and now uh some of you i know are acquainted with mr orfeo angelucci uh i'll ask orfeo to correct me on the pronunciation i stutter on it

i don't know whether that was guesswork or intuitional perception vehicles a few years anyway for dessert or maybe it should be the other way i don't know

being here with the expectant and patience of listening to some more boring words

not that miss foster had boring words but i may i used to hear that almost every california home

had garages big and small and they used them for everything but automobiles we can add the

summer beans for the new age preaching or flying saucer lectures for flying sauces that might be something and i always believe in destiny and the handwriting is always written a little bit beforehand to those who have eyes to see and the fact that a few lectures today are being given in what we used to call garages may mean that eventually they'll be supplanted by flying saucers you know sometimes we do things and don't know why we do them but i noticed in my own experience for instance we'll go right into that in writing uh son of the sun the new book i say it is as told to me now i'm not trying to get away

with it but i'm trying to get away with the possibility of being called a crackpot because i wrote one book before this called secret of the sausage which was my own experience and proved out

to be very good because eventually as we know today things have kind of settled down in favor

it isn't everybody that has caught on but neither does everyone know the einstein mathematics but they're there and the few who do know them are thrilled with it if you will know max planck's quantum theory are thrilled with it and has given us what we have today those who know faraday's experiments although he knew not himself what he was doing except by a few sketches know that they are the real thing and yet all the world does not understand

all the world does not know how to build a rocket in fact very few people do very few people know how to direct it but does that mean that those few should be driven under because they are a minority

did the christians get driven under in the early days because they were a minority no i believe the true christians today are still a minority because they are a minority because they are a minority talking of the true christians now that the if we just go by the general term christian they are

a majority in the western probably if we go to the muhammadans and the buddhists

bhagavad-gita or the hindus they in their religions will represent a majority of their people yet when it comes to the real test we find that the real truths are always the mission of canada was started by one man and that one man is still the crust of it today he gave his life for

still it seemed to get nowhere in its early days there was one man who never saw christ in person and that one man was never close to probably gave the world christianity because he represented the skeptical those who were princes those who were persecuting the christians and who was the top most of them all the call and of course on the road to damascus on the very mission of persecuting christians something made him see the light people still argue as to what it was i don't argue about it i just look at what paul said and that's enough for me in other words what is the difference who paul was what is the difference whether he ever existed somebody wrote it is written and we can dispute it there are books today on spaceships from other worlds many of them i agree with many

i don't that doesn't matter i have found many times of those things that i didn't agree with at first to my chagrin I found that they were truer than those that I did agree with and I felt to me as being the first

contactee among modern socialites I'm not trying to brag about it I never even knew the fact in fact I thought of them few at first and I learned that I am and they all admitted well that means nothing to me all it means is what have I said what have I learned in my early experiences with space people and I actually wrote inside of a spaceship and I can look you straight in the face and tell you that I did I did so from the very beginning regardless of the comedy that went with it and I always laughed along with people who laughed because sometimes we can take a thing lightly and still let the subject matter sink in very deep and we find more lessons than we find in deep philosophy

because deep philosophy is buried in comedy and I think that everything should have a little comedy along with it because we find I believe that when you find a real angel you'll find him smiling I don't mean laughing at anything but smiling and today laughing I think is the so I first began to tell my experiences

to groups of friends and of course you can imagine how that went over a Jewish banquet that was the end of my telling of my experience yet among the few that were there there were some believers and I had gotten their names out of newspapers they had appeared in flying saucers still they doubted it too because they said well you really went overboard you even beat Frank Scully and his little green men I said I don't know about Frank Scully and his little green men and I didn't hear about I mean I didn't really read his book until a year or two later and frankly I think it is a wonderful book because in there regardless of the rest of the book is a real description of magnetic propulsion there's at least one or two and to me that whole book is one of the very first of the modern space visitor books because of that chapter there's nothing else regardless of what the rest of the book is we have a kernel in there a the pearl inside the oyster

the rest of the oyster is thick but the pearl is in there so that's what people don't wake up to so maybe all this flying saucer enthusiasm that has sprung up from all this insane reports and whatnot they forget this and everything wherever there's smoke there must be fire wherever there's sickness there must be something that gets it maybe the sickness itself is interesting something and people are too preoccupied today with materialism to look into those things and the old days when we didn't have so much technology and technocracies occupy the minds of those who are capable to decipher a few things out they devoted themselves to the philosophy to religion to the research in medicine to the research in medicine regardless of how it was regardless of how much reverses they suffered they still went at it today of course those people are kept busy in science and yet our very best scientists today are also very deeply religious people

and I've always said that and always will say it many of us who pursue the spiritual side think that science is a materialistic side that has come about because of of course Darwin Charles Darwin who was a scientist who himself is blameless because Charles Darwin wrote a wonderful work yet it produced nothing in the way of science there is no scientific thesis today no scientific principle built on Darwin there is nothing but a step nature as Darwin saw it and he himself said something to this effect that he had worked like a mountain and yet all the materialists all the atheists of the world jumped to his theory and tried to prove that Darwin had something in the 1880s that was something that was something big they found they had nothing this psalm every now and then you'll read a scientific article that says well the man came from a monkey perhaps the writer did but I didn't but you know your common sense tells you that if you look around

we have yet to see a man that can climb a tree like a monkey we have yet to see of all the different kinds of human beings that are born anything close to a monkey born from a human being or a human being born from a monkey anything from an amoeba or the single cell coming up gradually and mutating over into the lion if nature was able to do that in its day when the earth was merely forming nature should be more able to do it today when the earth has settled down and has all the security for all these things of life so therefore we dispute something that the materialists are trying to hold up before us now the flying saucer saucer the flying saucer is still the only object that can be held in ridicule it may even by those who believe in it still be held in ridicule in other words say well I believe so and so story but I don't believe so and so well that's fine I do too I laugh at most stories including my own the first one I just can't seem to laugh at this one

because it was just told to me and yet I do laugh at the man I don't laugh at the man but I laugh with him who told it to me because of the story he had to tell because after I had written my story I'd gotten help from Ray Palmer from a couple of my friends who were at the time who were mostly in the military I was just standing in a shelter standing in the middle of a pond help from ray palmer through the amherst press palmer and i don't agree on everything i think we're of two different types we have argued a lot but palmer gave me the first chance to be heard ray palmer he is still probably one of the most special figures in all this field

but he is the most active and he is the most lenient and the broad so therefore i can't help

