[00:00] Opening remarks and introduction

I forgot to bring my list of the speakers. Dr. Bleeves, or Bleeves, I don't know how you pronounce it, B-L-E-I-S-E. He lives in San Francisco. He was there and did a very interesting talk. And another lady that I can't remember her name, but she gave experiences, well, channeling, mediumship I guess it is, of working with a lady who contacted little children who died and they helped them across.

And there was also a guide to meet them, but sometimes the children didn't know they were dead. So anyway, she had tape recordings of these experiences when they would find out. And it was really just a tremendous thing to hear the experiences. Dan Fry gave his new movie, Saturday Night, and it's quite unprofessional right now, but he has enlisted the help of some college kids from the Lewis and Clark College. And they did the dramatics.

It's sort of a dramatization of a land deciding to come here to planet Earth to help us and find out what is the trouble here. And it kind of goes into ecology, brings it up to date. He also incorporated... His films, The History of Flight, which is, if you've ever seen them, are very funny, where men started out trying to use boards, you know, to fly with them, gliders and so forth, and the drafts. And they came to.

Dan said he had made a recording to go along with this film, but it hasn't been put on the track yet. So he narrated it as it went along. It was very interesting, and he was unusually funny. He's rather a serious person, but he was in rare humor that night. So we enjoyed it immensely. He also had some of his own films of actual UFO photos that he had taken up there in Merlin.

So we had a very interesting time. We also visited a couple of the Trapanius. I don't know if you know them or not. They used to be down here, and they're now living in Washington. And Clyde is a channel, and they're carrying on. They're walking. They're going to work there. Then coming back from Canada, we stopped in Grass Valley

to see Jane and Roberta Myers, who were instrumental in putting out the Galaxy tape. How many have heard the Galaxy tape? Monka and so forth. There are some new tapes that are going to be put out this summer. We heard one, a part of one, in Freed Park, where the space people have discovered, well, of course, I guess they knew that there is this radiation

coming through the ionosphere. But they are going to build a grid to keep this out. But this tape also gave some of the future of the United States. And as soon as we get a copy, we'll play it for you sometime. So how many of you heard Stanton Friedman on the radio the other night? He's a nuclear physicist who is, depending on all his work, at this time now, researching UFOs.

And he has an organization called the California UFO Research Institute. And he's located in Redonda Beach. He has reviewed this new book by Dr. Alan Kynock. I don't know if you remember him or not, but this is Mr. Swampgat. He's the one that, when they asked him what he thought it was, he said,

he said, he said, he said, he said, he said, he said, he said, he said,

he said, he said, he said, he said, he said, he said, he said, he said,

he said, he said, he said, he said, he was their spokesman. He called it Swampgat. So they dismissed it as Swampgat. And,

but since then, this man has gotten so interested in the subject of UFOs and from the scientific viewpoint, as well as the McGiddies, the, they, he decided to write

an answer to the Condon Report and other, the Project Blue Book, which he thinks has a lot of false analyses. The, this UFO Research Institute, Stanton Friedman,

we had heard him some years ago. He used to work for Westinghouse and General Electric before, and he came out here to TRW, and then I suppose a lot of you know that TRW laid off a lot of their new people. So he was one of them, and he,

instead of going, looking for another job, he decided to, do the UFO research. I'd just like to read something he said in here about this book, because Dr. Hyak is in, well first,

he leans heavily on his own files rather than the sightings treated over and over again in other books. He also almost exclusively stresses cases involving more than one witness. He categorizes sightings by strangeness and witness reliability, and even discusses landings and creature cases,

all in a refreshing, non-dedactic fashion. Dr. Hyak is in some ways quite conservative about UFOs, and others see as very much more liberal than the typical astronomers, who seem all too often to be show-backs to the 1880s, rather than seekers for truth in the 1970s. Dr. Hyak's low-key presentation of some of

Dr. Mensel's so-called UFO explanations, end quote, is to be commended for his restraint, though I had to laugh out loud at his testimony, and use that for my part. The difference between survive and survive was this partly for the sake of a whole difference in life. There is a definition of self-discipline here, in that,

while reading Menzel's completely ridiculous explanations. Now, if any of you know the UFO story, Dr. Menzel came out with a book. We all thought it was an answer. It was the Air Force's answer to UFOs. It was explaining away. And I remember one time when Dan Fry was holding his meeting, this was back in the 1950s or early 60s,

Occhio Angelucci gave a talk and he took Menzel's book page by page. And it was the funniest evening we've ever spent. Dr. Menzel had a wonderful sighting in Arizona, but he just explained it away. He couldn't believe it himself. In this it says, The point is Hynek's book should be read by every reader of this review, which is this one,

and by an awful lot of others, especially the ancient academics, fossilized physicists, naysaying newsmen, and other nattering nabobs of negativism, whose closed-mindedness has kept the scientific study of UFOs out of the mainstream of science. We all owe Dr. Hynek a debt of gratitude for his courage,

his sense of fairness, his patience with his colleagues, and even his sense of humor. In his 62nd year, he has shown more guts about UFOs than many professional people 20 years his junior. There are also some good pictures in here. The other night,

Stanton Friedman brought out about this soybean field that has the burnt area. You can see that or not, but it's a ring of six fosters. And he isn't sure that that is a true story. If anyone knows any there, he'd be glad to hear about it. But that was interesting.

And then these were taken from an airline. I guess by a pilot. Stanton Friedman put out some of his own books, but this is one that he was talking about the other night. It's UFOs, Myths, and Mysteries. And it's very interesting. He goes into about the counter-reports and so forth. Fine, popular, energetic.

This is a very scientific paper. It's only 50 cents. The UFO Review, which I was reading from, he puts out, I think, bi-monthly, and it's 50 cents if you'd like to pick one up at the table. One of the... wonders is a copy. This is a private issue.

It's an analysis, actually, of the Air Force Project Blue Book, Special Report Number 14. Now, a lot of people have heard about the Blue Book. It's practically all here except for some tables, which would take up too much printing. But the analysis through that is really quite tremendous. You ought to look it over in our table.

That's all. I also have a booklet. This is... It's a fan fragment. Thank you, Roberta. Announcements about any coming meetings at Jessica Madigan. If you come up and share a big hand. Talking about dreams, if you have any questions,

I wish you'd jot them down so we can answer them later. And if you have some dreams, I'll try to do them. I have some helpers here, Jerry Steyer, and some girls in the back, and I think that maybe we can try to interpret your dreams, if you'd like, but I do interpret them. And I'm pretty long-winded. I thought, well, would somebody give me a high sign?

How long do I have? I want to start off with an hour. An hour? Okay. Edger Casey said, and I am talking mostly about Edger Casey, and here's the purpose of dreams. He said, your dreams will give you the answers that you want. And last time I spoke, when it was all finished,

I found out the mic was working and that no one heard me. So if you can hear me in the back, Bob, would you tell me, please, if you can't hear very well, because, okay, he said that if you want to know about dreams, if you want to have any answer to any question, turn to your dreams, because your dreams will give you information whether you want to write a sonata

or whether you want to dig for 50 words. And in between, he talked about dreams of past lives, dreams of the future, subconscious dreams, which seem to tell us what we're supposed to do here and now. And Edgar Cayce had a little different idea about dreams than anyone else that I've ever read. He said, for instance, that we can carry on a subconscious, what Freud would say, a symbolic dream, Cayce said emblematical, meaning the same thing,

but that our superconscious, that we, can be out of the body. And some of you remember that Chan Thomas said here one time, that if you took a beam of light, and you wanted to show it to the outermost point across the universe, it would take 81 million years. And yet, Edgar Cayce said, you can traverse the whole cosmos, to 81 million light years even, when you are out of the body. And he said that before you come into the body, before all of us come into the body, we have an outline for what we're going to do.

And when we get here, especially some of us who are a little older, we know that we get bogged down every now and then. You kind of lose your identity. And then your dreams try to tell you, well, this isn't what you came to do, Johnny. This isn't what you came to do, Jessica. And if you turn to your dreams, there are always dreams of diners. And he said, every person on earth has a mission. He talked about our young people.

He said our new age, long before they came into being, he said that these young people would be coming from other civilizations, from La, L.A., Da, E.A., Mu, Lemuria, Atlantis. And he indicated that in the 1960s and 1970s and 1980s, an entirely different type of people would be in our world. And have you walked down Hollywood Boulevard, Jessica, lately? I walked down yesterday. So what he said way back then has already come to pass.

And according to Casey, he said that these dreams of these young people will be their guideposts. And as in Atlantis, these are the young people who came in in Atlantis, the land that went beneath this, this America. He said that they came in this time to bring about the brotherhood of man. But also, in the last age, they came in for the same reason. And they got a little mixed up. They remembered the story of Plato.

They went over to Concord, Europe. And incidentally, I think this thing, for those of you who believe in reincarnation, apparently the Atlanteans who went over and conquered Europe came back as the American Indians when the white man came in and did the same thing, you know, conquered them. And so many of the young people, you know, they're wearing these bands and so on. These are our American Indians come back. And they're still sort of mad at the white man.

They don't know why they do this. That's why. But he said that these are there. They will know intuitively around the year 2000. They will know intuitively a past life. And that they will be born with the knowledge of God and the knowledge of the other portion of their entity, meaning, I think, twin souls.

