It's still a pleasure to introduce to you a man who I know that you will enjoy hearing from. And he's quite a world traveler himself, being in the Merchant Marine, a radio man. And he has been with us before. But I don't know if any of you are here who heard him the time before. Are there any here that recall the last time he was with us? Well, it would be a little while back, because it was in April. I'm told by Mr. Yates that I thought it was March, but he said it's April. You check, did you, Lee?

Yeah, it's on my page. Oh, it's on your page. That must be. So Mr. James was... He was with us back in April of 62, so that's a little while back. So it gives me a great deal of pleasure to introduce to you Trevor James, who will speak to us on UFOs and the new knowledge. The way that eight years went by, perhaps we shouldn't ought to mention it. Look the same.

The older you get, the faster they go. So it seems. Subject tonight is UFOs and the new knowledge. Now there's a great fever abroad in the land today about things that are new. New music, new thought, new politics, new everything. But veiled from the popular gaze is the new knowledge that is slowly making its way into human thought. And it is the content of the new knowledge that we need and must have

if we are ever to make substantial inroads into this UFO mystery. In human history, there have been many intriguing mysteries. And many of them have never been solved or even substantially touched by scientific effort. We've only to mention things like Atlantis, the pyramids, or even the common cold to realize that mysteries are all around us and have always been all around us. But there is no mystery that is more vital, more timely,

or more cosmic than the UFO mystery. And at a time when we have achieved the technical expertise sufficient to land men repeatedly on the moon, we find that in the 25 years since Kenneth Arnold's christening of the flying saucers, that we have not one single significant finding to hand from all the resources of official science. The most recent experience we have along this line is that of the so-called Condon Project at the University of Colorado.

Now, amongst those who, we'll say, represent establishment ufology, those who believe that the UFO mystery can be resolved by simple linear extensions of existing knowledge, there was for many years the conviction that if we could just get a group of highly qualified men together under the general sponsorship of one of the great universities of the world, we would be able to solve the mystery. And that was the case with the first two universities,

that surely then we would find that there was something to this international and worldwide phenomena that has bedeviled the human race since the end of the Second World War. In actual fact, we had a spectacle at the University of Colorado that was somewhat different to what those establishment-minded people anticipated. You had the spectacle of highly qualified men from the top universities literally fighting with each other, indulging in squalid quarrels over methodology

and adhering to some kind of line that had been inserted in the investigation by the Air Force, that it was to follow a certain mode of operation, that it was to come up with a certain finding that would not be inconvenient or embarrassing to the Air Force. We finished up by saying, we are seeing scientists fired from the project, while Dr. Condon, the eminent physicist,

an eminent man of the past, I might say, went around during the project talking to audiences of businessmen and fellow scientists and ridiculing the very project that he was heading. Now it seems to me that of all the things that are peculiar about the UFO mystery, perhaps the most peculiar of all is the unmitigated defeat that official science has suffered in this period since the Second World War,

because we have not one single significant finding concerning UFOs that is accepted by any of these august bodies such as the American Association for the Advancement of Science or any major university. We don't have a single university with a single dime of its resources going into a phenomenon that has already been repeatedly recorded by our own astronauts

on their voyages in orbit and to the moon. Now this should raise some question as to the character of the knowledge with which we are attempting to penetrate something that is as ubiquitous as UFOs have turned out to be. They have been seen in every country of the world many times over, pressed down and running over.

There is no question whatever as to the presence of something and our scientific resources and our scientists have thus far failed us. I might point out right here that Hermann Oberth went through a situation

not dissimilar to this in the 1920s when he was indulging in his pioneer rocketry experiments in Germany. Everybody thought that Hermann Oberth was crazy and had it not been for his particular qualities of perseverance and intelligence probably the rocket age

would not have been with us yet. And it was Hermann Oberth whose technology, whose mathematics actually took Apollo to the moon. It is the basis for all existing astronautics. And Hermann Oberth himself said when he retired from the Huntsville Armory in Alabama

that he believed that all the great discoveries in space and the future would come through the resources of the human mind and that in his retirement he was going to devote himself to this activity.

Hermann Oberth also said that the very fact that there were no projects in the universities made it essential for laymen to do what science was not doing. Now I have done this work that you see objectified here

in these photographs because there was nobody else to do it. It just fell to me in the peculiar nexus of my own life in the peculiar unfoldment that I had. It came to me to do this. Now if there had been a project at the University of California

with eight or ten qualified men and a suitable budget to pursue this it would not have been necessary for me or Dan Fry the head of your organization or any of these other people to have undertaken the kind of investigations that we have.

And we can look to Dr. Oberth as a reasonable supporter of this lay activity. It can't be put down on account of its not being carried out by qualified people because the qualified people have declined to do it

for one reason or another. And when handsomely compensated by the government they did take it on we had the spectacle of the Colorado Project. Which is now part of history. We have what is needed for Apollo

for repeated landings on the moon. But we do not have what we need for what the boys see on the way there and back and what they photograph. Something is missing. Something is missing

from this particular type of scientific knowledge that we have today. And when a set of phenomena are as widespread as UFOs have been it has got to be a very big and a very crucial something

that is missing when a proper scientific attack can't be made on it. The thing that's missing is the content of the knowledge and the character of the knowledge. The knowledge that we have today in science

despite its great complexity its great diversity is barely 150 years old. It is a product of a particular mode of consciousness that really began for the human race only with the beginning

of the 19th century. It is so recent in terms of human evolution that we might say that it is but a tick of the evolutionary time clock that we have had. The kind of scientific consciousness

that we have today. Just a tick on the time clock. Now is there going to be a 21st century science? And if so what is it going to be like? Is it just going to be a linear extension

of what we have? Or are our modes of cognition our ways of knowing so to speak going to change? Is there anything going to come along to force this change?

To compel it? To require out of its own stuff and substance that we change our mode of knowing? I suggest to you that this UFO thing is indeed the challenge

that does require of us a change in the character of the knowledge that we accept that we pursue and to which we hew as thinkers and workers in this world.

At the beginning of the 19th century we entered on this tremendous period of materialistic scientific development. And it has endowed the human race

with enormous gifts. These things cannot be railed against or put aside or put down. They are there. They must be reckoned with. And this was secured

at the cost of humanity's inner life. Because a philosophical division came between knowledge and faith. The great strip that was run by the philosophers

between science and religion. And I'm sure if any of you have followed UFOs for any length of time you've found this thing cropping up again and again. This division between science and religion.

Science excludes everything pertaining to the inner life of man. Assigns this to ministers, mystics, and all the other people that they consider to be slightly hallucinated

or disillusioned. So that the inner ethical life of man has been beaten back. Beaten back like a dog. And when our young people go to the universities today

they have grown up in a social order that has provided them with a great deal of freedom and has enabled certain of their intuitive faculties to become vitally alive. More vitally alive

than in any prior generation. And in the universities all this wonderful talent for intuitive thought is expunged. And this is one of the tragedies that we find arising now

that we have a phenomenon or a set of phenomena to confront that require out of themselves that man bring to bear qualities of intuitive intellect to support and extend

the purely discursive mode of thought. Now man has developed this scientific way of thinking. Methodical, mineral-like logic. Seemingly unassailable. But look at the conundrums that poured in on the scientific mind

with UFOs. Suddenly we had objects that appeared and disappeared. They appeared and disappeared while thousands of people watched. And they're still doing it. We had objects that suddenly

in a rash appeared during and immediately following the Second World War. Nobody could explain why these things suddenly appeared and they disappeared

soon after. Or at least the frequency with which they appeared sharply diminished. We had objects that appeared electronically. Objects that were detected with radar

and were not simultaneously observed by people with good eyesight in a position to see what was there. Something physical was present that was invisible. Radar, according to Dr. Oberth,

has presented such evidence in firm cases over 1800 times. And this was something that came from Dr. Oberth back in the early 60s. God knows how many times it is since then.

