[00:00] Opening remarks and introduction

My name is Jerry Nistow. I'm from New York City, and I'm a charter member of the Aviation Writers Association. I feel that qualifies me to a certain degree to make the introductions because part of my background has been involved in technical analysis and interpretation

of various phenomena that are involved in the field of aviation and astronautics,

as the term is now used. The one thing that we have to remember is finite. As we listen to Howard, we feel what we know on this earth today,

that our finite mind, after years of saying he understood or did not understand what was happening.

Part of my job has been also the analysis of human beings.

I think that I agreed to Howard this evening. A little further introduction, and with one word of caution, finite.

I would like to introduce Mr. Howard Menger.

Thank you very much. I'm glad to see as many people here as there are. I didn't honestly expect as many, and I am glad to see you all here. If I can give certain portions of this message to just one person, and have that one person believe it and know it to be true, it will mean a lot to me. And to a lot of other people that aren't even from this job that's been going on,

if you call it a job, for thousands of years. Other people have failed. They've gone down under weapons. They've been burned. A lot of other things have happened to them. The imagination comes. Only imagination can do it. First of all, I've asked people from better worlds what they've told me,

and there are a lot of things I don't understand as yet. People from better worlds, and they are here. They're not monsters. They're portrayed by magazines, movies, radio, and television. They're holy people. They worship the same creator we do. It's been coming and going for thousands of years.

But it seems that some people can't absorb it. Maybe because they won't, or they don't want to believe it. You have to believe to see. In other words, the blessed are those that do various ways, or other ways, which I can't mention here,

planets in this system, most of which are inhabited by other people, very similar to ourselves. They are not monsters in his image.

With other people, this system, and it is the lowest,

whatever you want to call it, I don't understand it myself,

to the extent that the people within it,

whatever these people say, I believe. There's no doubt whatsoever in my mind. Even though it might sound fantastic to other people,

people, visitors, to distinguish the, uh, to distinguish them from ourselves. We are the people, and we will call these people, these other...

The purpose for being here, it's up to each and every individual to either speed up or slow down his own evolvement. They don't control, or make anyone do anything. It's not according to the laws of our creator to do as such. The universal laws.

Ten Commandments, and above all, the love of God and our own brothers. They teach us that God is within all of us. But it's up to each and every one themselves to have this awareness. How can people be responsible for what they do if they don't know who they are, or where they came from, and where they're going? You, uh, explain, or get over the message of what we are, where we came from, and where we might go. It's up to us. According to them, the people that do reach a certain stage of evolvement of the spiritual and the physical are reborn on other planets. These other planets are heaven, as compared to this earth.

Kill our brothers, evil force, and still know what we all know within ourselves. We don't take it. As I said before,

this thing honors. It's up to each and every individual to accept it or reject it. These people are not monsters. They're very holy, beautiful people. On seeing them, you can recognize this immediately. By touching them. The men are, uh, reach a stage of, uh, as far as, uh, their features go. These visitors also teach us

that the soul is beautiful under the skin, regardless of what color the skin is. That when we look at people, not to look at the outward, but to feel what is within, to love that, that thing that is within, which we call the soul. The soul never dies. According to these visitors, just the body dies. Now, of course, we're here on Earth because of the people on it. The other planets are years old in the one body. The body does die, and they don't fear death because they know there is no such thing as death. They know they're going to get a new, new work as servants.

We worry about time. We might die tomorrow, we might die the next day, or we always have fear of this death. Actually, there is no death. It's just the physical manifestation, the physical body that dies. The soul does never die. It continues on. It's eternal. Woman visitors, they are very beautiful. They wear makeup. They don't wear jewelry because it only serves to distract from their own beauty. It's that believing and knowing

the way these people do makes them beautiful. From God, come to them automatically because they live the Lord, as we were all intended to do in the beginning, and which we started out to do. Getting back to the visitors themselves,

as we do, it's either extra thin, or extra fat people. More or less very well proportioned. Perfect English. They can learn any language

in a matter of minutes. Always depending on the language or the person. Type, whether he says it in Japanese, would be. A person has a mental picture of that type.

And their instrument, picked out, it doesn't take very long

for these people to get here. From what we know, it isn't scientists who have said they are. Mothership. Mothership is usually thousands

of years after someone dies. We understand that

that's breaths of life,

a breath of life. In some people,

it's a breath of life. Usually thousands of miles above the earth. They've been picked up on radar and other instruments.

About 15 to 20 feet high concepts of the size of the ship.

I might be wrong, because they seem to change shape.

They do have some sort, some form of communication between their ships.

Interpreters.

The people from the disk do not look like a flying bell shape.

And the mother ship is cigar shaped. Although I've never seen a mother ship, I believe it's cigar shaped. They have cities.

Remember stepping up one step. The opening in the ship is not, as we know it, as a door on hinges. There are no bolts or seams of any kind. It's just like the iris of a camera. No sound whatsoever.

Incidentally, all this time there was no sense of... I did hear a sort of a...

It wasn't very audible. It wasn't very loud. But I saw in the porthole. Shortly afterwards, projected pictures.

What they said was Venus. A picture very close to their... Showed people mulling the span of a large area of the terrain.

The cities were dome shaped. Beautiful lights were these buildings. The country was beautiful. Jersey, let's say, in the summertime. Very similar, in fact. But there was no way to detect any to and from.

