saying this is out of our jurisdiction and something that you should take up with your local courts I have sensed that receiving that letter has sent a letter a four page letter to Senator Murphy again reiterating what I stated in the letter to the Federal Communications Commission and I am going to keep writing letters and insisting and persisting on this matter until I get a qualified answer back from someone in official circles

and I'm not giving up and I had this letter printed up and I sent it out to approximately 50 different organizations on that are the clubs that hold meetings across this country this letter reads flying saucers will be proven in court or the dignity of thousands millions of people who honestly believe in and are working for a worldwide endorsement of flying saucers as a 20th century actuality this past February during the week of the 17th and throughout the entire week a television presentation was made under the sponsorship of a local television station channel 4 KNBC TV the national broadcasting company their subject was flying saucers their text and commentary mixed with videotaped segments they considered newsworthy are presented in an 8 to 10 minute program each evening at 7 o'clock titled close up the subject material for the first telecast was filmed at the 5th annual UFO space and science symposium that was held in Van Nuys California

on the 1st and 2nd of February this past month their treatment of the convention the audience and the invited speakers who addressed those in attendance was taken out of context and in very poor taste in their commentary they ridiculed demeaned libeled and unjustly criticized everyone everything they filmed I might interject at this point that they said that the people attending these meetings often have seamed stained hands and the women are out in their Sunday bests they're depicting people almost in bib overalls and polka dot dresses and this is far below the what is considered fair in television programs I am calling on you who read this letter to join forces to help raise funds that will be necessary to bring legal action against the national broadcasting company known as KNBC TV Channel 4 and for the national broadcasting company to prove the non-existence of unidentified flying objects or more commonly flying saucers and to retract

their libelous and defamatory comments made during the above mentioned telecast of February 17, 1968 time to go I sent fifty of these out I haven't received one reply my conclusion to this is that perhaps people across this nation are not necessarily interested in the truth as far as flying saucers are concerned perhaps there are as we all know there are many clubs from coast to coast from border to border in little towns and big towns cities across this entire nation they attend these monthly meetings weekly meetings bi-monthly meetings is it just a social function is this all these people are after or are they are they interested in finding out the facts we have a we have a test case here and my lawyer the moment he read the file I presented to him and this man is in my thinking one of the best lawyers that I've ever that I ever met he took a case I had a number of years ago that five different lawyers told me forget it pay it and forget it

this gentleman took this case and he said we'll win it and we'll counter sue he took the case and two and a half years later the judge made a decision in my behalf we won a case that never had been taken to court had never been won in the state of California this case this case involved a a contract one of these paper contracts very similar to dance studios and schools and so forth and it was the first case of its kind ever to win here in the state of California the first presentation in a court set of precedents here in the state of California and is used from that point on as a test case and they refer to this as a test case in all courts in the state of California and he said that yes we have to remember the men of the past he said in my young years in school I remember Copernicus and Galileo and how the established order of their day took these men to task and called them fools and chased them out of the country and the list is long

these two gentlemen are not the only two the list is very long and later on these men were proven right I'm asking along with the others of my fraternity that KNBC has taken it upon themselves to make us look like a bunch of funny people and I'm asking for the help of the people of this nation to help support this case and be damned the Condon Report we'll make this a national issue and KNBC will have to prove that flying saucers are not real and this will be the case now if they can prove they set themselves up for one entire week of broadcasting and there were many people watching these programs because I don't know I really can't I can't I can't fathom the thinking of the majority of people is this subject a flying saucer flying saucers something like like a like marijuana like LSD or some of these hallucinatory drugs that stimulate the mind once a month or once every two months or whenever you want to turn it on do you realize that clubs such as this

