So nice to see so many of you on such a wet night. I guess at least somebody decided to brave the storm. We were wondering if we should cancel the lecture, but then we felt that we couldn't reach those of you who probably would come and you would be disappointed, so we're very glad that we decided to continue. I very seldom get down in the Southern California area. In fact, I don't know when I will next be coming down here, if at all. So for those of you who may have friends who would like to know about this lecture

and were not able to get here tonight due to the flooding, we are going to put into print this particular lecture. That is, we, the Solar Light Center, of which I am director, and we will have it available by mail from our center and we will have it available by mail from our center and we will have it available by mail from our center within, I think, two or three months. Also, for those of you who are not acquainted with our work

and our magazine, StarCraft, we would be happy to let you have a free sample copy from the book table of our last summer issue of StarCraft, if you would ask for it. Now, this particular lecture, Manifestation, I was impressed to write in the last few weeks, since I came down from Oregon. We stand here at the beginning of 69,

we of the Interplanetary Brotherhood, at a crossroads, not of man's affairs, but of God's. The divine intelligence permeating all life forms will no longer tolerate puny man upon the surface of planet Earth, breaking the laws cosmic in nature, whereby existence is made possible.

Man must align all his many bodies or vehicles of expression, from the physical up to the spiritual, and become at one with the God-spark within, or go down into chaos. For a rending of the very nature of man, the very substance of the Earth, as it divides between light and dark,

is due to take place. Now, this material was given in a very recent transmission received last year from the Space Brothers by Telethort Transmission at our center in southern Oregon. As most of you know, for over 20 years of modern times, craft from other planets have flown in the skies of Earth,

and contacts, both physical and telepathic, have been made. Wisdom, much wisdom, has been imparted, warnings given, and solutions offered to Earth's great crisis. Yet the law of non-interference in a planet's internal affairs has always been observed. Still, the growing crisis expands itself into all avenues of man's life on planet Earth. Economically, morally, socially, and spiritually bankrupt,

man sees before him a chasm from which even his best and most respected leaders cannot extricate him. Very recently, as I'm sure most of you are aware, to add to the generalization, to the general confusion and lies which beset the average citizen, a body of scientists, led by the eminent Dr. Condon, published their long-awaited report on flying saucers.

Their verdict was, there is no such thing. Hardly surprising, perhaps, in view of the fact that in a memo written before the project actually got underway, it was stated that the trick would be to describe the project so that to the public it would appear a totally objective study, but to the scientific community would present the image of a group of non-believers trying their best to be objective,

but having an almost zero expectation of finding a saucer. This was the memo written by Robert Lowe to the university officials on August 9, 1966. Therefore, we had the 500,000, the $500,000 trick of Dr. Condon's. The Condon report actually came to the conclusion, to quote from the newspaper article, that no direct evidence, whatever, of a convincing nature

now exists for the claim that any UFOs represent spacecraft visiting Earth from another civilization. So all the sightings of interplanetary craft performing fantastic work, all the sightings of interplanetary craft performing fantastic work, all the sightings of interplanetary craft performing fantastic work, all the sightings of interplanetary craft doing fantastic maneuvers at fantastic speeds in silent flight,

observed by the military, the Air Force, civil airline pilots, and millions of citizens are just a gigantic hallucination. As I remarked last year to the moderator on The Jim Fenwick Show where I was interviewed in Portland, if this were true, that millions of people were hallucinating, then the United States must be available and the United States must be available

a very, very sick nation. I believe it is sick, even as the world is sick, but not that sick. When the Air Force arranged for this group of scientists headed by Dr. Condon to take over the highly controversial investigation of flying saucers, they also arranged to take off the heat from the Air Force themselves. And that half-million-dollar trick of Dr. Condon's did that very nicely. Many scientists, it seems, can still be counted on to stick their heads in the sand, disregard volumes of evidence, and observe the status quo.

Where does this leave the VIPs who are convinced of the existence of flying saucers out in left field? I'd like to quote just from a few VIPs. Who have believed, and not only believed, but have known of the existence of flying saucers into planetary craft from other systems and from other peoples. Air Chief Marshal Lord Dowding in England said, The existence of these machines is evident, and I have accepted them absolutely. General Twining said, If they should come from Mars, we should not be frightened.

And Admiral Delmar Farney, former American Navy Missile Chief, in a press conference in 1957 said, Reliable reports indicate there are objects coming into our atmosphere at very high speeds and controlled by thinking intelligences. General L.M. Chasson, former General Air Defense Coordinator, Allied Air Forces Central Europe, NATO, stated, If we persist in refusing to recognize the existence of these unidentified objects, we will end up one fine day by mistaking them for the guided missiles of an enemy,

and the worst will be upon us, which may be exactly what will take place. Albert Chopp, former Air Force press official handling UFO information at the Pentagon, stated, One thing is absolutely certain. We are being watched by beings from outer space. And so, Captain Ruppelt said, What constitutes proof? Captain Ruppelt, incidentally, was former head of U.S. Air Force Project Blue Book.

He said, Does a UFO have to land at the river entrance to the Pentagon near the Joint Chiefs of Staff offices? Or is it proof when a ground radar station detects a UFO, sends a jet to intercept it, the jet pilot sees it and locks on with his radar, only to have the UFO streak away at phenomenal speed? Is it proof when a jet pilot fires at a UFO and sticks to his story even under the threat of court-martial? Does this constitute proof?

Dr. Walter Riedel, late director of Peenemunde Base, Germany, Is it possible that the sources come from Venus, using the side of the moon invisible to Earth as a base? And Dr. Hermann Oberth, famous rocket scientist, stated, I believe... Extraterrestrial intelligences are watching the Earth and have been visiting us for millennia in their flying saucers. Professor Hideo Itokawa, Japanese scientist, Flying saucers come from another world.

I could continue. Dr. Carl Saigon, in a talk to the American Rocket Society, said, I do believe there are objects that are unidentified. In an editorial by Dan Fry, the president of your organization, and a very dear friend of mine, in the Understanding Magazine of October last year, his editorial was UFOs in Congress. And he stated in this editorial that there was a symposium on unidentified flying objects, the subtitle of which was

Hearings before the Committee on Science and Astronautics, U.S. House of Representatives, 90th Congress, the date, July 29th. This is a Congressional Record publication, however, it seems it's no longer available. It's out of print, mysteriously enough, although it only happened last July. I wonder why. The results of this symposium, if they come fully to the attention of the public, Dr. Fry stated in his editorial, should correct once and for all the widely held, but mistaken impression that men of science are not interested in science.

J. Allen Hynek, head of the Department of Astronomy at Northwestern University, known as Old Swamp Gas to his friends and students. Dr. Hynek had for many years been the chief consultant to the U.S. Air Force on the subject of UFOs. Dr. James E. McDonald, senior physicist, Institute of Atmospheric Physics, and professor of meteorology at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Carl Saigon, Department of Astronomy, Cornell University. Dr. Robert L. Hall, head of the Department of Sociology, University of Illinois. Dr. James A. Harder, associate professor of civil engineering, whose subject was the UFO propulsion problem. Dr. Robert M. L. Baker, Jr., senior scientist of the computer sciences course, Corporation. Dr. Leo Sprinkle, University of Wyoming. Dr. Gary Henderson, senior research scientist, General Dynamics Corporation.