I happen to be a long-time radar operator and serviceman. My job is a maritime radio officer. And I have seen these objects on radar out at sea that you cannot see

with the eye. And I've seen them move and I've seen them disappear under conditions of unrestricted visibility when by all reckoning they should have been there. Air Force radars picked them up.

I know this from Air Force scientists and my acquaintance. And pilots are my acquaintance. I know many of them. I'm an aviation historian of some standing. I know many, many

of our top pilots. Famous men. And many of them have chased these objects, locked onto them with the radars in the aircraft they're flying. And they find that

they fly through nothing. And they're observed to fly through nothing from the ground. We have objects that are using immobilizing forces against our electrical apparatus. We have automobiles

stalling mysteriously. We have tremendous heat appearing in airplane cockpits causing pilots to bail out. Heavy aircraft set on fire in the air. And pilots murdered with heat rays

as they descended in parachutes. All this has been a part of the UFO manifestation. We have objects that are flying with a clear mastery of gravity. It's one of the most evident things in all the classical UFO sightings

is that the objects have a mastery of gravity. They are not subject to the same conception of gravity, the same gravitational laws that we are subject to and which we have not yet learned to control.

We have UFOs that incontestably manifest magnetic effects of all kinds. And side by side with all this evidence of superior intelligence, we don't have much

in the way of communications. And that's one of the great enigmas of this field. And all of it points to this something, this underlying big something that we have overlooked in our materialistic march.

There's something lacking that should and ought to unify all this. And if it can unify, all these things that are so perplexing and with the existing resources of scientific knowledge

insoluble, inaccessible, then we've got to have this something. We've got to find it and put it to work. I'm willing to stake everything that I have concerning the next statement

I'll make as to its being ultimately verified by the march of events. And that is, that the orgone energy that was discovered by the late Dr. Wilhelm Reich is indeed the something

that we need to solve this UFO problem, or at least to make the fundamental break-in that we have not been able to make thus far. And I want to say at the outset here

that we face phenomena that are essentially twofold. We have objects that appear to be ships, constructs of some kind that are intelligently manipulating this particular energy that I just named,

and on the other we have biological UFOs. We have a form of life occupying what we might call a reverse spectrum around us in space. And you can see many examples of these things

in these photographs here, both kinds. Both kinds were made with the same methods, biological and constructs. Because the orgone energy is the propulsive force, the force that is manipulated

by the intelligences that have created these disks, it is what we might call a driving power, the propulsion. Because the same energy animates the things that are alive,

and orgone energy animates all of those things and all of us in here. It enables me to haul my 170 pounds across this room and out that door. That's my power source.

And what these intelligences that are visiting the Earth are capable of doing is taking this energy and using it for propulsion. Dr. Reich learned the basic determinism of this energy

and published it in his experimental bulletins and in his books. Those books and all that material were burned by order of the Federal Court that tried Dr. Reich.

And right here,

in these United States, you had a book burning up in Maine on the beach that nothing has been seen like it since Nazi times. And all the information that we need about this big something,

this orgone energy, was consumed in fires that were set under court orders by agents of the United States government. Now this is the new knowledge that I refer to

in the lecture title. Let me give you an instance here right now of the way this is applicable to the UFO problem. I don't know if any of you saw I'm sure you did

sometime or other, the photographs that were made on the moon during the last Apollo mission. They had a picture of the astronaut out on the moon

in his suit and there was something concerning which the eminent scientific specialists of NASA had nothing to say. It was a mass of confusion. They had around this man

a blue radiance that was completely external to his suit. And there were the usual explanations such as, well, it was a reflection of some kind, a spurious reflection.

But unfortunately, these people who are supposed to be trained observers didn't notice one thing about that photograph and that was that the pile of equipment on the moon

equidistant from the camera with the astronaut had no blue field. This was this man's life energy or orgone energy and it illuminated blue. Back in 1952,

Dr. Reich described an experiment by which you could take a vacuum tube and excite it with a high frequency current and the orgone energy would illuminate blue inside it. That experimental boredom

was among the material that was burned. Dr. Reich knew what this energy was. He had established its determinism, shown how you could detect it with an electroscope

and in this way, thermically, visually, and electroscopically. Now this is what is happening to the new knowledge. It is being suppressed. That's just one instance worth a thousand

of the way that these things are bearing upon current life and the space program. I'd like to go back now to the very beginning of the UFO thing and show you something that perhaps hasn't been

shown to you before. The planet Earth all through time immemorial appeared like this with a certain amount of what we call electrical activity around it, rotating on its axis

through millennia, undisturbed. Come World War II, something happened. This revolutionary, unique, unprecedented radar.

Now if you think that the span from 1900 to the present day, which is the approximate, at least 1800 to the present day, which is the approximate lifespan of existing mechanistic science, is quick.

Just think how quickly radar was developed from an experimental device in the late 1930s to something that completely covered the world within the space of a few years. Strictly experimental

up until the outbreak of war and all of a sudden the principle of radar became essential. Now a radar beam consists of a series of minute pulses of electromagnetic energy, the energy that is obtained

by tearing the fire free from the middle. A radar set sends out oh anywhere from say 500 to maybe even a thousand pulses like this a second. They're focused into a narrow beam from an antenna like so.

These things are used to bounce off an airplane over here to give you the range and distance or they're used on a ship to detect a coastline or another ship or objects on the surface of the sea. But the basic principle,

the important thing that we have to get across here is that this energy was suddenly radiated from hundreds of thousands of radar sets on ships, on airplanes and ground installations and artillery batteries

and everywhere else. All of a sudden this happened in the life of the earth and you had pulsed or chopped electromagnetic radiation going into the ether around the earth at power levels

that had never been possible before. This is due to the development of the magnetron II during the war. Now what happened to the earth if we look at it from an electromagnetic point of view? All of a sudden in this period it became an electromagnetic hedgehog

didn't it? It became spiky. It became a mass of of chopped and pulsed electromagnetic radiation. And it was just at this precise nexus of time and events that you had UFOs come in the modern period.

And they have been with us ever since. Now what do we know about this type of energy and its effect on the human organism? Well if you get too much of this energy it'll burn you. You'll get a radiation burn. If you pulse or chop energy

it has a far greater effect on tissue than just an ordinary direct current. That's why a diathermy apparatus is fashioned in this way. And what happens to you when you get a radiation burn? Let's suppose for example

that you had a very sensitive detector for heat. You came into this room and you had a radiation burn on your arm. You'd stuck your arm in the wave guide of a radar and you had a burn. We'd turn out all the lights and we'd look at you

with a sensitive infrared detector. Something sensitive to heat. What would we find? We'd find that you were glowing. You glowed. And thus it was during the period immediately following the war not right during the war too

but immediately following the war it became more noticeable. We had thousands of glowing pulsing objects appeared in this changed etheric environment around us. Now that activity took place

in what science calls the ether. In other words we can't have a wave like this unless there is something for that wave to wave in. So science postulates the ether for this. It is the medium by which

radio signals and light and all electromagnetic activity is carried. The ether was suddenly subjected to this wholesale trauma if you like. And things began to appear

that man had not seen before in such profusion. And something that was completely new to modern consciousness. Then came the ultimate electromagnetic disturbance of the atomic bomb.