These types of clothing. Home planet.

These people... These people don't have a government, so to speak. They're for the good of all. Expect them and love them.

They all love each other, as far as that goes. There are no doctors.

They don't need doctors. They don't have sickness. They tell us that you can't... It's possible not to have sickness on this earth. Provided the right foods were eaten. And that these foods were grown in the right soil.

Sickness cannot live in a body. Because if the blood is perfect,

the body is perfect. Blood is the life source of the body. It's every organ. It keeps every organ where it should. Where our creator intended it to. It's not intended. It was brought on by ourselves.

It's a story. But I would rather go on to some of the other parts of the story. Very, um...

Just a simple urge.

We've all had urges. You probably understand what I mean.

There was someone there. Who colored eyes.

She told me a lot of the things that these people do love us.

We go through lessons.

We're going through lessons on this. This earth today. We've been going through lessons. And lived other...

That a scientist makes as a further revelation of God. Someone also said, only ten years old.

And some of the things which I still don't understand. A pitch for this thing. I can think of a lot of more intelligent fellows. That are born public speakers.

And I'll never be a public speaker. Because every time I... Face a group of people. There's another feeling that overcomes this one.

That I should be here. And I should be telling this story. And as I said before. If one person can feel it.

And tell others.

Me and myself. Many different ways.

One in a different direction.

Because there are a lot of negative people. In every group. Regardless of how big. People still expect monsters to come out of these ships.

Monsters with weapons that would destroy them. Capture them. 38 I guess it was.

The people haven't forgotten what happened then. The ship actually even landed. It was just a story on radio. And believed it. They didn't see it. But they believed it. This ship. If a ship did land. In New York City. I'm... Because... The army and everyone else.

And whatever it was. All they couldn't do. These ships themselves. Wish to be. Actually die. A death.

We don't really die. It's projection.

In third dimension.

I have a projector.

But there was no projector that I could see. And there was no screen. And it was in third dimension.

Such as what I stepped into.

Produce the type of people like they were. Regardless of their... The color of their skins. Or their hair. Or their eyes. They're just like we are. Some have brown eyes. Some have dark skin. Some have light skin. Some are blonde. Blue net. They would like us to do the same. To love each other as we were intended to do. In the beginning. Because love can kill any form.

Because in doing so. You go against it. All the cats.

Most of them. What was killing all the people.

Since they killed all the evil spirits. That were supposed to be.

To the people. Which killed the people. You go against the...

Go to church.

Go to church. The contact was made.

This was a man. He's also.

That war. What they say.

I don't know.

Go against them. Which works for the good of all.

One works for the other. There's no money.

I need to live. Since you're here.

I wouldn't say all evil.

Depends on the individual. He was using it himself.

He used money.

Because.

Another. And we were intended to do. Thought projection.

Who are healed. On the other planet. Might be mental. It wouldn't be physical. They don't have any sickness. They don't need doctors. In a group. No matter where it is. It might. Have a little less. Faith. Or. What they're doing. When this happens. On the other planet. A group of people. Get together. With thought projection. This person immediately. And the person. Forget they've ever been. Has been done. Been done many places. I've lived years before.

There's always. These negative forces. That fight against the good. Well you have good. In New Jersey.

When I came home.

Very humble. These people make you feel very humble. Seem to try to make.

Less of an orange.

Bell type. Carriage of the ship.

Seem to change shape. And grip the ground.

Which I think this. When the ship.

Closer to. They got the snap.

At this one. At the most. Intense. Sometimes appear. The porthole. Sometimes they do. I have one picture. That shows a person. Of one of the visitors. Looking through one of the portholes. Not too good.

The Nugent's are predominant.

I sent him to the Pentagon. UFO division. Didn't answer me either.

I just don't know. I do expect to see them again someday. But he stepped out.

Person. I didn't say it was. I just said. This person reminded me of Jesus. I got the same feeling. That day. That I would get. If Jesus walked in that door now. I had a wonderful. Feeling of. Oh reverend. Out of him. And went right through me. But it wasn't. That was a holy.

House. A week to tell me. And some of it. Isn't all out yet. It keeps coming to me. Some things. Keep coming out. I remember certain things. That this. This man told me. Things he told me.

How we should live here.

To leave this planet. Just to visit their planet. That man to be a prisoner. Of his planet. They were meant to go. From planet to planet. And visit their brothers. They were meant to explore the universe. When they're ready. He said we weren't ready yet. But that day was. It was up to each individual.

Fairness of.

In an exact same. She said.

That she was the same woman. Years ago. And changed.

14 years. One bit. She did. Because we're not older.

She said.

There were two men in there.

Away first. Where it usually was. And it gets up in the early hours of the morning.

And goes out. And where it's going. I don't think Rose did.

But. In fact I know she didn't. She would think that I was going out with someone else.

She got. Certain messages herself.

True. I was very young.

It comes through very clear to her. Some of these people. Other people. Pick up messages.

But they told me. A number of people.

Of people that believed. And had the awareness.

Which I do not want. Monsters that they love us.

And they want us to love each other. And to live. In the very beginning. And if there is more.

To this. Universe. Than just ourselves. Live this dog.

And you're still trying. Still trying to get through. Certain individuals. Get through. So many individuals.