but say that i love the man now uh he likes to be in there i know that he likes to be called an elf

he likes to be called little demon but you know every now and then he speaks up and i don't know

how many of you here have read his editorial when he does speak up from the inside there's something really big and spiritual about ray palmer it's not like the little things he writes it's the real so i learned to love everybody in the field whether they believe in spiritualism whether they believe in goblins whether they believe in spirit whether they believe in nothing you , as long as they will listen and that is what we're doing and i said when i had in fact i wrote

it twice my first little publication was in the 20th century times and i said at the very ending that i was told that this would be the end and epson said we will be around and commune with others but not with you he says but at least in the present in the near present well i thought that was the end of my mission i thought i had learned all i was and wrote it well of course that didn't go over so well and uh i rested on my laurel or the thorns whichever they were

and uh thought that i was through with the subject and i was so glad to see others coming up it was a little different from my story but at least it was that concerned uh concerned space

visitors and they never departed from the concept of god which was good and for this very day i can say that there are five of the very first names in this subject who stand out as contact

and although they've gone through literal heck they've gone through an awful lot of suffering every mean thing has been said about them by newspapers radio and television still none of these have given the world the scandal of an infamous nature not one of them

no one has been say well he jumps on to out of so much money oh there was a major breakup of whatever they suffer they suffer themselves think that's in their favor well all right go back to my experiences which had come to an end

i had written a book called the secret of the saucers and turned it into ray palmer who had given me first voice through his mystic magazine which later became search and the fate wouldn't even touch my story so that's too far we don't even go that deep and palmer tried to get him to publish it but they wouldn't and so i thought that was the last

fortress for me and yet others were being heard so it was good enough meantime newspapers were silencing up on the subject oh it had become serious flying saucers there was no such thing they wouldn't even mention it anymore whereas before they covered they took in headlines first page second page up to the last so you see what happened i think space visitors have silenced the newspapers magazines and the radio because otherwise those who had the stories to tell couldn't be heard how would adamski ever be heard if the newspapers were treating other stories you couldn't how would i be heard how would truman better fantastic in other words you see i feel that the space visitors themselves just silenced the press oh we blamed religions which i did uh dr mental we blamed the die hard

we blamed everybody but actually i think it was the space visitors that just came in there one day and just silenced it all and yet now and then we've had big news like the sightings in italy long after or in rome many of you remember long after the paper said that they will not mention flying saucers anymore we've had all kinds of news every now and then a big news flash and then silence immediately and of course that causes a lot of perturbation among the people is it really true is this government really silencing stories well the government has time in the story sure but i think only because they don't have a full story to tell just a bunch of sightings unexplainable things but nothing to really conclude well there is nothing for the government to conclude unless they accept space visitors for what they are something out of this world and wouldn't it wouldn't it be funny to wake up tomorrow and hear that the government has awakened to the fact that there are such things as space

visitors and then tassel was right after all so therefore all the world's problems drop they forget about them and we listen to van tassel so you can understand how the gears of the world would just would just stop and of course while america italy and spain and germany would be listening to all this do you think the russians would oh no i think the russians would treat flying saucers as they always have in their own press and problem they had said that flying saucers are nothing but a concoction of the capitalist world to keep the populace under like religion and that actually came out of prabhda and i don't know if any of you have that news item out word for word now how would these russian people have heard of flying saucers if it hadn't been some among their own experience because certainly probably wasn't telling flying saucers news to the russian people so you see how you see we can gather the truth yugoslavia

once came out two or three years ago and said they were going to put an end to all this flying salsa news get two or three weeks of investigation to it and then try and fill it on for good or yugoslavia had never advertised flying saucers how did their people know about it who was making such a rampant i don't mean so you can see that they have stirred up people all over the world but only to a certain extent they behaved in such a manner certain degrees only according to our

presence and things of let's say learning and spiritual awakening notice they were given us

indications of sudden acceleration aviators were beginning to clock them at eighteen thousand miles per hour crazy they saw things other aviators began to clock them at eighteen thousand miles an hour twenty five thousand miles no this couldn't be no such thing could go that fast of course if the public had read 20th century times they could see that i went a thousand miles in three and a half minutes which was much faster than any of those speeds recorded i didn't go to spiritual i actually went in the ship i didn't even feel emotions and thank god that dan fry actually later came out with his own experience and explained the very same thing that i had explained in a little 20th century he's not a

second-rate technician he's a very good technician and quite a physicist so you see is one hand coming to the help of another i mean we were talking scientifically whether people believed our story or not there was something there that could stand investigation it was magnetic propulsion

and magnetic propulsion would mean that every living thing in that field would be propelled at the same speed at the same time so you feel no what we call effects from the law of inertia that is you know if you're standing still and suddenly a thing moves while you're pushed back against the seat and if you move fast enough you're crushed that is one thing against space travel today a rocket takes off so fast that a human being cannot stand the push and we cannot slow the rocket down in any way so the human being can stand the push so therefore we may never go out into space not by jet propulsion and it's the only means of propulsion we have today so in other words it must be and these crackpots who go flying saucers may have the answer after all i think we do whether we know the science of it or not or the exact technique and mathematics nevertheless the answer is there magnetic propulsion because the whole universe

goes on magnetic propulsion and gravitation which is merely another frequency length of magnitude some guy rates out in space and the whole polar system with it principles all of us are kept together by nothing but the magnetic pull of the atoms and the molecules themselves and within all that is life these things we wrote about but how many listen so i thought well from his sense evidently ray palmer is not going to publish it and he's just

letting it die there and not wanting to tell me i let it go at that forgot all about it and i thought i was going to get back to earth and i wanted to go to the desert and see if i could start making a living in 29 pounds which i liked and i owned a lot there and that's about the only place i want to live today on earth live out there among people out in the desert be alone and just work but i have to make a living to bring the family there excited to go well even i thought it was going meantime i met a friend from seattle washington he had come down to bring a lady to talk to me about flying saucers but he only brought her as far as himself he kept at the other end of the room so he just didn't want to get close to the subject and he was i noticed as i was speaking the lady he was all aglow with everything i was saying but he himself is just like this i began to like this earl burr because that was his name