And Dr. Staunton Friedman, Westinghouse Astronuclear Laboratory. Dr. Roger Shepard of Stanford University and Dr. Frank Salisbury of Utah State. Their testimony, together with the mass of documentary evidence which they presented, filled the room. The entire 247 pages of fine print, which averages about 450 words per page, at a total of more than 100,000 words, plus a large number of photographs, charts, and diagrams. All of this testimony from scientists pointed unmistakably to the reality of the UFO phenomenon, and all of the scientists strongly recommended that serious and intense,

intensive study of the various phases of the UFO phenomenon should be undertaken at once. This was July of last year. It said all of the quasi-scientific objections which have been made in the past to the reality of the UFOs were considered and convincingly refuted. Nonetheless, in January, the Condon Report published their stupid, naive conclusions as to the non-reality of flying saucers. The Condon Report, however, went even further than simply denying the existence of UFOs. After deciding that, quote,

no direct evidence whatever of a convincing nature now exists for the claim that UFOs represent, any UFOs represent spacecraft visiting Earth from another civilization, this august and scientific body of men announced that they do not see, any such comings and goings for another 10,000 years. How scientific. Not content with presuming to speak for this planet as to the reality of flying saucers, they now take it upon themselves to issue edicts as to what races out in space are capable of doing. Surely, Earth man's supreme egotism is reaching its height of folly at this time,

hypnotized, brainwashed, and generally in a state of coma consciousness as they are undoubtedly millions of people will accept the Condon Report. For are not materialistic scientists even as the very gods of wisdom in the Western world? The masses awoke sufficiently from their slumbers to throw off the blinders, of the orthodox priesthood, only to become slaves to another false god, science. A substitution of one authority for another has taken place, and once again the individual abdicates his God-given right to think and to be his own instrument of decision. And this is a God-given right. So at this time we have the blind leading the blind.

At one extreme the blind faith of the religious stifles the intellect and asks credulity of its followers. At the other extreme the barren intellectualism of mental processes divorced from spiritual understanding and wisdom proclaims its barren truths. Truths which already have changed with each new era. have changed with each new discovery in science, yet produce no change within the dogmatic minds of materialistic men of science as to the universe and its divine, all-permeating intelligence. On the world scene, we have confusion, violence, degeneracy, and war increasing. What is the future, and we're the leaders of today and tomorrow?

What is manifesting, and is there hope for a new race of men on planet Earth? Leadership no longer lies in authorities outside of man, whether these be political, religious, or social. Authority lies within. At the core of man's soul is link with divine source. Not in a sterile intellect, divorced from love, compassion, and wisdom, will man find himself. Not in a blind, unreasoning, dogmatic faith, devoid of intelligence and reasoning, shall the problems be solved either.

The true leaders of today and tomorrow emerge, only by virtue of divine direction. They are what they teach. They live by inner guidance, and their link is from divine source. Because only when the love of the heart and the intelligence of the mind become wedded, emerges wisdom and the leaders of men. To whom do they teach?

The remnant, the wheat who separate from the chaff, to use biblical terminology, the children of men who would be as the children of light, interplanetary travelers, voyagers of the spirit. The space people have come, and they have asked of Earth man one thing above all else, interplanetary, that he recognize his divine heritage.

The space intelligences cannot be divorced from spiritual realities, although they teach no dogmas or creeds. And those who seek to so divorce them from spiritual reality and accuse any who associate spiritual things with them as cultists are ignorant of the whole picture as it has presented itself. Certainly the space people have asked that no cults or creeds be established around their coming, because their wisdom and their science is of a humility which knows itself in reality and needs no false bolstering of ego.

The interplanetary brotherhood exists, and its emissaries teach on earth this day, both men and women, as to who heeds and who ridicules. This is supremely a test of the individual soul, for a cycle is ending and a time of initiation is here. In this initiation of facing not of fantasies, hallucinations,

or vague ideals awaits, but a facing of ultimate realities. He who knows not himself knows nothing, for his link with divine source is impaired. And he who knows not self cannot know others in truth or his placement in life.

Many individuals are struggling at this time, and perhaps some of you know and have seen this, among your own friends or acquaintances. Many individuals are struggling in the throes of gigantic inner conflicts. Only as these inner conflicts are mastered and alignment of all the selves of man achieved, can clarity come, an inner radiance breaks,

and a son or daughter of light emerges, confident, calm, serene in purpose. Such a one cannot be shaken by the ridicule of those who seek to tear down such realities. Are these vague ideals or dreams of which I speak? No, they are realities of strength and ultimate meaning. For heartbreaking tests, harsh and agonizing realities strew the path of all who walk the path to self-enlightenment, and freedom on the earth at this time.

I know whereof I speak, for I have walked that path many times. It has been lonely, yet I would walk no other. A time is coming when there will no longer be necessity for man who is evolving on this planet to suffer the realities of an insensitive, harsh, materialistic world.

Yet at the time and the period through which we have passed, these realities have been a part and a pattern of all who have walked the path to self-enlightenment. Yet now the interplanetary brotherhood gathers and grows. Whether you meet a man or woman from off a craft, as Dr. Fry did, or one who came through the incarnationary channels to earth, or an awakened earthling,

the life streams are converging at this time. It may be a Buddhist or a hippie, a Christian who performs miracles of healing, an Arab or a Jew, a Russian or a European, an unlettered peasant or a new age child, or a scientist who is awakening from the coma of materialistic science. From all areas of life,

from all countries, and all creeds and none, emerges the new race of man. For the time of manifestation is here. I'd like to quote directly from a telethought transmission which I received a few months ago in 1968 to clarify this concept of what manifestation is. For those of you who are not familiar with the type of transmission

by which I receive, I would like to quote from a telethought transmission that is a beam mechanism into which the space people think the communication which they wish to transmit and which is attuned to the particular frequency of the receiving channel, in this case myself. We have on certain occasions witnessed the communication craft above the mountain locality where our center is in southern Oregon,

20 miles out from the city of Medford, and these craft have been observed several times by various individuals who have been present at the center at the time of the communications. As this is received telepathically, I speak it into a microphone and it is recorded. Later it's transcribed and we publish a great deal of this material in our magazine StarCraft.

As I said earlier, for those of you who are not acquainted with this, we would be happy to give you a little bit of information about this. We would like to give you a free sample copy of last summer's issue. All of the material which I am quoting from, which was received by telethought transmission, is available at the book table in the fall-winter 68 issue of this magazine. In this particular transmission on manifestation, they very clearly told us what is about to take place.

And this is one of the keys which it is important, I feel, for those of you, particularly in this society, in the Southern California area, to know about. They said, For many years we have communicated to you, our brothers, our sisters, of the imminence as seen through our eyes and our recording equipment of change. Change in all its overall aspects, change on the face of your planet. Now this change is all about you and the consciousness of man

and the changing standards, ethics, moral patterns. Change is intentional. It is indeed all about you and it is fast taking place geologically, even as it is in consciousness. We find ourselves now in the position of looking on at affairs as they move on their appointed pattern and of communicating to you our thoughts of the next phase of operation. That phase we have entitled manifestation.

We have entitled it this for a very good reason. The time for consciousness adjustment, balancing, unlimiting is almost over. Those who have not adjusted, unlimited and balanced in consciousness have very little time left to do this before the mighty changes of a very physical nature make themselves felt.

In the meantime, manifestation of not only our intent but manifestation of our own self-worth, manifestation of our own self-worth, manifestation of our own self-worth, manifestation of our own self-worth, of our presence and of energy of power of universal light is about to begin.

By universal light, by energy, we speak of that power which permeates the universes of God which flows directly through all systems, power from the creator. Manifestation of the substance of light, of its workings in the hearts, minds, consciousness, souls, of those who are our own upon this planet and those who aspire to be as the children of light

and walk into the new radiance of a new dawn. Manifestation is beginning in its first phase with the outpourings of energies through the vehicles or bodies which are being used at this time by our peoples on this planet. Manifestation of energy, what does this mean?