Which they can't even understand.

Whichever way you want to look at it. They. Projected these disks. Observation disks. Ten feet in diameter.

Three in one. One section of a wood. And three in another section. In the 20.

States all types of light.

Different light seems to emit from them. They're metallic. They pick up the thought. They picked up the thought. They picked up the thought. Of the individuals around them. Ship above. To pick up thought. Through themselves.

Just like. We have recorders working here now. In front of us. But you can't record it. Like a recorder can't. And they want these. Records for future. Future work. And future dates. Where things.

They felt.

And. Went home. And this happened quite a few times.

That some of the people. That hear these words. Will be guided. And directed. In one way or another. The people in the world. Some of the people in this audience. Some of them already have started to be directed. Summer of 1957. Of these ships will be sighted. Seen by the people.

Who I contacted in Pennsylvania. Miles and miles away from. Where I live. In Highbridge. Now. The list that was given was. Sort of different than what I expected. For the contact that was. That came over Long John's program. I don't know how many people heard it. But we were supposed to be on Long John's. W.O.R. One night. And we didn't get there. Because. A contact came up. I wasn't there. So. And played over the radio.

Long distance into Pennsylvania. Picked up three people. Three people who were not of this planet.

List. Of the people. That they were going to contact. Have physical contact with. The people that. Physical contact. A certain section. Then you're closer to Jersey. I made a phone call. And called Rose. To have. These people. At a certain spot. A contact would be made. By more than one person this time. The first time. Since this all began. I believe there were four people.

Involved. Came down to the house.

Inside of a building. I brought them.

They got.

Something. Into another. She felt very elated.

People say. Well why don't you bring these people in here. And let us ask them questions. Pulled five people in. Not one of them. Could ask this woman. A question. Not one question. Could they get out of their mouth. The people that I brought in there. Doctor's wife. Very intelligent woman. They were all intelligent people. That I brought in there. People that had before. Said well. If I saw a space person. I would ask questions right away. Well they didn't ask any questions. They shook hands. And immediately upon shaking hands. The feeling was felt very strong. From one to the other. Of a great amount of love.

Wonderful feeling. To describe this feeling.

She was the first one that. Knew just exactly how this feeling was. As she entered the room. Where these space people were. Well as I walked in the room. I don't know whether it was a. Message given to me. It was just a feeling of my own. I immediately looked to the left. And I saw this tall girl standing there. She seemed to have some sort of. Glow around her. And I walked up to her. And Howard told me to stretch out my left hand. And she grasped it with her right hand. And that's when the feeling of love. Flowed between us. And she said to me. Rosie love you very much. And all I could do. Was stand there naturally. And. I said well you must. Come and see us this way. And then she kissed me on the forehead. And she said we do love you very much. And. I said thank you. And that's about all there was to it. I just couldn't ask a question. I just stood there like a child. And then. I knew the meeting would be short for each one of us.

So we returned and we went out. Oh thanks honey. Meeting was over. Then myself. They drove off. I stayed in this building about. Five minutes or so. And then drove. A further distance. Drove these people back. A further distance to Pennsylvania. Very secluded wood inspection in Pennsylvania where.

Well it's unbelievable. It was a. The blue mountain area. Of Pennsylvania. Where things happened that. Well it was just. Beyond the. Imagination of any. Well it was science fiction. It was. What it was.

I can't. Relate as yet. Because. They're still there. In this blue mountain area. Was to be known. Just yet. Until the summer of. 1957.

I forgot what time it was. It took quite a while. On driving many miles I. Pulled the car over to the side of the road and went to sleep. When I woke up. Woke up and then. Continued driving home. I'm going to try to answer some questions. Which might be in the minds of some people here. I'll try to answer the questions.

How would this one. Are you a member of the Rosicrucian. I believe that's how you pronounce it. Organization. Or have you ever been. No I'm not a member of. This organization. I'm not a member of any organization. Or a cult or cult. Or a group of any kind. Could we live. On their planet physically and be capable. Of doing so I believe that we. Could we live on their planet. Be physically capable. Capable that is. Yes. We can. And we can live on their planet. Physically. That is I mean as far as breathing goes and eating. And being with these people would have to be.

A process in sort of a pressure or deep pressurizing. Chamber before actually stepping out on their planet. This is done. I believe in a mothership. Don't know whether it could be done in a small craft or not. They it's similar to. The pressurizing or depressurizing. That a diver. Deep sea. Diver goes through. No way you don't need a lot of. Helmets and gear and everything like that to live on other planets. As far as that goes. They have. Forces on the moon. And they say that the earth. Or the moon's atmosphere is very light. There's hardly any air at all. And yet. The human body can be adapted to live almost any place. And that they are actually on the moon. That they have an establishment up there. And that they're. There is life on the moon. And there is air there. Why does it seem apparent that only men are contacted? I didn't know that only men were contacted. I didn't. I didn't know that. I think. I think a lot of women have been contacted too.