earl brewer he's still in 29 pounds because he was very friendly he was very open-minded although he uh he was a very friendly to uh this mrs allen and mr allen but he himself had nothing to do with flying saucers and that wouldn't even hear of such a nevertheless we've grew fast friends that night there was something about me he liked he said he told me he says you know there's a serious side to you and a more natural side to you he says you know i can't help but like it but frankly i just he says i don't know what mrs allen thinks but i he says i just can't believe it yet maybe someday i will well i says earl you know i like uh i like your attitude i said when you're not interested in the subject how can you sit in a friendly with a message it all began that way and i learned that he had come down to los angeles take a look at it because his doctors told he couldn't live in seattle anymore he had an asthma condition so bad and all other conditions and one

of his lungs was actually just gone almost gone that he had to find a dry climate anyhow he went back to seattle brought the folks back there two weeks later that he was back at my house and he said well i feel he said i'm glad i met you because i said there's my doctor's papers this and that i've quit the boeing aircraft he was working at a boeing aircraft at the time i put this in that and uh i have a little bit of money not much but very little and i have to make a living somewhere where it's dry and i was thinking of the desert except at that town you mentioned it's not any good i said well i don't know earl it's good for me i don't know if it's good for you there's quite a few people like it because they live there and lots of them don't like it because they don't live there but i said i think you can make a living i think the types of fellow people will go for you friendly you make friends he's me and you like people so he said well i'll give it a try and he went out

well he went out there and he called me up on the telephone one day and told me he was out there all right my god he was going to come down in los angeles just pay a visit even if the smog hurt him because he was getting worse by the minute but the desert seemed to help him but he was afraid to come into los angeles because he feels bad as he fell up in seattle so anyhow he did come into los angeles and he told me that he felt deserted the funny thing is i just feel like i'm out of the world lost my friends you're gone what can i do i've got a job but he says i just don't like it yet i made a few friends i said well earl you will learn to like it i said remember that you have to live with your health so even back there

one evening when he saw me drive up he was just over beside himself with happy to think that i had gone and visited him for a while and godly he took me out to dinner i told meryl i'm not here to stay over director that's opub Buddha anh

night or for the weekend i said i'm here to stay for good and of course you can imagine his happiness then he invited me to stay with him paid no rent and there's only a site there was no bedroom it

was just a living room it was almost a cottage or one of these here a little so we made home out of

it although it had electricity tank gas and uh i found a job with lions furniture company just

throwing the floor coverings for them and i was doing very well but i wasn't making exactly a living this just wasn't that much i was too slow at it for one thing too weak to do a good day's work nevertheless i liked it anyhow in november earl decided to go back to seattle csb and he said

it may kill me but i have to go i said i just have to see my nephews and brothers and everybody so i came to los angeles left this car at my house and took the plane went to yeah when he left i felt rather a little lonely and i thought i was going to eat in town tonight let me see i've got to go to tiny's restaurant errol and i ate more often in there and then we felt more at home there tiny was a baby he was about 350 pounds and everything about him was a generous portion

his waitresses brought water it wasn't just glasses it was glasses and a pitcher of water with ice so i went in there that night i was going to go to the counter it was an odd thing remember i had written the book nine months ago it wasn't going to be published as far as i was concerned what i thought i was all through with speaking and then what we were talking about during the first hour of the flight

and i was listening to my brother talking on the radio and uh he was thinking about my life i had a space trip to thecía and i was going to go in there and then i got out and i went back home and the when i got out to the get out to walk over the restaurant something happened there was that whole exit felt so many times before just before the very night seemed to be mellow it was not hot nor cold the wind wasn't

wasn't the wind wasn't blocked now this was the middle of december it should have been a little cold but you never can tell about that part of the desert it could be warm cold any minute anyhow everything just seemed to stand still the very ground the sand just seemed to be made of velvet that's always wonderful maybe i thought well it's funny i was just achy a minute ago i felt lakes and pain i was tired from the day's work lonely now suddenly even tiny attraction becomes something else and i had a feeling when i opened that door i stepped into another world well i would ordinarily open the door go right to the right hand side over toward the counter and down order my meal as soon as i went in there were a few tables scattered around and the very first table was the one that was the one that was the one that was the one that was the one that was the one that was the one that was the one that was the one that was the one that was

first table from the door and there was a man sitting very handsome youngish looking man whom i learned later was 38 years old they looked younger yeah i knew that i had to go and see him i closed the door and walked over to him and he just kept looking at me smiling and as i approached him he said greetings i said he said greetings orpheus i instinctively to pull back a chair and

sit down mind you he hadn't invited me i sat down in three glasses one was his own which was filled

with a liquid which was a little bit more than a glass and the other was a little bit more than a glass and the other was a little bit more than a glass and the other was a little bit more than a amber color and bubbling the other two were empty as i sat there i said i asked him did you know me he said well uh no better than you will soon know me but i expected you to understand that i had

already been influenced before i entered this place this ecstasy this rapture already made me a contactee again so therefore i wasn't questioning much else the first thing i asked him if he was expecting other companies or was i butting in or anything oh no he says he says that's yours for you now sit right down and i'll order your meal he didn't even ask me what i wanted he ordered what he would be well it was a full dinner and i would say it was a steak i know some

vegetarians won't like this but the rest of the story uh bears out quite a nice ending

not for the poor beef but which only accentuated my other way had too much of an inferiority

complex but i was beginning to develop one jolly almost everybody else is better than i am

every way they ordered my meal and he told me that uh he was a physician from seattle washington

in case i forget to tell you this was not earl brewer transformed into another man he couldn't be over was too stout too thin too wasted away he actually was from seattle and he

told me that he had come here some time ago to come to 29 pounds for a reason and he was doomed

he had only seven months to live i thought my gosh seven months to live and he could be as happy as he is most people would be scared wouldn't believe it go to see doctors i learned that he was a doctor he was a physician very successful very healthy in all respects except that he had developed cancer of the lymph which is incurable and at the time he thought well never he says he never can tell medical science may have something and he wrote he called the person in the mayo clinic johns hopkins cornell who was nothing he knew at all just so he resigned himself and he felt for the first time the frustration the absolute but he also learned some of those patients eventually

had resigned himself many had gone fearfully but many had gone bravely with a glow in their face and with a wisdom that they never had in their life and he thought he wanted to know what that was he closed this practice gave most of his equipment out to others especially the young physicians when he liked the one then he went to see some of his patients other patients and see the secret of their not to treat them he was no longer good as a physician he had resigned uh to see what the what it was that held them up spiritually well he couldn't find it all he knew was medicine he never gave too much thought of spiritual things and yet he was deeply inside his very spiritually with potential let's say his potentials were great he was a good human being in other words all good human beings don't have to go to church and all those that go to church are not good human beings and i don't mean that we don't need the church we need it just like we