It means, our brothers, our sisters in light, that as this energy is tapped in all its majesty, magnificence, unlimited quality, as it pours through the vehicle or vehicles, bodies of our peoples and of the children of light upon this planet, that those things which were previously impossible will become as simple, as simple,

as simple child's play. That Herculean tasks will be performed with ease, that mountains will be moved as molehills. That the consciousness of those who might be termed hard in heart, closed in mind, will be reached and will be shaken as by a great force.

The energies of light pouring through in their purity are energies of untold potency, vibrancy, vibration, and power. The mountains of man's consciousness may be scaled, may be looked upon in a light previously unknown.

Then they went on to explain what would happen when the light of the universal vibration pours forth. They said, when this pours forth, changing the molecular structures, the cellular structures of all physical matter,

the vibrating atoms spinning, then at higher frequency vibrations, will incorporate within themselves the God-pattern of being. And manifesting this in all its intent upon that level will produce what mankind of this time will call miracles. Miracles being but the outworking of cosmic law will become the new order of the new age.

Manifestation of universal light is the phase and the pattern now commencing on planet Earth. We who speak from space, from the craft stationed above this mountain locality, the Saturn Council Directive, speak of energies of universal light, of beings of light,

and sons and daughters of light. We speak in terms of service, of manifestation of service, of manifestation of love, of manifestation of love, of manifestation of compassion. We speak not of identities. Those highest beings,

by whatsoever name they choose to manifest to various groups, carry significance only within the vibration of that which they bring and that which they in essence are. These things are undeniable and are the stamp of an evolved being or soul. The concern now is placed upon the vibration itself,

manifestation of undeniable spiritual power and identity. And all who carry this stamp carry it in their actions, in their eyes, and in their words, but not in one only, but in all that they are and they do. Manifestation of divine light,

of universal light, of universal light, of universal light, of universal light, of universal light, of universal light, of universal energy takes place in this year year of 1968

in its first and primary phase. From this point onwards it moves forward into other phases carrying those of you who are prepared in consciousness into the etheric levels of existence and that which you have been taught to understand as the frequency change.

Now for those of you who are not familiar with what they are speaking about when they speak of the universe, when they speak of the frequency change, we do have again at the book table another of my lectures which I have not given in this area

entitled Frequency Change and the Second Coming. This lecture contains a great deal of material clarifying this whole concept of what the frequency change is. They ended this transmission by saying great changes are upon you and the manifestation of the light energy

will uphold all the energy of the universe. They ended this transmission by saying great changes who turn within to the source of the God self of the divine

and the Christ consciousness of being. I'm going to repeat that because the plane seems to have made a tremendous amount of noise and I think this is very important because we are going into a period of tremendous chaos

on the world scene and it is extremely important that you realize that you do not have to be a part of this chaos. They said great changes changes are upon you, and manifestation of the light energy will uphold all who turn within to the source of the God-self of the divine and the Christ consciousness of being. For the rest, as

they turn into the pathways of greater destruction, that which has been termed the separation of the wheat from the chaff on planet earth takes place in all its divisiveness, in all its final rending, even as the substance of the earth itself divides between light and dark. Talk no more, our brothers, our sisters of the earth planet, they said, but act. Cease to bewilder yourselves with the confusions of a confused planet and walk your path. directly in confidence, in love, in compassion, and in surety of the energies which you draw about you within and emanate to all in your environs. I identify as Sutko of the Saturn Council. Truth, however, bears its own stamp within the soul of those who hear. Truth most

certainly rings its own answering chords within the soul of the evolving one. And needs no names for guarantee. In the light of our radiant one, I bid you Adonai Vasu Baragas. That was received at the end of July last year, at the beginning of this primary phase of manifestation. Further transmissions came through at our guest sessions, which were attended by thirty people up on the mountain at the end of August and at the end of September. The transmission entitled The Old Order Passes, which came on 30 August and is again printed in this last issue of Star Craft, clarifies and perhaps enlarges on the concept of manifestation. They said, When we spoke of the running out of time, we spoke in terms which perhaps

might be better understood if we elaborate to a certain extent on this concept. We have , in the right sense of nature, attached on action, toaurants and the wrong place to the dark vats. But this truth remains to thrive. The executive group thus is said to have fold reality filled with volatility. The lady Michael Nance, who is about forty-three, has pronounced the following terms as pacifist foods. She'm magazine1965 neuroacademic intrauraniv njic izx1 have stated that the period through which your peoples have passed was one wherein a speeding up of the processes of consciousness was taking place. Through many means your peoples have attempted to unlimit, to evolve, to experience. The innate being of man upon planet earth has for many thousands and thousands of years experienced through the rawest of conditions many things which have brought about a slow and gradual understanding within him of the forces by which he has felt himself controlled. Yet in the last 25 of your years an awakening has come to some of your peoples that these forces do not control but may be controlled even as man

reaches out and expands in consciousness to become the master of that which he is. Only as man in his immortal being expresses, may he become lord of that which he surveys. Only as man understands of these attributes of the God-self does he become consciously at one with his divine essence. And in becoming one with that essence he then is able to manipulate the forces of his divine essence. We have spoken to you of the manifestation of light energy

beginning in its first and primary phase in the year of 68. We have rarely put a date upon the beginning of a cyclic time in your calendar time. Yet we have done this for a very specific reason. As the universal energies of light pour forth from the central sun throughout this system and throughout all planets in this system, the very molecules vibrating at an increased frequency will force life and the life waves on this planet and others into a new reassessment of all values previously held. objects. The cosmic energy of light makes it possible that we in this life the most powerful flows in with the waves of energies, the changes will be rapid indeed, and many of your peoples who are only half prepared will find themselves caught up in conditions of which they have little understanding. Then will come the time of the wayshowers, of the lightbearers, to hold forth what must become the torch of understanding of love and compassion to the children of the earth planet in order to assist them through this change. Time is cyclic, my brothers, my sisters.

Time marches onwards throughout the galaxies of God, in cycles beyond cycles, and in vibratory waves of energy, bringing forward at each new casting upon the shore those treasures which exist and have been garnered from the great sea or ocean of consciousness. At this time, the waves casting forth upon the shore break and reveal perhaps but a few treasures brightly gleaming in the sand of earth. Yet these few, this humanity, is the beginning of the new race of man,

of the new consciousness of the dawn of the age of enlightenment, of the age of interplanetary brotherhood and travel. If you would believe, if you would be one with these, know that your consciousness of being alone and the love which resides within you to give unto others is the key, and there is none other. The time has gone for the buying and selling of souls.

The time is past for the buying and selling of man's birthright. The time is past for all things of the old order. In consciousness of being, in the light of our Radiant One, we see mankind of planet earth moving forward into a new dawn of an era of light. And we who walk in consciousness with you from many planets from within your system, coming at this time to impart that essence of our beings, that love from our very souls, walk with you and will be with you at the time of the manifestation of light.

At the end of September, the transmission which came was entitled Yours is the Choice, People of Earth. And it is that very choice which is upon every individual on this planet at this time. They said the tremendous energies now being released through and from the central sun source are reaching into this solar system and are vitally affecting planet earth. We... You... You...

You... You will be aware of these energies in what might be termed a higher and lower octave of frequency. We speak first of the higher octave. And further on, I propose to show that these two octaves, the higher and the lower, shall we say, of manifestation are already taking place. The higher octave of manifestation is one of the light energies in releasing... in the most creative phases, powers of light and love within the individual so attuned and recognized as our instruments upon the surface of your planet.