I know. Thousands of people have been contacted. Now some don't wish to jeopardize their business. Or lose money. Or go through ridicule. Or be subjected to anything that is obviously uncomfortable in something like this. But to. To an individual. But I think this thing is. These visitors bring us. That their purpose for being here. Is more important. Than any business. It's more important than me. It's bigger than any country. Well I think it's the. The most important thing. Is the birth of Christ. What are the qualifications to be contacted in any form? I don't know what the qualifications are. For a person to be contacted. I certainly don't feel as though I'm qualified. That's for sure. I think there are a lot of men in this audience. That could handle this situation a lot better than I could. Are there any visitors from this other. Another planet in this order. I'm sorry. They have contacted. Men in the government.

All over the world. Men of authority. These men haven't chosen to tell the people. It's understood why. They wouldn't do it. Because when a person. Tells the truth of this matter. He would naturally lose his seat of power wherever he is. And there should be. If they're contacting. Men in the street type people like you and myself. Because. They can get through to us. After all. It's the people. That ordinary people that should be contacted anyway. Are there any visitors in this auditorium from this planet? Yes there are. Have these space people ever mentioned to you. Their reason for choosing America first. In their present era of their earthward journey. I believe that's what she says. I think it's a very complicated question. Have these space people ever mentioned to you. Their reason for choosing America first. In their present era of their earthward journey. They haven't chosen America first. Long before. America was.

Visited by these. People. Before America was ever born. They've contacted the Indians. Here. There's evidence that these people have contacted the Indians that lived here. Before we even got here. There's evidence. In the Bible that they've been contacting people in Bible times. And before Bible times. On the log. Logbooks of ships at sea. There have been writings about. Huge cigar shaped. In the 1700s. 1600s. And long before that. They've been coming to this planet for years and years. All the governments of the world have been contacted. One way or the other. Did they tell you that our Bible has been very much misinterpreted. And did they mention any religion or denomination. As being closer to the truth. There is no one religion. That I know of. That is closer. To the truth. Of what they say. That all religions are basically needed. That we should have a religion. And we should worship our creator. In the way that we would think best.

Would this plane of existence. Be the next plane of progress. Beyond the earth. I think so. Yes. I'd say yes to that. Did these people tell you. Which of these others. Who claim contact. Actually have been contacted. Yes. Do these visitors have a particular job to do here. If so. Can you tell us what it is. And how long will they be here. Depends on. Individuals yourself. I'll be here. In the bodies which we're in now. This started a long time ago. People were talking about these. Visitors coming here. And trying to get the truth of. Ourselves and the universe. For thousands of years. This is nothing new. It'll continue after we're gone. Physically that is. But there is a chance that. Maybe this is the time. That we're getting close to the time when. This earth. Will. Be. A garden of Eden again. And that if it will be. It would be very nice for all the people to know. How to live in it. If it does happen. Because the ones that don't know how to live.

A so called garden of Eden or heaven. Would not be allowed to stay there. There will be a time when the earth will again be. In a stage that Venus is today. A perfect garden of Eden. As it was in the beginning. Other civilizations. Much greater than ours. They destroyed themselves. Maybe. And I said maybe. Maybe we're about to destroy. The one we have now. The influences were similar. Space people prefer to call their craft. V.I.C. Is that right? I have never heard you mention that. May I ask what V.I.C. is? Well they want you to. Answer what I stand for. They say V stands for. Oh I call them I.S.O.s. Unidentified flying objects. The Air Force and everyone else calls them U.S.O.s. Unidentified flying objects. No. I have no idea what V.I.C. is. Have your contacts said that there are also hostile. U.S.O.s. If so how can we tell them from friendly. If sighted. They have not told me that there are any hostile. Craft. Occasionally you have said one of these space people.

Is in the audience. Why doesn't he come forward. He can speak at such a gathering as this. He would be among friends and it would be. Do much to convince many. Oh he can do a lot more. By being unknown. How many space people were in your home. And how long did they stay. And what did they do there. I don't know how many. I don't know exactly what they did there. Did the Venusians speak to you in English. And was your conversation spoken or mental. It was. Many times they spoke in English. A well known person of integrity. Free from government restrictions. Such as Norman Vincent Peale. Would do much to have your story accepted. If they were present as witnesses. Why do not your contacts. Suggest this. As I said before. I guess. The way they tell me. People with names. High people. In government. Or authority. Or whatever they are in. People with names. They are not necessarily more important. Than everyday. People like you and I.

They don't go by names. Or what a person has done. They go by what. Within the individual themselves. What has been there. In a past life. It goes back. Quite a ways. A great man who is known as a great man today. Might have been a murderer. In a past life. They know. We don't. All we know is. What the man is today. And how he got there. So they don't pick on people. Who have so called names. And who have been publicized. Who have been great like kings and queens. And people like that. They pick on people. Who have been. Who are evolved to a certain state. Of the physical and the spiritual. And who have told you. That they also contacted George Adamski. I can't answer that. Why don't these visitors. Give you some tangible evidence of contact. Even a flower. Falling to our earth would be very convincing. If offered as evidence. They have offered. Evidence in the past. To other people. Some have. People that are well known. They have written books.

They have had actual contact. In fact. Things from the people. Footprints have been seen. All over the country. Plaster casts have been made of them. But no one believes them. So they have discontinued. As far as I know. Giving anyone any tangible evidence. One piece of metal. That was given to a person. From a visitor. Was inspected by a scientist. They didn't know what it was. They didn't know what metal it was. Which they will do every time. You have stated. That Mrs. Menger's sister. Saw the Venetian ship. Seven times from a distance. Of 10 to 15 feet. Could she tell us of this? I have seen the ship. About 30 feet. I saw it come in. It was a brilliant orange color. I saw what they call. The landing gear. The port hole. The ground. I was in the car. And I had a Polaroid camera. With me. And I got out of the car. It was all. All lighted up. I got halfway across the field. And the light. Went out in the ship. I think I was getting too close.