this club is in its I don't know how many 10, 12 years old this club should be holding their meetings monthly meetings in big halls and these halls should be filled but go to a newspaper stand as KNBC said magazines and books expanded like the universe itself there was magazines and books for everything but you go to a magazine stand and you find out who's making money on flying saucers this last month Mechanics Illustrated had a meeting they had a full they have a cover on flying saucers one of the photographs the colored photographs that one of the astronauts shot in their orbit about the planet Life magazine comes out with a full special edition Look magazine comes out with a full special edition Look magazine in 1968 came out with a special edition on flying saucers and in two and a half weeks two and a half million copies at a dollar a copy were sold out they had to go back to print who's making money on flying saucers not clubs and organizations

like this that should but clubs or business executives and companies who are manufacturing good looking slick what they call slick magazine type articles and the people who are flocking to the magazine stores and buying these things and this organization this club and clubs very similar to this across this nation they should be the ones that are making this kind of money because in this established order of this day money is the most powerful thing that we know of it gets us here and there and gets things done and certainly if we are going to make an honest truthful presentation of flying saucers we're going to have to stop wishing George or Joe will do what you should be doing and that everyone who comes to one of these kind of meetings try to encourage someone who has never attended a meeting of this type and bring them along and perhaps their eyes might be opened it's I didn't think I really didn't think ten years ago that the subject of flying saucers

would be so you know no one gives it a second thought oh yes I work in a factory I work nights in a factory and there's about fifty employees who work in this factory in the evenings and I have gotten around to all of them very casually and have interjected the subject of flying saucers and there is not one man in that shop that has not had some kind of a of an unusual experience of seeing something that he could not explain I was going to tag one of my announcements of this program this evening on the bulletin board but at the last minute I kind of chickened out I don't know why I thought well maybe I because it's what I have what I have to say I feel is important it's important to me and perhaps perhaps I hope I keep hoping that it will stimulate the thinking in people's mind and cause them to go out and search and find something new for themselves but this subject of flying saucers as I said earlier to me is my religion and this is what I mentioned to Senator Murphy

time for about four pages to Senator Murphy I only had one letter and I'm sending letters of this copies of this letter to representatives and other congressmen and I'm going to find out the names of the senators on various commissions that are working in the space programming of this nation special commissions senators to special commissions I'm going to get to all of these people because I think it's important and if it takes me several years to get it to accumulate this sum of money that I have to get in order to get into court then I'll do it alone I ask for the help of various people and I do a lot of work and I do painting I do oil painting kind of calms the nerves and settles you down and I have I'm not trying to pat myself on the back my arm won't go back that far I can't take any of the money I'm not trying to get it because I have no money I don't want to take it I can't take it all because I this painting of mine and made somewhat of a to-do about it and i uh volunteered to

this evening's lecture is not intended to be a religious sermon but i would like to take or base my material on the fourth verse of the sixth chapter of genesis and it reads there were giants in the earth in their days and also after that when the sons of god

came into the daughters of unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same which became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. Now, in going back through history, through the medium of many books that have been printed down through time, I have come upon a very interesting piece of knowledge that in the day in which Moses and the people of his time wrote and recorded events of that day, they wrote in what was called unpointed Hebrew. It was, I don't know exactly how to describe it, but later on came another version of Hebrew which was pointed. Take the word snake, for instance. We're all familiar with it. With what happened in the Garden of Eden, the snake slithered out through something and talked to a woman and told her about the tree of life and so forth, and she wound up eating an apple, which put us all in a sad mess we're in today. But the word snake in the unpointed version

had 43 different meanings at that particular period of time. A snake in that particular period of time could have very easily meant something what we're experiencing today, a radical revolutionary college student swinging down the road

and saw this babe sitting under a tree. And this word snake in unpointed Hebrew has that particular meaning. It meant a type of people, a class of people. In this modern day, we hear, if we watch enough television, sooner or later we're going to hear the commercial of the Valley of the Jolly Green Giant. In days of old, back in Abraham's time, back in Moses' time, east of Jordan, and in the northern part of the Holy Land, there was such a valley. It was called the Valley of the Giants. And there were remnants, the city of Bashan in the Bible. There is much evidence in this city to support the fact that men of gigantic stature