The tests and the actual use of those were the ultimate extension of this unprecedented electrical activity. Now mechanistic thinkers and most of the people in the UFO field are mechanistic thinkers

they move their thinking in a straight line. When the UFOs suddenly appeared they said well boys we're building rockets and we're planning on going to the moon before very long.

These things must be from other planets. And so this must be mechanistic reasoning has inhibited all intelligent investigation in this field ever since. You notice how easy it is to think well

we're going to Mars so they could come here. See a ten watt mentality can grasp an idea like that. And it doesn't disturb anyone. It doesn't disturb you in the least. But if I tell you

that the orgone energy that drives these spaceships is the energy that manifests in your sexual processes then you begin to get excited and upset and wonder you know if I'm off my nut. But this is where the investigation

will lead. It will lead to the nature of the life energy. If you can't think any further than men from Mars coming here and ships they built over there you're destined to stay in the same state of mind that the NICAP organization has stayed in

all these years. I'm not putting them down but I'm just saying that they have made up their minds in advance that these are ships from other planets. It's the extraterrestrial hypothesis. The ETH they call it. And it's dearly beloved and it's

dying hard. And the only reason it's dying hard is it's so easy to hang on to it. And the alternative is that you have to do some thinking and stretching like this. Consider what I just told you about this activity in the ether. This colossal sudden activity in the ether

that man set on foot with his radar in World War II. And then think in these terms. We applied a certain vast stimulus to the ether. And we got a response.

We suddenly began to see things. Is it so improbable that what we provoked was already there? And all the leads, everything points always to the invisible.

I've had this experience many times in my own career in ufology of literally seeing objects dissolve before my eyes while I had them under observation. I've seen it so often that

I no longer can concede to the opponent of this version of things the right to an opinion. I've seen it all over the world at different times. Objects that are there, anchored, fixed in space, and all of a sudden

they disintegrate. They disappear. I've seen it above our Californian deserts, times without number. You'll see it if you go out there with the deliberate intent of observing. So there is good reason to suppose that

man's sudden electromagnetic activity during and after the Second World War precipitated the arrival of UFOs. That they were already there and that our sudden grasp of this principle of pulsed or chopped

electromagnetic radiation at high powers impinged in some way on their civilization or on their environment. If you were sitting in your front room in your home and somebody came by

and rapped on your window, the first thing you're going to do is get up and have a look. See who's there. And this is what we did. We stuck our electromagnetic finger into somebody else's window. It is the invisibility

of these objects, the essential, fundamental invisibility of these objects that has conventional modes of scientific thought and investigation be. This is why this defeat has been suffered by scientific thought.

Even by scientific workers. A lot of them who know me know that I'm right. And they say it privately to me that I am. But if they started to play around with these things back at Air Force Cambridge research laboratories or

something like that, they would just simply lose their jobs. They'd be canned. In fact, several young men with whom I tried to work in the early 1960s were threatened with this charge. For attempting to use Air Force radars to verify that these

invisible things did exist in this way. They were completely forbidden to pursue this project. Now, I want to give you a little brief exposition here of how it was that I got into this particular bag.

The results of which you see around here. Because it bears on the new knowledge and all that that means. We see light in the spectrum pretty much like that. Let's just call that red because we don't have

a good enough violet. This is just to give you the basic approach to this. The eye sees color. Color is an electromagnetic excitation in the atmosphere.

And we see from red down here at the bottom up to violet. Now, the excitation, the radiation goes on up past here into the ultraviolet. We call it ultraviolet because ultra is a Latin term

meaning beyond. Ultraviolet. And down here it exists before the red. In other words, there's vibratory activity here but we don't see it and we call it infra-red. Before the red. Now, if you look at this size

on reality that's all you're going to see even though this extends in both directions. All the way on this side up to the gamma rays and so on up there, x-rays and so on.

Down here into the half the microwave spectrum and down into the high frequencies that we use for communications and so on. But this is all we see. This is the ruler of reality. If you don't accept that

then of course it's a different proposition altogether. I don't accept that the eye is the ruler of reality except in a limited way because science has provided through its magnificent resources materials that are

sensitive up in here that can objectify form up in here and that can objectify form down here. We can take a photograph of this assembly in this room with an infrared film

using an infrared flash bulb and turn out all the lights take that photograph you wouldn't see a single thing and the photograph would print out just as though you had taken an ordinary flashlight photograph because the infrared light

is beneath the lowest response of the human eye. Now all that I did was equip myself with film that Kodak company has made. I didn't invent it. They put it on the market. They wanted to sell it.

I bought it. And I said to myself, all right, now here we have mysterious flying disks, spheres, all kinds of things that pulsate, T-shaped things, bars, triangles, all colors pulsating, leaping, jumping

all over the world people are seeing them. One of the things that they see most often is that they disappear from view directly up, but they just disappear while they're watching it as though someone had turned off a switch. My thinking was all right,

supposing I use a bigger window what am I going to see? If we use infrared film our window gets to be this big. We see all this much more down here than all this up here. And if we want to

we can completely close this window here with a filter so that doesn't come at all and just use this window. What do we find when we go down in there with an intuition if you like with a

you might say a basic talent or a gift for this. I don't put down my personal involvement in this at all. I think this is the way the science of the future has to go. More of the total man involved in it. I allowed my will force to

mingle with these things. That's why those photographs are there and why perhaps another person mightn't be able to get them. Although other people have tried and have been successful. They've done exactly what I've done and got exactly the same results.

Find that there is a range of form down here in which all these things that you see here have their existence. And since this, ladies and gentlemen fits in with the sudden advent of these things from somewhere else during the period immediately following the war when all this electromagnetic

activity burst on us I submit to you that this is in no way an irrational hypothesis. Especially since the evidence continues to accumulate and its volume is a function of the frequency with which

I go on these operations. That I can see no point in pursuing this beyond a certain point. I got motion pictures of the things you can see frames excerpted from those motion pictures over there. And this decisively crushed

any objection that the things weren't there or real. Get a couple of hundred feet of it and there's your answer. But here's another problem. All the people that have been interested in ufology up till now have for the most part been

people from physics and chemistry mathematics, disciplines like this astronomers, astrophysicists not too many biologists. And if there's anything, any testimony that these photographs bear it is that you're dealing with a living

a living thing in UFOs. Whether you're talking about the ships that are driven by life energy or the critters as I call them. Which look to a biologist just like a unicellular organism that you'd see under a microscope. Now then, here's a

nutty problem. Everything we know about civilization and the growth of technology teaches us that communications development is inseparable from progress. The greater the material progress of any nation

the more highly developed its communications become. Now here we have objects that are super performing. Just super performing. They can outperform anything that we are capable of building or conceiving. Yet we don't hear any

messages from these people on our radios. The communication side of things is quite an enigma. And you know why it's frightening ladies and gentlemen? Why science is recoiling from it?

Because the communications thus far have been essentially you find a collision between this very comfortable ordering of science and religion knowledge and faith. You have had

coincident with the UFO phenomenon tremendous eruption in psychism in all its forms. And such communications as we've had from the disks have been obtained by psychic means. That is by means

other than scientific means in the conventional sense. No radio. Now the moment that you get into the psyche the psychic view part company with the people who feel that if you can't kill it and

study it, it belongs to the minister and the priest. Yet this is exactly how the super intelligences in the atmosphere of our earth have been communicating with those human beings who would listen. All this work

started from just such a place. The basic suggestion to use infrared film, time of day at which to conduct operations. That came from without. You can find that in my book, They Live in the Sky. I'd like to draw your attention

to another phenomenon. You take the year 1900 when radio was in its most primitive state of development. They had spark and arc transmitters and had very limited range. 1900, we come across here

to 1970. Development going pretty much up like this. Straight line. You had the vacuum tube in about here, radar in about here, the transistor

in about here, and what have we got up here? Does anybody know what we're getting into up here? No? No? No? Communications. What are we into? What are we into? What are the Russians into? What is Westinghouse into?

