[00:00] Opening remarks and introduction

Good evening. I have spoken here many times before, so for some of you it's a continuation of a story, and for some of you it's a new story altogether. And to give me some idea, I wonder if it's possible, if I could see a show of hands, how many of you people have not heard me speak before? Oh, well, thank you. That gives me a great deal of help in knowing what to do here. The lecture this evening is based upon three days on Planet Celo. The subject this evening is three days on Planet Celo. I think you should first of all realize that Planet Celo is in the Alphabets,

Alpha Centauri star group, which is some 4.5 light-years distance from where our central radiating body is located. And I think that if there are any extending questions, we can handle it in the second half, because there's enough material to hold us down to begin with. On the way of an introduction, I think you've all read the wonderful advertisement or advertisement that went out. And in the background for myself, I started out years ago with a yoga teacher who worked with me for quite a few years. At the end of this time, I was told that I should attempt to do the things I was taught how to do,

which took another three years. Until such time, I was able in contacting an ascending teacher. And I worked with this individual. In trance contact for a number of years, until finally it came under the direction of a master by the name of Fahz, F-A-H-S-Z, who from a UFO standpoint would be considered the sector commander in which we live. However, from a metaphysical or a religious standpoint, would be considered a stepping stone towards the creation,

the creator in our little jurisdiction called the sector. Now, my background before all of this was I was a mathematics major pursuing an engineering goal. And this was interrupted by a slight participation I had called police action, which resulted from active reserve activity, which put me in Korea. And I had a couple of times I was hit there in Korea. The war sent back to Japan, where I joined the 24th Division Band, which was on concert tour throughout the Japanese islands for extended time.

And after a honorable discharge, I completed my degree in architectural engineering. However, after a period of time working as a layout draftsman, where I built homes and designed buildings in and around the Los Angeles area, I returned to Japan. And I went back to school. Now, I have a background of about six generations of contractors and builders. And my father has run a series of lumber yards. He's had himself under the name of Port Wanimi Lumber Yards.

So after I returned to college from this background, I got my credentials as a school teacher and in music education. I taught for a period of time, married, had a son. And from all standpoints, I would be classified at that point in my life as a solid citizen. I had the average number of payments and little chits that you could tear out and send in once a month and worry about the whole business. A plus ten year, and I was counting the number of years until retirement as a school teacher. And then, bango, things began to happen.

At that time, I had an interest in New Age activities. I read books. I attended lectures and sought out other speakers in the field. And I went to their doorstep over and over again and found what I could from them. And I think, in those early days, the one person I should definitely give honorable mention to was Fred Kimball, who did share a great deal of information with me. And that resulted in a book, which is entitled ABC's Disciple's Greeting, and that goes back to about 1957, ABC's Psychic Reading.

And a lot of people don't realize it, but I was featured on the Joe Pine Show way back at that late date, or early date, whichever way you want to look at it, doing readings for Joe Pine, which is anything but fun. And then after a period of three instructors and three students, I then had another great deal of an eye-opening surprise. I'll get nothing but a microphone here, Carl. On October the 25th, 1961, at 2 p.m. in the afternoon, I was contacted by Faz, his master, and I was told that I was not the only individual contacted by him, that there were others in

the world, and within the last 100 years, from 1838 up to the present time, there were at least two other individuals who had made a pretty good success. Of their contacts, and one of those two organizations is called Tenrikyo, a New Age religion in the Orient, founded in 1838 by a woman by the name of Miki Nakayama, and again, another organization called Kaudai, capital C-A-O hyphen D-A-I, Kaudaism, in South Vietnam, about 42 miles northeast from Saigon, South Vietnam. And I was told that I was a... I was a third individual to get the same teachings.

So my first assignment was to find these individuals, and I was not told their names directly. So to sort of give you the experience that I had, I went into a trance contact on February 5, 1962. How many of you people know what happened February the 5th, 1962? Either you're bashful or you don't know. But there was a great deal of experience. There was a great planetary conjunction, thanks Gabe, a great planetary conjunction which occurs every 25,000 years, so you can get ready for the next one, and you'll know it's coming.

At any rate, this great planetary conjunction marked an important date, as far as I was concerned, as far as the work is concerned. And I was told to prepare myself for a rather hair-raising experience of some great importance to me. And so I got around myself. Cameras like what's taking place this evening. And I went into trance because that was the main way that I got through information. And I contacted Master Fage and said, All right, I'm ready for whatever it is that you

wish to communicate to me and through these individuals here assembled. And it seemed to me as if somebody turned on one of these flash camera lights directly in front of me. Jean Gull . Jeff Chgeik. I saw was light, which was quite thrilling for two or three seconds, after which it was no longer thrilling. It was a worrisome thing to me, and after about 15 seconds almost complete panic set in. And then if I was not taken aback enough, I then had a voice boom out

at me telling me that this was the Creator, the voice of light, informing me that I should drop what I'm doing and find the followers of Tenryo no Mikoto and Kau Dai, that I would never again be contacted in my lifespan until I had done this. Of course, when I got through that experience, I was quite shook up. The tape recorders were played, nothing was on them, nothing showed up in the films, and due to the encouragement of the people around me, I went contrary to these instructions, which usually end up in disastrous experiences. When I go contrary to these instructions, but on that particular day, I ask again, what did you say, who's there, and so forth. And the answer I got was a very stern warning

that I was told I would never be contacted again, don't attempt it, but carry out my instructions. My instructions, going back through the list of things I was told to do, were to buy all of the Fate magazines, back to the year dot, which I understand is in the forties. It was Ray Palmer's Fate magazine. I think it was just a matter of circumstance or coincidence that I found the issues at the time of New Year's between 1961 and 1962, a New Year's Eve, a Fate magazine indicating Tenrykyo, a new faith religion of Japan. And within a few hours, I then found another Fate magazine indicating Khao Dai was a, the all-seeing eye of Khao Dai, a new wonder

religion in South Vietnam. The next hair-raising direction that I received was that I should terminate my job as a school teacher and prepare myself and my papers for an extended trip abroad, which really brought all of my, like I said before, suffering into a solid citizenship to a screeching halt. Because at that time I took advantage of my prior experience in the building field, and I took a job as a manager of Beelik Building Supply over in the City of Industry and managed the lumber yard for a period of time to build up enough wherewithal to go to Japan. I think you folks realize a school teacher doesn't make too much. So I had to bring up the money to build it.

The New Year's Eve was in 2014. I was at the same time as a school teacher, and I was at the same time as the New Year's Eve. I had to go back to New Year's Eve and I was in New York for four weeks, and then I had to go back to New York. I had to follow the to a point where I could go to Japan. However, much to my surprise, the Tenrikyo people, after they were finally contacted, and that's a story in itself, which would take an evening, but I finally found these individuals. They came out to my home, tried to install a small shrine,

and as they did this, enough psychic phenomena occurred to link their work, starting in 1838 with what I was doing, which started officially in 1962. At any rate, they picked up the tab for everything that happened in the way of maid service for my wife and chauffeur service for her during the entire stay in the Orient. And I went over to the Orient and stayed there. I lived the life of a monk. Of course, my family life ended and I was divorced shortly thereafter.

But when I came back from the Orient and I had found tangible evidence to support the fact that the teachings given me were given also to these individuals, they gave me credit for being able to decipher the ancient cherry wood block tablets that were chiseled out of cherry wood blocks back in the 18th century. Now, of course, I can't speak current Japanese, much less the ancient dialects, and some of those tablets go back to a time in Saidaiji, which is halfway between Osaka and Nara,

when the Tabloff organization and the prior civilization had contacted this planet and given information. So my life has been one of an archaeologist going around and digging up facts that would support the things that I have been taught. So the Tenerikyo people gave me credit for translating their ancient tablets. Now, this came in the form of being invited to speak from their platforms. This was within three or four days from the time I met them, to go down to their temple and to speak to them.

And I was able to give them the same teachings in clear English that they had been laboriously translating since the 1860s. And since that time, I've had many a hair-raising experience by individuals coming to me and saying, how dare you give out the inner teachings of our church?