Miraculous events will take place, that which has seemed outside of natural law and has been called miraculous, however, which we know of as the outworkings of a higher or more cosmic law. As you attain... As you attune with the higher vibrations, you will feel yourselves at peace within the heart, the mind and the soul. Take time, our brothers, our sisters of the earth planet, to attune in the stillness and the quietness of your own souls and in the still places of earth with these higher octaves of frequency as they now flow in their fullness. For in so doing, you will assist in stabilizing and clarifying your... your own beings.

Now, before we continue with that particular communication, I would like to comment a little on that. It may be felt that the material which they have been giving is of a meditation-type nature. However, this is far from the case. Unless individuals do stabilize within their own being at this time, they are going to come into a state of absolute chaos. Because the outer chaos on the world scene is going to be so tremendous that unless the individual is not so stabilized, balanced, sane, whatever you care to call it, within themselves, they will be shaken tremendously.

There is already a great increase in mental unbalance. The places where people are taken, who are... who are... who are mentally unbalanced are tremendously overcrowded and many such individuals already are walking the streets who require hospitalization. There is a tremendous increase in destructive-type diseases which again is only a type of unbalance within the being of the individual at one level or another.

Therefore, this clarifying and stabilizing of the individual is not a spiritual meditative practice alone, but is a vital physical necessity at this time. Now, to return to the second phase, as they put it, or the lower octave or phase of this frequency inflowing, this will bring about, they stated, and already is bringing about, a tremendous increase in what could be termed destructive-type geological and related changes. You might note this particular paragraph,

as it certainly refers to the conditions you are experiencing here in Los Angeles in these last eight days. They said, these changes are intensifying both as to quality and quantity, and many areas of your planet are experiencing and will experiencing... will experience tremendous and overpowering effects of weather, unrelated apparently to normal cycles or patterns. Undoubtedly, eight days of rain causing tremendous flooding and causing Los Angeles to be declared a disaster area

could come under the terminology, I think, of tremendous overpowering effects of weather unrelated to normal cycles or patterns. They continued, and you can check this yourselves if you get a world map, by saying that earthquake activity is now manifesting around what you have termed a circle of fire. And we'll follow a pattern around this circle as of an impulse being directed around this area. First, one location will be affected, and then as if the impulse moves on, another at varying points around this ring of fire. Your own west coastline is due to be affected in the not distant future

to a considerable and what might be termed by your peoples disastrous degree. For many years we have warned your peoples, and we would have prevented what will undoubtedly be a tremendous disaster to many of your large coastal cities. However, it is impossible for us to intervene further in the free wills of your peoples. We will do all that we can to assist at the time of the upheavals, that is, that which we are allowed to do within the framework of cosmic law or in the internal affairs and karmic outworkings of another planet.

Other events, even more catastrophic, could be and may be triggered off by the breaking up of land masses and the resultant inrushing of tidal waters into areas previously untouched by these. Do not expect your political machinations to proceed along their predestined paths, for the economic disturbance which will ensue following the greater catastrophic events will be such as to precipitate chaos, not only within the scene of this United States, but within the world scene or pattern of events.

This transmission continued for another two pages. However, one part which I think or one paragraph which I think might be of interest to you is this. They said individuals who are now within such areas for disturbance and are not destined to be part of the destruction will be either removed by direct impression to so remove, or will be placed in areas where they may assist in holding some point of stabilization in such case. They are part of our pattern for stabilization and will be protected. For the rest, their own particular destiny or karmic patterns

will manifest at the time of the upheavals. They also said, and I think you will find this to be very true, do not be surprised at the erratic behavior of those within many of the largest cities due for upheaval. For these individuals as a mass are already within the vibratory pattern of molecular disintegration and are experiencing this reality within their beings whether they are consciously aware of this or not.

You will find that many of the cities which are being affected by rioting and by tremendous destruction, and by tremendous disturbances and violence do fall within the category of coastal cities and certainly seem to be largely in the majority in the California and Southern California areas. Let us take the geological changes mentioned by the space intelligences and predicted by them for the last 15 years.

Is there any verification of this from our earth scientists? Not only is there verification, but many publications are now carrying articles on this very subject. Therefore we have from our own scientific circles data which completely verifies and backs up that received from space intelligences for the last 15 to 20 years. In Flying Saucer Review last year there was an article by Gordon Crichton entitled UFOs, Earthquakes and Volcanoes.

And in this article he stated that at the International Geophysical Congress held in Helsinki in 1960 a sensation was created by the top Soviet delegate, Belousov, who declared in a paper read before the gathering that vast quantities of magma are now on the move within our planet and that titanic upheavals involving vast areas of the planet are at hand. Startling, to say the least, to the conservative minded, I would imagine.

More followed, Plain Truth for September 1968, Saga Magazine for July 1968, Science News October 7, 1967, to name but a few, came out with articles on the subject of earthquakes and related geological changes. I'd like to quote a few of these statements, made by seismologists, geologists and geophysicists in these magazines. Quotation from Plain Truth magazine was to the effect that scientists had believed that volcanoes in Antarctica were dead,

not merely dormant, but dead. And until early in 67 all reference works could only point out one active volcano in all of that southernmost continent. In 66, I'm sorry. But in January of 67, New Zealand geologists revealed the amazing discovery of a second active volcano on the rim of Antarctica. In the following December, the volcano on the appropriately named Deception Island exploded.

So suddenly, apparently, that the trained scientists, lacking the discernment of the penguins, were completely caught off guard. The penguins left in advance of the volcano exploding. The scientists just barely made it out in time. One wonders who, actually, was the most intelligent. The third volcano, the second within a year, had suddenly mushroomed and sent a jolt through the world's scientific community. And it was admitted that something big was now beginning to happen under the Earth.

The space people have been telling this to us for the last 15 years, and we have been accused of being doomsday tellers. And negatively-minded individuals. The scientists know that volcanic activity in the otherwise seismically quiet continent of Antarctica heralds tremendous significance for the rest of the world and means that we have entered the age of unusual earthquake activity. Why? Because, apparently, Antarctica is the barometer of worldwide seismic activity. And once volcanoes on Antarctica begin to erupt,

look out. So said the article. Scientists from many nations are now busily trying to discover the import of these subterranean happenings, and the international study of the upper mantle was now in progress. Paradoxically, 67 was the Earth's quietest period overall in more than 70 years. Only six major quakes occurred. The average has been 16 per year since 1897,

was this good news? No, it wasn't. It was a very ominous development, because 67 was merely a quiet period in which subterranean stresses were building up for future tremendous volcanic and earthquake activity. A worldwide Earth revolution is now beginning to take place. Dr. Perry Biley, former professor of seismology at the University of California, admits, quote, that something worldwide is going on,

but it's hard to say just what it is. We don't know. The space people do, but the scientists here don't. He said great forces are at work in relative patterns, trying to pull out continents in one direction or another. This is due to something below, a great strain that is accumulating.

And in Saga magazine for July of last year, geologists and seismologists said that a catastrophe is inevitable in this country and is in fact long overdue. According to experts in seismology, like Dr. Clarence Allen, geologist with a Caltech, it will happen, and California, he said, is literally a state living on top of a time bomb. In a remarkable survey,

the nation's most prominent geophysicists were asked a few years ago, do you believe a major quake is due in California? And nearly two-thirds answered with a resounding yes. Science News reported that in California alone, over 10,000 earthquakes have occurred in the last 30 years. So much for California, but the entire southern coastline is also an earthquake zone, so are the mid-Mississippi and St. Lawrence River valleys,

and there is a seismic region in New England, and New York State itself had a severe earthquake less than 100 miles an hour. That's over 100 years ago. Because seismology as a science is becoming much more sophisticated in recent years, many of the old theories are being questioned and startling new discoveries are being made.