Extrasensory perception. Right. So that even the linear extension of modern communications leads to ESP. Here you have devices in the atmosphere that are

capable of outperforming anything that we produce as aerofoils. These things turn out to be using ESP. Now all that's needed is a little bit of elastic in the mentality to see how all these

pieces fit. Physicists are not at home dealing with biological matters. I've had my share of difficulty with that, and back in the days when I was idealistic enough to think that I would get recognition for my work.

I used to talk to groups of these people, practicing scientists from various disciplines. The physicists couldn't hack the bioforms, and the biologists, such biologists as I met, they were lost when it came to

dealing with the things that were obviously constructs. Now, another phenomenon that I want to deal with here is that of heat, because it's important what I have to say about the ongoing energy. Heat. All these photographs

have been made with heat. They all represent manifestations in one form or another of heat. We had in the celebrated Walesville case, Walesville, New York, two pilots had to bail out of a jet fighter

because of heat that was turned on them from a UFO they were suing. The jet crashed, they survived, but it's one of many incidents, one of many instances that have been recorded all over the world of heat in connection

with UFOs. Landed UFOs have scorched the ground. This is quite a common thing. So we have to reckon with heat, and there's a particularly shocking incident involving heat that's covered by an affidavit

in They Live in the Sky, which a veteran French pilot in 1943 in Arizona saw. A United States Army Air Force training plane knocked down by heat rays from a peculiar

spherical UFO that happened on the scene. This was long before flying saucers. And then as the two occupants of the stricken plane descended in parachutes, parachutes were consumed by blasts of heat

from this particular UFO. It's all through. It's interlaced right through the whole thing, just the same as psychism and the mat and demat aspects of this thing.

Now, Dr. Reich was a psychiatrist, and you're going to have to give some attention to this man's work if you're ever going to make the new knowledge your own. He was educated at the

University of Vienna, and was in his early days, in the early 1920s, first clinical assistant to Sigmund Freud at Freud's clinic in Vienna. He was considered by Freud to be

the most brilliant of all his young disciples. And on this basis, we may say that his basic scientific background is impeccable. However, while Helmreich didn't follow exactly

in the footsteps of Freud, he undertook the first thorough scientific examination that has ever been made of the human orgasm, the primal convulsion that lies at the roots of all life,

without which none of us would be here tonight. Now, these are to some people sensitive matters, but it is precisely because of this sensitivity, this willingness to look away from such fundamentals,

that this new knowledge is being kept out of human experience, and barred from human utility. Out of this research came the pathway that was found that Freud himself said one day would be found,

from psychology to biology. Reich discovered and established the basic determinism of the specific biological energy, the energy that animates us and everything living. You've got to remember

that every second of every hour on this earth, the force that makes everything alive move, exceeds by multiples of millions and millions of times the power of all the atomic bombs

that have ever been built or imagined. Just the energy of life itself. Reich discovered this and he called it orgone, to permanently identify it with life. One of the characteristics of

orgone energy, when you build the basic device which is called an orgone accumulator, it's simply a layered box consisting of metal and insulating material in several layers, is that heat appears

above the top of that box. Now this fact in its self invalidates a lot of the theories of heat that are presently being taught in the universities. But it is so, and if you yourself build such a box you find that temperature differential

is there, and it is there day and night. And already we have a connection here. Heat being created out of nothing with the heat that made all these photographs, heat being

directed on earth through the aircraft by unearthly objects, we have the beginnings of a functional connection. When he was playing around with this experimental work up in Maine, his laboratory, he discovered

that hollow pipes, just ordinary hollow metal pipes, if grounded into water, could bring about a change in the normal undulatory motion of this energy as it passes around the earth.

Now all of you have seen heat waves across the street on a hot day, right? Is there anybody that hasn't seen that phenomenon? Alright, now if you were really a careful observer, and the scientists who have examined this phenomenon aren't,

because they haven't detected something about this that's evident to any careful observer. That is that you only see this when you are proceeding in a north-south direction so that you look horizontally across the west to east

flow. You can verify that for yourselves the next hot day you have. You will find that the motion of the heat waves, that the heat waves move in this way. It's an undulatory motion that goes from west to east.

And it is a part of the whole of this etheric component of the earth that we were talking about earlier that we started to stir up with radar. It's, if you like, the torque drive that spins the earth and that

causes the weather to go around the earth slightly faster than the earth itself spins. This is why all the weather patterns move from west to east. Wright found up on the lake there where he was just quite by accident

and many great scientific discoveries have been accidents that he changed the motion of this undulation. But instead of flowing across in front of his pipes like this, it appeared to come around and want to flow

into the pipes. In other words, the pipes, when grounded into water, exerted a drawing action upon this energy. And out of this came the notion that perhaps it would be possible to control the weather

by this means. But this activity with the pipes and the weather experimenting, tapping in for the first time in human history into the orgone energy continuum, if you like, into the ether itself,

attracted the attention of some entities who were not of this earth. Dr. Reich found his laboratory under a strange form of energetic assault by discs and lights that appeared

around his lab. The rocks began to decay and crumble. The trees began to die. And it became perfectly obvious to him that whoever these intelligences were, they were attempting to halt this experimentation.

Dr. Reich one night turned his simple device consisting of a series of pipes you'll see one of them in the photograph there with a UFO over the end of it. Turned his device on one of these lights

that was hanging around his lab and put the light out sent this thing down spinning and obviously in difficulty. This gives us the lead to the propulsion system. Here was a means of grounding

whatever power plants these entities are using. The connection between my work and that of Dr. Reich was made by a biologist named Robert McCullough who was with Reich at Organon in Maine

and also in Reich's weather control project down in Tucson. The Cloudbuster as it's called when it was used in Tucson provoked the appearance in the sky of these forms that you see here in these photographs. And when McCullough happened

to get a hold of a copy of They Live in the Sky, he immediately recognized these forms and got in touch with me. And this was how my connection was made with Wilhelm and Dr. Reich's work. The full story

of this will not be fully understood for a long time yet because we are only just beginning to break in with this new knowledge to the solution or to make an entry into the area where we will find the solution

to this UFO mystery. Now I want to introduce you briefly to another surpassing individual that I had direct experience with whose work relates to this although from a completely

independent viewpoint. Has anybody here heard of Dr. Ruth B. Drown before? I see we have some friends here. She was known through the medical profession as the queen of the quacks. To me she was the greatest woman that I have

ever known. And I would consider myself honored if I were able to shine her shoes today. She's left us now, but she was a very great woman and it was my privilege to work with her for a number of years

prior to her death and to learn something about her work. Now, here comes the interesting thing. Dr. Drown's instruments were nothing more or less than a series

of simple loops of wire around studs like so. That's what they were. There were nine dials each with ten of these studs. This is just to show you the form that they took.

This was in effect a tuning device for the life energy. And with this device it was possible not only to tune in on every organ, gland and tissue in the human body but to make cross-sectional photographs

histological and pathological cross-sections anywhere in the world that you happened to be provided that Dr. Drown had a crystal of your blood with which she could pluck you out of the sea of life and tune you in.