And then it'd be some other church. This has happened repeatedly. The Mormons did that with me and quite a few organizations. And I've yet to find any friction between any recognized, church, or religion and the teachings that have been given to me, except to me personally, it seems to me as if they're copying the things that were told me. Of course, this can't possibly be, because in Japan's case, the tablets go back to the 18th century.

And there's no point in going down the historical background of many other organizations. So I stayed in the Orient until such time that I received the Osazuki, which is the holy grant. I went through the entire ordeal of getting an itchy robe and my hair shaved off and living the life of a monk, which I do not recommend, unless you're about as nutty as I am in the search for truth. So I went all the way over there and went through that ordeal. I wouldn't do it again now.

If I had to do it all over again, I sure as heck would. But I learned a great deal from these people. And the biggest thing that I learned, what I learned from these people is how it's possible to goof, how it's possible to get a beautiful set of teachings, and through minor alterations, year by year, these teachings change from the original teachings to something that's almost completely opposite to their teachings.

So when I finished the course, I was in the Orient three and a half years. When I completed the course, I then lived among these individuals and as I said before, the healing ability, why I said Osazuki, that means the divine right to perform miracles. This was bestowed upon me by the Pope of the Tenrikyu organization, whose title is called Shimbashura. And I had a most unique introduction to that individual

because my instructions by Fage were to go to these people and ask to speak to their leader and tell him my story. Well, this is a very logical thing to do from an occidental standpoint, but from their way of looking at things, the first person that I talked to in the Tenrikyu organization was in charge of the western hemisphere of this planet as far as their movement is concerned. He, in turn, introduced me to the treasurer of their church

who then introduced me to the Pope of their church. So the third individual that I met, officially, in their church was the Pope, the Shimbashura, Shosen Nakayama. And so this is one of the reasons why the red rug, you might say, was rolled out in front of me. And after the Pope gave me this grant, I then left the monastery

and walked off the grounds to where I lived to find quite a few people interested in receiving this healing service. And at that point, in my life, I had prayed, but I had never sat down with full intentions, consciously and deliberately, to heal anybody of anything.

And yet here was a girl that was brought to my quarters in a wheelbarrow, which sounds terrible from our way of thinking, but it's quite normal from their way of thinking. And I thought, well, I've got to give it the college try. I went through the service, and by golly,

she stood up and tried to help me to my feet. And afterwards, the doctors told me that she'd been paralyzed for quite a few years, a spinal injury that could not be helped whatsoever. So she did the only logical thing. She donated her life. And I said, well, let's wait until you graduate from UCLA,

and then we can talk about it again. And so she went out to UCLA and graduated. And of course, living over here a while, she decided it'd be more to the point to serve in another way. But after this healing, I had a line at my door, so to speak,

practically every day until finally it became a class activity. And I began teaching their teachings in English. And this was not to exclusively Orientals, because there were quite a few foreign students from all over the world. So eventually, after I had taught the course exactly once over in the Orient, I was told that my job was to come back here and administer to people here, which was just fine with me,

because I wanted a hamburger and that kind of stuff. You just can't get it. You have rice up to here and tea, all you want to drink. And after a few years, you've had it. So I came home to my bewildered parents and told them what had happened

and was instructed at that time to set up a home, an office, a classroom in one building located in a central location, which, which I interpreted to be Hollywood. Now, up to this time, I had lived in Azusa,

where I now live. And I did not at that time realize the importance of living at that specific location. However, I opened a headquarters, if you want to call it that, in Hollywood. And after a short period of time, I was visited by a man who introduced himself as Zemkla,

Z-E-M-K-L-A. And he said that he, he was from the planet Celo, which I mentioned to you earlier. And, uh, of course, I didn't believe him.

This was the book that was a result of that particular episode. And, uh, so Zemkla came into my home and into my life. And at that particular time, I thought that he was a circus athlete because he was wearing what Joe Pine took as a very funny statement. A one piece jumpsuit. And, uh,

I don't know how you people react if somebody came to your home and announced that they were from another planet four and a half light years away. But my reaction was I didn't believe a word the man said. So whether he read my mind or it was obvious at any rate, we went out on the front lawn, the corner of Camerford Avenue and vine and a, uh, UFO, the sort that Adamski George Adamski successfully photographed descended from approximately,

approximately 10,000 feet to 3,000 feet or perhaps slightly lower. And I saw it. And as it descended from this great height, I descended practically on the lawn because I was so surprised I was told that this was the same physical craft that had come into view in 1957. Now, in this book and, uh, as far as the air force is concerned in their dusty files,

the circular files or wherever, uh, I turned in very foolishly, I suppose a complete report of the Dittman Blanchard sighting in 1957 where a group of individuals had sat around me, heard a trans contact, and we had asked all right, if you're up there giving us information, how about coming into view?

And they said, all right, outside in five minutes. Well, we were outside in five minutes and looking in the wrong direction. However, we did see a UFO come into view. And we were in the position and we used all the accepted techniques.

We kicked each other in the shins and we rubbed our eyes and we hopped around. In fact, we even had a representative from the Los Angeles Police Department that came out to witness a traffic accident, which did not occur. Of course, he got very interested in the UFO and the next day he didn't even know me and didn't want to be contacted me by me or anything about it. But at any rate, in 1963,

when I'd returned, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,

uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,

I couldn't tell one from another so I had to take it on face value. But after that demonstration and the demonstrations that followed, I took the man very seriously. We returned back into the house and he gave me instructions having to do with the first project which is code named Plobium. P-L-O-B-I-U-M. Plobium. He also dictated this particular book to me, Gateway to Superconsciousness, which at that time had a subtitle, The Drug Experience Without Drugs,

meaning LSD. Now, that was before LSD came out in the open and that was before the INDOL, I-N-D-O-L-E, was well known. Of course, it's not well known now, but at least the things that were first put out in this book in 62, 63, are now accepted, uh, by the medical people. However, they do not as yet recognize the INDOL system as a separate system, but include it as part of the INDRACAN system. And so everything that I have in the Gateway book can be found in medical journals if you look it up under the INDRACAN system. So this book was dictated to me. I didn't write it.

I wrote down that which I heard. And I was told to put it out and not say, where I got the information and see what happened.

Well, I can tell you all heck broke loose. And, uh, the medical people were jumping down my throat. How dare I come out with a book and this and that and so forth. And, uh, of course, I was, you know, quivering in my shoes. And they were all set to really crucify me. But it turned out that everything in the book was accurate. There wasn't a darn thing they could do except suggest that I not use the word drug, because the word

drug in 1962 is a nasty word. You dare not use the word drug because all of a sudden people want to come out and examine your printing press and see where the drugs are, how you manufacture LSD with a printing press, which is all I had was a publication office in Hollywood and later an office directly across from Desilu Studios. So I was given Project One, Plobeum and classes under the name of the INDRACAN system. So I was given Project One, Plobeum and classes under the name of the INDRACAN system. So I was given Project One, The Institute of Parapsychology.