And they didn't want me to come near to it. For some apparent reason. Well there is a certain amount of danger. That is present. You get too close to a ship. During a certain time. That the ship is going through a certain. Period of something there. Which I don't understand. One of the discs. That I stumbled on accidentally. In a wooded area. Quite a while ago. Jolted my right arm. To such an extent. That I couldn't use it for lettering. I'm a sign painter by profession. I couldn't use it for lettering. I believe they do. Do they say that Orion is hostile. As a few have claimed. I don't even know what Orion is. What is Orion?

Who wrote this? I'm not an astronomer.

I don't know what that is. Do your contacts believe that a great cataclysm is inevitable? I wouldn't say that it was inevitable. Do they refer to their creator by name? No. They never have. What do they say about the second coming of Christ? Nothing. The second coming of Christ. When did you have your latest contact? A short while ago. Saturday night. That was last week. Saturday or Saturday night. Friday or Saturday. Last Friday or Saturday night. I believe it was the Blue Mountain area of Pennsylvania. What impact will the news which will break late in summer of 1957 have on our lives? Will the government enter into the plans and let the people know what to expect? That I don't know. During the process of teleporting, does the material body vanish from view? Teleporting. Teleporting is something that I don't quite understand as yet. I've done it. I've got witnesses to prove that it can be done, but I don't know how. I don't know how I did it.

All I know is it happened. According to one witness, the witness said my hand, as I handed her a pipe. Now I was 70 or so miles away from this area when she said that I had knocked on the door and she opened it and handed her a pipe from the station wagon 70 miles away. Now after I tried this experiment, I did look around in the station wagon and I couldn't find this pipe. It wasn't there. It actually happened. It was just as amazing to me as it is to the people that listen to something like this. After that happened, I drove a few miles and called up from a diner in Pennsylvania to this party who's at your right. I called her up and asked her, jokingly, Mary, was I there? She said yes. She said I'd been there, and it will tell you that I was there, telephoning, and yet Mary will say I was there at the exact same time at that door. The time was 820 when you appeared at the door and 830 when you called me on the phone. But I believe

I believe anyone could do this if they just experiment with it and it was used right that anyone can do this. And I still don't know how it's done or what it is but I do continue to, continue to experiment with it. Mrs. Menger,

or Mr. Menger, please, could I meet the space person present here? No, I'm sorry, the person or persons have to remain unknown. Why do you hold your pipe off speaking to your audience? Try to cover up my nervousness. I'm a very, I'm a very nervous person and I usually smoke like a factory. And it gives other people the impression that I'm a very calm, cool, collected person, which I'm not. I'm nervous. I don't think that I'm capable of telling a story like this because I'm not a public speaker but everyone has habits. But rather than bite my nails, I think I'd rather smoke. What brought you to Trenton? Well, they said I was going to get here some day or the other and I finally made it. What do you think of Mel Conner's story? Uh, no comment. Do you really think he had a written message that resolved after he rewrote it? Why didn't you immediately replay the tape you made of Long John's program the other night? Why did you set it aside and retire it to bed?

Uh, we did play it immediately after the program and nothing was on the 30 second period. Uh, the people that listened to that, I suppose there were some in the audience, but to the people that didn't hear it, they, uh, tried to project a message to outer space through an infrared beam through this instrument that John Otto has developed. Uh, infrared light beam would be used as a carrier for a message to come through to transmit or to, uh, receive a message from outer space instead of using a wire as we use it in telephones, and it can be done. Well, they had a recorder, I suppose they had a recorder on there, didn't they? But they had a 30 second break for a message to come through if a message would. And he requested people all over the country listening, all of the states, the nearby states, to listen and record the program in a 30 second break that maybe they would pick up some message. Well, we recorded it, then we played it back,

nothing came through. However, the next day when we played this recorder, the message, very similar to what Otto John had played before, described as coming from outer space, was on our recorder. Now, I don't know how it got there, but I don't want to go on record as saying that it was from outer space, because I don't know. The machine was left alone in the house for quite a few hours. Anyone could have dubbed it in. So, I don't know how the message got on there, or whether it's authentic or not. That will come up later. It could be a very clever way to cut me up a little, maybe, so to speak. There are a lot of people that don't want to continue what I'm saying. The message from the people and the visitors from outer space and their purpose here, their custom or anything else. There are people that don't believe it, and they don't want the message to continue. Not only because they don't believe it, but because, well, there's other reasons.