So I thought we could take different types of dreams. And if you have any questions, well, then you can even break in and ask me if you want. I guess we will have a question period later. I've told this story before here, but I love it. I love to find a story that is right down to earth. Jesse Lasky, who founded Famous Players Lasky, it's now called Caramel Studios, was the man who, in my opinion, and I like Mr. Lasky,

was very maturely oriented. I think he was the one who discovered Mary Pickford. And way back, long ago, he discovered quite a number, quite a number of motion picture stars. And then he got an Academy Award on Sgt. York. Well, we had an Edgar Cayce group in Hollywood. I had a little one-room apartment. And Mr. Lasky would drop by for his wife once in a while

and for his daughter, Betty Lasky. And he's listening and he'd laugh at us a little bit. Just once or twice. He said, oh, you girls, you know, you're really hot, you're really hot. So he had some dreams. He said three weeks before he died. And Jesse Lasky, his wife,

has given me permission to tell the dream. I've told it many times, but I know it's absolutely true. Now, this is the man who is interested in the material things of Earth. You might say almost that he was a materialist. I mean, although he was the creator. He created beautiful movies and so on.

He brought happiness to millions of people. He definitely didn't belittle Jesse. His wife said he never once remembered a dream. In all the 45 years they were married. But suddenly he started to come into this lovely deli or home. And he said, Jesse, I had a dream last night.

And he started out by saying, I went to another country. He said, we've never been there. He said, well, what was it? So I just went to a place that it looked like, well, maybe Ireland. It was so green. And it was forget-me-nots.

And I found this dream. And I walked by this dream. And there were goldfish in it. And turquoise. And goldfish in it. And I said, well, what was that dream. And he said, well, I found this beautiful dream.

And I went to another place. And I said, Jesse, what was it? And I said, well, I found this wonderful dream. And he said, Jesse, what was it? Well, he would say, Jesse, what was so wonderful about that dream? He said, well, the only thing is I was so

happy. And he said, I felt, you know, I was 73 years old. And he said, I felt as if I were a boy again. Every morning. Now, he wrote a book called I Blown My Own Horn about his career.

And he was giving lectures every day in Hollywood and Beverly Hills, all over. And he was to give, on the last day of his tell. And it was one of those things, you know, people sometimes sense coming in. Everyone who loved Jesse Lasky was there. But on the morning, before he was to give that lecture, he came down and Jesse said, he sat down and he said, Jessica, he didn't say a word. And when I looked at him, he said he had tears in his eyes. And I said, Jesse, what happened? What has he dreamed this time? He said, Jesse, you'd never believe it. He said, not even, but not even you would believe it.

And so he started to tell him a dream. He said, once again, I found myself in that meadow. And he said, this time I looked up and I saw a white farmhouse at the top of the hill. He said it had a green barn and a green fence. And he said, Jesse, I felt I had to go up there. I knew that I would know those people. And he started to walk up. He said he opened the little green gate. He went up on the porch and there was an old fast and knocker there. And he sounded the knocker. And he heard a woman's foot crazy. And he said, Jesse, the door opened. And there stood my mother. And my sister was with her. He said, they've been dead 30 years and they look just like girls. And he went on and said, they threw their arms around me. And

they said, Jesse, we knew that you were coming. We've been waiting. We were hoping that this was the day. And then he said, I woke up. But he said, just before I woke up, I was talking to my mother. I said, mother, you look like you did when I was five years old. And she said, well, of course I do. He said, Jesse, look in the mirror. And he looked in the mirror and he said, Jesse, I look as if I were in my 30s. And he said, I've never seen an old person. When he started to leave for his lectures at Beverly Hilton, he said, he came all the way back to the street and just stood by again. He said, Jesse, I wish I didn't have to go. He said, I wish I could just think about that dream. So he walked up the street and he said, I wish I didn't have to go. And he said, I wish I didn't have to go.

He walked into the luncheon room and he said, 500 people stood up and cheered. And he had a friend on each side of him. And he looked at them and he waved to the audience. And then the whole audience saw that he suddenly looked up above their heads and he waved to something just above them. And he looked ecstatically happy. And at that instant was dead. Everyone was wondering what he saw and no one knew. He went back to that white farmhouse. So sometimes the 20-year-old Casey, that we can bring back, we can decide if we want to die. He says that death isn't for our day. Remember during World War II that, although it's this expression, his number is up? Well, Casey had a dream once, oh, years before he died,

about his own death. And that he didn't die at all. But when they had a reading on it, the reading said that he could have chosen to die then. He could have chosen to go. He couldn't have chosen to die alone. So he chose to go to the other side because he was greatly needed over here. And over here, no one knew anything about him. But it was about that time Marguerite Harmon-Brow wrote this book. And then he started to get thousands of letters. Now, apparently he had a choice. The readings say that even a child up to seven years of age can choose to go on the other side. Even a baby can choose to go on the other side. But death is a matter of choice. And then, of course, the first thing you think about, well, what if I went across the street to the other side of

my house? I would have been blind to that. I would have been blind to that. I would have been blind to that. night and got run over. Is that a matter of choice? That's an accident. What about President Lincoln, who did dream of his own death? President Kennedy, who didn't have a dream, but the night before he was killed, went through the whole thing. He said there could be somebody in a window. He could shoot right down. Here's three shots. He's gone. Now, this is what you might call a waking dream, had chosen to leave the body at that moment. With Kennedy

[22:03] Main address

and with Lincoln, they probably brought more good out of the body than they could have brought in the body. That's my feeling. But again, since I believe in reincarnation, I have to say that not even an Abraham Lincoln, in my opinion, could be assassinated unless it was a karmic thing, unless one time, thousands of years ago, perhaps, they had done the same thing. Because over and over again, death is a matter of choice. Remember the head of unity? He didn't want to die. I think he lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived.

He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived. He lived to be 96 or 98 years old and he always said he wouldn't die at all. But Casey said, we're not ripe for that quote. We're going to have to give up sometimes. Casey theme talks about the discipline. He talks about...He called them the enviro. Now, I hate to say this because everyone's so excited about moon flight and everything else. He says we're not going to find physical life on any other planet. Not this kind of life. But we're going to find . I was going to talk to Jerry on the way over. Casey once had a a vision not a dream he looked up and was out in his backyard i believe he was 50 and he saw a

great brown red chariot just above him now that could have been a flying saucer and he took it to mean that his time on earth was short and that he might not see his sons again it happened just that way but casey said in a reading that in the latter part of this century there would be many moving lights in the heavens and that would be because we are growing spiritually and we are aware of spiritual guardians from other planets so i think that's pretty close i think that's right here but he talked about what would happen on when we do leave our body he said every time that you're in a deep slate of sleep state you go out of your body now you may have a little tingly dream you know something to tell you what

to do right here and now but you are out of the body i know just one time when i first started to read about this kind of thing years ago and i wanted to go out of the body and every night i would pray to go out of the body and remember it and i didn't even know if anybody did i haven't heard of edgar casey and one night i had this little dream it wasn't more than a dream with four young rings and i dreamed i came through our french windows of our little apartment i had a sort of a recent dress and very happily like quite thin in that dream and i walked over and i saw myself on the bed the bed was right in the living room when it was pulled down mercy said and i walked away and said you are a good

girl you are a kind girl you are a sweet girl and when you wake up you're going to remember that you were out of the body that you went to another planet i said it over and over and in my hand i had a blue flame and i said when you wake up too you'll see this blue flame on the piano and in the instant i was awake on the piano it started to my witness there was a blue flame i'll look at it perhaps two minutes i woke my husband up and i said gene what do you see on the piano he said i see a blue flame he said i've got to get up and see what it is and he got up and if he pretty panned out advantage but i think it was an out of the body experience i was just beginning and i think when we're we're just beginning we're given all kinds of things

and i think that maybe jesse lasky needed this particular kind of dream so anyway casey said that every night that when you're in a deep sleep first of all if you've lost a loved one he said she was dealt to the environs fears claims of venus and where you might find your loved ones he said there is no separation in spirit that you're never separated from either the other portion of yourself or the one that you most love when i was a little girl my father had dreams my father casey said adopted children always find their right parents and i like to think of it that way but my father had a mattress factory he was some business with simmons and daddy used to dream that he would go to the factories of the future and now i think he

was talking about what casey called mercury and here he would see inventions and one night he dreamed about the beauty rest mattress and when he woke up i think he showed it to his partner who was simmons and uh simmons said well we'll have to use that someday and long after my father was scared that the beauty rest mattress did come into being so i think daddy was actually contacting something a fellow you know gloria glenn who is with me quite a lot well gloria's husband was zoltan turkey and he was once our assistant director of the philharmonic in new york and for years sultan would dream of going to a place which i think must be empty in

and there he would find uh a great job and they would explain it has not yet been composed and so this is something that seems to happen to all of us that we go to where we're most interested a song composed a book can be written and sometimes years apparently he's quite something to be robert lewis stevenson some of you have i know his doctor people and mr hyde well if casey says that every time you dream you can dream on several levels and you can also do your own past life and uh robert louis stevenson dreams doctors and mr hyde and mr hyde of course is and one of the best stories of all time is that of samuel taylor colvin to bring and i didn't know until today the day he proved what khan was i wouldn't know until the day he proved what khan was

I got very intrigued by this story, and I called up the library, and I found that Kublai Khan was the grandson of Genghis Khan's grandfather, and he started one of the great dynasties of China. Now, the interesting thing about Coleridge, he dreamed the whole poem about Kublai Khan and about his talent, and no history at that time had been written of a description of Khan's talent. But about 20 years after Coleridge wrote the poem, someone came into the door and interrupted him, and it was half-finished. There came out a history book, and it was written by someone in China, and an exact description of the way that Coleridge wrote about the talent. So I think it's possible, it may not be, but I think it's very possible that Coleridge was dreaming of a past life.