Some of the observations which have been made by geologists and seismologists within the past eight years are these. One, at the present time in England, some land is inexorably sinking into the sea. Two, simultaneously, land in Scandinavia and Canada is steadily rising to higher levels. Three, the land masses encompassed by the continents of Africa, Australia, and South America

are moving imperceptibly in a northerly direction. And four, a section of California is sinking into the Pacific Ocean at the rate of two inches a year. Other data which the Geophysical Year uncovered in 1957-58 is that stretching some 40,000 miles under the world's oceans, there's a fantastic chain of mountains and valleys,

peaks and canyons, some higher than the Himalayas, some deeper than the Grand Canyon, and they practically encircle the Earth twice over. These submarine trenches are rifts some 6,000 feet below the ocean's surface, are stretching and straining and gorging up matter from the mantle below.

They are, in effect, tension cracks in the Earth's crust, and according to Leet, places of greatest instability in the rocks of the Earth. It is they that trigger off earthquakes and volcanoes. Obviously, in the article it states that the Earth's underpinnings are even more shaky than we thought. To come a little closer to the present time, in November of last year,

just a bare two or three months ago, a strong earthquake centered in southern Illinois shook more than a third of the United States, rolling across at least 22 states. I don't know how many of you were aware of this. It didn't receive a tremendous degree of publicity. However, it was not suppressed and put into a small paragraph on the back page,

as so many of these earthquake reports are. The shock was felt by millions of people and was finally felt by 5.5 on the Richter scale. It was centered near the fault in Missouri that caused perhaps the nation's worst quake back in 1811, which reversed the Mississippi River by shifting Earth and causing it to run upstream.

That was just in November of last year. So, obviously, what the space people have called the lower octave of manifestation is taking place, is visible, is verified. According to our most recent communications, some of which I received in Santa Barbara two weeks ago,

1969 will see a vast increase of such disruptions in many areas. So much for the tremendous geological changes. What if the higher phase of manifestation, when they said miraculous events will take place, events which Earthman will call miraculous, but which are the outworking of a higher or more universal law?

How is this actually taking place? Many such miracles are taking place and will continue to manifest in increasing number. To mention a few of the more striking, for three consecutive months of 1968, about 100,000 people in a suburb of Cairo witnessed apparitions of the Virgin Mary. Now, as you may imagine,

Cairo is not a predominantly Catholic area. This is Cairo, Egypt. It said Christians, Jews, Muslims, and many from other faiths, arriving from every corner of the Earth, have witnessed the magnificence of the vision appearing over the Coptic Cathedral, named in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

An eyewitness arrived in Los Angeles last Saturday, this is in the summer of last year, with first-hand information on late happenings. Sammy Antoine, who has a master's degree from the School of Agriculture, Cairo, witnessed the apparitions twice, with 14 family members and friends, together with countless thousands of pilgrims.

I wonder if these people also would all be accused of hallucinating. The blind see, the lame walk, the deaf hear, the sick are cured through miraculous healings, doubtless the most numerous since the time of Christ. At 2 a.m. on April 27, Mr. Antoine saw the Blessed Virgin Mary

for the first time. She appeared in the form of an intensely bright light, some 30 feet above the highest dome of the cathedral, and the image appeared to be about 6 feet high and quite similar to a known statue. An extremely bright crown or halo was above her head, and she was clothed in a bluish robe. Her features were radiating with love,

holiness, and divine expression. Standing upright, her arms bent halfway at the elbows, with the palms facing towards the sky, she bowed gently while moving her hands in a gesture of greeting. This lasted for about 45 minutes, during which time the crowd were gasping astoundedly

with excitement and praying fervently to God. Since the Virgin Mary's first appearance on April 2 until this day, pilgrims who have seen the vision agree on time, place, and detailed description. And after a month of thorough investigations by the Coptic Orthodox Church, as well as responsible agencies in Egypt,

an official statement was issued by His Holiness, Pope Karelis, 6th Pope of Alexandria and Africa. A total of 150 journalists, correspondents, cameramen, and radio reporters from around the world attended the news conference, May 4,

when the statement was announced as follows. Ever since the evening of Tuesday, April 2, 68, the Virgin Mary, Mother of Light, has been appearing over the Coptic Orthodox Church, named after her,

on Tambon Bay Street, Zaytun, Cairo. Still appearing, the vision has been seen on various nights, and in different forms, surrounded by a glorious halo, of shining light.

Often the vision has appeared in the form of a bright nimbus, or in the form of a light, preceded by the shape of heavenly objects, as in the form of quick-moving doves. Many thousands of people of different religions, and some foreigners, priests,

or men of learning from the professions, and many other groups, have witnessed this. They have affirmed with full awareness

that they have seen her, and have agreed unanimously in their descriptions of the vision. Two important factors have accompanied the apparition. The first has been the revival of faith in God, in the other world, in saints and in the knowledge of God,

among the people, and many have repented and changed their lives. Secondly, the vision has led to many miraculous healings, events scientifically, and by unanimous affirmation. These appearances began

on the night of Tuesday, April 2, 1968, and are still continuing in the Coptic Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary on Tommon Bay Street, Zeitel, along the Metaria route to Cairo, the route which is historically acknowledged the one the Holy Family traversed during their stay in Egypt.

Quite obviously, these thousands of people have not been hallucinating. Many such miracles, miracles are taking place and will continue to manifest. Miraculous healings are taking place, such as those occurring at the Shrine Auditorium

here in Los Angeles when Kathryn Kuhlman conducts meetings there, and the blind see, the deaf hear, and the incurable are cured. Our own small miracle took place in Victoria, British Columbia, where I was lecturing,

in July of last year. And a man by the name of Owen Le Baron was cured of an incurable mental and emotional illness of many years standing while I was lecturing in Victoria at that time, in that particular lecture hall.

We knew nothing of this at the time until we received a letter from him later, and the letter is published in our StarCraft Fall-Winter 68 issue. He said, You may enjoy knowing that I was healed of a thought-to-be-incurable mental and emotional illness

of many years standing at your lecture at Victoria. I am most grateful for this healing and the messages of hope and life received from your center since. The healing that Mr. Le Baron received was confirmed by his friends and his daughter,

who we checked with, because when I went back in October we decided to check this out. It's well known that people sometimes do imagine that things have taken place and later a regression of their physical condition occurs. So we did try to check out all the details

and we found out that this man had been in an insane asylum, had been given electric shock treatment, and finally was discharged as incurable, although he was not regarded in any way as dangerous. The night that he came to my lecture there, he said that he was on the point

of committing suicide. However, the strange factor, and perhaps the most interesting of this case, is that he told us he had been and still was a Mormon. And many years ago, he and some other Mormons

were down in Mexico, and at that time they received contacts with space people. During these contacts, which I understood were mental in nature, they were informed that they would be split up and persecuted to a certain degree in the years ahead,

but that if at any time things became too unbearable, that hope and help would be given to them. And he feels that that night when he came to the lecture, which I was giving on flying saucers and the space intelligences, that he was on the point

of committing suicide, and he feels that somehow, while I was lecturing, the space people reached out with their energies to him and healed him. We only know that he is now very active in work.