If these people are so perfect physically, and there is no disease or sickness among them, then why do they die even at the age of a hundred years? Of what? A hundred years. Well, they don't die at the age of a hundred years. Oh, a hundred. They live a life span of seven hundred years. As they've said before, they told me, they are not perfect, but there are other beings further on or higher than they are who never die. I think seven hundred years is quite a while. A lot of good could be done in seven hundred years. They work as servants for our Creator, and time is something which they have a lot of, and they use most of it putting themselves in a category of being to our Creator and to each other. I heard on radio one space man was captured. Is it possible? Yes, it's very possible to capture space people, but I don't know about it. If it requires only seconds or minutes to get here from outer space, how come they get tied up here

in local traffic in cars instead of going back to ships via teleportation or or a combination of these two? Well, I don't know why they do it, but I do know there are quite a few of them in factories, in the government, in different places that work amongst us, as one of us. And if they teleport themselves, they'd be known immediately. Or if they got into a ship. They have to live like we do while they're here. They have to drive cars. Not that I know of. However, the people on the other planets mature very early. In a very few years. Where we take 18 to 21 years to mature. They remember everything from their past lives, where we forget. The only thing that we remember is certain things that come. My purpose in trying to convey their message

to you, part of which is that you have a soul. A soul never dies. Just your body dies. Don't live today as though you were going to die tomorrow. You should live the future. Now is the future, but don't live the past. And live for your brothers and sisters. In other words, live the golden rule. If those people are here on Earth, will they live as long as they would if they were on their own planet? Uh, no. While they're here, if they came here permanently, they come under the frequency of the rhythm of this planet. Thereby, their bodies do also. Why don't you have one of those people come to these meetings? I'm sure in a large group like this, one person could ask questions. That's something I wish I could do. Have one right up here. But there are a lot of people that wouldn't believe it if they saw it. Remember your first broadcast with Long John when he asked if you had ever heard of George Van Tassel? Before you met him in person

after his lecture in New York, you became Sonic. Did you? Yes, I did know of George Van Tassel. I knew of George Adamski. And I knew of a lot of other people out in the West that are known now and some will be known later. How I came to know them is something which I can't relate just yet. I can't say how I knew George Van Tassel would be here just yet. What tangible evidence do you have in your possession other than tape-recorded voices? Well, as far as this tape-recorded tape-recorded voices goes that came over the radio last night, I don't know whether that's evidence or not. We won't know until it's broken down by John Otto and found to be a hoax or what it is because I don't know how it got on the tape. I do have other evidence which I can't bring up now or for quite a while yet that would definitely prove it. Do you have clothing or metal from another planet? Yes, I do. Do you have clothing or metal from another planet?

If so, where may they be seen? Well, they can't be seen for quite a while yet. It's up to the people to believe this way. If they can believe this way, then it's better for people to believe by being told something or as it's said in the Bible, blessed are those that believe without seeing. It's better that way than to be hit on the head and forced into something. Has there been any radio contacts with persons from outer space? Yes, there have. What is their mental capacity? The space people's mental capacity is very great compared to ours. According to our scientists, we only use 5% of our brain. Have anyone taken moving pictures of the space people and their personnel? Yes, a lot of moving pictures have been taken of the space ships. I've seen two of them myself. I don't know where they are now. I didn't take them myself, but I did see them. I know they're authentic. The same as ours? Yes, the Ten Commandments are the same ones

which we use, which they speak of. What is the odor described by many in connection with the ships? I don't know what that odor is. It's not as strong as it's been reported by other people. We did smell something, but it wasn't as strong. We don't know what it is. It might be a byproduct of something. Are Dansky's and Bethlehem's experiences factual? I can't answer that. Can anyone arrange for a meeting with these people from other planets? If so, what is the procedure? I don't know whether there's any procedure about it. You don't arrange meetings with them. They arrange meetings with you. Did you get the license of the car? Did the visitors use it? There was no license plate on the front of the car, which is a clue.

I didn't know the area at first, so there must have been a plate on the rear of the car. But I wouldn't pay too much attention to that anyway. If we do not recognize the former life, how do we know to improve the present one? They've also said that these visitors it's understood the way we act, because we don't know of the past. That since we don't know who we are, what we're doing here, and where we're going, or where we came from, how can we be held responsible for what we do? So they're here trying to help us find out what we are, so that we would be responsible for what we do.

Just having a recollection of the past wouldn't necessarily determine whether how to improve on your future life. A lot of people that could be given a recollection of the past would probably affect them in more ways than one. No doctors. What happens when one is injured? As I said before, the power of the thought projection is a very powerful thing. These people do use thought power, thought projection. They've said that God is within all of us. If this is true, the God within us can actually cure an injury without surgery or medicine of any kind. It doesn't seem to happen before. Well, that I can't explain. There's a lot of things I can't explain. I don't know what flashbacks are, but they're definitely from another life, and they come to me in full consciousness. Through hypnotism, past lives can be brought to light very easy among some of us. And certain miracles have been performed through using hypnotism on people.

Those who believe help others. Telling the story, trying to relate it to you, and not changing it by keeping the thing along the same path, the same truth, and not changing it to suit yourself or to suit your own ego, to suit you. But do it with the idea of helping others alone, not yourself. To really help us to go all out and sacrifice everything it's going to turn out. This thing is bigger than any business or country or anything. Leslie, do you have all the books collected? Are there any more questions before we break up the meeting? A lot of people, possibly some, in this room, come here from other planets and don't know it yet. You see, you can't remember your past lives unless you go under hypnosis, which helps to bring it out. It's a tool. It's not the best tool to use, but it is a tool to bring out certain things. And they're bringing out more things with it for good nowadays than they've ever done before, to my knowledge.