need school but all good students cannot become very good people anyhow he thought he'd look into he went to one church after another and he was still scared he went to hear a flying saucer somebody pointed with a flying saucer lecture somewhere he thought oh well that's not what i want oh maybe why not that's all there's space there's uh something big something struck him told me very few words he went to listen to one and here he heard something a little different he said it wasn't as copious in the sermons as you get in church but it's something going out for a future not a past not something promising but something here now he says and i

saw even more than what i heard i picked up all the literature i could that was in there a copy of each thing of course as i said he was very well off he was worth over fifty thousand dollars and now he couldn't spend it he bought them all and fortunately for me or maybe the states had it there happened to be a copy of the nature of infinite entities and a copy of the 20th century time so he read them very fast along with others and the 20th century times mentioned 29 pounds

and he liked the story continues he said it seemed to be brief and to the point and he being a doctor in the kind of science could see that there was no law of science upset by anything said it regardless whether he believed the story or not which he didn't this is how could a man know science so well no and keep so close and still not know these things and yet be so correct maybe he did have an experience maybe he didn't anyhow there's something in him that satisfies him so he became interested so he read the nature of infinite energy now the nature of infinite entities ladies and gentlemen don't be fooled it has nothing to do with spirits or anything like that the thing first thing i ever wrote it was written in 1946 and is very scientific deals with the ether the fact that the protons and the electrons and things of the atom are not spinning packets of energy but bubbles in the ether and from there proceeds on to give its own essay and has been proven over and again

at least by princeton university anyhow and i mentioned that in my first book and he read that and he thought my gosh because he never knew too much about physics although he knew a little about biophysics and biology but not enough about physics and yet to him this struck him as a real structure of the universe and he began to ponder it as such he was forgetting his own mind you he still had the you see what he was telling me because he was forgetting why he was reading the deeper things eternity in other words we all forget the now or the little things that pass if we think of the things that never pass remember christ says heaven and earth shall pass away of these words because all heaven and earth proclaims his very word he didn't mean heaven and earth shall pass away but our concept and was beginning to ponder the universe much deeper than

i have ever conquered he had began to see it but he went to the desert to see if he could feel more of it there now he began to see that he wasn't so important after all well he was heading for success but was he not already successful in stars money yes he was going to go on this research later on well there's other justices equal or better than him in research so they didn't need him so he began to see that god had ample of anything that god needed to ensure the future of anything and he began to have awakenings within himself he began to grow even in the desert and the quiet began to grow but it got too quiet for him later on so he wanted the people again meantime while he was there he overheard two men in a restaurant talking about their cabin he asked him where the cabin was and could he rent it he didn't want a motel he wanted to be away by himself but he rented for a couple of weeks from them and he'd be willing to pay them good money

he gave them fifty dollars for three weeks rent or so they gave him one of their keys to it for that money they could almost buy it so he stayed there and that's where he became he had his strengths one night after he had been in town had his meal went back there and he was pondering his own demise when he'd be going back and who he would see there was no close friend that he could go to he had a lot of friends but no real particular one not even women and of course he could have married any one of a dozen as i said because they all liked him but he had never given thought to love or that is the romance of man and woman so uh he uh was pondering these things near one of these desert willows one night when he thought he saw a star roving in the sky that's funny just a little star seemed to be moving around it's not a meteor couldn't be adam was too wise for that couldn't be a spaceship no a spaceship wouldn't show up as a spaceship it couldn't be a star

moving oh it couldn't be anything what is it well he looked at it until it came directly overhead and then it went out he kept looking in the same spot he thought my gosh am i going to these things all know there's no such thing he kept looking there it was again it reappeared it lit up again a bit time larger time and made circle made a complete circle and then it went out well he kept looking now he knew this was no immediate he knew there was nothing that could ever be explained in any natural phenomena something good within almost a rapture but not quite you see he was being brought in gradually

as he looked it appeared again this time so big that it actually had three colors and it changed from inside out like a spiral changed and circled again and came closer well there was no doubt either he was having hallucinations or this was a spaceship so for the last time it went out and now he felt a little breeze arrive and it was a spaceship and it was a spaceship and it was a the tree itself was swaying and when he looked toward the center of this almost little whirlwind there just came to he thought he saw a fluttering light actually the thing was beginning to become visible it was a spaceship it was a he tried the same one i had described in the secret of the sultan now of course adam but he certainly wouldn't repeat a thing because he would be

too smart for that but he found out more about these things than i ever found out he was given more because he could assume more he could assimilate more he already had it within him because space visitors will not give us knowledge we don't already have and i believe anybody who's had experiences spiritual or otherwise with space visitors or angels or any entities will know that their experience has never exceeded the knowledge they had already within themselves in other words moses himself got no more information than he himself was capable of because that would be interfering with the evolution of this world so

remember that all that adam learned or all that i ever learned we already had inherent within us but we thought it was worth nothing many of us have yet it must be precious because we're living

through holding it anyhow a woman stepped out of that since he had nothing to lose and nothing to

gain if he would take a trip to another world well while he was still in his senses you remember that i took such a trip in the little 20th century times but he wasn't fearful at all he had nothing to lose seven months he'd be gone anyhow and what better way to go than out in the spaceship

so he entered to make this bring it to a very short story we're going to skip over a lot of the description of the trip and his gradual awakening and why they sent a woman and one so attractive the main reason is that they had sent one so attractive is they didn't have an ugly one in their world and i don't believe there's an ugly person existing really i mean that on earth

as they say beauty is where you find it and so adam this woman naturally sent one who was capable who also would be the one more close to his heart in every way so that was his first initiation into the romance and he learned why they had to bring him to that because he was to see grandeur that he would not appreciate unless he first appreciated his human being regardless women or men they first had to know all the feelings and all the emotions of human beings the beautiful and those that hurt and those that bring us out that way he could

determine what was good and what was not good so he was made to look at earth while they were leaving it in broad daylight describe the colors they were leaving it so fast when he looked back upon

the earth going at five million miles per hour mind you five million miles the earth just seemed to fall back behind him he saw it fall back until it was at such a distance now he could see the moon also and behind that was a tapestry of stars that didn't seem to move of course they were so far away that his own the movement of the ship would not show up their movement they seemed to be falling back into falling into a sea of black and stars and he found out many other things in space that we don't know today it's very mechanism how you get the feeling that when you turn around you lift your head you have no idea that you're lifting or looking up because the universe just seems to shift he learned they went eventually 10 million miles an hour she told him