And the three basic courses that I was told about that I should teach were to be called Wisdom of the Masters, simply Class A, Class B, Class C, each one a ten week class, three hours a night, and ten weeks in duration, the total of 30 weeks. The next thing was the Gateway Book and then the Healing Power, which I then began to use around here. And I went down to Harmony, Grove, the Berlin Research Foundation under Riley Crabb, and there I took very proudly a stack of the ABC books, which I mentioned to you earlier. That's this book here. I took a stack of these books, plus the gateway, thinking that I was doing a big deal. And I set up a little concession, like I have at the back of the room here, and I was all set to sit down, enjoy the convention,

and sell some books. However, I was contacted and told to put the whole works away and do nothing but healing services, which did not sound very logical from my way of thinking. However, I did exactly what I was told on that particular occasion, and I performed healing services. And I don't think that if it wasn't for Florence Ferricchio, I'd be down there still, because in the two-day period, I performed over 300 trance healings for people, wearing the complete... ceremonial robes, the shrine and whatnot, in the healing temple down in Escondido, California, Harming Grove. And the results of that convention and the healings thereof was sent in their local

newspaper and also in the Round Robin publication of Riley Crabb, and that really put me on the map but quick. The plobium, the best description that I think I can give you concerning plobium plovium is to read from the current book that I have written entitled UFO Fight. Incidentally, how many of you people saw that Joe Pine show? It was quite an ordeal for me. I was in the back of the room here, and I had a television set, all set. And I thought, well, this is great. I can hear Carl, and at the same time I can turn around and see myself on TV. And the last minute, Channel 11 pooped out, wouldn't do anything at all. So I had to jump in the car and drive down the street to a bar and stand on a bar stool. Of course, the people thought I was one of them,

and watch the TV. And they wanted to know what office I was running for. Then I got crucified for saying some things about indolent and Ronald Reagan having no connection, really, other than he used the word a lot. But I think the best illustration that I can give you concerning plovium is to read this. It's a general statement. We can say that there are two types of plovium. One type of plovium is an edible so-called vitamin. The other type of plovium is a building material. There are definitely two sides, so be sure you understand it. And the one is a food, the other is a building material. The first type could be very easily related to the general concept of vitamins and

minerals. And originally on this planet, our foods had food value. However, there was a lack of food in the last 4,000 years, not to speak of the prior 10 billion years. We have removed the life force from almost all foods as a side effect of atomic experimentation. While our effects with the atomic bomb have successfully killed large groups of humans, destroyed genetic memory for generations to come, we have also destroyed the spiritual essence of the foods and vegetables on our planet. Many psychics the world over have spoken of the food problem, which has resulted in group hoarding of foods. The loss of food is a big problem. The loss of food is a big problem. problem. The loss of food is wonderful. The sorrow of hunger is a big problem. The little foods contain on the top 5% or about 7% of the total food we consume in a day. And the Now, there are five types of plobiums that would be related to vitamins. They are aplobium, which works directly on the physical brain, clearing out the aldehydes, and thus allows the brain to function perfectly. A person taking aplobium would receive very alert messages to the brain, and similar to RNA, ribonucleic acid, RNA is a memory-boosting food. I don't know if you heard of it recently, but RNA-ASE, renase,

is a comparable thing to the alzheimer's in the information I have been given, and it destroys RNA, and therefore the word known in our planet for the negative part of the endostructure is renase. Aplobium is intended to increase the brain's function, which should be less than 7% in most alert humans, as a result of inherited brain malfunctions brought about by past generations. That's Aplobium.

Bplobium is something entirely different. Bplobium acts on the physical body just as Aplobium did on the brain, causing the body to return to a normal, healthy state. Absolute health unknown on planet Earth for many centuries. Zimclaw predicted when I first met him that there would be a similar thing discovered on our planet. That was in 1957. And that particular substance that we discovered

and also made... that is illegal to use is called dimethylsulfoxide. Bplobium has a sulfur base in it and it relates to the sulfur springs or holy waters the Indians found, such as in the woodier narrows of the San Gabriel Valley. Dimethylsulfoxide is a waste product of wood pulp, and Bplobium can be used to heal wounds when directly applied. Now, I've seen this happen to myself, and I had a wound inflicted on myself by a rather strange phenomenon,

which I was... later given some Bplobium, and it did heal it. Cplobium releases the fixed concepts and false concepts of the mind while it opens the gateway or pineal gland so the person can then be aware of the absolute world without any illusions. No hang-ups, in other words. And Dplobium allows the linkage of the endostructure to reach the universal intelligence.

And Eplobium is the absolute... allowing the individual to interchange matter, to energy, and back and forth. Matter to energy, energy to matter. I'm giving you a real quickie as far as that's concerned, but I want you to know why I'm terribly involved and interested in Plobium. How the first flight that I had that went anywhere of significance was in regards to this Plobium subject.

I was working on this in the laboratories down at USC near Vermont and Exposition Boulevard, and coming out of the laboratory approximately 3 p.m. in the afternoon, one afternoon... I'm repeating myself here. I was contacted by two individuals who conducted me to a UFO parked in the parking lot of all places just west of the Coliseum at that location. And there I did board the craft and went to planet Selo, and upon arriving at that planet,

we landed... within one or two hundred feet from a pyramid comparable in size to the Giza pyramid before the Giza pyramid was utterly destroyed. So it's larger in a slight degree from the Giza pyramid. We walked this one or two hundred feet into the building, and I stress this point because people ask me, what did this look like?

What did that look like? I was looking straight ahead as I picked the feet up and put them down in front of me, and I was not looking at the sky because I was inside of a craft, and then directly afterwards inside of a building. I was conducted to a laboratory situation where I was shown the process of putting together plobium.

I remained a total of eight and a half hours and then returned after having two meals to my original point of departure. And according to my watch, it was eight and a half hours later, and according to the... I was testing clocks around where I was. It was about thirty minutes later. The next report that came out on the newspaper

was that the Air Force was on the ball, and they had detected a high-flying supersonic flight of Canadian geese traveling the same place, the same location that I was traveling, which to me was not altogether silly. It's kind of in the area of stupidity, but on the other hand, it did substantiate that something was happening

the same time, the same place, that I was having this experience. So after this flight, I went back to my research, including the research on plobium. I began to realize I had to collect information and material to do this job. The next thing I knew, I was told I now can speak about my UFO experiences.

Now, all this while, I had not talked about it. I had no particular desire to get out of it. I had no particular desire to get out of it. I had no particular desire to get out of it. I had no particular desire to get out of it. I had no particular desire to get out of it. up in front here and say anything about UFOs. However, I was told that I was allowed now to talk about them. I thanked Zimclaw very cordially and told him I was grateful to be able to speak

about UFOs, particularly because there are so many people interested. However, I had no intention whatsoever of opening my mouth on that subject. And there was no further word from him on that subject either until, I think it was a matter of hours later, I was talking to Florence Riccio's forum, and I was talking on what it was like, an Occidental person living in a monastery in the Orient. And we have the break, and after the break was over, the people came back in and promptly asked me questions about UFOs. And as I indicated in the Zimclaw book, the cat got out of the bag. The next thing I knew, I was not ordered, because I've never received such a thing from the TABOF organization,

but I was asked if I would please go on the Joe Pine show and pass a polygraph test. So, somehow or other, I found myself on this show. Someone else submitted my name, and the next thing I know, I was on the show, passed the test. Of course, the typical Joe Pine fashion, this was all behind the scenes, and I was led to believe that it was going to be maybe five or six years. And I was led to believe that it was going to be five or six years. I was led to believe that it was going to be five or six years. And I was led to believe that it was going to be five or ten questions, casually, and then the results would be forthcoming to everybody concerned. It was a three and a half hour ordeal, which I definitely do not recommend for anybody.

And they had teams of people that were retiring every once in a while, as soon as they got tired, you see, of asking me questions. And these questions were pretty redundant. They kept coming back to the same idea, did I secretly hate my parents, or did I enjoy kicking cats? And I was led to believe that it was going to be five or six years. And I was led to believe that it was going to be five or six years. And they had teams of people that were retiring every once in a while, as soon as they got tired, you see, of asking me questions. And they had teams of people that were And after three and a half hours of that, I was very grateful to be done with it. However, I passed the test, which was not supposed to occur. So, very belligerently, on the show at least, the results were shown

to the American public, that was the 8th of April, 1965, upside down and backwards, which seems rather typical of Joe Pine, and that was the end of it. I had no book, except that the people in the auditorium were so interested, we went from that platform to another one and continued talking well into the night. And all of a sudden, I found myself, in quotes, in the flying saucer business. And people who knew me and people who did not know me descended upon my Gower address, where my little publication office was, and asked me, would I please tell them the story? Well, I had no book at that time. And so as a result of the show, and as a result of all that interest, the ZenClaw book, which I

can't get ahold of, was produced. And that has the complete account in it. So from one standpoint, it was very good getting the polygraph test out. Immediately afterwards, I spoke to USC campus and UCLA campus and quite a few other campuses, because since I passed a test, they had somebody to stick on the thing. The next was a period of... research and money-raising activity due to, inactivity I should say, due to the action of the Alger force, A-L-Z-U-R. There's actually two words, Al's dumb and Alger.