He's working with the hippie groups, trying to get them off drugs there in Victoria, and he is extremely physically active. He appears to be in a normal state of mental health. This could be termed a manifestation, I think,

of the type of which the brothers are speaking. Another strange manifestation is taking place through a man and his wife by name Amelia and Willard Fuller, who are in Mountain View, California, and also in Florida. They have a small pamphlet out

which asks, Can God fill teeth? It seems that God can and does because there are hundreds of documented instances of persons whose cavities were filled through Fuller's prayer intercession without benefit of dentist or drill.

And I have seen dozens of these letters at Dr. Fry's headquarters, which Mrs. Fry showed to me, and I read dozens of authenticated letters of people who have had fillings miraculously put into cavities without going to a dentist, simply by the prayer intercession

of this Mr. Fuller. Some of these were gold fillings, some of these were other types, but undoubtedly they were filled. Now I wonder if these people too were hallucinating. The only thing is, if they were,

the hallucinations were extremely physical because when they checked them out later with their dentists, their dentists couldn't understand how they got there. Miracles of sudden changes taking place in individuals, changes of personality,

unlimiting of vision, gifts of spirit, are also manifesting. Yet over and above all this will be the manifestation of undeniable spiritual power and identity of the sons and daughters of light upon planet Earth.

These alone will be the leaders of the new cycle, the new age, and the liaison offices between the interplanetary peoples and the Earth's peoples. Who are these people and what are they?

They are men and women who have been trained in the hardest school there is in this solar system, and that is Earth in the 1900s. And if you don't think that this is the hardest school, perhaps you will question why.

It has been stated through many channels that space beings have attempted in many thousands, and thousands, to incarnate on planet Earth at this period of time in order to experience the tremendously negative conditions

which are in being here. Because only by mastering these negative conditions can the soul take a great leap forward in evolutionary consciousness. Trials tell about the best suffering, and finally mastery

is the pattern of the new age leaders. It was said a long time ago, by their deeds you shall know them. And this still identifies the evolved soul. One key alone holds for the leaders of the new age in the children of men

who would aspire to be the new race of man, and that key is balance. Because only where there is balance, and expression of all man's many vehicles in balance, and by vehicles I am speaking of the physical,

etheric, emotional, mental, spiritual selves of man, only where there is alignment of these is the individual able to attune with the highest self continuously and remain stable.

Not the intellectual, devoid of warmth of heart, and spiritual wisdom. Not the sentimentalist, emotional, irrational, and often fanatically religious in the narrowest sense of that word.

Not the cold, calculating businessman out for a killing on the stock market. Not the person on hallucinatory drugs lost in dreams of astral ecstasy. Not the cold, brilliant scientist who knows nothing of tenderness

or compassion. Not any of these people, for they are unbalanced individuals. The religious leaders, the scientists, and the businessmen have been the authorities on this planet for long periods of time.

And this is why we have an unbalanced condition and an unbalanced planet. Only when spiritual wisdom pours down through an intelligent mind, and a heart, filled with love, compassion,

understanding, and warmth, into a body of health and wholesomeness, polarized in balance with its opposite polarity, only then is a truly balanced individual found. Are you one such? If you are not,

then all the sightings of flying saucers, all the phenomenon in the world, and all the comings and goings of space intelligences will mean nothing to you in terms of identity and evolvement until you know self. As the space people said long ago,

know who you are and what you represent. What do you represent? You are a god in essence. Manifest this god, this goddess, and cease to tread pathways of limitation and guilt,

disease and death, sorrow and loneliness. A new age is coming, a new race emerging, no matter how bad the outer scene appears or will appear. As Martin Luther King said, dare to dream dreams,

and as Robert Kennedy said, dare to see things as they never were and say, why not? Dare to be, dare to love with all your beings, dare to stand on your own ground

and challenge the citadels of earth authority. For are you not sons and daughters of the most high? The old patterns are dying, the old concepts dead. Create from the divine source within

new patterns of love and light and freedom. For these, my friends, are your birthright. Reach out

and claim your heritage and be the creation of the most high and one with the interplanetary brotherhood of solar man. This is the time

of manifestation. Thank you. Thank you, Ms. Francis. She has given us much to think about in the most serious vein. Words to contemplate in the months and years ahead. Makes us happy

Thank you. Well, you know, the warmth started to affect my eyes. Did it?

The warming does that. I think it made them a little bit smoother. A little bit. But the first question, could you elaborate further on the slippage of the San Andreas Fault in California? Is it due for a sudden release this year as predicted? And what are the atomic tests in Nevada? And they're. Possible effect in California.

That's quite a good question, and one in which I think I'm particularly interested. As to the further slippage of the San Andreas Fault, all of the seismologists that I know of at this time, who have been quoted in newspapers and on radio, have stated that this could happen at any time and is already long overdue. I'm aware that many people, some in the San Francisco area, have been having. Visions of a gigantic tidal wave, which will affect that area due, I would think, to an earthquake. Of course, the earthquake would not necessarily have to be on this coastline. It could be somewhere else around the Pacific Basin.

However, according to the material I received last September and again early this year in Santa Barbara, we were told that such a sudden release of the fault line is due. Possibly the first quake will not be the most damaging. The worst damage will take place, of course. Tremendous damage when everything west of the fault line begins to slip westwards into the ocean. But I imagine that there will be bad quakes probably prior to this, which will act as a warning. What are the atomic tests in Nevada and their possible effects in California? I think my views have been very well known on this.

For some years, I consider the atomic tests and the actions of the AAC stupid beyond belief. In blasting off just over the state line, underground tests particularly, which quite obviously are having effects at lower strata levels of the earth on this massive fault line, which already is in danger of slippage. It seems as if certain. Scientific minds are cognizant only of their own immediate area and completely unaware of anything outside of their own limited field. Here again, we only have an evidence of an unbalanced individual. Is there a specific time, any specific time in which you make with a space contactee?

Oh, pardon me. Is there any specific time which you make with a space contactee? The time that is set up for contact with the space people is a prearranged time, such as 8 o'clock on a Monday evening or a Thursday evening or 8.30 on a Saturday evening. We used to have these periods arranged weekly, and now we have them monthly, regularly during the guest sessions in the summer and late spring and fall on the day. We have a specific time and a day, yes.

And these contacts are set up, a tape recorder is set up, and everything is prearranged. If they then wish to transmit at that time, I receive communications. If they do not wish to transmit, and this has happened a few times, then we sit there and receive nothing. And if we stayed there all night, and I tried this for hours once, tuning in every half an hour to see if I could pick up, and no communication came. Therefore, I know with the experiments I have made that this is not emanating from any level, higher level, shall I say, of my own mind. I'm psychically insensitive and anthropocentric and honest enough to admit petty curiosity.

Do these alien beings have language? Or is all their communication just a form of communication? Or is all their communication an abstract thought? Do they speak English? Or has any Earthman ever learned an alien language? Do they have music, gardens, animals? Or are they beings beyond this Earth-bound concept of beauty? Very thought-provoking series of questions.

The first question was, do these alien beings have language? Yes, they do have a language. Many of them have been reported to speak what is known as the Solex mom. Or the mother tongue of the solar system, which is a very beautiful language. They also can learn any Earth language with great ease, because being extremely telepathic, they can pick up the language by this means. But they also have devices which assist them to learn a language, such as we can learn languages through sleep tapes.

They may have something similar or something much better than that. They don't communicate in abstract thought, because abstract thought could not establish levels of communication which they would need. They communicate telepathically, if necessary, also by speech. Has any Earthman ever learned an alien language? I imagine that some have. They have music, yes, very beautiful music. In fact, they suggested on one of the Solar Cross tapes that,

the music which our greatest composers had composed was impressed from their level to these composers. And it may be that some of our greatest composers actually had previously lived on other planets, and when they incarnated here, the memory of that beauty and that music was still with them. They have gardens, they have garden cities, they have animals, pets, and they are not beyond our concept of beauty, insofar as that concept is an evolved one. How does one realize that they are on the contact frequencies or higher conscience in order to contact our space brothers?