This device was in effect a tuner for vital energy. Dr. Drown never ever claimed that it was an electrical device. She was victimized, railroaded by the medical profession and its minions

and the law here in California and after a very unconstitutional and savage arrest in 1962 she died as a result of a subsequent stroke at the age of 73. A wholly deplorable

happening that equates quite well with what happened to Dr. Wright who died in a federal prison. Now, the fundamental discovery that Wilhelm Wright made relative to the orgone energy

was the nature of its waveform and the four-beat cycle that it follows. And that waveform is the KRW or spinning wave. They express

it this way. This is the charge phase where the energy rises to a peak. This is the discharge phase where the energy drops and all this is of course repeating the basic function of the orgasm. This is where this came from.

You'll also find it outside in the cosmos in the movements of the planets and everything else. It's basic. It's the basic underpinning of all life movement. Discharge, relaxation, mechanical tension, charge. That's what the

KRW is or spinning wave, Kreiselwell. Now, when you open up one of Dr. Drown's instruments even though she didn't know Dr. Reich or his work. She knew of him but did not know the intimate details of his work.

You find when you look down on Dr. Drown's simple tuning dials which were so often the subject of ridicule by troglodyte physicists from the universities that here you have the spinning waveform.

This was in fact a tuner for this form of energy. Dr. Drown used her instruments to examine some of those photographs. The dominant element in the bioforms, the living objects is calcium.

Now clearly it isn't calcium in the metallic state, solid like this book. Something that is further up the ladder in the form of what? Heat. Calcium that has passed

through a metamorphosis from solid, liquid, gas, heat. It's up there on the top of the physical ladder which is why we got it with infrared or heat sensitive film. Because it is a metal

it will return a radar echo and it is a plasma in the plasmatic or heat state. Now do you begin to see why conventional approaches to ufology are bound to fail.

You have to get into the new knowledge in order to get at these things. You have to think of heat as the fourth state of matter and you have to do. You have to be an activist because whether or not the heat is the fourth state of matter

is something that has been intellectualized to death by scientists.

Not only is it the fourth state of matter but as these photographs show it is a mode of material existence through which living forms express themselves and are coming now into human kin for the first time. Radar is reflected

from this calcium plasma when these critters come into the atmosphere and come within reach of operating radars. But you can't see anything in the air where these things are because it is in a state of plasma

but it is highly reflective as a plasma. Now then, the most significant thing about the new knowledge is that it belongs primarily to the participant. He who digs in and does.

It isn't for the intellectual. I had the experience of being diagnosed by Dr. Duran. During this period I had undertaken certain occult training to sensitize myself. My organism was so sensitive

that I could feel an individual on the other side of the street a hundred feet away if I turned on if you like. I hardly suffered to be in crowds or anything like this. This is how sensitive I was.

I was in this basic condition of sensitivity in order to do this work, in order to be able to aim these cameras and find these things. They couldn't go out there with not much more life in me than this chair and do this work. I had to be tuned in

and so I was. When Dr. Duran diagnosed me I could feel as she went through the diagnosis making resonance with different parts of my body. But the payoff came when she made an examination

of the larynx. The larynx is a fundamental organ of speech and the only other time I had felt anything like the effect of Dr. Duran's instrument on my larynx was when these entities

with whom I had contact back in 1957 conveyed messages to me psychically that I reproduced in They Live in the Sky. They, at that time, appeared to me to tune in on my larynx and operate my larynx. They spoke to me in this fashion.

Years later in Dr. Duran's consulting room I felt that same sensation again. It's the only other time that I ever felt it. But I knew immediately the functional relationship between the two things

and that this is the real reason why you don't turn on your radio and hear the spacemen talking. That they are using the orgone continuum directly. That they don't need to send you an electromagnetic wave that you convert out of a radio receiver.

Up here we're on the ESP peak here that we were talking about earlier. The ESP peak of present day modern communications. The spacemen have been there long ago. What do you need a loudspeaker for? You've already got one.

And this is the way that the communication devices of the future will have to be fashioned. It's out of drown-type tuners that will use the continuum directly instead of irritating it with an electrical

discharge, which is the way we communicate at present. And since our modern electrical communications are barely 80 years, 80, 90 years old, you can see that it won't be a very long passage of time before electrical

communication as we now know it will be looked on by us much as we look today on the tree trunk drum. It will be about as necessary as the tree trunk drum is to a skilled electronics communicator today.

So this is the basic thing you have now. You've got the picture. Let's look now at some of these conundrums that we mentioned earlier. The electromagnetic

hedgehog that the Earth became in the 1940s produced the luminous discs which are still with us because we're still shooting this into the air, still shooting this electromagnetic radiation into the air. We have been able to win access

to the invisibility of the UFOs by taking into account the heat properties that they have. We found that energy when it is concentrated and manipulated gives off heat. You can do this

with devices that we make right here on this Earth right now. Therefore it should come as no surprise to us that anybody a century ahead of us and out there in a spaceship is able to manipulate it a little better. We have the key to the unknown propulsion

method because when you use a cloud buster right here on this Earth today you find that the force of gravity increases around that device. When it's been running for a while you feel like you're wearing

divers boots. It gets real heavy and if you can increase gravity there's a way to overcome it, counteract it. It's a question of reversing the polarity in some way. We've dealt

with the reason why there are no radio communications and we find that there is after all a rational access to this problem that it isn't as insoluble as it seems. We understand something now about the eruption of psychism

because we are dealing with entities who are in clear mastery of this form of energy that we have only just discovered and which the obscurantists among us are striving mightily to bury. We know from the experiments that were conducted

at Dr. Reich's laboratory that atomic energy and life energy organ energy fight. They are antagonistic. And here you have the key to how and why electrical devices are interrupted in operation

by UFOs. You are dealing with high organotic potentials which suppress electrical activity. And we might in conclusion here in a little survey go back to the man who started it all and get from him

one of the master keys to this mystery because it's so true. I refer to Kenneth Arnold who in 1947 saw the first flying saucers of the modern period moving along above Mount Rainier.

And the characteristic crucial thing about Kenneth Arnold's sighting was the description he gave of the way they moved. He said they seemed to me to skip. Now the orgone energy moves

around the earth from west to east in this basic waveform. Any device that was operating on organotic potentials might well skip from one point of maximum charge to the next.

It would be a form of orgone energy pulse propulsion. And it is corroborated by what has been seen. Not only by Kenneth Arnold but by others. All the math and everything

connected with the wobbling, swinging, skipping motion of these discs is contained in Dr. Reich's mathematical treatments of the orgone energy and the spinning wave. So there you have it. The new knowledge is here but it's fighting

a tough battle to stay alive. I hope that all of you in the coming months will take it on yourselves to get a hold of Dr. Reich's books which are now being republished after being banned and burned. I'll give you the names

of some of them. If you get The Function of the Orgasm these are scientific books of the highest order and published by Noonday Press in New York. Selected writings the story of a great scientist or a great scientist's expression

of his own frustrations at the perverseness and malignant stupidity of the average man. And the way that he allows himself to be held in bondage. He is his own enslaver.

Now I guess we'll take a break and I'll be willing to answer any questions or try and answer them. But I think you have the picture now of the new knowledge and where it bears and how it bears on the greatest mystery of all time.