Where others come direct, right from the ship, and drive to places and get jobs and work amongst it. I would say there is some truth to it. Well, if there's no more questions, well, I've done some good. This is Art Campbell,

and I'm speaking to you from the Giant Rock Airport, 150 miles inland on the high desert from Los Angeles, California. Today we have with us Mr. Howard Mentor. He's going to tell us his background and experience with these flying saucers or phenomena known as UFOs. Howard, can you give us a little bit of your background prior to this experience? Well, I got out of the Army in 1945. In 1946 I went into my own sign painting and advertising business, which I enjoyed very much. I kept with that for 12 years, having contacts with people who said they were from out of space all of this time, during the whole 12 years. I liked the sign business very much. Artistic abilities came in there, which I had a natural adeptness for. But this other thing which was taking place slowly but surely gradually got me away from it. You mean the realization of the flying saucers in our atmosphere and the people therein? Yes, I had seen many discs

in the area of New Jersey where I come from, and ships landed and people got out and eventually I got quite a few witnesses there to see this and when it hit the East Coast in 1956 the whole East Coast was alert to the fact that there were ships coming from other planets and they did contain intelligent beings much further advanced than we are. They're actually spiritually and physically higher than we are. They have a higher understanding of life and its meaning. Of course they don't have any wars. They've long since done away with wars. And they're here to try to help us attain a higher understanding of life and its meaning without throwing off balance our religions, our economy, and our ways of living. They're not here to destroy us. They're not here to control us in any way. They don't control anyone. They only help to help others help themselves to get a higher understanding. more from Howard Menger. This is Art Camel again with Howard Menger. Howard, I'd like to ask you a question. I understand that some of your experiences have been published. Can you tell us where and what publications have carried these stories? Oh, there have been quite a few newspaper articles on the East and all the way to the West Coast, and of course it was in Life Magazine, Argosy Magazine, the Bucks County Traveler, and the May 18th issue of the National Enquirer. It's a fairly good article. It's been, of course, publicized on radio on the East Coast and WOR. I understand you've written a book about your experiences. What's the name of this book? The name of the book is From Outer Space to You. It starts from the very beginning and up to the latest contacts which have taken place all over the country. Howard, could you tell us of your earlier, one of your more vivid earlier contacts with these supposed men in outer space?

Well, the one that really stays with me is what happened in the latter part of August in 1956. And this huge fireball-like object came in from the west side of the field. This was an airfield? No, this was what we now call Location 1 in Highbridge, New Jersey. A secluded, wooded area. I see. It was surrounded by trees. And it gave the appearance, at least to me then, that it was tremendously, had a tremendous amount of heat involved. In fact, it looked just like the sun coming at me and I was pretty frightened. But as it came closer, the pulsations and the appearance of heat subsided and it took on a metallic-like shape, bell-shaped. Portholes appeared when it got about two or three feet from the ground. And I could see that it was a craft approximately fifty or sixty feet wide, eighteen to twenty feet high. When it got about a foot from the ground, an opening appeared in the side of the craft. Two men stepped out. Very nice-looking

fellows, about six feet tall. And then, after one stepped to the right, another one stepped to the left, another fellow got out. He was dressed a little differently than they were. They had ski-type suits on and long blonde hair over their shoulders. How tall were they, Howard? We hear of large monsters of some kind. Can you give us a general height and width of these people? Well, they look very... They're built similar to us. They have a skeleton, they have a body, they have blood. They're very similar to us. The only difference you notice right away is the hair style. They wear their hair long over their shoulders or page-boy style. But after these two fellows came out, this other being came out. He gave me the impression of, well, tremendous intelligence, very high being, very reverent fellow. And he approached me and I I'll never forget the feeling. Tremendous amount of spiritual love that seemed to come from this fellow

and from him to me. It was a terrific experience. Was he dressed like the others? Yes, only he had a cape. Over his ski-type outfit. I see. These ski-type outfits, were they... Could you give us a description of them? Well, they're... I don't know what material they're made of. They're semi-translucent. Pastel colors. Very light material. It seems to be very light, but it seems to give me an impression that it's protective in some way. Are there any shoes involved? Yes, there are. They're not like ours. They don't have laces or anything like that. It fits right in. It's odd, actually. Can you tell me, was there any head gear or any oxygen mask or anything that you saw? No. No, they tell me that after they go through a processing in the ship, they can step out on any planet that has air similar to ours and breathe the air. The atmosphere. This is Art Campbell and I'm Howard Menger at Giant Rock Airport, California. Howard, let's get down a little bit to the description of this ship. You said it was looked like a fireball. Could you feel any heat from it? No, actually there's no heat at all involved in the propulsion of these craft. A lot of them work on a magnetic or electromotive type of power, which is free energy, which they obtain from outer space and which is available all around our Earth. And they use it and it is free. It's not a destructive type of energy. It's a natural free energy given to us by our infant father, you might say, to use to live and enjoy life with. Well, this energy that they use in the ships, why don't we use this type of energy on our ships? Well, the latest information that I have is that we are working, our scientists and other scientists all over the world are working on a type of power very similar, if not exactly the same

thing which they use. But they also use electromotive type of power in conjunction with light. Light not as we know it, but light in outer space which doesn't travel. See, our Earth goes into this, travels into this light, thousands of miles an hour, and strikes the atmospheric envelope of our planet and becomes secondary energy, or light as we know it, as we perceive with our physical eyes. I believe, Doctor, I think that Einstein, before he passed away, had a theory in the making similar to this. Am I correct? Very similar, yes. Well, Howard, the description of the ship, what type of substance did it seem to be made of? Was it a fiber or aluminum color or metallic? It seemed to be metallic, but it was the shiniest metal I think I've ever seen in my life. It looked like, you might say, glass metal. And when the sun shone on it, it reflected very brightly. This was in the daytime, then? Well, it was around sunset. Around sunset. Yeah.