How does one know one is on levels of higher consciousness? This is a very difficult question to answer, because it's totally an individual thing. Some people imagine that they are making contact, Some people imagine that they are making contact, Some people imagine that they are making contact, some people are making astral-type contacts, some people are making astral-type contacts, and feel that they are contacting space intelligence.

It's a very individual thing. A great deal of discrimination is needed, and as I stated recently in the last editorial I wrote in our magazine, I do not at this time advise any individual attempting to make contact with space intelligence Unless they are prepared to put themselves somewhere They are prepared to put themselves through a specific program of self-development.

The program which I suggested is outlined in our editorial, and it is this. First of all, the space people themselves do the choosing, but if you want to be a fit candidate to be chosen, I ask the following questions. One, have you dedication of a spiritual nature? Two, have you the courage to stay with your convictions without bravado, quietly, reasonably, peacefully? And believe me, if you were on one of the radio programs I have been on, with call-ins coming in, the switchboards flooded for three hours at any one time, with people who sometimes are extremely antagonistic, aggressive, and unpleasant.

Sometimes. You would find how necessary it is to stay with your convictions without bravado. You would find how necessary it is to stay with your convictions without bravado, quietly, reasonably, and peacefully. Third point I have asked is, do you really know yourself inside out through hell and high water? If not, start a self-knowledge program. Four, have you an inferiority complex or a secret desire for power?

If you have, forget about space people and go to work to balance your own ego and attain inner poise. The space brothers need highly stable individuals. Are you one? Because astral interlopers masquerading as space intelligences are cluttering up the space field and they are flourishing in the purely psychic realm. They're feeding on vanity and ego, and I personally, and I'm sure you do, know of organizations which have been formed around power-mad individuals claiming space contacts from such sources.

How do you know that you are on these levels of higher frequency? By asking yourself. By asking yourself these questions, I think. By being completely 100% honest with yourself and learning to know yourself inside out, you will eventually, possibly quite quickly, dependent on your individual growth, attune with the higher frequencies of your own God self. Then, if you wish, and if the space people wish specifically, you will make contact with the space.

You will make contact with the space intelligences. But remember one thing. The space men and women from the solar and galactic confederations are concerned with the good of all peoples, of any nationality on planet Earth whom they can reach. They do not preach dogmas or creeds. They do not feed what Gain Myers and I call ego food to their channels, because all true channels are part of a plan to assist the Earth

and its peoples through the great change or initiation. Some are playing a greater part, some are lesser, but all are part of the plan, cosmic and spiritual in nature. The desire to serve, to love, and to understand is the real mark of a true light server. And by this means, by the deed she shall know them, you can use this as a clue as to how you are attuning with the higher frequencies.

This is a form of a statement. I believe some time ago that I was told by a contactee that the space people would heal people individually. I have heard of some miraculous healings taking place and am wondering if my prayer finally was answered tonight in reference to a physical and spiritual healing. I feel greatly relieved of a lot of pain. Signed, Amelia.

Whether you have been healed or not. However, if you feel that you have experienced a healing, you can only check this in the days and the weeks that follow. In mentioning the healing that took place in Victoria, I did this for a specific reason. What actually takes place, I feel, at such healings is this. When an individual is healed, when an individual is healed,

when an individual is totally concentrated on what is being said by me or any other speaker who is aligned with the space people, I believe and I know in my own case that the energies from the craft and from the higher levels are being channeled through my physical body at the time I stand on a platform. I was told this many years ago.

Therefore, that which I am doing now, that which I am doing is not merely in words alone. If you are totally aligned in consciousness as you listen, it is possible that during this complete alignment, the energies flowing out to you from the space people, using me merely as a channel, reach you and a spark from your own God Self, the contact is made and a spark from your own God Self

travels downwards and aligns all your vehicles or bodies and a healing or balancing, which is what healing is, takes place. So remember that if this has taken place, you give thanks to the Creator and to your own God Self. There have been more deaths in my experience and from friends in 1968. Is this a part of frequency change, a change of the manifestation? I think that many people who have been in states of pain,

dis-ease, have undoubtedly been taken out of the picture due to the tremendous conflicting energies which are all about us at this time, which they obviously could not withstand in their physical bodies. However, not only is there an increase, perhaps, in the passing to higher realms, there is also an increase in a breaking up of couples who do not belong together.

I'm merely mentioning this at this time because I think it's something you're going to run into. It seems to shock many individuals. But actually, it's not a shocking phenomenon. Many individuals who have not truly belonged together and do not belong together for the New Age pattern are being broken up and are experiencing divorce

in order that they can be brought together with their true affinities or teammates for the work of the New Age. Therefore, this is a very constructive thing, even as those who are passing on to other realms whose physical bodies cannot withstand the vibrations, this also, in a sense, is an ongoing thing. This is, yes, part of the frequency change of manifestation.

And if viewed correctly, it is not a negative manifestation. What is your opinion of the negative aspect of the space picture, such as people being taken against their will, attacked by heat-ray guns, the jelly-like blobs or beans, etc.? I'm afraid I haven't personally run into any jelly-like blobs,

nor have I been attacked by any heat-ray guns. And as for people who are being taken aboard craft against their will,

I am highly skeptical as to the validity of certain of these stories. You will find on attempting to check many of these out that they took place in South America or Mexico or somewhere it would be extremely difficult to go down and do research and track down these people and verify these stories.

Also, I'm quite convinced that the press, which is publicizing these stories and not the stories of constructive space beings, that the press is deliberately promoting the idea of space beings as blobs, monsters, people who do very unpleasant things. You will find that more and more of these stories

are appearing in the sensational type press, and I'm quite convinced that there is a deliberate propaganda attempt to spread these in order to frighten the people on this planet concerning the nature of the space beings and their true nature.

You will find that whereas stories like Dr. Fry's of contact with intelligent, advanced, peaceful space beings are regarded as non-verifiable, by certain individuals, and are as attacked, as many contactees are attacked,

as totally non-valid, whereas these are treated in this manner, the other stories of these unpleasant, malignant, malevolent type space people are given as much publicity as possible. This alone should make you suspicious of this type of thing.

But further to this, I think it is highly possible at this time that lower astral type beings and elemental type beings are breaking through the barrier which had previously held these invisible from Earthman, because as the frequencies are rapidly changing now,

and they are changing very rapidly, things are coming into Earthman's vision and into his senses, within range of his senses that he has not previously been cognizant of. And it is very possible that some of these stories fit into that category, that of elemental and lower astral type beings

from purely psychic, non-physical realms. Now the last question I have here, and if you wish I think we can take a few more from the floor if you want, the last question I have I cannot answer. It says, Will there be a financial change for me this year? I have absolutely no idea.

I am not a psychic. I am a telepathic contactee and I have no psychic ability in the direction of giving readings whatsoever, nor have I ever done so. Do we have any other questions from the floor that anyone would like to ask? Yes?

Do you really think it is interesting? My first contact telepathically was in Santa Barbara at a time when we were trying to establish light beam communication with the space people. We wanted very much to establish a mechanical type communication and we were doing these experiments

and after some time I received one evening what appeared to be a mental impression. I wasn't quite sure where it was coming from, except it seemed to be oriented to space. However, I dismissed this at the time because I did not want

a mental communication. I wanted a mechanical type communication. The next time we attempted communication a few nights later another mental impression came in. And after a while, Kenneth Keller, who was working with me

in Santa Barbara at that time said, Well, the light beam doesn't seem to be working but you do. So from then on we switched to the mental communication which gradually increased until we received the pages of data that we receive now.