The law and the whole judicial process is corrupted for the purpose of bringing down anybody who becomes the bearer of these forces of life and love. Dr. Drown had a similar fate as I mentioned earlier. The same

provision of the federal laws was used in both cases against these people. Dr. Reich's case, he was accused by the federal government of entering a device in interstate commerce that was misbranded within the meaning of the Pure

Food and Drug Act. This is really reaching for a charge I might say. But the way that the federales did this was to opine or to claim

that by labeling this device an orgone energy accumulator and shipping the orgone energy accumulator down to New York to a physician that Reich had trained and who was using this for clinical experiments

and so forth, that Dr. Reich had entered a device into interstate commerce that was misbranded. Now what this did in effect was to put Dr. Reich in the position of having to go into a court of law and before a jury of

twelve laymen and attempt to explain thirty years of painstaking scientific work by which this discovery had been made. Dr. Reich's view was that the court had no jurisdiction whatever

over matters of basic natural science. That it was a violation of common law for the courts to enter into the regulation of basic natural science. It was unprecedented. And that he wanted the case taken out of the courts entirely.

The judge in the case insisted that he had jurisdiction and as a consequence of Reich violating the injunction against further shipment of these accumulators he was brought to trial not only for this but on contempt of court charges.

And he was legally outmaneuvered by the government. His own attorney, his own former attorney, the man who had handled Reich's affairs at Organon appeared as the chief prosecutor for the government. And this

was one of the things that was allowed to pass. So as a consequence of this Dr. Reich was found guilty and sentenced to two years in the federal penitentiary. He died in Lewisburg a week before his

release. And while he was in the penitentiary he said that he had found the anti-gravity formula. He had written it. And he was scheduled to deliver it to his son Peter the following week.

But he died in the meantime and the formula was never found. That's the story of Wilhelm Reich's end. And the blow to the whole structure of the science of Orgonomy was so severe

the death of its founder in this way that it took them many years to recover. They're only just recovering now with the journal of Orgonomy going into republication and research work being driven forward in this field

to the maximum that a small group of people can sustain. Sustained mainly by psychiatrists and other professionals who were trained by Reich or who have been trained by Reich's own physicians. And they tithe

themselves as it were to support further Orgonomic research. There's a program in weather control being implemented nationally in the coming months. That's one of the things that is being carried forward. The same charge is brought against Dr. Drown

in 1951 that she'd entered a device into interstate commerce that was branded. The people who didn't understand how this instrument operated and who thought it was an electrical device opened it up and said, well this can't do anything, can't diagnose anything. They didn't

know anything about vital energy or Orgon energy and there is it's a fact of Dr. Drown's life that not one physicist or any other scientific person investigating her work for the government or any other agency ever went to her, the inventor

and said, doctor, how does it work? It never happened. And this is of course another phase and the same thing that we have seen manifesting in the UFO thing that, well be like Dr. Condon, you know, you're

heading a project at a major university and you go out and put the whole thing down before the results are even in. People are lunatics and they call someone like Dr. Drown that works methodically year after year a quack.

Oh now, explain a little bit about infrared photography. I try to roll with no results. Well I'll tell you if I was to if I was to bring you all the rolls that I had no results with

we'd all have to go out in the corridor. That's about what it amounts to. It's hit or miss for a very long time and it depends in a very great degree on your level of sensitivity. Now

there have been many photographs made by accident of UFOs simply because the response of the film went beyond the human eye. Many of them where people didn't see a UFO and yet it came out on the photograph when they had it printed. It tends to come out a lot on color

photographs this way. So the thing is that you are working with a radiation, a form of light that you can't see. It's actually heat that you're attempting to detect. The basic

principle is to sensitize your vision so that you can see slightly beyond the normal physical span. As I stand here I can see the radiation around Carl Reinke here. There isn't much of it because well

he probably had a rough night last night. But I can see it from here that there is a small luminous corona around him that is susceptible to me. I don't see the aura beyond that but I do see that because this is what I've concentrated on.

And it's the combination well let me go in here to the actual explanation of why it is that I've been able to get all these things at or near the center of the plate when I claim I couldn't see them.

Out of your eye is not a passive receiving device. It's a little radar system. And out of that eye from the area they call the blind spot in the back of it

comes a jet of organ energy that goes out into space. And this is the thing that extends consciousness into space is this so called visual ray. And it is a part of you. Now you can use this visual ray to break clouds

by making the bio energetic connection between a cloud and your own organism. You can bring about a change of energy between you and the cloud so that the cloud will disappear. You can remove the binder in it. Similarly when a highly charged when something that is highly charged

organically intersects with your eye beam you can feel a slight impact. This is why you have to work until you get really tuned in. You have to work in quiet areas and in silence. You get the

slight impact on your eye beam and when you are sensitive just when you hit that camera button right then the thing comes out on the film. Because if this is carrying a high charge and it draws on you it will suck on your eye. You will get a faint suction.

If you happen to be more highly charged than this you will get a feeling of being struck. Just a very faint impact. That is the way that those photographs were made. And of course you don't

use the viewfinder on your camera. You use the sports finder. Here is your camera body here. You just use a wire frame or something up there so that you can sit there with a camera with both eyes open so that your eye beam goes out unimpeded and all you use the

frame for is to make sure that you get recognizable terrain or physical objects in the photographs. You notice these are not up in the air or anything like that. There is terrain or some fixed physical object in all these pictures.

So that is how it is done. The combination of the film that is sensitive beyond the range of physical sight and that particular method plus and you can't do without it, sweat. You've got to go out there

and do it over and over. You've got to be willing to take the falls if you want the scores. The psychic world behind the iron curtain. Yes, I've read that book and it indicates the extent to which all this stuff is being driven forward in the Soviet Union

and it is a great pity that in a country like this with the resources that we have that we haven't been able to do something at least comparable. All of it is in the hands of lone isolated individuals

like myself. But the actual field research work and I know several scientists that are working in different phases of telekinesis and things like this but they're all having to work alone. This whole field is execrated by official

science. It is something that you do at the risk of being professionally extinguished. It's a sick situation. It's time something was done about it. Pardon? No, the two women that went over there I don't remember the names

but it's a book that everybody should read. In the overall scheme of things we are ahead of them. For example, the Kirlians that Kirlian in Russia there is working with the vital energy

in the human body and they show that there's certain radiation that is associated with the living finger for example or with a living leaf and they can make it illuminate with high frequency currents.

And then when they separate the leaf from the tree and the leaf dies, this excitation slowly subsides until it becomes simply inert matter. In other words they have detected and absolutely confirmed beyond any

doubt whatsoever that you have an orgone body. The same general set of things that I dealt with in describing the astronaut to you. See the field around the astronaut. They've done this in Russia

by exciting living things with high frequency currents and then photographing them to prove that there is an energetic presence within the physical tissues of a living being which disappears with death. What

form are these critters? Anything at all like our physical likeness? Well there's the form right there. These things have been photographed in situ as the Latin saying goes, that is exactly the way they are

where you find them in their own habitat. That's the way they look. However the moment that you get beyond the strictly physical mineral realm you come into the presence of changing form and

therefore it is not beyond the reach of the imagination or even scientific possibility that the thing that appears there is a gigantic eel-like creature or a sphere might if photographed five minutes later have a humanoid form.

I think anybody with knowledge of occult science can easily grasp that. In fact nobody should touch this work unless they do have a grasp of occult science because you need it very badly. For example the orgone energy has been known

to occult science for centuries. It's called the chemical ether. But nobody was ever able to concrete this, establish its physical determinism or invent the devices for manipulating until Reich came along.