that she had to give him a capsule and this was his introduction to these nectars before he could absorb any more because as a human being you can just not take all the knowledge that we were shown that all the wonders they were showing furthermore that it would make him feel so healthy and activate his subconscious and conscious so well that he would understand them much better and then he felt that when she did he fell in love with it because he felt more on her level and he didn't know that she had to take something also to kind of stupefy her a little bit

understand and that's where she gave out a good laugh she laughed so beautifully that adam just looked at her wondered why she laughed but she told him to just forget it a while because eventually it proved out the sun was going to be the biggest thing for him that's where the name the sound of the sun and uh he had to go to sleep for a half hour so the connector would take effect he awoke he had another question for it too he said the man's question about the speed of light he said this is such a thing he could anything travel faster he said i'll answer that when you awaken meantime take a rest when he awoke is the first question he answered is there such a thing as the speed of light and why can't anything can anything travel faster so she answered it very very much to his satisfaction that there is such a thing as the speed of light and as far as they know many things may travel faster than life certainly the ether is not all over at all times

but they were still investigating it so she couldn't answer the full meaning of that so it still leads us to the spiritual realm anyhow which adam of course didn't go too deeply in they finally entered and he asked where they were really going well now i will tell you your first you've been introduced to this subject by one uh that you've already heard of but in all his works he did he also went to the same place but he was mistaken in his first book and you shall correct that message where i had said that i was on a part of the planet lucifer which was destroyed ages ago well but the symbology of it was correct and adam brings out that symbology but since i would not be able to do this digest all these findings that adam would be able to i was given only what i was able to surmise and i found that many other people understood it better than i did so therefore it was meant for the reader and not me he found

that he was he was being taken on a huge spaceship and they entered right into the atmosphere of b but he never saw in all his six days of on being on this spaceship which he called named andromeda because it looked like a galaxy he never saw inside of these whether there's people there whether they aren't or not he did know one thing these people who contacted him and also contacted me were not from venus they were from alpha centauri rome these the environs of space all over all their populations and our solar system is merely one of those areas which they well which they've been hovering around for thousands and thousands

of years and of course adam had a lot of questions when he entered this huge spaceship he noticed a huge city the streets were nothing but grass all kinds of colors flowers just grew and they're always fresh there's no such thing as sidewalk pavement or uh car parking areas everything was magnetic propulsion i needed everything was air conditioning was on its own it was 10 miles in diameter and the ceiling was five miles high and he was told there would be half a million of them and these half million people although they were much advanced over adam still they were the hindmost from their own world the reason they were going into the solar system here was for their own exploration for their own learning just like a geography lesson we're spaceless they're at that stage but they had a thousand of their peers on board that is a very highly and these only went along just to ensure that everything was all right

time i noticed that on this platform a little teacher ask your children after they had set all the tables for the grown-ups sing a song for Adam one that he would know well of course they were already rehearsed so they sang for him Beautiful Dreamer Stephen Foster and music followed by music of their own rendition which Adam says is just too beyond words to describe he said and those kids just worked and sang without even and every voice just blended in its proper pitch then of course they sang one of their own numbers which was even better eventually the time had come when of course he was given a very mild form and while they were eating and dining he noticed that the palate was he thought he was dying his guide or that is his temporary guide who was sitting next to him at his table he says Adam you asked me why we seem to be so all of us attractive and healthy he says that's only in your perception perspective we're just normal human beings

we're just very useful he says we have overcome disease true but he says there we are still ignorant about certain things and you'll find that there's nothing there is no ultimate virtue in fact the final virtue is the love of pure learning which Adam really is the essence of the book he says but he says in your perspective you're just as beautiful to us as we are to you he says yes you're a little bit behind and we have really given you something that takes all of you that is potential the subconscious merges with your conscious so therefore you seem very intelligent and also you're absorbing a lot more than you ordinarily would but he felt different he says but will you be some of our peers especially Saturn all he is he says he's a superior lover he is a master technician he is everything he is and he is a patriarch to us all even to the other peers and he is headmost physician and of course the man continues talking and then I haven't heard no more the word physician

got him see the the nectar was working out he's beginning to come himself he's remembering the earth remember that word physician which was so close to him he himself was on earth he just seemed to grow pale and wan and the only thing is got blurry and he saw this teacher after she had sat down and went with her mate or her boyfriend sat at one of the tables got up came immediately to him and prepared a drink and he said I'm going to give it to him immediately as he saw it come over while he was just on the verge he thought he was passing out let's put it that way he really was becoming Adam again at that instant he fell in love with it because he noticed there was an efficient nurse very attractive and knew his troubles and problems and the drink of course made him Adam who was a visitor again immediately then two children favorite magazine this very day and he wondered did I bring did we bring one along no a ten year old boy and a ten year old girl Adam is your

favorite newspaper oh no we have hobbies up here the children we come and meet her photos back to earth and see what you're doing and as long as you were coming and being our guest he said we reproduce your favorite newspaper word for word so there's the news of your earth and the girl says here's your favorite magazine he said these are hobbies with children up here no less this is just a hobby he says yes and they told him assured him that he was to learn a lot more and the little girl asked him if she could whisper something in his ear and he bent down and said oh sure he said Adam it's really about time to go now you've eaten and everyone else has eaten but no one will get up until you do first so he said you do in the meantime she clasped a little bracelet on his arm and he looked at it and there was nothing but beads and a few symbols on it she said that Adam I clasped it on and he said you couldn't take it off nothing will take it off unless you cut your arm off he said unless we dissolve it

before you go back to earth that's the materials we have but he says in case you should become lost down in the cosmos any hierarchy any high civilization should they find you a million years from now wouldn't know who you were where you came from and who had you in their custody at the time which of course was dissolved to him on the way back home that was seven days later and so eventually he learned that this girl who the nurse at the moment led him to a college a cottage and they had another room built onto it for his own sake and she was to be his guy his charge for the night and tomorrow he would meet the real Lonnie so he was supposed to call this one Lonnie as Lily well I'll leave all the details out of this anyhow he learned that they had built that room just in one day everything was plastic crystal there was no problem for the children there there was no problem again anyhow he read a book he was made to read a book during one of a few of his spare moments while this teacher went out to teach