This was ten years ago in 1958 in Santa Barbara. You have a question down here? I'm not quite sure I follow your question. Are the contacts on the fourth dimension, are you speaking of telepathic communication as being fourth dimensional or do you mean are the beings I'm contacting

fourth dimensional? No. I believe that the people I am contacting are interdimensional. And I explained this concept in the lecture The New Dimension and the New Age. I believe they are interdimensional in that they can move between

our third dimensional level which is solids, liquids, and gases that is our known world and the fourth etheric level which is their, possibly their level of physical existence. They are interdimensional, interdimensional beings.

I have contacted in the past a group far out from another solar system who came in as a group soul contact or group pattern telepathic contact. But mainly I am contacting beings from this system who are interdimensional in nature and can move between dimensions

and down into our physical third dimensional level. Yes? I send out questions on occasions, yes, and have received answers to these. Also we have had question sessions on various occasions when the people present

were able to ask questions. They pick up from me conditions around me on certain times and my own thought patterns relevant to the work which I'm doing with them. Is the question down? Down here in the front row?

No? How did you know when you were? I am not psychic. I hate to keep repeating that but I am not a psychic. By and large it's actually important to use this definition and to clarify it.

A psychic by and large is working with the astral levels of discarnate people. I have absolutely nothing against this. I'm not suggesting there's anything wrong with it. I'm merely saying I'm not doing it. How did I first know that I was telepathic and sensitive?

Because apparently when I was a child my mother said that she was aware that I was telepathic to a certain limited degree. And I do remember on occasions knowing certain things which were going to happen. And I would tell her that

weren't we going somewhere on the next day? And she would say, how would you know? Nobody told you. And I said, well I do know. Isn't it true we are? And she would say yes

and she'd have a puzzled look on her face. So apparently I came into incarnation with a certain degree of telepathy already established. It's merely a matter like any other talent of developing this. It's only an extended awareness of one's own perceptions.

One thing that the space people told us once and I think it makes a great deal of sense and you might try it, is this. It's very important to expand the senses you already have. I have very excellent vision.

I have very acute hearing. I have a very sensitive sense of touch. If you expand the senses you already have instead of allowing them to become not necessarily atrophied but to become much less sensitive than they should be, then how can you expect

to have extrasensory perception? It's important to put and perceive that which already exists in order to extend into other levels of perception. Yes? Have I had any personal, physical contact?

No. I have not, to my knowledge, ever contacted a space person at the physical level unless one isolated example in Los Angeles some years ago which was shared with Gabriel Green

and some other people throughout the country could be counted as a contact. However, in this case, this individual could have been termed negative space intelligence. But I have not contacted physically to date any of the people

I have been contacting telepathically. However, their craft have been over our center and have been observed by many people present at the center, especially on several occasions when I was impressed that they would come in

at a certain time, for example, midnight, and the craft came in, a large star craft came in precisely at midnight and was observed by those of us present. In the summer of 1967,

we had two craft which came in and maneuvered directly over the center at a very high altitude and were completely soundless. They were like very large stars and they came in and maneuvered like this

and then passed on out. But they came into this maneuver exactly over the center because we were looking up directly in order to see this. So we have had visual evidence of the linking up of telepathic communication

and impression with the sighting of craft. The actual landing of craft and the sharing at a physical level with the space people or scientific knowledge and other things

is due for the, we hope, near future according to certain of our communications. Yes? To a certain degree with certain individuals,

not with all people. It depends whether I attune with their particular frequency or not. In the case of the space people, I'm not telepathic with every space person that I would possibly care

to try to pick up because as I explained earlier, this is a telethought beam mechanism which intensifies the thought impulses sent out by the space individual who is communicating. It's therefore an intensified beam mechanism

which is sent down to my particular frequency. However, I have had many occasions in which I have picked up thought impulses and emotions from people whom I am close to. And also, I can pick up feelings

and mass thoughts from individuals on occasions in an audience or in a radio interview to the degree that I can sense whether these are friendly, hostile, antagonistic, the type of feeling

which is emanating from these people. The question is, do I protect myself from any foreign entities that might be of a negative type that would disturb the channeling? I'm constantly told by other individuals

that I should do this. Possibly I'm lazy about it. I don't know. I only know I don't seem to have any problems in those directions. It could be that the frequency level at which I am functioning

as an entire being simply protects me and sends out its own force field. At least I choose to think so. I haven't been bothered and as they say in England, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Yes? Will I ask the people how they got here? No, I haven't because I believe that people like Dr. Fry have this scientific and technical knowledge

and my mind is not attuned to scientific and technical data. However, I have received certain things in technical terminology and scientific terminology on occasions which have made sense

to those present. Sometimes I've taken the communications over to Dr. Fry and we've checked them out. But I don't think that this falls actually within the range

of my own particular work. My work is more in the field of consciousness and information relevant to the coming changes rather than in the technical scientific field. I feel that every one of us

is fulfilling a purpose and working at our own facet. Dr. Fry is excellent in that he does receive and probably does know the propulsion units of these craft. However, if I had the occasion

when a craft landed, which we have been told will take place in the future, I would undoubtedly ask to see the craft's propulsion unit even though I might not understand when it was explained to me. At the present time,

the space people are not giving the information or knowledge relevant to propulsion units on free energy to many individuals for fear that it gets into the hands

of the Earth's militarists who would use this for warlike purposes. And this is why this knowledge has been withheld from this planet. I'll take one more. Okay.

No, I don't think that they would necessarily withhold evidence of geologic changes because they have constantly been warned of the danger along the San Andreas fault line.

I don't think they would withhold this. This is something that they have constantly striven to give to Earth man in order that he could protect himself

and evacuate his peoples from areas which are going to be threatened. Yes, this is true that they do. But I think that a great deal of information

on geological changes has been given by them to many contactees. There was a man in Sicily who met with the space people on the slopes

of Mount Etna. And they pointed to the volcano which was exploding to some degree at that time. And they said that this was indication

of greater explosions which would take place in many areas on the Earth. The man's name was Signor Siragusa. And there have been many instances

of contacts when they have spoken to Earth people of the dangers of the tremendous geologic changes even to a flip, a quarter turn flip

or shift of the axis of this planet. I'll take one more question. I don't want to keep you too late because I know that the weather conditions are such

that I think you were all very brave to come out anyway that many of you probably want to get back before you find areas which may be still in trouble on your way home.

Lady at the back, do I have any particular method? My own method as I understand it was outlined in some back issues of our magazine entitled

Cleansing of Self. This starts with the physical level starting from the densest level and goes on up to cleansing of self, emotions and mind. If you want

some of these back issues we'd be very happy to let you have them. The material is so detailed that I couldn't go into it at this time except to state briefly that I believe it necessary

to cleanse the body so that it functions very physically well at this level so it is cleansed of toxins. I believe that diet is important and I believe that cleansing

of the mind and emotions of negative thoughts or negative emotions is extremely important and I believe the key to this whole thing is 100% self-honesty. Until you can attempt

to practice this you are not going to get anywhere because so many people are deluding themselves as to what they are and what they are not. It's only when

you can face yourself completely as you are without feelings of guilt or self-recrimination and work on yourself as an individual that you can attain two higher levels

of consciousness and it can come about very quickly then. But if you can't if you do want the back issues of our magazines which contain