So the likenesses are there for you to look at but they may not be fixed. You've got to remember that all through ufology changing shape is a characteristic of many, many sightings. And it's another one of the things that

conventional scientists thinking of ships from other planets is inclined to throw out. Because to him to build a spaceship its form is fixed. In this case we're dealing with mind constructs

whose form is what the occupying intelligence wants them to be at any given time. Were Dr. Reich and Dr. Drown spiritually motivated? A difficult question. Dr. Reich had a fierce

block against anything to do with metaphysical speculation, mysticism. He abhorred these with a fierce loathing. Because as a practicing psychiatrist he had

had the debris of conventional religion on his couch so many times. He had no use for it whatever. He was a religious man, however, in the sense that George Bernard Shaw described it

as a religious man. He was convinced of the goodness and rightness of this power in the world that he had discovered and whose protector and sponsor he became. And he was highly responsible in its use

and he was meticulously ethical in all his dealings. To that extent I would say he was not only a religious man in the true sense of the word but a gentleman. As to his having any access to metaphysical principles or spiritism or anything like this

he completely rejected all such approaches. Dr. Drown was a different case altogether. Dr. Drown was in my opinion fully clairvoyant but faced with a challenge of bringing something through on the physical plane

without too much help from the other side. It was something that she was tasked that she was assigned to by a panel of teachers who generally guided her work. She was fully aware of all the spiritual forces that

whirl around a project such as hers. She also was able to produce through her tremendous knowledge of the cabalistic approach to the relationship between man and the cosmos the

first comprehensive summary of the relationship between body and mind. It was a psychosomatic relationship which she did through the cabalistic approach, the tree of life and the role that the various

ethers play in the formation of the various organs, the maintenance of health and so on. She knew all this and was a very, very spiritual woman. The most spiritual person I've ever known. Piercing eyes, she just looked right through you.

I mean you that's the way she was. She looked through your core and if there's any rubbish there she'd find it. Did she write any books that you've mentioned? Yes, she did. She wrote several books

but they're out of print now and have become collector's items. She wrote two books on her own therapeutic work and another one called Forty-Nine Degrees which was essentially a metaphysical treatise. And I've got a question here. What experiments are you conducting

in your spirit? Yes. I'm engaged at the present time in carrying this work a little bit farther. We've just acquired a videotape recorder which is going to

provide us with, I think, a tremendous yield of evidence pertaining to UFOs in a new form, that of videotape where it can be played back and studied at leisure, played back instantaneously as far as that goes. That's the beginning of the new work.

I have been working in the interim with photographing UFOs after exciting the atmosphere with the Cloudbuster. This has been what I've been doing up until relatively recently. Then I have passed into

weather control work which I hope to turn into a commercial proposition within the next 12 months. What I've been able to do actually is summarize the work of Dr. Drown with that

of Dr. Reich. I'm learning to tune these Cloudbusters. The potential here for the removal of smog and the creation of rain, the reversal of drought

and all these things is simply enormous. This is what I'm doing in my spirit. I'm moving millions of tons of air around. It's true that certain European psychologists and parapsychologists

have actually made recordings and photographed the psychic very recently. I really don't know what has been done along this line but if you go back into literature even as far

ago as the 1870s which was just right after photography became more or less a general thing that was passed out at the experimental stage and into something that was acquirable by scientific people.

There's a great deal of work done like this in France. Terrific. The French have a terrific tradition of investigation into all these things. But this work has never been translated. It's all been set aside.

I've seen photographs of UFOs that were made in a French laboratory in 2002. Another French scientist claimed he was photographing the soul. Today I'd say he had photographed the etheric double

or the orgone body, whichever you want to call it. So it wouldn't surprise me in the least if progress has been made by contemporary Europeans in this field. The French have a long

solid tradition in this field but the language barrier is still there. Well, I guess that's about it. Would anybody like to get a brief rundown on how the cloud buster works? Is that what someone would like?

In common with the knowledge that we have of the chemical ether and that's the occult name for the orgone energy,

the chemical ether. Chemicals have a tremendous affinity for the fluid state of matter. Tremendous attraction to matter. There again, think of all the cases where UFOs have been

sighted around bodies of water. You remember the case that Clint Walker, the TV star, was out on a fishing trip. UFO came over low while they were under the trees there watching

and as it passed down the river all the water was drawn up into points underneath the ship and the cloud was only underneath the disc. So this bespoke a high organotic potential in this disc,

drawing the water upward, upward into peaks, the pointed condition of the orgone energy. See how it all fits? That's all it is. Set our cloud buster in here like this.

Now this is of course grossly enlarged. We'll pinpoint, relatively speaking. We'll show it in large form. That's out over the ocean. Let's just say we're working on an irrigation ditch out in the desert somewhere.

We ground into that. What happens when you turn this into the flowing orgone is that you draw the orgone into those tubes. You have a triggering action in drawing that energy into the water. Now if you have a

sequestration problem in the atmosphere, where the atmosphere has gone dead, we say Los Angeles here is under this choking pole. The problem in dissipating that mass of chemical substance and all that

is the question of drawing the orgone energy through this. And when it comes, it brings the gross matter of the air with it to which it's tied. So you bring in, through here, turbulence and you break up

the potentials in the atmosphere over Los Angeles and you dissipate the smog in this way. Alright, now let's draw a rough map of the Pacific coast here, or the area where we are, like this.

Okay, here's Inglewood here. You got the picture? Point Furman, Santa Monica Bay, and on over here to Arguello. Our problem here in this basin is that these coastal winds that come down here turn off like this.

They do not blow in normally over the land. So we use a cloud buster to suck them in across the land. Instead of them turning off with the pump that they get from this Point Furman, we focus the cloud buster

in the western heavens and as low an angle as we can suck it in here. The gross movement of the air follows. There is a delay to this. It's not a mechanical thing. We want rain. We know that this

basic orgone stream from west to east is supplemented by a stream that comes across the equator, like this. It's called the galactic stream. And this is where the water is. It's down here in the tropics. The tropics are very wet, as anybody knows that's been there.

So to produce rain, we must draw out towards the south and trigger the flow of this galactic stream in low over southern California so that it brings the moisture with it. And you have to be very careful with all these things

because we don't know enough yet to be completely sure of what we're doing. It's trial and error. Sometimes you may go after moisture and get fog instead of rain. These things have already happened. But it is possible with this device and the basic principles

that Raj discovered, plus the tuning, which is the connection to everything that Raj did. Raj never knew that you could tune this apparatus. It's possible to set in motion absolutely titanic forces. Which?

Oh, they vary. I've got one that has a tube three feet long. I've got one ten. I've got one with three ten feet tubes. I have a whole variety of them. Some are two inch. Some are four inch.

It just depends on what you want to use them for. An ordinary iron pipe? Yeah. I'm just using galvanized pipe. Very interesting things. If you're operating one of these

cloud busters. I have one that's built like this. It's a combination of Dr. Drown's I've got Dr. Drown's tuner in here. And I have the pipe going out like this. And this goes to

ground through a grounding pipe here. Goes into water. The top of this thing gets hot when it operates. I feel it with your hand. Which conclusively proves that there's energy passing through. No connection of any kind of batteries or power or any conventional

energy whatsoever. But it produces this heat. And I mean it's tactile. You can feel it with your hand. Anybody can feel it. And the conditions of dew where everything metal within blocks of where

you're operating is drenched with dew. You run this thing for hours and this pipe will stay bone dry. There'll be no condensation on it. What about aluminum tubing? Pardon? Can you use aluminum tubing? This is a lot to be said

for aluminum but the thing is that it's downspout is readily available. And all the stuff that you get into the business of cutting them to length and that. It's all being done by feel right now but

the universities won't do it. Let's see. Where do you put the tube? Put the tube? You stick the tube up in the air. The tube goes up in the air, up in the atmosphere. See this goes into the atmosphere. You draw a tube.