And the other person that seemed to dream in past lives was Thomas. And Thomas, he said, he had very big dreams, and he wrote projections of dreams of all kinds of things, being back in Egypt, visiting outer space places and hearing beautiful music, and he was in love with a woman named Anne, and for some reason he couldn't be with Anne in that lifetime. And he would dream about being with her in past lives, in a great English court, or in a French court. And then finally, he dreamed about being with her in Palestine. At the time of Jesus, he was a very simple woman, but he was overwhelmed with the happiness that he had in that particular dream. So that, too, could be.

You know of Stardale's dream, because I think that he spoke here once, and at least we had him when I was with the A.R.E. And, you know, he was a prisoner, I'll make this very short, most of you know this. He was in prison quite a long time, and he had a lot of trouble with his, and his teachers said, when you go into the dunce and this. You're going to stay there, you're going to come crawling on your knees and bathing me to let you out. And he swore, if I die in there, I'm not going to do it. And they put him in a straight back, and they gave him two pieces of bread a day and water. He gave him two pieces of bread, and he tried not to have the water.

And one day, he suddenly found himself out of the body. And he said, now he would not come out and say, I believe in the incarnation. I took his class in Virginia Beach when I was a student, taking sex with Terry. Star came in. He was in there at the Methodist church, and he gave a class. But he said that when he was out of the body, he would go back into the past, thousands of years ago. He could speak 25 languages, although he had little education. And he said he seemed to be 10-year-old people.

But everyone was in the dungeon. All this happened in the dungeon. And finally, he had a dream, and he dreamed that he saw Jesus in the garden in Palestine. And when he walked towards Jesus, he saw the. Wonderful love coming out toward him. And he said in that moment, he thought that his life was saved. At least when he got out of that dungeon, he was never the same again. And something else he said, like looking at a movie.

He saw in one flash all the bad things he'd done in his life. He had not murdered anyone, but I think he'd been a criminal for a long time. And then something he had never tried consciously to do a good thing. And this scroll went backwards. And he saw all the good things he'd done, even feeding a kitten once that was lost. All those different things. So apparently, almost everyone, everyone has. We may not bring it back because just think you're so happy, I understand, out of the body.

It may not want to come back. Not long ago, there was an article in the Times about Dunford, the director. And my closest friend, Mel D, was a good friend of Dunford. In fact, Dunford's mother, her name was Barbara Curran O'Feeney, and his real name is O'Feeney. And she died at Mel's house. She was so crippled up with arthritis that she could hardly walk to the porch. And she was not at all interested in this kind of thing. She would say, Mel, you always believe that there's another life and reincarnation.

He said, but there isn't. She would say, there's no such thing, Mel. We were dead there again. And one night. She had a dream. She simply dreamed that she got up and left herself on the dead, was out in space, and then she found herself in a beautiful country. She had a dog that she loved very much named Rex.

And Rex came bounding to meet her. He'd been dead 30 years. And she said that, she told Mel, she said, no, I didn't want to come back. I had to force myself. I came back into this room. And so I really get into that again. But she said in a minute, I was there. Every night, Mel recorded her dreams for two years.

One night, she went to a daytime London concert. And the first violinist's dream broke. And when she woke up, she would tell Mel. Mel was the psychologist. And Mel would try to put it on a Freudian level. This time, Mel wrote to London Hall. And they wrote back about two months later and said that really happened. So she began, Mel began to think it could be evidential.

She found herself in the Louvre one day. And it was pouring, it was night here, but it was daytime here. It was pouring down rain, and she didn't get wet. And she said the only time someone recognized or saw her as a human being, not as a dream person, she said, the girl, are you in a marathon, would you like to buy some postcards? And she answered her, and the girl heard, the only time that ever, ever happened. And the last time, the last dream that Mrs. O'Keefe or Mrs. Ford had, she dreamed that she went out of the body.

And she said, I'm going to the hottest place that I can go. And she had, in some ways, had a lonely life. And so she went to what she called the Blue Castle. And there she saw a sweetheart of long ago. And he simply took her hand, and they walked together. And as she walked up, she said, Mel, if I ever dream that again, I'm not coming back. And the next morning, she didn't wake up.

So Mel went to call her. So maybe she didn't just wake up. I told Barbara on the phone that Eli Whitney invented the sewing machine. Eli Whitney invented the cotton pin from a dream. He had a complete dream. But Elias Howe invented the sewing machine. And he dreamed of Atherton Navy. He was trying so hard to get the thing to work.

And he was putting the eye of the needle way up high someplace. And he dreamed of the eye of the needle being down low, and Atherton's spear. And when he woke up, he went in immediately. Apparently, whatever you want to know is true. He said Venus, Casey said it's a planet of love. So if the story of Letus died dead many, many years ago, some of you, somebody else might remember it. This father said this is the true story, and it was a dream. And yet I know I contacted my little daughter who died two years ago.

He said this child was closer to him than anybody in the world. And he said that when she died, she was heartbroken. I think she was eight years old. And he was very bitter. And he couldn't hear her. He couldn't help but cry. And his work suffered everything. But he had a dream.

He dreamed that he was in a very beautiful place. And there was a little playbook going on with about 50 children. And they were wearing little white gowns with little blue collars and carrying a candle. And at the very end of the line, he saw his little girl. And she looked happy and well. But her candle kept going out. And she kept trying to keep it. Because all the other children, their candles were burning.

And when it was over, he rushed up to her. And he said, What happened to your candle, darling? And she says, Oh, Daddy. I've been putting it out all the time. So he said it. He thought it was a true dream.

And some of you know about Katherine Marshall, who said, I heard a lecture many years ago in Washington. Later she wrote it in her book. Katherine Marshall was very much in love with her husband, Peter. He was a minister, a senate chaplain. And when he died, he was 46 years old. And she had had a spiritual experience that morning. She said when she woke up, Peter had been taken to the hospital the night before.

And she was so filled with love. And she thought Peter had been healed. And Peter had always said, I don't have to stop being busy. I don't have to stop seeing people. I'm not going to die of a heart condition. God is going to heal me. And she said he died on that day when she walked in. The nurse said that he had died.

And she said that he was heartbroken. And for months, he kept having nightmares about Peter. He would dream that they were dead. That they were divorced. That they were separated. I think it had to do with the past life maybe. And she would be looking for him and couldn't find him. And Casey said the only thing that will keep you from leaving the body is deep anger or deep grief.

Something like this. And apparently, she had a great deal of grief. Finally, one night, she said she went to sleep. And she said, God, I know you can't bear it. I have to know that Peter lived. I must know that he lived. And she said it seemed that in an instant, he was out of the body. And when she was out of the body, she said she was dressed and sort of falling down.

But she came to something that seemed like a hilltop hotel. And she walked in. And she went to the desk. There was a man at the desk. She said it might have been any place on earth. And she said to the clerk, it's Peter Marshall. He's out in the garden. You'll find him out in the garden.

And so she walked out in the garden. And Peter had his back to her. And she saw that he was hoeing a hybrid roadster. That had been what he was doing. That was all he wanted to do here. And he turned around and saw her. And she rushed to him. And they embraced.

Now, she said, no, she seemed mentally spiritually than they were on earth. But when Peter took her in his arms, he kind of kept her at a distance. Scared her a little. He said that he told her that, I know you're writing a book explaining that they had always been telepathic. And Casey said, if you have telepathy with someone, if you know if they're in trouble and so forth, you've been with them many, many times before. He said, I know that you're writing a book, Casey. And he said, if it will help anybody, go ahead and write it. And in that moment, she was awake.

So she said she thought for three or four weeks, could I embrace him? Why did he hold me in a distance? Why did he do this? And suddenly it changed her. Peter was an orthodox man. He had not expected to die. He had very orthodox ideas about heaven and even hell. And here he suddenly found himself in heaven.

He said. And she said he was always a proper person. He just wanted to be sure that he was doing the right thing at that time when his wife came looking for him. He never had a doubt. Now, I like this example because she thinks of all the things that he was a material minded man. And here is Peter who gave sermon after sermon. And he landed in a garden and he was no more at home than Jesse. In fact, Jesse was more at home.

And he was at home with him, but he wasn't in the garden. He was still in the garden and he wasn't awake at all. But with him the whole family was not waking up until after the sermon. And he was waking up, but his wife wasn't sleeping. And he was slower than his wife. So he got up in the morning in the garden. And he didn't wake up until midnight.