his children and he gave it to him it was The Secret of the Saucers by myself and in that he read many things that he saw again except that I said they were somewhere else and everything was just upside down and it wasn't until later coming back from one of the dinners with the peers themselves with Saturn the chief and they looked at a house which was described in The Secret of the Saucers and he looked and he said now wait a minute one two three she says yes that's right Adam I know what you're thinking that a house on the corner is my room that you read about which was not very well described and notice in the first book Orfeo saw nothing they didn't mention me they just mentioned the author only Saturn or Neptune mentioned me because Neptune was my mentor and corrected many of the errors which he was to give to me and he says it was Lyra and tomorrow we shall meet and talk in the spiritual meet Saturn you shall see how we believe and the things we believe he did and of course most of

the questions were directed at Adam about Moses about the Bible about well Adam says I can't answer him because I never really went to church he says yes but you remember about the Bible you were told sometimes you remember about Christianity he says yes and I'm a Christian he said bye but they only asked him questions which he could answer he said which were the main ones of course contained in our Bible for instance such a thing one of the main things was that even Christ's prayers sometimes were not answered so he talked directly to the Father asked him do you really believe that Adam he says yes I do he says well were his prayers really answered directly by the Father I don't know well for instance he said when he was on the cross before he went to the cross he asked if the cup could be taken from him he said that's true he appealed to the Father Adam says well that proves he was in communion his but was the cup taken from him for instance and another prayer got forsaken he says of course that would make any

man whose faith wouldn't Adam says well most men but not all that's right in the very end he says forgive them Father for they know not what they do so in other words the Bible was upheld but many erroneous perceptions of it as far as Adam was concerned and as far as I was concerned so I wrote the story he said I would write this story someday but at the time I said no my own book isn't written when he told me he had read it he described it wasn't only his own experience he described the very book well three days later after I no longer had seen Adam I thought let me call Palmer I asked him Palmer said yes the book is going to go through he said it will be out in about three months he said I have the cover for it he described it in other words the visitors were already there when Palmer had decided and reproduced the book and made him read it so that he himself would have a bearing from their own it tells a lot of crystal function he fell madly in love with Lonnie later she assured him that she would also teach him how to forget he was to meet one who also he couldn't forget which

was Dora and he did find eventually incidentally I want to say that in the physical lesson one day they showed him the physics and in there he was given more of the spiritual lesson than he was of physics and there he had his real awakening the illumination they saw him coming into the awakening to the very moment of illumination even the space visitors drew back and looked the other way because no man was to interfere with him and there was a physicist who brought that on a young physicist so the next day he was ready for the spiritual meaning was now he understood them much better understood the very depth of meaning why they didn't talk much of religion they lived religion everything they did was eventually he was made to go into the sun and out again only a woman because the experience is so horrendous that a man must have something akin to a soul mate to endure it and he found that beyond the orbit of mercury all radio waves even the finest of the space visitors were no longer existing the emanations of the sun just rendered useless any other emanations from any anywhere else or

any waves just smashed them into nothing and yet they were able to go into the sun in this spherical spaceship and he told how it was possible the fact that the ship itself was absolutely a perfect reflector all that is true if we have a mirror and we put it out in the sun all day long it doesn't get hot yet anything else will get so hot we can't touch it so when we have five skins on a ship that are perfect reflectors we can get very close to the sun and still wouldn't get hot of course going into the sun and into the body is another thing then we not only have light oh golly we have all kinds of energy all the ship has skins which take care of them convert them into energy and give them right back and as far as the pressure of the sun the ship is so tough remember I described their material how they're built furthermore it's built spherical so that all the pressure is exerted equally and instead of crushing the ship it would make it just grow stronger just like an egg when you crush it on the end they're not weakening you make it stronger so all these behind the orbit of Mercury he had to have that experience

on his own it was the energy of the sun itself that began to belch him out of the ship meantime this lady who was a space visitor and also a peer so he'd be alone what he called an infernal and when he thought that he wished he had never come here he wished he had never even remember this experience

first he thought he was hearing but it was given to him again on the way back then when the ship began to stop swirling and the seats were built on swivels of course so they wouldn't swirl although the ship did so they had no more control he felt a backward push and he was just hoping to that it would go out soon enough before the thing would be dissolved from the ultimate core of the sun which was thousands of miles away but nevertheless was exerting its influences upon it and nothing in material form could withstand the core of the sun no one could withstand the atom bomb or the core of the atom bomb so that was learned and that all light is ultimate heat that's why the

atom bomb is exploding at that point besides the atom bomb within there is ultimate heat and ultimate energy the hydrogen bomb and all other bombs are no stronger there's just more of it and there's no more heat in any of the bomb in other words you don't get any more heat from a big fire than you do from a match except that there's more of it in other words all these things were learned and ultimate heat the ratio of it was given to him which was really energy not heat it was energy which can disintegrate anything or those things all these things were given to him yet why should he go into the sun when he came out he found the answer he was so thankful when the sun finally belched him out at thousands of miles per hour just like it does its own flares and he was mighty glad again when he heard radio signals again which denoted they were at the orbit of Mercury and Eve came too again and she told incidentally the last one was Eve that he met he was to call there were another real names the names were all symbolic of the origin and the beginning and he said to me when he told me this story he said

now I don't know I didn't read his book and I don't know yet what it was yeah it was exactly the same thing except that I hadn't seen as much as Adam had incidentally all these buildings they seemed always to be in a cold and pleasant type and lighting came from within their own panel and any kind of light at all weren't from any color and when he entered that ship he thought the whole city was just slowly on fire but it was beautiful and he learned that it was nothing but electromagnetic energy inside the very building that was their lighting about the meat that Adam ate in fact I met him and we were both eating a sizzling like this but the next night he treated me to a vegetable dinner and I noticed that night he was part of the story and suddenly I listened to him three whole nights stayed up till dawn listened to this story and the second night he treated me to a vegetable dinner when he continued the story I found it when he asked Lonnie why it was that these people he said were eating nice juicy steaks they were sizzling he said in fact although it was my breakfast actually I was hungry for one

he said here I had eggs and milk much like on earth but as far as the steaks the Jewish civilization at this stage still kill animals to eat their flesh Lonnie said well we eat meat Adam that is true but as far as killing animals she said I asked you one thing have you seen one animal on board Andromeda so far and suddenly it dawned on him he said no that's funny there was a strange loneliness now without animals there's nothing but human beings that's right all our meat is synthetic it is grown we have learned long ago how to reproduce the best thing and even better more nourishing we have animals yet but only on home planet and then we had a moon once also we explored it but instead of blowing it up after hundreds of years we cultivated it we made another planet out of it we put an atmosphere on from its own consist to expand dissolved them and made its own atmosphere water and our planet moon became another planet and all our animals were transported there and many of our hindmost are there studying the animals and the lion sits with the lamb so that was the answer to the meat that's