Al's dumb has two words, which is in the interplanetary language. A-L-Z is the root word in the Christian language, which means hell, H-E-L-L. And D-O-M means the domain of. So Al's dumb is the domain of hell, or in plain language, it is those individuals that are not serving God, that are serving, if you will, Satan or anti-God. These individuals instrumented through people at that time just about brought a complete collapse to my efforts. Now, I'm willing to talk about it now.

But at that time, that was even more ding-a-ling than the subject of flying saucers. And since I've exchanged several letters with Jim Mosley, and he had the same thing happen to him, and in the new book, UFO Flights, which will be available, it's not available this evening because it didn't get out off the press in time, but in that particular book, there's a whole chapter set aside to the ufologists in the field that have had considerable trouble. With the Alger agents, men in black, or mysterious agents, or whatever you want to call them, throughout the world, not just in Southern California, but throughout the world.

And as a result of that activity, which was in the form of a robbery, I was set back and discouraged. Now, during this particular time, I devoted my effort to money raising and trying to do research on my own. You too can be embarrassed. Oh, I've done the same thing. Yeah, that reminds me, we were talking about we back when, and I did the same thing one time out at Giant Rock, down under the rock when George was bringing through things.

At any rate, back to what we're talking about here, I then came down to this location, January of 67. Okay. And I think this is a very interesting point, and one that we might offer to you now in the nature of a report. At that time, I was talking to you about the indel project in connection with plovium, and I was pointing out that I was trying to raise something like $75,000 to put up a research laboratory and do research on the indel, and come up with this plovium, which I've already

gone into rather thoroughly with you. And as a result of that, I was able to find out that I had found something that was a unique kind of research. And, that's what I mean. Now, you're a scientist. You know that. You're an engineer. You're a scientist.

And now, I'm trying to get some information out of that project, and I'm trying to get some of that, nothing happened. However, since that time to the present time, there have been at least four other individuals plus the salary that I have earned or whatever from other efforts. About $15,000 had been put together and using makeshift things, we were able to put together a small laboratory, which is right now in the process of being moved to a much better location. And so the prediction I would make right now, not in the area of psychic predictions, but just from a standpoint of physical progress, is it looks very likely that this project is going to soon come to an end. Now, there are

two real tangible things that point this out to me. One, there is an active interest being shown in the work that I have been doing. And two, Tim Claw, a professor at the University of Michigan, a vast amateur from Planet Prismoff, entirely different individual from a different part of the sector, has put in an appearance recently and he is supposed to be bringing in information connected with Project 2. Project 2 has to do with devices. So, in the nature of the report, the money has been brought about by about five persons and as it stands right now, it is probably about $70,000. Now, that is the actual amount of money that has been brought in and so far, it has been about $25,000. The money has been brought in and

In the nature of the report, the money has been brought in and so far, it has been None of these individuals are above the average middle class as far as their earning is concerned. And the project is at the stage right now of installing a lab and taking a final inventory of chemical needs. There are present now regular Sunday meetings at my home in Azusa. And as I mentioned before, anybody is open. I mean, anybody is welcome. I don't have any closed activities or behind-the-door things at all.

Anything of value that I have, I keep in the bank, not in my pocket or my home or car or whatever. So our present goal is Plobium A and incorporating the various teachings that have been given down to us. Now, the start of this activity again after a period of dormancy occurred in September of 67 when I sent a letter to a known representative of Tallahassee. The letter requested another flight to Sella where I should be shown the entire procedure again on the Plobium and be brought up to date and get back into the more active program. In October the same year, and this was after I talked to the president of your organization here out on Giant Rock. We were out there at George Van Tassel's Giant Rock Convention.

He came up to me and asked if I'd be willing to come in and speak to your organization here. That was, I think, either December or January. And I told him, no, that I would love to do it, but I haven't had any current experiences. It's been quite a while since I had any experiences as far as UFO flights in any place of significance. And, of course, my words were cut off very, very shortly because later the same month I was contacted by two representatives of the U.S. Department of Defense. I was contacted by two representatives of the U.S. Department of Defense. I was contacted by two representatives from TABOF who told me that I should get myself ready for this flight.

And in the time that I drafted my letter, I put down on paper just about everything I could think of. And principally, I didn't wish to be surprised. I wanted to know when it was going to occur. I wanted to be able to take all the things along with me as possible, tape recorder, cameras, and things of this nature, to record. Things that I saw. I wanted to bring back evidences of this. I wanted to live among them as a solution, which actually brought me into several very

hair-raising and strange experiences when I requested to be treated as an average solution, because I didn't know what that meant even when I asked for it. But I asked for this, and it was granted in October. However, no experience occurred in October. And then in December, an entirely new chapter in my life opened up, which I'm not going to get into too much this evening, but I began to have some experiences with time flights. And these unusual experiences are up to the present time. But the main issue that we're talking about right now is this UFO flight, which finally occurred in 1968, February 15th.

And that particular occurrence... took place after, first, I was instructed to buy a shortwave receiver. Now, get that straight in your mind, because later I'm going to talk about a ham radio station. I don't want you to get the two mixed up. So it became my dubious duty to turn on a shortwave receiver every morning at a certain time to a particular frequency and listen. And morning after morning, I got strange sounds, but that was about the extent of it. So in the morning... In the morning of the 15th, I was in a normal, discouraged state of mind when I turned on the receiver and listened to a bunch of static.

And I heard this voice come over and telling me to get dressed and get up to the Angeles National Forest. So I thought to myself, well, I'm hearing things. So I just sat there. I didn't even move. And the second time this came over the radio, and I used the word radio very loosely, I did get up, get dressed, and I took what I had. And went up to the National Forest. I drove up there, and I was greeted at a prior arranged place by a man and a woman who were normally dressed from our way of thinking. And we boarded a pod, P-O-D, which could be described as a 15-foot-long teardrop-shaped vehicle which hovered above the ground very much like a boat would float on the surface of the water.

A teardrop shape with the large ball at the front tapering back to a small, thin, round tail. No fins of any sort showing. And it opened a canopy wherein four seats were present. We boarded this vehicle and raised above the surface somewhere around a 10,000 to 15,000-foot elevation where it did enter into a second craft. The second craft... The second craft was approximately the size of the Coliseum down at Exposition Boulevard and Vermont Avenue. And it seemed to be equipped specifically for people to give forth a lecture. Now, at the particular time I entered, the auditorium was reasonably vacant.

However, we did go in that vehicle then to the Planet Cella, which did not look at all the same way as when I saw it last. So, as we approached the planet itself, the first thing that I noticed was that instead of being a large, round, checkerboard area around the pyramid, which was the principal object of identification, I noticed that there was a large, flat, gray-surfaced area where we landed, and there was practically nothing to be seen. However, after disembarking by reason of going to a lower level within the craft and sitting down into something that looked like a roller coaster, like that type of thing, chairs in sequence linked to one another, we then went roller coaster fashion in a very slow manner from the craft to a central... station, something like a train station, where we got off of this conveyance and walked across the open area to another pod, P.O.D. And I might add that I did not see what we normally think of as a UFO during the entire experience, which lasted three days. So, the principal type of vehicle that I saw there this time was this pod-type vehicle and not the disc-type shape.

So, while I was on the planet, I was conducted into the main floor of the Pyramid of Fage, which is the principal installation on their grounds, which are 22 acres in size. So, in my notes, I think you're to say, I was given an alphabet of their language, which has been altered radically in the last three years. Planet Selo and the citizens of Planet Selo were also contacted by TABOF, an interplanetary cultural organization, and given the opportunity to receive books, to receive cultural advancement, bringing them into what you might call the Council of Fage, or the... it's been called many things, but the point is into a society extending from one planet. In order for them to enter into a field of commerce, they had to first speak the same language, which was not the native tongue of their planet at that time. And so, they have a lot of very unusual laws on the planet Selo, which we would think quite ridiculous.