He woke up at 12 a.m. her in a library in the south of France that was the middle of the night the library was the light and she was going on with her work and she told him Carl I'm going on with my work now to talk about the choosing death Carl Jung himself had a heart condition and he was in the hospital a month before he died off and on back in the hospital and he wrote about it he said that he was just filled with hatred almost everything made him not hatred but everything made him upset he'd yell at the nurses he'd lose his

cancer on and on and that night he'd have an out-of-the-world dream the first dream he had he saw himself be above the great golden globe I'm sorry a blue globe with a golden light about it and he said that is the first I'm not going back there but he had he woke up just to say he was already said he wasn't going back the second time he was out of the body he found himself again and she felt that so often people find himself in a beautiful restful country and here was his MD and his MD said Carl he said no one on earth wants you to die yet you can write

some more books go on and Carl said he looked at him and he suddenly knew well he's going to die he doesn't know how he knew it and he woke up and the next morning when his doctor came he said doctor you better get ready get all your things in order he said you're going to die and he told him the dream and the doctor said oh Carl forget it he was dead in three weeks and the doctor was dead in three weeks so then he wrote again and again about being out of the body in one place once he saw himself he said go back in time or forward in time and once he saw himself

as a Hindu no more unusual he had felt so lonely he said no one understood his teaching they understood Freud much better than they understood out of the body and a great host of people had come to hear him lecture and all these ladies and gentlemen in the end of his life... who were not in the body they were all I said they understood every word and he woke up in what apparently he chose shortly after that to go out of the body and saying Casey said that you can have a dream about anything years ago when Mr. Truman ran against Mr. Dewey Democratic Party at that time and my best friend was the Secretary for the Republican Party and in one day I got to

be at a dinner I mean a breakfast with Eleanor Roosevelt and Mr. Gelley she told me to dream there she said I have a dream over and over she said I dream of a young Quaker girl in Pennsylvania and I thought I just bet that's her past life I thought that and one of that very day that we were on with Mr. Roosevelt I went with Nita to the to Mr. Dewey maybe that's one reason that I always thought I felt close to both of them to Mr. Dewey's dinner down here at the Biltmore and we didn't have a seat we came in very late and we didn't have a seat and we didn't have a seat and we didn't have a seat

and we didn't have a seat and we didn't have a seat and we didn't have a seat and he stood up and said Nita Nita he said come over here and he said I have two guests I'm staying place for two guests that's the one time in my life I got to be with two Democratic people at the same time but that night I had a dream and I had a funny dream I dreamed that I was with Ms. True and Mr. Truman was sitting there and said I'm going to be here for four years more and I woke up now if I'd only taken a data something but it was something that was on my mind it takes you that many times years in advance even for the psychologist here the most symbolic dream sometimes you will show the future you just

have to look for it and just recently I read in the Los Angeles Times that M.G.'s are taking at somewhere at John Hopkins that he's taking records of people's dreams because they often dream of disease before they have it and they either have a tendency or they may develop it so they're taking that very seriously I once got a dream of of a I once got a dream of of a choice of death myself I was four years old and I was not close to my foster mother and very close to my foster father and I think sometimes children with a feeling of rejection they want to get out of the body I had

scarlet fever and it was Christmas Eve and daddy had put up a huge fruit tree he carried me over that was the day they still had candles but at the top of the tree and when I went to sleep I woke up in the middle of the night and there was a lady I can remember her she had long red hair and Interview with Mary she had long red hair and freckles and she didn't look like an angel but she came over and I said yes but I can't go I'm sick it was a dream and in a minute I was out of the body

I was out and there I was on the bed and here I was out dressed exactly in a pink nightgown and in one instant we were in this quote land of Christmas which huge beautiful Christmas and the happiest place and then she said you have to decide if you want to stay here are to stay here or go home and that was the point where my heart beat and she said you have to decide if you want to stay here or come back want to go back she said nina is coming now nina was my black nurse and i said what do you mean coming here she said she's coming here to stay very believer because nina was very well i seem to know she's talking about death and i said no i want to go back and i woke up and i told nina the dream as soon as i was awake and nita said honey you were dreaming you forget it but six

months later nina was dead she herself uh got pneumonia and she died very very quickly i always remembered that woman now it could just be a dream but it gave me something sort of to live for she said to me i'm your guardian mother my own mother died when i was born could have been my real mother i don't know i don't know why you'd have specials with you out of the party but she did but i do think that maybe it's casey's life i could have chosen a death experience at that particular i love this story and you may some of you read it in faith magazine so i'll make it short dr george richie who is the psychiatrist spoke back at the arv last summer and years ago

i got to hear it he was never going to write this story under his own name because he was the psychiatrist he might be ousted from his professor but how many read this story in faith magazine of the the boy who died and who was sufficiently one person while talented uh dr richie could be put onto the their name is ray uber uh who had a PhD in medicine at the time of the war was 19 years old and he um had pneumonia he was in an army hospital getting ready to go uh to college to be an md uh right away but he got very sick with pneumonia and uh to make a long story sure he was pronounced dead and when he woke up they had the white sheet over him they were ready to cart him off and he thought oh my god he thought i got to get back inside of it

something he's not done before they have an autopsy and he started to pray and at that moment now remember he's very orthodox perhaps if he were buddhist he would have seen buddha but at that moment he began to pray and he said he saw the price he came in the window and there was a great light that's who at least in the lecture he said he thought it was jesus and he said that you've lived for 19 years and he thought he couldn't think of anything and he said i was an eagle scout he said in the next moment he said i will take you with he said the first thing that he saw uh he saw a lot of taverns and he'd see drunk people in there and he'd see other people trying to get into their body i don't like this part of respect to get a drink and those people were out

and they would have tried very hard and then they went to the place of suicide and he said that these people were thinking oh committed suicide because we're not dead at all and then when he told this story he said they went to what he thought might be the summerland so there were children again dogs ponies everything that we have here food is the food everyone wanted to stay higher you must go up higher and he took him to the very highest plane and when he got there he said the being that he was with he thought it was jesus was completely light so bright that it almost hurt his eyes even the experience but when they got to this place it

was a place of the spirit of the spirit of the spirit of the spirit of the spirit of the spirit of it was like a city of light and everyone looked like that and he said he looked in amazement at the one who who he thought was jesus answered he could come back to the body and when he woke up they gave him adrenaline he has the doctor's certificate saying that he was legally dead which is a lot like amanda campbell in england he wrote a book on his experience with amanda uh he um went to sleep uh very very ill and he said he thought he was awake he went outside of his and he found the green gate and he went out of the green gate and he started to walk down a wide road the other herd and he said that he kept wondering well where's everybody going there were

german soldiers there american soldiers he was walking with a little chinese woman and he turned to her and then she was everyone's supposed to same language and he asked her where are we she said oh don't you know this is what people call dance in my life and she said oh but he turned in instead depressed backwards he went found the green gate again he went inside and there was a seat up over here and he pulled it down and he twice was sitting by the dead prize and he called it he said darling and the doctor was there and the doctor had he had the certificate of copy in the book too long after that experience so apparently he was uh he chose to come back for a while and even he talked about how beautiful it was how sweet he felt how young he felt on

the other side so there's many many stories about this kind of a thing that doesn't have a thing to do with death i had a friend uh bernie ridgway i maybe i shouldn't have said her name but she no longer lives in california she was in a case study group and she had had a very bad emotional experience so the man who had promised to marry her for 21 years quite a long time she was a very attractive girl and he would always say when mama dies i can't marry you before mama dies so he and his mother took the trip to phoenix barisona and he called bernice up i had to look what oh my he's going to ask me to marry him finally he said bernice i'm getting married sunday morning i met a 19 year old girl and mother

and we're getting married and bernice tried to answer him that moment the biggest psychiatrist lady told her it was her anger welling up she would dream that she would go to sleep every afternoon and she would dream she was in her bed and she usually had a robe on but she would dream that a man came to smell him with cigar smoke and he'd say come on bernie and she would get up and instantly she'd be dressed in a blue real life she'd been going out to sawtelle hospital every day as a gray lady this was during the war so he would take her to sawtelle but he'd take her to a place where she could go to the wandsworth some of you know sawtelle where the boys had lost their arms or an eye or both eyes

or something and where they could even send out and have take her there and she would do the same thing that she did when she was awake go around and talk to the different boys she didn't see anything wrong with this it was sunday now she'd dream it on a tuesday on a wednesday on a thursday it was always sunday they always had friday open dark smoke why is it always sunday here and he said i don't know he said i haven't figured that out he said i left you to meet a young artist and he met this young artist he was a mexican boy his name was philip rassalamu martina such an unusual name and every day he would help bernie for her painting and one day he said bernie don't you know where you are and she said well i know

i'm asleep and she said when i wake up i can't talk but i know i'm asleep he said bernie don't you know anything about where you are he said don't you ever wonder why it's always sunday why they always have chicken and beer and everything they want or whatever they want it's always sunday and she said well no she he said bernice we're all dead he said i don't know why they don't know they're dead he said i know we're dead he said i want you to go uh to the office and check up on me and find when i died i think i died eight months ago i'm pneumonia i also i had been ill a long time i didn't start in the lungs and so she actually did and she had to lie a little bit