right has nothing to do with an animal no animal vibrations or cells no not at all well

of course of course the first thing in Adam's mind was should we then stop eating meat for if nothing else for spiritual reasons well that in itself is not a reason spiritual reason it is not whenever we stop eating animals of flesh it must come from a feeling of kindness in itself that we do not want to see the animal suffer especially as far as killing that is a problem too deep for us yet now he said for your earth you are still far back in evolution the only way we could stop that is just land on earth and stop it of our own will and force but then we would stop your evolution therefore she said eventually as long as there are people who concede the harm in killing as long as there are people who will fight and give for that ultimate day when this shall not be then there will be people investigating the proposition of bringing about synthetic meat and you will one day you will and we're coming closer and closer to it in fact we're almost on the verge of producing a live cell you see science is and these things are for the good of course somebody will always turn something into bad but

as long as there are good people they can see the overall picture and the ultimate end we're assured well no I don't say we stop evolution if we stop eating meat would that stop killing animals no because then we would have no demand for cows and the cows would all be non extinct in other words we killed them all you see if we had no demand for a dog we would have no dogs but you see evolution takes care of those things at one time we needed a horse horses and wagons but today we have automobiles and the horses fading away one time people wanted ferocious dogs because they lived out in town it was dangerous living in night and so they had fierce dogs almost every household had two or three fierce biting dogs but today although we still want dogs it is no longer the fierce and the biting one it is the gentle it is the more understanding the more petty type you see how we are given hints in advance of what is to come our signs are always already in the sky so I think that covers that about the need yes understand

that it is a fault of mine my first experiences were when I was smoking I was a smoker then I was a smoker long before then but I had other faults too and of course I couldn't shed them all in order to make a contact one of them was a nervous debility and although some people don't think that that's a crime still it is a fault it is a natural fault because no fault would be good health I don't have my own teeth but I had them but they were faulty and it was no fault of mine so therefore that's a fault too but I never I think there's a difference between a sin and a fault in fact the ultimate sin I think is willful ignorance and misleading the other remember that even Christ said fear not those who can kill the body but fear those who can kill the body and the soul now in all my days of smoking I have never told a child or never put a cigarette in his mouth and told him that he should learn and try and yet I've seen people do it I have always hated the advertising of tobacco or liquor I have taken a drink I don't go advertising I think that those ads we see in magazines are awful they usually show an attractive person

under ideal conditions they take a drink of beer and everything is lovely I've seen people take two glasses and everything wasn't lovely I mean that's the kind of thing that is evil is the advertising and to try to have people stop their habits is trying to kill a tree from its branches you gotta get the root that's

true that is true oh yes well

that's true well that's the mastery of a high order now that's the mastery of a habit really of a bad habit and of course the only way that you can say you really mastered it is after we've gone from this lifetime if you have never done it again you see what I mean well that's true well so many people try and so many people want to the thing is never to start really it's the best then you don't have to apply the discipline to stop yourself I've never smoked a cigarette myself but I feel this way I either mastered it or something similar in a past time or I still have to have experience for that particular phase of mastering either way is possible I heard you about it to all my knowledge he did in 1955 no the odd part was that in the morning when he got up I mean in the morning when the sun rose up the first time we saw the sun and saw it in a different light when he explained his own experiences then I realized that this was the third night and that Adam was in a hurry to go back to Seattle because there was a woman that he cared more than any other woman in Seattle and he knew that she was in love with him in fact

he noticed her clothing changed color and it could change color and clothing just like that now it isn't done as a comedian or by a spiritual wish it is done by physical means by very scientific laws so she changed and her whole aspect had changed her hair though and now she looked almost like the girl that he was thinking of on earth and so as he was going away he forgot about Lonnie and he was calling her Dora you see and she even cried even Lonnie cried even though she knew it was coming to see that she was so completely forgotten just she had promised that of course he could only forget her by thinking of another see so he went back to Seattle oh yeah he was in a hurry and when I saw his car go over the hill away from him I suddenly thought my gosh at least there's another cabin where he was staying well it would do no good because he wasn't there now and where he was from well he was from Seattle he was a physician it was easy enough to trace if I wanted it Seattle isn't too big so he was a physician 38 years old he had knowledge maybe he didn't then he wasn't healed he wasn't healed he asked Saturn when he

found they had less than the lump it was soft it was hardly there and when Saturn came he said the drink Lonnie had given you did really work he went to touch it he said you can cure me he begged him so Saturn said he would cure him under one condition and he named the condition which was a very complex one it meant that he had to have the permission of all those aboard Andromeda he had to have Adam's real permission and he had to get permission from his own planet from those higher ones in authority which would take 10 years to receive I mean I'm sorry it would take no less than 14 years to receive and further not only that but if they cured him they could not send him back to earth because that would have been interfering with earth's evolution and even kidnapping him would have been interfering you see but he says anyhow he says 30 days has been added to your life by that drink that she did and Lonnie had given him I asked him Adam you said in the morning when it was over that sequence of the story was over I said you said they had lengthened your life for 30 days well didn't they interfere with it he says

yes in a way they did but wait a minute he says don't try to be a Sherlock Holmes so fast he says I thought of that myself but now the answer comes to you ask me he said in the first place they never told me how they did it what the concoction was the second place he said I am a physician and I knew sometime when this thing would have got worse and spread all over it would have got very much worse at the throat the neck and I would have had to have an operation just to say you know to keep breathing he said most that would extend my life only 30 days he said so actually all they did was remove the necessity to have surgery so if that's interference he said we'll take it at face value that was explanation enough for me did