However, one of their strongest laws, which did not affect me too much, was that they are not allowed to speak their mother language on their own planet, because they've tried to adapt themselves to the interplanetary language, so that the citizens on their planet can partake of all of the knowledge in the universal libraries which are available. Now, this might not on the surface seem of any importance to you, but if we were of a primitive society, and we had the opportunity to go into a more advanced culture, and visit their library, and partake of their scientific advancement,

and found that... their language was different from ours, well, it would behoove us to learn that language. And so, for that very reason, the citizens of planet Selo have been trying to speak that language for three years. It took them one full year before they were allowed to enter into interplanetary commerce. When they entered into interplanetary commerce, they immediately began to use advanced devices

from their way of thinking. They started their program in 1962, relative to our Earth, and we, presumably, started our program in 1962. Yet they were 600 years advanced to us, scientifically speaking, in 1962, before they were invited into the interplanetary cultural exchange. And so it's of principal interest to bring back their alphabet, and I'm talking about the interplanetary alphabet,

plus dictionaries from English to the language of the kingdom, and vice versa, so that it's possible to translate some of the books of Fage, which was a subject that I talked to, I think you people, or some of you down here, maybe three, four, or five years ago, because one of the first things that happened to me was I received

one single book of Fage, four inches thick, twelve inches by twelve inches, a very thrilling experience, until I opened it and found it was in a different language. And so I was able to decipher some of this very, very slowly. So I was quite thrilled this time to bring back a complete alphabet, and I'm now working with some of the classes that I have,

there are classes every night, practically, of the week, series A, B, and C, and the people in these classes are now learning to speak the language, and I'm putting together language books so it's possible to read this language. Along with this, changing the subject, I brought back an absolute calendar. I don't know if you people realize it or not,

but we have just about as many calendars on this planet as we have people, I mean cultures. And so we have the New Year's, Chinese New Year's, the King's New Year's, we have the Egyptian New Year's, we have the,

just about a New Year's for every group of people that you can name. But none of these are relative to anything but their own individual people, in their own individual country on this one individual planet. So I did bring back an absolute calendar so that you might say I know what day it is today, which is a big revelation to me personally because many of the instructions that I was given had to do with heavenly signs and periods of time

which did not conform at all to the King's calendar or the Aztec calendar or the Mexican or the Mayan calendar or the Chinese calendar or the Japanese calendar and so forth down the line. So I had one heck of a time with some of these assignments. The, uh, many of the words for the days and so forth are quite different. One of the most startling effects that I noticed

was the solar system, if you want to call it that, of planet Sela, which I'm sure I'm going to get called down on sooner or later. But first of all they have two suns, two central radiating bodies. And I tell you it's a very strange experience to watch the sun come up and a few minutes later watch the sun come up.

It's a very warm atmosphere as a result. It's also even stranger to watch one sunset followed by another sunset and their unit of time relative to our unit of time, what we would call an hour on their planet, is our time, 42.2 minutes. And they have divided just about everything in the principle of 360 degrees for a complete arc of a circle.

So they have 36 units of measure in their day, what we call hours, well we have 24, which conforms probably to the king's hand or something. And, uh, on their planet they have a sunrise, two,

and they have a sunset again, two. And for a long while I had no idea why I was told that I should do certain exercises in the way of mental and psychic attunement. In the morning, for a period of twice, well let's say 84.4 minutes.

Now that seemed like a strange thing. I had to start and finish right in that particular gamut. However, now that I have been on that planet in fact, I can understand it because they have services which start after the first sunrise and continue up till the second sunrise.

They have other services which go from sunset to sunset the same day. And, uh, further than that, if that doesn't start you enough, their planet does not go around either of the two suns. If I can say this so you understand.

The two suns are over in this position and the planet is orbiting over here. So it causes the illusion of the suns raising on one horizon and not going overhead directly but going over in a curved arc and setting. Which, uh,

I don't know what's going to happen to me when that gets out. Uh, of course it's known that there are two suns in that particular system. Then moving on, Plobeum. I've mentioned that very thoroughly.

Their government was a pre-Domian government, meaning prior to God. Very similar to our Republican type in the United States of America, only it was on a world level. And with that world divided into seven representative districts.

After the emergence of Zemclaw, and you must understand, he was contacted and instructed on certain works that he should do. After he was contacted and went through the seven projects, and this included the use of Plobeum,

their world for the last two years has been under the rule of Zemclaw, even though, and this is sort of difficult to understand, there's a time warp between the two planets, which I'm not thoroughly understanding yet. But their structure is that Zemclaw answers to

a higher organization, so their government extends from their planet. So there are seven planets in each group, and seven groups of seven planets, 49 in all. And I'm not suggesting that they are all in the same solar system. That would be preposterous.

They are in different solar systems, however, as far as the structure is concerned, each one of these individuals answers to a higher organization and panel exactly the same way as we have our government run, except that they all speak the same language. Now these are further divided into local rule, and at the present time,

as far as Zemclaw is concerned, on the planet Celo in the city of Farlon, Zemclaw is the supreme law on that planet, and is executive, judicial, legislative, and makes and interprets his own laws through communication with the absolute dictator, Faz. Now, using the correct words,

that would be it. But you must understand that their standard is an absolute standard. We do not understand the word absolute. To us, the word absolute means, well, if you're interested, okay, if you don't care to, forget about it, and sometimes yes, sometimes no.

That's our understanding of the word absolute. But from their standpoint, they are all working against or with an absolute measurement. And as a school teacher, I'll tell you, it's a maddening thing to be working with a room full of people, and one group, as a class, are very low.

The other group, as a class, are very high in achievement. And yet, they get the same grade due to a standardizing and grading system that we have, not in all schools, but many schools. And if you were to be judged only by your own acts,

and having nothing to do with being judged against the person next to you, it would be a whole lot different. So don't think this is a terrible thing. It's a wonderful thing to be working with an absolute measuring stick. The street scenes in Farallon, F-E-R-L-O-N,

are typically curved, hemispheric in shape, or else the A-frame type pyramid structures. Round top buildings with automatic sidewalks and several blocks of pyramids. They do not have many vehicles. They do not have friction surface vehicles or cars or air surface hovercrafts

such as they did last time I was there. It's illegal for any individual to fly and have control of the vehicle in which they're flying. Everything is controlled by electronically engaged automatic pilots in order to get this idea across. So they do not have vehicles.

Along with that, they don't have gas stations and they don't have stores to go to with the cars they don't have. So they have a catalog system with a detailed description and 3D photographs in these catalogs with items which are to be purchased

by using credits which are recorded in the central computer. Items which are ordered would be waiting at their home when they return. Now there has to be some explanation there as to the green trading discs which they use.

When they put forth effort the effort they put forth is recorded by a computer. Now in our system you punch in a time clock in the morning and you punch out at night regardless whether you do any work or not. From their standpoint

the amount of work that you do is recorded not the number of hours you sit gazing out the window which would probably be a very unhappy situation in many quarters here. But nonetheless

they are working on an intercontinent method of pay which is based on lapsed subjective time which is recorded in a central computer. If they wish to go from one continent to another continent they take with them

a green trading disc which are credits needed for trade with other planets or other continents. And this has just opened for the last two years. Now their green trading disc would be very much like a paper gold

that we were just talking about recently in Newsweek and other places. So they do not cart around credits. The credits are stored in the computers and when they want something credits are subtracted against those that they have. Their homes are furnished

with dome type ceilings and they do not have what we think of as square corners. You probably could not find a square corner in them and you could not probably find a 90 degree angle in the whole building which just about drove me to distraction

because I have an architectural degree. The homes are furnished not with wood as you might think but polished platinum. Their voting and their governmental activity no person regardless of age is eligible to vote or take part in any form of government function

unless they have attained a certain state of physical and mental existence naturally. They have what we would think of as learning machines on their planet and so it is possible for them to amass a great deal of knowledge by reason of this machinery.