give out personal records she said that she was his cousin he had him dead eight months and then she started to think about it and the next day when she dreamed she found herself with philip again and he said i've got to help you a lot on painting because i think i'm growing up higher he said i'm not going to stay here and she said philip you can't be dead because father mercy is here he's over these father mercies were dead even before i was he said he just doesn't know he's dead either but when they when they get ready to know so then they will know and that was the last time that because when she woke up she was suddenly able to speak and never again could she go back there and the only proof she had was that a boy

had died but i think that she was out of the body now if i understand education sometimes you may not know your dad for five or six years especially at the moment that they knew then they would be ready to go on uh some of you heard mrs hardy out here i'm sure she told that my favorite story uh it's kind of a dream it's a vision it's a wake in her book harvard here how many of you know uh mrs party understand she has uh i did have a rest home right up on the hill i live up on mount varsity and she had a rest home up on san rossel he said one night she had been to the uh to the hollywood bowl and she had this 93 year old lady living with her on this ashley ms ashley had never been married and she was very mistletoe libertarian did not believe in life after death

she certainly did not believe in in the christ or any or anyone but she was a very very nice person and very fond of mrs hardy's little dog and mrs hardy said she didn't get home until about 11 o'clock that night and to her amazement ms ashley said marie will you come in here and she went in and ms ashley who was perfectly normal in every way she sounded like a woman of 50 or 60. ms ashley said marie i'm meeting you tonight and mrs hardy said what would you say she said i don't know how i know but i'm going to leave you and she went on and talked and she said do you know uh she said marie she said i i had such a good life i was never married but i did teach school and i had a lot of contacts and she thought i had your little dog and she said i don't believe

in it i certainly don't believe i have to have a life after death and i don't believe in your christ but i'm very very happy and so they she turned on the uh radio i believe and there was some beautiful music on chaos and suddenly this uh ms ashley said straight up said marie look over in the corner look at that bright light over there and marie said she looked and saw nothing and uh ms ashley the things rock those beautiful dogs oh it's a beautiful story because i love dogs i'm glad they're all going to be there waiting for uh peter baldwood peter baldwich was the montage director did anybody hear no peter

black who i think in america i don't think anybody quite compared with peter well peter uh produced a film called do you remember the name of the body of the shell because of a dream experience he had when he was five years old peter's father was a lucerne minister and also a professor and his father had had three wives and the first two had died and peter's wife i mean peter's mother was very very young and peter was five years old so he always felt a little different from his brothers and sisters and one day they were all this was the split point they all went up to go fishing and uh then they decided to go swimming and someone pushed peter into the water and when he went into the water he started screaming i can't i can't swim i can't swim and they were

just boys and they said oh you can swim just try just paddle but in one minute peter was going down and he said he remembered it and the greatest thing for breath and trying to get his breath and it was just a horrible experience and then he said he found himself on the other side of a lake and he was in a lovely little shoe ship for some time it was silver he was floating around so happily and he looked over and on the side of the bank there were about 50 people and they were all waving to him and the little boat just went naturally over to the bank and when he got there he said that his mother who had just died came running towards him out of the

boat and she said peter you can't stay very long and as he did he saw that he had a little gold cross with a red ruby in the center he said it was so real to him this little cross that you have to go back to earth because someday you're going to be able to tell a lot of people in the world that there isn't any death that no one is dead i'm not dead you're not dead this is a real experience you got to go back so peter said he said i don't want to go back mama they don't like me very well i'm not happy and the next moment he found himself struggling for air and his brother's working on him and he came to he was very sick they took him home now he said his father was a very very stern man and that night his father came into his bedroom he said see tom you have got to never

do what anyone tells you to do you've got to learn to swim when you will drown and so on and peter said but papa i saw mama and his father came over and gave him a quick laugh he said what a liar you are you didn't see your mother and peter said yes i saw her she was wearing the white dress that she used to wear at parties and he said papa she had a little cross that would go with a his father so he's perfectly white and his father kind of stepped back he said peter where did you hear that your mother had that stone he said papa i saw it she had it around her neck and then he said his father told him the story when he was about 20 years old the father was as i said a lucid minister and his mother was

a catholic and before her death his mother had begged her husband for a crucifix and her husband just did not see himself going into that little town into a store buying the fruits the day that he bought her this move his mother had been very beautiful and had died of td and so she was in a closed coffin peter had never seen her he was at his grandmother's and this was the truth so peter remembered that all those years and he used to say in class someday that i i'm going to do something i promised my mother and one day he made a picture and it was called the body casey again said that dreams will give you whatever you want a very lonely person would dream of going uh to a place of love for instance i have a friend who's

a buddhist and the buddhists do not believe in twin souls and you're saying she said everyone cleansed so that you're not with them always in the body but your wisdom is sleep and your wisdom after death if you want to be you don't have to be but mario who's very skeptical on the idea of twin souls had a dream one night and he dreamed he went to a plane he called it a plane where there were a lot of trees and a lot of gardens and for young lovers who was whatever the age they were in the earth they were young and they walked hand in hand so he stopped an old man and he said this is can't be true he said the buddha didn't say one word about twin souls the man said well he learned this at a later time and as if looking at a movie mario said he saw a book in front of him which

really exists and the buddha himself had a dream once that he was caught up to the seventh heaven and there he walked with his mother and so mario in the game said well i guess his mother was his dream because that's the answer that he wanted to know and the twin soul story that i like the best story of mark twain which you probably know so we'll make it very brief mark twain uh was the man that people either loved or they hated and sometimes when he always put his foot in his mouth people who wanted to be very proper he was asked to be uh mc at a dinner where oliver linda holmes and all the great writers of america were so i don't think mark twain knew he was psychic

[01:07:24] Development of the main themes

and he thought it would be very funny to tell all these men that uh they had gone to heaven and saint peter said to each one of them well now look bob you drank too much and you had other women and so on and so he told this story and the next morning why did you say that everybody knows him he didn't say it very incisively but he just said he felt like ending at all he thought his career was over he had no friends left and then it was on that day that he had the first he had a wife and he was happily married to a degree anyway his wife was an invalid some psychological problems because it was not a bad marriage they they were very friendly and very happy in many ways and he couldn't understand this dream he dreamed that he was in a little town

in missouri and it was about uh 80 before he was born and he was walking over a little bridge and in front of him he saw a girl about 15 years old with long golden pearls so he knew her name was agnes and he caught up with her and they were like brother and sister but very very happy together and he went to a little farmhouse where she may live there was a turkey on the table a cat by the fire and they spent the whole day together i'm still in the dream he went out the door and he ran after her and he saw a cemetery and he was screaming her name that was the first dream he woke up crying the second dream he said was between walking across the street like a waking dream between one foot in front of you in the net and he was suddenly back in time he saw

herself with the same girl in my little farmhouse and he saw a wooden vase and he said you know the house is already full of carpets and now the house is full of carpets and he said well we're going to a magnolia forest in Mississippi and again third time you had the dream was after he had a great familiar from lost all this money and he had a dream he was in Hawaii and he himself was Hawaiian in the dream the same girl was with him and she was Hawaiian they were up on a mountain they were planning their marriage they were very happy and an error came through the she died in the forest and again he woke up crying and the last dream of this dream he built is

this is death I welcome death and I look forward to it he said that in this particular dream that he was in Greece and once again he was standing on the balcony of a beautiful house he said terra pata it was a mansion and he looked over beside him and the same girl dressed in a long gray dress and gown was sewing and she looked up at him and smiled and something made him walk to the balcony and when he got to the balcony he looked across the screen he said he had never thought of youngs with youngs dr. T and he was teaching a great many people and if he thought even in the dream I'm back in time and I am so happy

and again if this this is what I would like and he died not too long after that particular thing I promise to say something about healing and so ends up on that Pope Pius XII had a dream of Jesus now Casey said that we can have the Pope of Perseus hope I mean wasn't thinking about exactly what happened he'd been given up to die but hip ho 50 is that the way to death did I ask the buddies tonight I think he has cancer the esophagus he phase in there but anyway which is a lot of pain and play is his dream he thought he works out and Jesus is

jokes asylum and pieces that I've given you four more years of life and used it to help people and the moment he was awake knew he would live four more years. And he lived in almost perfect health for four more years. And it's kind of interesting that Catherine Marshall had the very same dream. She dreamed that she had tuberculosis. And it was when she was happily married to Peter. And she couldn't understand having tuberculosis. And she said that she went back to the time she was 14 years old. And she once said a spiteful word to her friend. And she wrote that friend a master as a giver. And she once stole a pencil or something when she was even younger. And she wrote that friend a master

as a giver. She did everything to see her mother. And she was staying there for a few days. And she said that in this particular dream, if it were a dream, she thought she woke up. And Jesus was standing by the bed. And she said, oh Lord, I've done everything. I've done this and I've done that and I've done that. And she said he just smiled at her. And he looked at her. And there's so much you don't know. I heard her tell this in the lecture too. That there's so much that you don't know. But she said I want to be healed. And he didn't say you'll be. And when the next day, she had never seen such love and understanding and compassion. The same thing that Star Daily said. The same thing that