Must have been quite a sight. It was, really. About how large was the craft, Howard? Approximately 60 feet, 50 or 60 feet in diameter, and 18 to 20 feet high. There were portholes around the craft in force, and the opening that appeared after these two fellows stepped out and then the third man seemed to be, well, it wasn't a sliding door, it was similar to the iris of a camera. It's a thing that I couldn't understand. There's a lot of things I don't understand about this, believe me. But he stepped down on a sort of platform after the opening appeared and approached me. He's a very, very handsome man with long blonde hair blowing in the breeze and large eyes, but keep in mind that these people are not monsters. They're beautiful-looking people. And he seemed to have an aura about him, sort of a light fluorescence which surrounded his whole body, especially around his head. And the light blue cape blowing in the wind was quite a sight. I wished

I had a camera at this time, but of course I didn't know what was going to happen and I wasn't prepared for it. But he did speak about a message, a very, very interesting message. Folks, stay tuned to KBKC and we'll hear you with this message on the next program. This is Art Camel

Well, actually he didn't speak at all vocally with his tongue or using his vocal cords. He spoke in what seemed to me to be a telepathic type of thing. I seemed to picture and hear words in my own mind. It was a strange experience. I haven't had another one like this since. But he did I'd say in five minutes of using this type of communication give me a long series of what I said before was a message to Earth people from these people from other planets plus scientific knowledge which he said would come out over a period of years. In other words, it was impressed on my subconscious and it would come out in my conscious actions in words, thoughts, to people who I would lecture to and talk to in the future. And the main part of the message was that there is definitely

as most people believe on this planet an infinite father or supreme mind or supreme intelligence which did create the entire universe. And this a little spark of this supreme intelligence or whatever you want to call it is within each and every one of us to use to his or her discretion and that it's up to us in other words to and what they're trying to do is get it to use it for good for constructive instead of destructive purposes not to gain power over our brothers not to have wars which is an old story we're still preaching and we don't want war but they do happen now and then we don't want them but they do happen and he said a lot of things such as that it is wrong definitely wrong to kill any form of this infinite father's creations that each form possesses what we would call a type of soul which is progressing over the years through different incarnations and gaining knowledge along the ladder up the ladder toward perfection

Well Howard many of us who are listening now have been called to the service of our country is this not the right thing to do to fight for what we believe in well now you're getting into something very touchy of course we can't just lay down our arms and let another hostile country come in here and take us over we have a wonderful place here to live and we have to protect our way of life our freedom and of course that's only part of the answer we could go into that later I suppose I believe we have had about 177 years of peace in the last 2000 years so if this man did talk to you and he did say these things to you he was certainly justified keep tuned to this radio station and you will hear more of Howard Menger and his experiences Howard Kemmel and Howard Menger again Howard I understand you had an experience in 1956 could you tell us about another experience with these space people or spacecraft yes it was in the fall of 1956

in the area of High Bridge New Jersey where I used to live this huge fireball like object came in similar to the other one which I call the great teacher came out of and he told me incidentally of this future ship landing well anyway it came down took on a metallic like appearance two men stepped out again opening appeared one fellow approached me and beckoned me toward the ship I followed him in and the other two fellows followed me behind me and the opening closed inside the ship the lighting seemed to come from the walls there were no fluorescent lights there were no light bulbs or anything such as we have here on this planet and there were many gadgets there was a control section that covered at least one third the circular part of the room and I had no idea I was even off the earth and I had been up or in the ship about 15 minutes and I realized that we had been in outer space for 15 minutes and the porthole appeared there to the right of me I looked out of it

and saw what I thought was either must have been the earth or venus and I asked this fellow who was standing next to me he didn't answer me but immediately after I asked him this question there was a projection near the center of the ship of venus in third dimension color and sound and it was taken it seemed it was similar to television but there was no screen and there was no projector that I could see I could even hear sounds and it was taken I'd say from about 10 to 100 feet above the planet and yet we were about 75% of the way I'd say in my own estimation it looked about the size of the moon from the earth it was a very hazy white bluish fluorescent color around the planet from the outside in other words the atmospheric envelope around the planet I couldn't see any landmarks but this device which they used brought it brought the life on the planet below this atmospheric envelope and showed bodies of water large bodies of water

might have been oceans and trees, forests and people walking around just like here on earth except they had dome shaped buildings I didn't see any square type buildings or high buildings like the Empire State Building in New York some were dome shaped some were higher than others and there was a strange colored lights coming from the top of the domes and there were sort of platforms spiral platforms leading up to the top I imagine that people would walk up these things Howard on the next program I'm going to ask you about a man by the name of Buck Nelson who many of us are familiar with who has claimed to have had some similar experiences before more of Howard Mentor from Southern California