However, they are not allowed to participate with government unless they have received their education by what we would think of as practical experience. They have a series of creative degrees of oracles which have brought through

from their way of thinking the books of songs, the books which light extends knowledge, the book of projects and incantations, the book upon which the church is built that's the church of the universe and the book of faces. And this might not seem very important to you

however I was allowed to look at one of these books and while I was looking at the one book there were three guards that were looking at me. And so just to bring back the names of these books seems rather significant

from my standpoint. One of the most important sets of words that I brought back is Aino Positis Gnurum. The local communication center on their planet is divided into universal and local. Their local world would include

the galaxy which is broadcast at four different particular frequencies at 3.9 mega cycles, at 22.6 mega cycles, 10.43 mega cycles and 7.89 mega cycles if you're interested in hearing their stations. The universal broadcast

and receives on 14.40 or 1440 mega cycles and use a pulse code of the kingdom which uses receptors of the oracles positioned around a recorder giving forth information. And I had the online if you want to look at it that way

of learning how to set up what they call an Aino projection chamber. Now in my words I think of the whole thing as radio because if I say radio to you you think about the same thing I think. And if I say to you Aino projection chamber

you probably won't think anything at all. So I'm using the word radio very loosely for reasons of communication between us. One of the things I had requested was to see their police control. However they pointed out to me that they have had no need for any sort of policing

because for many many years they have used the pluvium and that has removed any form of cellular neuroses within their own physical bodies. However they did show me in their museum several very interesting pieces of equipment

that they use to detect crime. For example an empathy camera which is capable of recording the pulse, heartbeat, adrenal activity body temperature, glandular activity brain patterns, pineal relationship and determines the state of mind. I imagine what would happen

if we took one of our people who was trying to talk his way out of a crime and they could get all this information. Now I ask concerning crime now and I don't understand their answer but I'll pass it along to you. It comes under the heading of purple magic. They have this image projector scope

which is a little bit different than the image projector scope which is a little bit different. It's a projector scope which allows them to project a three-dimensional image of anything they particularly want to send out. As far as geography

they have seven continents. Their major continent on which Farlon is located is Ygros the second going in order here is Largros, Ferlo Ylgros, Einogros Silgros and Ylto.

Now I was able to visit all of these continents however most of them are virgin except for their cities which the people live together in a sort of a communal life like our condominium way of living here. And bear in mind

they do not have any roads there's no need for a road. Their traffic is totally in the air and they fly at an altitude there's no possibility of running into people that are walking on foot. Their world capital oh yes

I visited an area called the Volcano Fields and this area is very high in radioactivity and was the location of their religious shrines prior to the rule of Zemclaw on Selo. Selo is about the same relative size to the earth

but about one half of the gravity and so I got myself in hot water repeatedly by this gravity difference. Farlon, the world capital which is built in the last three years relative to us would be 1965 to 1968

is a direct result of founding the Church of the Universe and their city is 75 square miles in size. Now we're rolling along real beautifully here but it's about one hour after I started. I'll say that and go on. Recently I

was, after I returned I was told of course I have these neat little assignments such as $75,000 worth of laboratory and I've got to work this out now that I'm not a school teacher and on one particular day

I can't remember the date but it was roughly about a month ago when I first returned from Planet Selo I was told to go out and buy myself a radio station and I thought to myself well yeah sure I had about 35 cents in my pocket and I thought well alright

I'll do as much as I can with the 35 cents and that's all I can do and so by 11 o'clock that afternoon I had a 2000 watt I don't know if any of you people have any concept or is involved with a 2000 watt radio station

but I have a little picture if anybody wants to see what they look like sort of a stationary but I have what has been graciously advertised in Gabe Green's most recent publication the first UFO radio world network

which I think is of very principle interest because we do not have any way of getting together except in this oral ventilation putting forth in front of you however with a network

a radio network it would be possible to contact other parts of the world almost immediately and for an analogy let me say this that I have now something like 23 member countries that are in this network

and if anything happens in or around those countries I'm exchanging information on a regular programmed manner with them on station WA6AY8 20 meter band 14.250 on the shortwave dial

and these individuals are also sharing information with me and bear in mind that it's right now and just almost exactly the same concept as the police radio all you have to do is have the thing on and listen

and you'll hear happenings as they're occurring and so I'm going to show myself in the radio business and along with the chemicals and so forth so I'm going to show you

what looks perhaps not like a metaphysical book however QST the amateur radio magazine and this is the March 68 issue it says hams interested in UFO phenomena are invited to contact

how many of you people have an idea what 73 means in radio jargon well it's like signing off sincerely yours it's a greeting of graciousness anyway this non metaphysical organization here has put out a magazine on UFOs

and I'm going to read selected verses from the good book here to you and these are very selected verses because I want it to be very brief we're talking about UFOs here two sentences so I'm really picking them

one single amateur providing leadership at this time might do more for the human race than a president or a king uniting us as far as UFO activities are concerned the second sentence the obvious problem here is to set up a network

which will enable scientific teams to know immediately where a UFO has been spotted and where it is heading can you see how this would be important if it's spotted on the east coast proceeding west they can tell us

we can look up and see it go over another very important issue here is that it's not like a telephone conversation I was engaged to talking to a man down on the south pole within 500 meters of the exact south pole

I talked to him for an hour and a half do you have any idea what that would be by telephone and the gentleman was very gracious he's in the American United States Army lieutenant he's been down there close to six years and I asked him

if he was aware of any hole down there a circular hole through which flying saucers are coming and going there's a long pause you see he didn't know what to think but after he got through realizing I was serious he said no that he was down there for six years

and his job was to put stakes in the ground every so many meters and to graph off the entire area and that if such a thing were so he would have fallen in the hole himself however in six years time he had not seen anything like that

and he was living within 500 meters of that particular location so if somebody were to say something to me along the lines of what was flying over the south pole at any particular time I could immediately get home call a fellow on the radio

and ask him what he's seen in such and such an hour and he was very interested in passing on information and joining the radio network almost entirely different subject area here Ray Palmer recently said you want to know why

I think the Air Force and the government have been suppressing the knowledge about UFOs he drew a parallel situation between the LSD problem now let us we only now have the

government's word that LSD is bad and that it must be suppressed and whenever the government tells us a particular thing he Ray Palmer begins to wonder why it is and he points out in this article that the one escapable fact in history

is that the people who are in control wish to stay in control and there's always a guy who wants to rule he wants nothing to upset his status quo so therefore UFOs, ESP, LSD and so forth all these things could upset

the force of the scientists the clergy, the AMA and the educators to revise most of their cherished concepts which make the universe tick and I think that we I don't know if you realize it but just in the radio area alone

that people do not dare stock parts because advances are occurring faster than they can manufacture and ship parts again I'll point out that it's an hour and ten minutes so I brought back calendars I brought back maps

charts, drawings of the interior of their craft I brought back recordings if it's possible to play any I brought back illustrations of their language the calendar which they have

ten periods of the year 36 days in each what we'd call a month nine days in each week four weeks in a month and they work three days out of nine days in their week however the individuals

who have followed Zemclaw in this interplanetary culture exchange started out 17 million they are now 940 million following this particular technique and these individuals voluntarily have worked an additional three days a week

which means they are now working six days a week out of nine to try to further their cultural advancement on their planet just trying to look through my notes here I figured on the hour so

thinking of the commandments the so called ten or twelve commandments whichever way you want to look at it because the first two statements translated from the interplanetary language from the ancient records as I pointed out before I found in the cherry wood blocks

the first one in English translated is there is one father everlasting and that same statement in the interplanetary language is the second of these the one father is supreme

knowledge and light worship no other in the interplanetary language then the third of these commandments would be comparable comparable to our first commandment which we say is

Do you have any knowledge of the flying saucers being able to fly back into time? Yes, I have experienced it myself. However, as I pointed out earlier, I would rather not discuss that at this time because it's a little bit too perplexing and I think that it's enough of a shock

to tell somebody that there are human beings living on other planets coming to our planet and visiting us here now and to start talking about time flights. But I have averaged approximately three experiences of this nature per week since the 19th of December this last year. When you said the flying saucer was in the parking lot, why did they come down so far as to endanger? Why did they endanger the life of those aboard?