Popeye said. Three different types of dreams. Day by day, she got better. Before I tell the last dream of healing, I don't think I told the education story. Did I tell it, Barbara? I mean, I'm not talking. Did I tell the education story? About the flying saucer? I don't think I told this one. This is not a dream of healing. I'll end on that. But Edgar Cayce was arrested in Detroit. And he was arrested for fortune telling. It was absolutely one of the ugliest things that could ever have happened. And he was an orthodox man in many ways, consciously. And he cried all the way home on the train. His father said, my work is gone. I don't mean anything. I can't help anybody anymore. I can't help anybody anymore. I can't

help anybody anymore. Everything is ruined. I get in jail. And that's it. And he tried to say everything. And his father kept crying all the way home. He never stopped crying on that train that horrible night. And so finally, he looked over and he saw that his father had gone to sleep. And when he woke up, he said, I had the strangest dream. He said, I dreamed that it was the year 2100 or 2104. And I was a little boy, six years old. And I was a little boy, six years old. And in my dream, I knew that I'd once lived as Edgar Cayce. And he said, I told my mother and I told my father. He said, the strangest thing was that it was the state of Nebraska. And I could see the map of the United States. And he said, in my dream, I knew that Nebraska was the seacoast. And

that we were living on the seacoast. Something had happened to California and all the other states. But he said, I kept telling my parents that I wanted to go to Virginia Beach, Virginia, because there was a record of a man named Edgar Cayce. And I had been Edgar Cayce. And in the dream, his father finally persuaded some scientists to take him to Virginia Beach. He said they went in a cigar-shaped plane. And they went across the country. They circled over New York City. And New York City, this is the year 2100, had been razed to death by fire. Something had happened to it. And he said, they went on to Virginia Beach. And there they were able to find the record. And he discovered

that there had been an Edgar Cayce. And in the dream, he said that when he woke up, that he had, well, as he woke up from the cave, he was very, very happy. He had a reading. And the reading said that this is true. And that the purpose of our time in the earth is for us, that we will learn that there is no death. And this is also the greatest teaching in the pure myth. And the final healing story that someone asked me to tell it is the true story, some of you may know it, of Rebecca Beard, who was an M.D. and who wrote a book about marvelous feelings of people who had given up completely and who were healed through prayer. She had a patient whose name was Alice. I've forgotten her last name. The patient had a 30-pound tumor. Mrs. Beard said that she had another

doctor. And this doctor was her close friend. And he'd say, oh, Alice, you must have an operation. You must want to drain it. You must want to do this or that. And she said, no, I'm going to be healed by prayer. And she prayed for two years and absolutely got better, but neither was she. And once when we worked at Leavenworth Prison, the woman who had the severe growth, Alice went through a very hard day. And she went to sleep and she had this dream. She dreamed that it was the time of Palestine and that she was somehow in the Garden of Gethsemane. And she knew even in the dream that she was out of the body because her feet weren't quite touching the ground.

She was not herself at all. She was in the Garden of Gethsemane, starting to wake up. Don't you know what's going to happen? She was hanging, getting ready. They had nailed him to the cross. And the cross was lying down on the ground. They picked him up. There was about six inches that they were going to drop him in the ditch. He had nails here, I believe, not through his hands, but here. And through his hands, they dropped him into the ditch. It was going to hurt him and tear his skin. And she reached out in her dream and she said, Oh, my Lord, let me help you. It was a wake. She felt different in some way. She looked down at herself. She was absolutely as slim as a girl. In fact, she only weighed 97 pounds. There was nothing to show that she'd been healed. There was nothing

on the bed or anything. It was just gone. And her husband came home in about five minutes. And she grabbed pillows and she put on top of herself and she said, Oh, Roy, you've got to call the doctor immediately. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're

awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She said, Oh, you're awake. She came in it was the doctor had always been said been telling her he can't be healed by prayer and so he came in and he said alice i told you i had to drain that months ago and she pulled off the death has been written up in the cancer city of a woman with a 22-pound tumor uh it came through his dream to healing and as casey said on the writer sonata you mean the one um the the dark cloud spacecraft that one did you mean all right well oh i think that was in march wasn't it mac march 12th march 25th that was it uh we live in morongo valley if you're familiar with uh 29 palms highway uh morongo yucca valley doctor tree that's our facility since september 1970.

and we have a good neighbor out there esther ellsworth perhaps some of you have been to her meetings she puts on two understand around with the years she's got a good one coming up i think it's in october at uh griswold's inn in riverside uh claremont claremont and uh they're very very good meetings uh along these lines of this type of meeting all right um let's see march 25th we were on the way home that night from shopping up in yucca and uh we had some radio interference in our car radio we were trying to get the news to find out what time it was

because we wanted to get home in time to see it's all in the family and uh and there was so much noise on the radio and i said to my husband well what time do you have and he says well i haven't got my watch on i think the car radio is wrong and you see how this was building up so we started going down the grade to morongo and i kept trying the radio finally when we got down on on the flat the radio cleared up a little and i heard this man giving news i says well it's after eight o'clock so we're gonna miss out on the first part of the program and so i just kind of looked out the car window like that and i looked again and there was this huge black cloud hanging very low over it and it was just so low and no

other clouds around it i began to get a peculiar feeling so i was coughing out of all the car windows and it it's way over uh east of highway 62 and when we got home it was way beyond our house about a mile uh west of highway 62. so um we pulled into the garage and we were taking our groceries in and each time i'd come back to the garage i'd look out and that big dark cloud was still up there so we have a phone in the garage so i said i'm going to call esther alfred so um esther answered and i said would you leave the phone long enough to go outside and see that dark cloud and she did and she came back and i said did you see anything unusual yes she said i had a strange feeling about it i said well who can we call and she says well ralph martine he's a

psychic lives there in the valley so um she called ralph and told him to stay regular well and he came back in he said i got a psychic vibration from that cloud and it's a good one he says so i'm going to sit out there with my teenage son and watch it and i advise you to do the same thing so we sat out there for a while and finally his phone rang and it was ralph and he said uh i got a message from them and they said the highway is too crowded right now we're coming back around 11 o'clock so uh i thought that was about nine o'clock and we continued watching and all of a sudden the cloud just disappeared so i said well i couldn't begin to go to bed now so my husband was doing a crossword puzzle and i had a little bit of sewing and along about 10 30 my

eyes really begin to bother me i have some allergy problems and it's generally my nose but this time so i said well i'm going to go in and take some eye drops or something so i did and i stepped out on the east patio and the card was forming again and it i let out a yell so my husband came out and then we went in and called ralph and he said i'm still out there watching and we called esther and that cloud took the same shape that it had at eight o'clock and so we stayed with it until about midnight we bundled up and just sat outside and watched it we saw an oval spaceship pod over the palm springs area three clouds separated into two clouds and once them took on an oval shape all about about like this well then like i say we

went to bed at 12 and we got up at nine and my husband looked out and he says that cloud's still out there and we called esther and she said yes i was up at three and i was up at six and it was there and so finally it just became this old hat that we quit watching it i got dry telling them about that we get so so dry here we're dry out there and then we come in here and they committed to get to us and we have a lot of time but we didn't want to miss the meeting when we heard it was jessica tonight well let's see mike was our youngest son was eight years old and he just started piano lessons in hyde park so we would drop him off for his lesson at night and then we drive over onto sepulveda boulevard

and there was um a trailer sales place there and mobile homes were quite new at that time they were only eight feet wide so we would go in there and look at these trailers and when we got ready to leave my husband was ready to start the car and i said oh look when i pointed and here was a cotton-white cloud and down in the lower right hand corner we could see a faint outline of the bell-shaped type of george damsky spaceship so we watched watched it for about five or ten minutes and then it just to the spirit just like that and that was our first sighting yes they uh i don't know if i know the correct terminology uh ionizing and i see the atmosphere to to make a white cloud it's very

white very cottony looking and this same uh psychic ralph martin called us july 8th and he said have you been outside in the last half hour or so and i said no we haven't well he should step outside and he said he's got 180 degrees of spaceship clouds all the way around so we we went outside and it was really something to watch and uh they were just beautiful oval shaped clouds most of them and we were wondering well you know how could this be because we're having a real good time there in morongo seeing things and so i called esther yesterday and i said how did ralph know that these were spaceship clouds well she said it's what we heard out at george van tassel that you look for this very white cloud here and i said well how did ralph know that these were spaceship

clouds well she said it's what we heard out at george van tassel that you look for this very one white cottony cloud and sometimes you can see the shape of a spaceship in it well that's when i told her of our first sighting was just like that but uh we're always so surprised when we see something like this it doesn't hit us right away until after it's gone then we sit back we think we've seen it again yeah that was a saturday uh that's the newspaper article i gave lee uh friend of ours all right um we've been going to some meetings in joshua tree the first friday of each month and robert short puts on a meeting at his home at 9 30. it's called a chrono monitor recording uh supposedly from uh being from saturn and then this comes to him his voice changes gets

a little bit deeper and quite loud and this lasts for about oh half an hour 45 minutes or so and his wife sits there and takes it for him and then he sends out copies and i sent some to the 8 recently and uh it's um interesting that they said that we should be watching for spaceships that there will be more sightings from now on and uh southern california is one of the places where they'll be seen and so then that that's been borne out there july 8th that we saw all of these anymore in joshua tree years ago when we first got in this field i remember seeing a newspaper i think

i'd have had it barbara normally half-sized papers and it showed robert short in his front yard in highland park someone took his picture in front of his home and when they developed it it had the uh spaceship in the picture and i guess ever since then he's been uh following this up and now he's been able to become uh what they call him transmedium or channel channel yeah get your tickets out now if you uh get your little uh clips that you've written on it uh oh if any of you have written them out if you'll pass them up here i have had several dreams about a very close man's friend in which he was professing his affection for me

he has been dead for several years what did this uh what does this mean we play music together do you mean you played music together in the dream uh maybe you don't want to raise your hands but anyway according to the readings from edgar casey music is the part of a person's life that is not a life or a human being why do you think it's important to think about and about and about the music in your life or the life of a person so just to offer you any help and focus or any kind of Music is a part of the heavenly sphere. You never hear of anyone having a death experience. I think it's one of these little off-the-papers

that's having after-death experiences now. And people do something they always do. And if you dreamed of a man that you care about, and he told you that he cares for you, I would say very definitely that you had a dream when you were out of the body, that you were in another dimension, and that you brought this much back to consciousness.