I go to another planet when I was on a spaceship once I went physically in a spaceship but only a thousand miles over Los Angeles and my next experience was going exactly where Adam had gone but I did not go there physically I had the same experience Adam had only I had it in a different way and therefore what my knowledge was able to pick up or discern is the only thing I was left with and it was good enough to write about so I wrote about it you see what actually happened in my case if you want to now we know that when we drink something or eat something the very elements of what we eat or drink will go to different parts of the body that are attracted there well we can take a substance the molecules of which will be attracted immediately to the brain cells I'm going to say that certain types will be attracted to the subconscious alright that means that they're polarized to hold on or impinge on those cells well in seven days they become depolarized they have absorbed all the energy therefore they have no longer the same polarity and they just break away and go back into our system and they're collected

said no I've only been gone he said my gosh everything is strange for Wednesday morning he said it's rather late too where's everybody what's that and she looked at him and said fancy morning she said brother where were you last night so he said in the meantime he said can I get you your regular he said no I'll have coffee this morning she said coffee this morning that's not like you Adam she said brother you were out last night weren't you well anyhow she thought she'd kind of sober him up a little bit she said Adam you want the favorite music he said yes here let's put on some music it's early in the morning putting on a jukebox strange so he did record it picked a few numbers the one he used to like to hear a lot should come on he said it blared out was people night golly and Adam stood up golly he had dreamed of that actually they had played

Adam said wait a minute he went over and it wasn't even on the repertoire so he said play it again he asked no it wasn't on there in other words they were beaming it right in that little restaurant that third glass in the restaurant not a real glass mine they had filled the glass and they projected it long in the dance the girl that had been with you today and that's well of course when I saw that of course either madam and I are both crazy anyhow the book has a lot of scientifically substantial ideas well anyhow he found out it was something instead of Wednesday it had nothing to do with six days anyhow it was something he thought it should have been what's the six days all day he went by he remembered he remembered having a dream of Dora and he thought my gosh yay she's bad off she said funny I heard that she was ill but I don't know where she is so he immediately sent a check by telegram to uh I mean he sent off the check by mail to his friend to look Dora up where she could be located and give it to her at once and tell her I'd be there soon meantime even during the day the rest of the day he walked around

he dreamed about the sun funny it seemed to be different to him than usual it was brighter it seemed to have more meaning he understood it better it was hotter or something and he wondered what was pondering the universe that sun bothered him he thought about going into the sun and out he heard a dream something like that would he yes he would and he was thinking he was really seriously thinking he thought of every aspect every angle would he go in and still everything would be alright even if he should perish yes he thought he would anyhow he forgot all about the sun he went back home about nine or ten o'clock he moved in because the town was a little bit too dead for him with those time he was a star he had seen that before he was in a dream well it happened to be the little spaceship anyhow that was coming for him because they knew he had decided to go into the sun and so I think that chapter itself is one of the best ones I've had an expert ask me what possible learning could he have gotten golly all the description of how the ships

the material rough spots that you may suffer from but if it really suffers not when you look at it any more questions yes he does recommend vitamins only because the food that's produced now isn't very good when we eat a supplement and incidentally we're going to have new forms of fruit and new vegetables there's always a balance when the animals will be taken there will be a balance of other things to eat and he does recommend it well it's not digested and it's the refined flour you see they're too refined and the body doesn't digest it turns into a waste matter it's best to cut bread out entirely unless it's home baked bread like soy flour I understand is the most easily digested and soy bread or rye bread the course are stuck to those for a while I can break away from it entirely I can think I ever would frankly well it took me a month and actually I thought it would be longer than that even when I fixed my clothes with soy bread and I left the clothes and I looked at it alone but now I don't have to do that anymore I can fix it for myself but as I say in my case I really have to begin the purification

and just put it but it's worth it and you'll see you'll produce results and it will help you all because nothing will be fixed exactly yeah that's the best way because we might ask for guidance in the future like there was one plan where my husband wanted to get a new job that would take us out of the area we see in anything there are so many aspects that depend on other people my and so this has fallen through so as well it doesn't matter you might lose your material possessions they had other plans that they wanted us to gather as a group and study and stay away from the vacation because that isn't going to work out ever now and so we just have to go along with it as it is now because of these other aspects that they have but just keep and you know good enough to be taking care of me kind of just a man thing on it but in a nice way you have a wonderful sense of humor I didn't

remember what it said but I gotta know when you said it no , I went to the health store because it takes three hours a day I want to get more I don't buy it I'm a little hungry I have a little job there I take one six hours a day and I take five or six jobs seven times in a period of hours well I need to take the time out of me and I just have to do this so I feel I have to eat and I have an offer well the reason you're dipping is because you're eliminating toxins you think and I'm saying it's breaking up you well that's because you're eliminating oh when I first started my certification first in here they had worked with my subconscious so I would only break out of my back rather than you know my face and other parts of the box

and the first month you might be kind of miserable and look sort of a mess but it's just part of it I mean you spend years putting it in now it's got to come out you have to suffer through it you're the one that puts the cards and this is the effect well I'm on vacation this summer and I don't eat everything they put before me yeah I do that kind of fun isn't it I'm a great one for that sort of thing but now I've reached the point where if I do eat something I shouldn't and my body tells me I feel awful and you might sort of halfway enjoy it and then actually say oh why did I eat that it feels terrible and something you eat and you feel terrible and you feel lousy and you think oh why did I eat it and then you hate yourself and you do it again yeah coffee and well it's caffeine which is a stimulant more of a stimulant coffee and isn't it good that's telling me it isn't actually even drink milk it's very mucous one and milk seeds or dairy products uh have a colistrum and there isn't one animal outside of the human animal that doesn't wean itself in infancy the human being we continue to drink milk and uh eat

dairy products and everything this is what causes hardening of the arteries found out and stuff causes a block there even cottage cheese well cottage cheese and swiss cheese and it's in about the two vests of herb i was getting my shoulder in that and mixed it with honey and eggs i loved it but i want to find it and my husband went to buy a box of that other kind of old routine and all the kids want to buy it you know that i like honey chocolate mom so how funny that was i think it's about what they're suffering i've

never been able to get

but you can get it out in the desert and it isn't very expensive but it's really very good well i think it's excellent cleanser as well as just the natural it's great to use that but i wouldn't advise that until you follow the music list diet for a while to you know kind of cleanse some of this because uh older now yesterday all day long yesterday i had a tremendous headache even through my lecture last night oh it was awful after my lecture and he said it wouldn't be a couple more hours and i was eliminating a drug you know when i eliminate these drugs and you suffer this tremendous headache but of course it's just like the alcoholic or the dope thing you have to work it out of your system if you take something for it then you're right back where you started from so uh of course one way to start stop it is to start because i'm on a fast and once i go on a fast again i'll have another headache sometimes i'll get it out and i feel fine now before i even sleep last night well as i said next week lecture uh a week is good it might feel pretty awful for a couple days and then you feel real good and then you

feel awful but don't give up understand it for what it is that you are on

juices yeah but even after you're on juices for a while you as