I do not know that they endangered the life aboard the craft. I have on other occasions watched them move from one time-space quadrant to another time-space quadrant faster than a bullet could strike their craft. And at the time that I boarded the craft in the parking lot in the area of the Coliseum in Los Angeles I did not see any type of weapons. Aimed at them, nor did I see any police coming in to do anything or any individuals with clubs or guns or anything of that nature.

So I am unaware of any danger at that particular location. The second part, they are known to have a great regard for others' lives. It's a statement. I don't know what to do with that statement. And there's not one individual asked questions pertinent to education. Their education is acquired starting at age 3 and continuing to age 25. Zimbabwe himself is 74 years old by their standards or our standards. However, it looks something like 25. 22 years old.

They have very unusual laws. And they have very severe laws concerning feeding one another poisonous food. And as a result, they do not age. Another one of their strange laws is they have a law against aging. And so they do not allow for passing around the aging virus. And along with the prediction that I was given in 1957, I was told that within a span of 10 years, that we on this planet would identify and isolate the virus which brings about the disease.

Hear me correctly, the disease called old age. Of course, it was also predicted that this would not reach the public. So on CELO, how is their education acquired? It's acquired in a personal effort working with teaching machines which are handheld in the home. The teachers are experiences. It's not individuals teaching mathematics, social sciences, and whatever. And incidentally, the thing that I'm working on right now is a qualified school out in the Azusa-Glendora area to bring about the same type of education as given on their planet,

which is specifically teaching people how to use the learning machines. We've got TV here. As far as the TV is concerned, their TV, if you want to call it a TV, is a small object which can be carried in the pocket, or it's approximately five inches by seven inches, about one inch thick. And with this object, it's possible to read any piece of material that's in any library. It's possible to communicate from one person to another person regardless of what part of the sector they're in. It's equivalent to a $300 bill.

It's a smaller cost in our way of thinking. It is one of their most interesting pieces of equipment. I could probably give you an entire lecture on that subject, but just simply say that they do have these. And the smallest I saw were something like the Dick Tracy wrist radio. And the largest I saw were in scanning places where large numbers of people could observe mostly literature that was being projected. Projectors, I don't know how to answer that question. Tape recorders, I think that whoever wrote this question ought to read either last week or this week's TV guide

in the projection of what our TV will look like in the future. And along those lines, what things will look like in the future, reading a very interesting book called Analog, the editor of this particular book was pointing out that, if one of our drone craft, a pilotless aircraft were to take off from a bomber being carried aloft first, if it were to land at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in the year 1930, the top scientists of this world would not be able to explain it in any way at all. And the entire article that he presents here points out that today,

the things that we're using as commonplace, such as the silicon transcessors and the parts in radio circuitry, would be totally absurd from a 30-year back period, much less 30 years in the future. 32 years in the future would be 2001. So therefore, the objects in front of this podium where I'm standing, particularly the pyramid-shaped object, I understand to be a device,

but I have yet to discover what it does. Now, if we were to show a solid-state portable radio to somebody back in the Atwater-Kent days, they wouldn't believe that it was a radio. And so if we were to begin to miniaturize things in the future, if we have any kind of advancements at all from now moving to the future, things are going to appear differently. And so I am still in the discovery stage

of trying to discover what I have been given. But these things that I was given were not given, as one person suggested, as part of a fishing line to be used as a sinker. What is the layman's work? I can't answer that question because I was asked, or I asked them to admit me to their society. The first thing they did was to compute me

and pair me off with a section of their society. And so I found myself, among other people, similar to myself as far as interest and whatever is concerned. And so I'm not even sure if I would be considered a layman on this planet, but the people that I associated with on that planet were interested in the public welfare, and education, and interplanetary cultural exchange.

And I assume that it was not only in its physical form but its mental, spiritual, whatever form. How do you feel about psychedelic drugs? This is broken.

It's very good. Whoever wrote this, I want to thank you for outlining it. In regards to psychedelics, drugs and whatever, I have an interesting book here called LSD and the Microcosm of Man. In this particular book, I point out what LSD is. The second chapter explains how you can make it yourself in your own home

with about $40,000 to $50,000 worth of equipment plus a whole lot of drugs and chemicals you can't buy. The reason I'm explaining how to do it is that if you understood exactly what it was, you would not want it. Because another one of the things that I have found in the laboratory is that it does, in fact, inflict damage upon the brain

which cannot be repaired. So I am not in favor of LSD. This particular book is principally on the Yindle which is shown below. And what you can do in the way of restoring your original state of health by ingesting, by eating the proper foods. And the book is almost completely given over

to the foods that are involved with the Yindle production. Point A under this. As a release from problems of life. Well, I think it definitely is a release from problems of life. It might equally be a release from life. As an aid for a space trip. Well, I'm interested. See, I used to do things in a psychic way,

a spiritual way, a trance or whatever. And that came to a screeching halt in 1957. And since that time, practically everything that I'm doing is in a physical way in the laboratory. And so taking acid would not hasten things in the laboratory as far as I'm concerned. It would hasten my one-way trip

probably to the local hospital. So I'm opposed to it. Not only as a, whatever the heck you want to call me, but as an ex-school teacher, I can see too many kids, I can see too many kids that are ruining themselves. And the horrible thing is they are ruining perhaps two or three generations yet to come

by destroying the genetic code. So I think that we in our society don't have rules or regulations strong enough to do anything about this. Because it's possible for you to do something which will inflict punishment, serious life-lasting punishment on generations yet unborn.

Point two, where does the cash that you receive for books, where does the cash that you receive for books go? Oh, mostly to Regan. Actually, it goes for buying chemicals and whatnot in the laboratories. And it's really a small part of the whole thing. But believe it or not, I have to earn a living

and I have to pay rent and buy gas and that type of thing. So it basically goes in that direction. If I understand the question. Why doesn't the U.S. government use your ideas at least in the race for space? I'm not suggesting anybody race for space. I'm trying to help the individuals

in our sector of space extend a helping hand here with a program of health and sanitation on our planet. I'm not interested in racing in space. How do you feel about Project Blue Book of the Air Force? I think this is so repeated

it would be redundant to go into that. I think I won't answer that. Did you ever have any racial problem on their planet or was there or were, or wars, wars in their history? As far as the race is concerned, in March of 1968,

using what I generally refer to as a radio, I was able to contact the INO projection chamber, the city of Farlon, planet Selo. And the individual on the other end of the communication,

I brought it out. It's because when I asked specifically what race these individuals were part of, they come back with the statement that they are from the human race. They do not speak in terms of sub-races,

because see, on our planet, at the time of Stonehenge, well I shouldn't say Stonehenge, what we call Stonehenge at one time was known as Atlantis, and we as humans as a civilization

on this planet were very successful in dividing our human race into sub-races, and since that time we on this planet have been enjoying sub-races. However,

on the other planets they do not have what we think of as sub-races. They have one race and it's called the human race. I don't know

whether to go on and on with this, but this was a communication by reason of radio which I read to my classes on the 25th of March, and the reason

that this is terribly significant is that it raises the question of whether it represented a great deal of effort on my part,

mostly crawling around on top of the roof trying to get up an antenna, which if you've ever had anything to do with ham radio stations, it's terribly complicated

to get these things up there. However, each time that they broadcast they start out with the same thing. It says in English,

this is the cellotransmitting station speaking to 49 planets, eighth day, second month, seventh year of Zemclaw. And then they go on

with their transmission. And I have pointed out to individuals who have tried to, in quotes, get in on the act that it's possible

to get, well, this is one of my little call cards, WA6AYH, which is the station.

It's possible to get into the act by reason of a $24 shortwave radio which allows you to pick up

everything that's being said on this ham network. And it's also possible for 99th

dollar to get into the act yourself and set up your own station. And so I have,

as I mentioned earlier, I have right now about 23 countries involved. That's kind of a long answer for this question. But it started

from this business about races, the races of man. Were there wars in their history? The wars

have to do with cellular neurosis, which is another concept I've been talking about and finally I've got a great deal

of evidence now to show that there is such a thing as structural neurosis. It's born within us

and we, as an individual, have a neurotic situation which within us is disease. Within a group it can be

crime or war. But with the pluvium these individuals have successfully overcome it. Why haven't

they ever made contact with each other? Well, they have contact with each other over the

internet however they have. Pentagon and Earth and so forth. In my opinion they have

but it's turned out to be a waste of time. We're not hearing anything from the government.