This is what I would say. When you have dreams before you are quite awake and not asleep to come true, what do you call them and tell me about them? Well, these are called prophecy dreams, and we have a whole book back there on prophecy. Someone asked me to mention one particular prophetic dream. Maybe it's in these questions.

I'll try to remember it if he doesn't ask it. And sometimes you can dream what could happen. I went back to school about nine years ago, back to college, and there was some cadet who was, everyone loved him, but he had a drinking problem.

And he found out that I was interested in this kind of thing and told me a dream that he had. He said it had changed his life when I knew he was the head of the department. He said he had begun to drink about ten years before. And one night, he dreamed that he was out of his body. Now, this man was a psychology professor.

And he said that in the dream, he seemed to be traveling through space, and he had been thinking about Virgil's writings about Hades. And he thought, I am going to Hades. And in the dream, he found himself there, and he was before a tribunal of nine judges. And they said, David, what are you doing with your life? And he didn't know how to answer

because he'd been drinking very much at that time. And they showed him like a motion picture. He saw himself losing his teaching job. And he saw himself losing his wife. He divorced him in the dream. And he saw himself losing his home. And he saw himself dying of a liver complaint from drinking. And he was in the county hospital.

He said it was as real death as anything I've ever seen. And then they said, you are going back, and you have 15 years to help humanity. And this is the key. And they gave him a golden key. He said he dreamed that he went right to the door of his house, and he said, love, love, love. He suddenly remembered all the beatings he'd had

at the hands of his father when he was a boy, and how he felt rejected. And even though now everyone liked him, that he had, and he knew that, he must love himself. And he said, I hope when those 15 years are up, that it won't be Hades that I have to go to.

He said that was the dream of a possible future. So Casey says that there's been many, many times of the future. And as I said a while ago, doctors at John Hopkins, they're now examining your genes to see if you can rest up. They can tell by your aura. They're able to photograph your aura. And they can tell if you have a possibility of a certain disease very much.

But we dream of our personal future, and we dream of anything that's going to mean, sometimes you can say, I dreamed of a room with number 14 on it, on the door. Any comments? Well, I have to say, this is a symbolic dream.

This is a dream that is not necessarily an out-of-the-body dream. Now, we talk to you, what does 14, it sounds to me like given the future, and what 14 can do, has this dream, what does 14 mean? But let's accept this moment.

You can't think of anything that 14, what happened to you, especially, sounds like an initiation dream. Remember, we used to, we had at one time in the education study group, when I had the little apartment in Hollywood,

we had the psychiatrist at Children's Hospital with us, and she never interpreted dreams for us. She would say, you know your friends' lives, and you know their problems, and you know what they're dreaming far better than I do, because you've known them longer. And I really don't,

I call you and said, wait until you know someone, and she'd tell the whole dream. It sounds very much to me, as if you're having an, an initiation. But it's not just a symbolic dream. And if it was my,

my, if it were my dream, Carl Jung said he would sometimes take a whole week on one little thing. So for a week or so, I'd say one is 14. And when you get it, I mean, you just make a thousand psychologists,

they say, and let them interpret one dream, and you don't get a thousand interpretations. And according to the education, so I would go over and over it. We do have a dream book back here with a dictionary, and it's a very good dictionary. I think at the same time,

there was, it was an entirely different to sound it to go a woman, you know, dreams that we have a universal language, but we still have to know what the personal symbol is. He claimed a regarding Casey statement, regarding only spirit life on other planets. Well,

I don't like to come out and say too much about it, but he was like to ask if there were human life, if there was human life on other planets. And he said, no, there was spiritual life and that you are, and, and sleep or in depth,

you go to enter the environment. I think he means the spiritual plane of the solar system of Venus alone could have a hundred, you know, you go to Venus, I go to do this. We have different experiences, but it's a very beautiful place. I,

he indicated when he talked about spaceship, they did space traveling instantaneously, and they were in contact with other planets in full contact. Um, now, so much that we're telling you about a flying saucer. Uh, I gave several lectures up to Berkeley,

I believe from UFOs. And I had a lot of, I'm sorry to say a lot of job about it coming home. Gloria and I saw our first flying saucer and heavens. I had no doubt anymore. And then my husband and I were out at the Olympic theater and it started to rain and everyone started to leave in the car. And we were just ready to pull out. And there was the group of five little black children in the next car.

And we looked up and we saw this, uh, cigar, I'd say cigar-shaped plane, but it wasn't any bigger than this. And it was the brightest silver light I'd ever seen. And just like an intelligence that came right to the car that right to the car's back. And I said,

Oh, Steve has provided a saucer. And we both jumped out of the car and the little black children, they jumped out too. And there's that wall there on the other side of the Olympic theater. And it seemed to go right down and we rushed around the wall. It wasn't a thing there, but it seemed to me to be a definite intelligence.

A life size man could not be in there, a woman. It was, it was not that big, but it certainly was directed by an intelligence. And I was thrilled to death that I saw it. Now, Casey said that though,

in their spaceship. Sherry, you want to say something about this space? Go ahead. Because he was just telling you, he's the great authority on Atlantis. You know, in his video,

they talk about folks flying saucers, not with those words. But in, uh, Atlanta's, apparently they did explore even out of the solar system and did not find the physical life. Now that is my understanding of the case.

You need somebody else might read it and understand differently. But again, Casey said in the latter days, but there's light and that's just, that's a beautiful thing. And it was a moving light certainly because we would be more spiritually inclined and able to accept it. They've been here all the time.

Uh, Bert, Bert and the staff, who was a friend of mine, uh, he died at 85 and he was a biologist. And he told me that in 1896 midnight, he was out in his backyard and he happened to look up and he saw this flying saucer.

That was 18. He looked at it for him to photograph it and never, never forget it because it seemed to be an intelligent sign to get a message. Can you program your own dreams and dream at will?

[01:40:30] Questions and closing discussion

Um, indicate you could. And did I read your question? Is that what you said? Can you program your own dreams and dream at will? Uh, in your case you said that if you want to, that you could.

At least you can go to sleep and you can tell yourself, I want to dream. I want to go to Venus and so on and so on and so on. Whatever you really want. Now you may not get it the first night. I always wanted the incarnation dream. And I never got one until we went over to, uh,

Dario, Dario here. Uh, we went over to, uh, uh, uh, uh,

uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,

uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,

uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,

uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,

uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, and he put us under hypnosis and it was just like a dream of a past life and from that time on I sat with me I suddenly found myself back in a Chinese life and this lifetime everybody died my mother died when I was born and my

father died two weeks before I lost my foster parents when I was still my father when I was 16 I'm so close to him my two brothers were adopted the one by our Jewish doctor was one became a Catholic priest and I was a little Methodist Catholic so it's one of those things but everybody went out of my life even the boys that I was engaged to and he got killed just one person after another and I have had wondering I would think if I want to have a friend who truly to die or she was going to die just be careful don't expect any friendship but that night when mr. truth president