And this goes to ground in water. Preferably flowing water. Yeah. Into the atmosphere. You'll be hearing a lot about this device in the years ahead. It's the solution to a tremendous

complex of problems that pertain to the quality of the environment. But here again some people would rather live under this shroud of filth than have it removed by a method that they don't understand. Yeah.

Right. That's right. And because you are dealing The forces that are involved are enormous. You're interfering actually with the breathing process of the planet Earth. It's exactly what you're doing.

The chemical ether is exhaled and inhaled daily. This is the cycle of the Earth in its own life. The planet Earth is a living being. And when you use a cloud buster you are interfering

with the breathing process. And it's something that can't be undertaken in a blind mechanistic way such as you know, fashioning of atomic bombs or anything like that. It's a different type of mentality is necessary. You've got to take on

something like this with a feeling of reverence you see. It's a very serious undertaking. You're not going to kill anyone with this. Of course you'd get money to do it if you did. These creatures that you've been photographing could they by any chance be

plot forms? Oh yes, I think it's quite probable they are. Many of them. Shells. Yeah. This would not do then for all of us to go No, I think not. We might have that long awaited California cataclysm.

Would you recommend every one? Right now. I don't think there's anything to be said against photography. Anybody can do that. But getting into these

natural forces you really do need an operating instinct for it. What Reich called a first organotic sense. And it's just so happened that having done all this work

all these years, I have that feel, you see, for it. Would you liken the organotic aura or activity about the individual occultly the aura? Well, the inner aura, yes. And it's

physical. And this is the portion of you that can be made to strike a neon bulb if they put you in a tank of static electricity. Your orgone double will cause a neon bulb to illuminate. If you bring it

here. Just the same thing as the guy's orgone body illuminating on the moon with the solar excitation, you see. He's in a vacuum when he gets out on the moon. And he's being excited by the sun. Or possibly even by the

radio transmitter on the module, you see. As long as there's excitation there, it'll illuminate in a vacuum. And he's there. Of course, the thing that disturbs him, I think, is that there's a whole big chunk of him that's not in his suit.

Would you give an occult name for the orgone energy? Yes, it's the chemical ether. The western. Yeah. That would be the oriental. Oh, I don't know that. I'm a westerner. I go to the orient pretty often, but I'm...

No, it's the chemical ether is what it is. Is it sometimes called an aura? Which? The color that's seen around the person. Oh, yes. It's all a part of the aura, but the aura extends far beyond the orgone double, you see.

Beyond that is the astral body, which covers it much faster. The astral body, for example, of Dr. Drown, which you could measure with her instrument, you used to have to go way out in the street of the other side of Delong Prey Avenue to get to the

periphery of her aura. It was huge. A couple of hundred feet across. Unbelievable. Oh, it's unusual, right? Sometimes there on Sunday nights when she had public meetings, she would check auras just to, you know, to give people an idea

of what was going on. I think you went to some of those, didn't you, Carl? And very enormously. They're really a measure of your level of consciousness, the size of your aura. And, of course, some people are, you know,

they're fifty feet across this way, but there's only six inches here. You know, they're not right in the middle of it. That comes with conditions of disease and so forth. A balance. Yeah. A polarity. Yeah, the person should be

in the center or core of his aura. Anything else is, you know, like a kind of a... Well, yes it is. But the spirit has to manifest through the body. So,

if you have stones in your left kidney, the spirit can't penetrate that. And this leads, if you like, to the creation of standing nodes of energy that send your aura off balance, you see. The spirit is always healthy, but the

physical vehicle is not. That's where the problem is. Do neurons come in different colors? Yes. Even black. Does it determine how old the soul is? No.

It just determines what the soul has been doing with themselves. Why? Do you have a black aura? Well, I was told that a white aura represents the highest. Yes, it does. And it goes down if the blue is the next.

Yeah, that's right. A relatively new soul has, say, perhaps a green or a pink or something like that. Well, in a general way, that's true, but there are many, many people who have

highly developed souls who have dirty auras because they don't take advantage of the spiritual gifts that are theirs. These are what you might call the lost souls. You find them on every street corner. You know, we took pictures

in Switzerland a couple of years ago and they showed these dents. Now, we didn't know we were taking pictures like that. And they were over the Lake Lucerne and in France over the Seine in Minnesota. And they were very,

very clear. I might give you just a brief indication of the way that the orgone energy, understanding the properties of it, can resolve cases of UFO landings where there's

tons of evidence, but where conventional thought can't make head or tail of it. Now, down in Tully in Queensland, they had these UFO nests. They were found when a tractor driver found a UFO that suddenly looked like a big spaceship go up out of

a swamp. And he went in to see where the thing had been and here were all these reeds flattened in a spiral fashion. And underneath the surface, the reeds were torn free of the bottom. These nests were found quite often

down there. They're still being found. Now, there's no explanation for this from conventional science because if it were an airplane propeller, which is the only thing that they can think of, you see, to create a draft like this to flatten these reeds,

it flattened in this peculiar spiral fashion. Now, what you have in a disk, a standard Adamski-type vent with disk, is you have an orgone field like this around the rim of that disk. And you can see it's been

photographed in one of these pictures here quite clearly. I'm in the picture with it. And this spins or whirls around the bottom of this disk, looking down on it from above. The field goes around like that. Get the idea?

Alright, when the thing comes down and lands, this spiraling energy at a very high organotic potential withdraws the energy from this grass. Mashes it, pulls the tree

at the bottom. It attracts it. The spiral signature is left there. It is an organotic signature. We don't have any energy that can do that. We can't do it with electricity. We can't duplicate it with a propeller or anything like this.

It's something that has been done bioenergetically. And it remains inscrutable until we get a hold of these principles. But what you can do with this knowledge is go through all these thousands of sightings that people have catalogued all through the years,

what we might call establishment ufology, gathering all this stuff, and you find this everywhere you look is the signature of the orgone energy. Everywhere. It just opens it all up. That this is what these people are using.

How does a Faraday cage figure in this? Limit the field of a good? Oh yeah. Penetrates all matter. It's universal, you see. There was an interesting aspect to that. The whole

of the psychic faculties of a human being are of course passing through his orgone field. His etheric double is the sensitive agent by which the physical findings are

communicated to the carcass. They took this Dutch psychic. What's his name? Peter? Peter Herkos. It shows you the incredible simplicity of mind that some educated

men have. That they're going to control, put controls on Herkos, you see. They say well this guy, maybe he's got a radio in his ear or you know, somewhere else. And he's getting the information this way. So we're going to put some controls on him.

Let's put him in a Faraday cage, which is a complete screen of fine mesh wire. And within that screen you can't even, you turn on a transistor radio and you can't hear a thing. Nothing works. It kills all

electromagnetic radiation inside it. So they put Herkos in there. And he's better inside the cage than out. So you see the controls go up. This brings the whole question of controls, which is the

you might say the neurotic underpinning of official science. Let's get some controls on this, you see. How can you control something that is universal, that you don't even know anything about, except that it's there? You get somebody who has been

turned into a fanatic with a conventional education in this way, that only controls will bring the truth. And he's in the presence of something that can't be controlled. His whole conception of the world, his whole conception of the ordering of

the universe, what we might call the mechanistic cosmo-conception, is done. Finito. Caput. It's recognizing it. That is one of the problems of the times. Well, to carry the cage only has