It's not likely that we ever will. If you are able to communicate with

people in the world you will be able to

communicate with people in the world and you

will be able to communicate with people in the

world in the world and I'm sure you

will be able to communicate with people in the

world and you will be able to communicate with

people in the world and we have a

tabloid organization and told specifically where the property was. So as

far as ESP is concerned it's possible but it's not very practical.

Also why aren't they don't they something use teleportation

from one planet to another instead of using spaceships? Because it's

my understanding that they're able to overcome time and space but

teleportation is not a very practical method of transporting commerce.

What are the plans if any for the

space people to help people get to space?

We have a lot of time and energy

that we need to build the space that

I visited, too, this Earth and one other planet, and will probably continue that way until I get on to Project 2. And the individual in charge of that project lives on planet Prismoth, which is near the Bernard star, and it's even farther away than Solo. And so probably I will be taken to that planet and shown the wherewithal to produce the various devices that are necessary. So that's using a little bit of gumption to figure it out. So do you think the bomb test in Nevada can contribute to earthquakes, and what can be done? This is a current question, and I have not asked concerning a current question. I will answer another question that was handed to me, and I answered the individual and handed the question back, but I'm going to say the question again and give the answer.

The question was something or other to the effect, is Prismoth, is California going to go ka-plunk under the ocean in the next three or four hours, three or four years, or whatever? The answer, in my opinion, is no. If it were not so, I would not be told to come to this location and build rather extensive facilities here. I like to refer to that as the ka-plunk theory. It's most interesting because the ka-plunk theory stipulates that California was sheer off. At the Mexican state line, into Mexico, across Nevada, and up to the Oregon.

I don't know how it is imagined, but that's the ka-plunk theory. What does the Church of the Universe mention in connection with the planet Solo? Comma, recognize the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Now, I never asked them their opinions on Jesus Christ on Earth as the basis for its existence. Let me read it again. I would approximate this approximately 25,000 years ago. That, give or take, is about 10 years. Are the people on other planets like ourselves in appearance? Yes, except healthy. Do these people have wars? No, they do not have southern neuroses, crime, or wars. Of course, war would be... It would be a social disease.

Do the people on Solo look like we do on this planet? No, they look healthy. And how do they dress? They dress according to the things that they're doing. I'm sorry, I can't be more specific, but in the laboratory section, they were dressed almost like skin divers. The only part that was exposed was a small section of their face involving the breathing process. However, when they were bathing, they were scarcely dressed at all.

It had to do with what? It had to do with what things they were doing, and their planet, as I said before, is quite warm. Is there a physical difference in these beings? Yes, they're healthy. If so, would you please explain? They do not eat poisonous foods. They do not eat indole-poisoned foods, which is quite graphically illustrated in the Gateway book, which is an introduction book.

And the LSD and the Microcosm of Man book gets into quite a bit of detail as to specific foods. Usually what's asked me is, All right, you lived there for three days. What did you eat? And my classic answer to that is, I ate what they gave me, but I felt like I was cheated. And I'll tell you what they gave me, although you didn't ask, so you'll find out how I felt I was cheated. For my first meal, and I have a whole week here.

I didn't get the whole week, but fortunately. But the first meal was a third of a banana, one tablespoon of wheat germ, and one tablespoon of brewer's yeast. Two teaspoons of malt, one tablespoon of corn oil, skim milk to fill one cup. This is also described in the ABC book, incidentally. Now that is what I had all mixed together. It makes like a malt. It tastes like a banana-flavored malt.

That was the breakfast each day, and I had it, you know, in a little glass. Second meal of the first day is one cup of pure apricot juice, four teaspoons of cottage cheese, one large teaspoon of dried green peas, cooked, and two teaspoons of peanuts and a half a tomato. Then for the third meal that same day, a cup of prune juice,

one square of fried liver, three inches by three inches, a half a cup of honey, one piece of whole wheat bread, watercress, one cup by volume, and five olives. Did you get the message without going on the second day? That question wasn't asked, but I thought it might be interesting to you. And so right now, I'm faced with this conflict,

knowing that I'm going to be asked next to go on to this thing. At one time in my life, I was asked to stop smoking. Another time, I was told to stop drinking coffee. Another time, one after another, I've ate indole poisons. And you might say the writing is on the wall here. Did your body have its frequency changed? I can't answer that question because I don't understand the question. I was carted from one place to another and carted back again.

What? I was carted from one place to another and carted back again. What type of foods are eaten on regular... Did your physical body or your astral body travel to distant planets? Earlier, when I went to... Thank you for the question, whoever it was. Earlier, when I went to the Orient, I did learn techniques in astral projection. I did teach these subjects here on this...

I started to say planet, but over here in this country as well as over there. This book is a technique not in going up in a flying saucer, but a technique in consciously leaving your body. The reason for the title of this book being Going Up was that in Japan, when I taught there, the people translating the nearest they could get to astral projection or consciously leaving the body would be to ask me, are we going up tonight, or will you please show me how to go up?

And it kind of became a warm feeling, involved with the name Going Up, or the title Going Up, and so I kept it and brought it on the face of a book. However, I imagine the next crop of books, I'm going to have to put astral projection there, so people will stop buying the book thinking that it has something to do with on how to get a flying saucer ride. Are there any current questions that are in your minds right now?

It's kind of like pulling a rug out from under your desk, Carl. I was picked up... on the 15th of March, and I believe that was a Thursday. Say Thursday? I'll have to look it up in March. Oh, February, excuse me. That's a Thursday, and I spent, from my way of thinking, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday on planet Celo.

And I've tried to avoid the time issue, but since you're putting it down, I'll answer your question. I came back, and I thought I was back Sunday morning, and I got dressed and went to church, and I was the only one at church. And when I got enough gumption and nerve and whatnot, I asked somebody what day it was, and I found out it was Thursday. And since that time, I've been wearing a watch that's got a calendar on it.

I hope that answers something for you. No, no, it does not. But if a physical object... If a physical object traveling at the speed of light was traveling from here to Celo or a radio wave, it would take approximately four and a half years for that object or that radio signal to reach planet Celo. When I read before this communication to you from Celo, the interesting thing is that one of my students, who has a friend in Europe, had a letter sent from Europe speaking about a signal that was sent to this planet.

It was a felt signal, and they in the European newspapers indicated that the signal was answered from the Earth someplace in the United States. Now, that was released to the European people. Now, we have freedom of press here in this country. No comment further. Yeah, let me ask this fellow right here. All right, on the first piece of paper, I had two things on it. What paper are we talking about? Your dad sent around a piece of paper for an answer.

I don't know what to say. How about in the front? White sheets are on a table. What about white sheets on a table? Blue sheets on a table. Who knew something about blue sheets on a table? I don't know anything about blue sheets on a table. Do I have another question?

These have been answered. There's some green sheets here, too. Oh, well, that was one of the first ones I answered. I walked from my automobile that was parked in the Angeles Crest. I mean, I don't mean that. I'm thinking about a convention up in the Angeles Crest. I walked from my automobile across the Angeles National Forest grounds about 30 feet to a pod-shaped device that was parked there,

and I boarded it very much like climbing into a rowboat from a dock. I sat down. The canopy was lowered into position, locked, and I was looking straight ahead at a panel and did not see outside of the craft. We then could not see anything but felt a motion as this pod raised up to, I guess, around 10,000 to 15,000 feet elevation when it entered into a second craft, which we did see as the approach occurred.

After disembarking from that first craft, we were then conducted in the second craft to the bridge where I stood and observed instruments indicating our activity until we finally approached Planet Crest. There were two view screens in that bridge, and one shows the solar system of that system, the Alpha Centauri star system, and the close scanner showed the direct place that we were landing.

So I think that's all I can say. That's what I saw and that's what I did on the flight to Celo. Yes, ma'am. I don't understand the last part of your question.