I never been under before and suddenly I was back in China now this is like a dream and I was 16 years old and I had I was a man's wife and I loved him very much and I had a child already but I had no brothers and a very rich sister and I told the dynasty it was I think I didn't know any Chinese words at all and yet we had an a while reporter and I spoke in Chinese we took it out to the professor at UCLA and then I would translate English and I said that stuff my oldest sister was coming home and she was

very missed and my husband was going to marry her and I was going to commit suicide called it and I I was going to do it by taking some kind of herb that I would die slowly and painfully but I would die and that was very popular in China for women to commit suicide when their husbands to come in wise and that was the custom I went through the whole experience and the thing was terrible to terrible terrible jealousy and uh on the day i died i didn't want to die i mean the husband was sitting there i knew that my child would be reared by my sister and in the dream i was to have another child i didn't want to go at all but too late but at that moment of dying and it was

just as real as anything is now i saw this golden ladder and i was out of the body and the little chinese girl who was my stuff was back in i was a body you're not chinese and you're not english and you're not black you're just you so i started to climb this ladder and as i climbed every single run a little of jealousy and so suddenly it was just all love it was and i got to the top there was an elderly chinese man i knew he was chinese even though there was no race and he reached out his hands and he said come to your mother but when i was coming out of it i heard the words because you took yourself out of the lives of others when you were greatly remember in any lecture to say don't commit suicide this is your time when you'll be

dressed but i know she takes you for a meeting i got an appointment i said to my husband he'll be dead before i get it and he was and that was the part of the planet i even lost animals but i seem to be out of it now so anyway it stopped in an after that that seems related to past life and it was just like i'd opened a door and i didn't tell other people to go to hypnosis casey said it was just like i'd opened a door and i didn't tell other people to go to hypnosis casey said i dreamed i was walking in past the tree i suddenly looked back and it had the most perfect beautiful apples i had ever seen there were so many that they were clustered on the branches and so many i was just fascinated by them then i noticed that they were the most beautiful green

let's see beautiful green uh what's the next word here and i looked again and they were the most beautiful red areas on each one all the apples were so perfect they looked almost unreal the whole dream made me feel very happy i just threw it out of the body and that what those apples mean to you now you always have to say that they're talking about red and green apples but it does sound like an out-of-the-body experience to yourself what the apples mean to you i would say if this was a future dream that you're promising yourself much greater happiness in life that life will become very you know sometimes i have a instruction just before awakening follow whatever you're given uh the dream of keeping of helping to prepare for someone else's wedding

and for someone else's anniversary i don't know you but it makes your hand maybe i could see your aura and would help me a little i don't know you but a wedding is a happy thing a happy event and so if you're dreaming of preparing for someone else's even freud said someone else because you come you're preparing yourself for some event uh not necessarily a wedding that will bring great happiness and great fulfillment to you and that's through this that you'll be able uh to help someone else and and it's someone else but it's another part of you uh some of these things mean initiation on the other side they are out of the body too what is the best way to have useful and remember would have dreams that would try to help them because god is no respect

your person suggestion if you're an alcoholic and down on main street maybe you are a saint francis almost according to casey it's that the man who drinks is sometimes a woman they can't quite pull themselves out of it as easily as a more maturely oriented person so god is no reason we could never judge anybody else and again that so you will be guided and if you want you you have a nightmare that's that um i have to agree with freud on that point that sometimes you have a nightmare no heads no tails but freud said if you bring one word and show this child room it has meaning and on this i really think so it doesn't matter what you do if you work with it if you say what does this mean to me that sometimes uh even a nightmare

has great meaning so if you ask for it your higher self from the higher self to tell you i dream my my husband of another life in egypt for threesome times was being buried and i was his wife he's still here but i refused and walked away i felt this was wrong what does it mean i think you're but i i don't know you and don't raise your hand now if it's possible whenever we dream of past life you've got to have some relationship half-life unless it relates to this something that's trying to bury you alive i don't mean an individual i i would examine it from this viewpoint but i would all say probably in egypt you're going to like if your husband or something of that nature i think this is the past life dream

she said if you cannot interpret your dream remember how you feel you've been out of the body you've been looking at the whole picture to the body into the body and you've got a i remember an elderly woman 87 years old wrote to casey she said how am i doing and happy then you're happy with what she found outside and she wakes up feeling miserable look back to the day before did she have a thought worried at what happened the men came into my apartment and moved all the furniture i don't do not know what happened to it no one spoke if i looked out the window there was a red sports car with a chauffeur waiting for me i was not upset i have a new life it sounds like a very good dream because you woke up and you were not upset a red sports car to me would

mean life and i would be expecting something very good to come right here and now in this life i dreamed i was standing in space and there were a lot of lights all around me bright white lights blue and white um i think that the holy mother wearing blue and white and uh it's what it means to you you must like blue and white i think you remember we can't bring back everything that happens out of the body because we never want to wake up it's so much better on the other side uh so they tell me so anyway you've brought it back enough to know that when i was nine years old the doctor said i would die in 24 hours i was not

operated on but i prayed would she help me with this i dreamed that i was in heaven is that it beautiful i don't want to make but i would not die my mother took me to another doctor did i get it right oh if you dreamed you were in heaven it's a person here is that what you said i dreamed i was in heaven i think that you were out of the woods and i was out of the woods and i was out of the of the body and as peter or even if i uh you decided to come back into the body and you decided to continue on with your life edgar casey was once giving a lecture and he saw a little girl in the 18 year old girl in the audience and he knew immediately that that was his three-year-old sister who had died 34 years from tomorrow before and when he gave her a reading he said that she

wasn't just she had a dream and in the dream she was told that she could go on and she wanted to leave the body because her casey's father was becoming an alcoholic and she didn't want an alcoholic for her father but so she came back into the body and it was interesting at the same age in this lifetime the father became an alcoholic but he decided to stay but uh beverly told me that in this lifetime she had a dream that she could leave that she wanted to but she decided to stay so apparently that we all have these thoughts i have dreamed of my parents and they look very young good i have been with him quite often these dreams seem very real

my mother and i were very close uh as jesse last he was done he was about 35 years old he was really 73 i believe and this would seem to be what happens most of the time i had a couple of more dreams and i was going to do them would you mind telling me your dream of the two girls yes oh well do you have a question yeah well they seem to be the dreams one day november of one year and it said that telegram was my father was still in maryland and this was an airmail letter and it said that the grandfather's gilmore was passed away in march of the night and the next year came along and uh march 19 and so my grandson did

so they both survived and were all right and then certainly my grandpa was alive on april the telegram said march the night well it might have been possible your grandfather could have died on march the 19th and he just started to wait a little longer uh casey said we always choose the yeah unless you get over a hundred and then i think you're kind of pushed out that's what he said does anybody else have a question then we have to close yes yes surely do you know that picture of the rings raising the flag it was like i was viewing from i don't know where i was just it's just like you were watching it but the different part is

look at the man in the costume watching his own excuse and for a picture of the man sitting under the top and watching or whatever he was just sitting up watching it it's just i woke up right now i was scared half to death i wonder what you think a past life experience that maybe you put in symbolic form darling you watched your own funeral uh some of us uh some of you knew ernest holmes and i was secretary for gann custard for a while and ernest holmes used to tell a story about a funeral that he did and he said that this uh elderly lady had been his friend for 50 years himself and she would

say the artist would i die don't want anything fancy i don't any fancy uh funeral arrangements but he said that after nearly got carried away when she died and he had loved her he kept talking and talking and talking and somebody felt a pressure on his shoulder and she said sit down ernest joe brad uh he wanted me to tell the dream of joe fran is i don't think we have any prophecy books back here have we here number three well maybe it's a number three but uh casey prophesied that california could go down but he didn't say that he said if if mount vesuvius in italy or if mount philly and martinique had a tremendous

eruption and i think it means tremendous because the mountain is up in several times um then uh within 90 days the earth currents would reach california and it could go down i'm not quoting exactly and it's far back it felt like city so everyone has been expecting an earthquake i mean i have and wondering if it was going to happen but on the other hand casey indicated that prayer contains many things i don't know if it contains the earthquake or not but i was doing prophecy books and i i was trying to get all the prophecy from every source i could and my closest friend was a gal with a phd and her husband had only gone i think to the 11th grade and he uh was a person who was different from brandis

night he would dream and he would have the most fantastic dreams of anyone i've ever known and one day um we exchanged therapy a friend gave me therapy she was my friend and she wanted me to give joseph he had joseph brought a dream he said he had when he was 17 it was on yellow seats and it was about that thick and you know it was so much to read and i just put it down in the bottom drawer and forgot about it and it was uh two years later that i opened the drawer and i really read dreams i said oh joy found the dream interesting and i hadn't even read it but when i read it he had dreamed in part that he was up on hollywood boulevard and that he'd seen a very good looking gal up there and he made the girls wear any kind of dresses that they kind of wear now you know

everything was different some of the fellows had earrings in in their ears and uh there was a peculiar older he met this girl with two children and she was so burdened down and she's trying to follow her now really he was 17 years old he's been kicked in the head by a horse and he was up in fresno alfresco hospital when he was dreaming all this and when i knew him he was 47 so it had been 30 years so when he was on hollywood boulevard in the dream suddenly he smelled something like salsa and the sidewalk began to quiver and he thought what is happening to the cars that he watched the automobiles and the way he told it was quite dramatic he said that as he was

watching it he wanted to get to this girl to help her and everything was going down he could see every place he would see these freeways and they were beginning to tilt and cars were going off and the last thing that held he said the buildings were holding the buildings were holding holding holding and uh finally they gave away and then in the dream he was able to see that san francisco and i took it to my that was when i i went back to school for a while i took it to the geology professor he said everything this boy dreamed he was the boy when he dreamed it was found this is what would happen and he saw around the world he saw the great tidal waves in hawaii he saw the people in england being affected and falling on their knees praying for california and all these

things he saw and then he was awake and when he would go back to sleep he'd go right on with this dream now it seems to be a dream of what could happen because education said if california uh uh if there's some uh eruption at mount vesuvius and not believe you have three months or 90 days within that time uh california should be affected so when some city college professor bellman who knew knew nothing of casey at that time uh he said that any geologist who doesn't have a hole in his head will know that someday that california especially san francisco could go down cases prophesied southern california but casey seemed also to say that we can pray and that prayer continuing erupts too much however you feel you might

decide to leave for a while which is not he said thank you very much uh hearing you
