and my time is up. My speech is over. Is that right?

Thank you. I have a carbon copy here. It's rather hard to see. A spiritual life's ideal. Now this man is the director of World University Roundtable. I haven't had the chance to talk to him and as I say, I don't know him. But I'm sure that he must be very good or he wouldn't be here. So it gives me great pleasure to introduce Dr. Howard John Zitko.

Mr. Chairman, Mr. Huffman, and our hostess, Neville Delhunter, and all you good people here this afternoon. I am indeed humbly grateful to have a part, even a small part, in this seminar. And I do hope that I can bring to you a few thoughts this afternoon which might give you some pause for reflection. I didn't quite know what I was supposed to talk about. Neville Delhunter said some time ago, at least when she approached me about being here, that perhaps I could speak on what lies immediately ahead for us who are contemplating the beginning of the world. And I do hope that I can bring to you some thoughts this afternoon. And I do hope that I can bring to you some thoughts this afternoon. And the Lemurian Theochristic Instruction, which is my major work, which I've been writing since 1936, is really an explanation of how we have come to be

where we are in our present day and age and where we propose to go considering the nature of our identity and the nature of our life. And I do hope that you will understand the nature of our destiny. So I want to talk to you for a few minutes along those lines and perhaps later you may have some opportunity to ask me some questions. What is the next step for mankind? Who is going to take this step? Of what does it consist? Where are we supposed to be going? How do we intend to get there? And when? I believe that these are the questions which are actuating all of our minds in this day and age because we realize that we are on the threshold of an entirely new situation on our planet. There is no question in my mind that we stand upon the threshold of a very wonderful experience in human development. People everywhere are talking about the new age and about the new order of life. But the new order of life is not the new order of life

that is being established on our planet. Well, what is the new age? What is this new order of life that sometimes we speak of so blithely but hardly know just how we ought to define it? What is the nature of this change that is immediately pending? You know people talk about a new age as though it were something that is to take place automatically. Something that we don't really have to do anymore. Something that we don't really have to do anymore. You know, sometimes, when you think about the new age, do anything about, but presto, there it is. This is the basis, is it not, of the old theology, that we can let God do it. Christ paid the price for our salvation upon Calvary, and now all we need to do is to go into heaven on our own ticket. I believe we are beginning to see this problem a little bit more realistically, that if we are going to have a part in the new age, we are going to have to create it for ourselves.

We are going to have to conceive this new order in our own mind, and we are going to have to find the part that we are to play in its building.

People, as I have said, have the idea that all of this somehow is going to be done for us, and all we have to do is to wait and observe and see the whole thing created so that we can move in without any further effort on our part. If the new age is to come at all, it's going to have to be caused.

You know as well as I that there is nothing in this world that takes place without a cause. Every effect is simply the projection of a cause that must have at one time originated in our own mind. So, if there is to be a new world, we're going to have to cause it. You and I, and others like ourselves, are going to be that cause.

You and I will have to conceive this new world, or there never will be a new world. If we go into the next century with the same imperfect people that we have in the world

today, and with the same imperfect institutions with which we are living and struggling, it will be the same imperfect world we know now. The next century will be no different than the present. Nothing will have changed. And the new age will be just as far away as ever.

Well, what is going to bring about this change that we visualize or spiritually intuit as

being immediately before us? Well, of course we wouldn't have to think too much. We'd have to realize, I believe, that there will be a change. Well, of course we wouldn't have to think too much. We'd have to realize, I believe, that there will be a change. There would have to be a plan, a great plan, conceived by the master souls of Earth to

bring about a new state of civilization upon our planet Earth.

Masters of Earth together with, no doubt, certain extraterrestrial beings who have taken an interest in our welfare. I think you probably already believe some of this or you would not be here. Yes, I think that you have, no doubt, given a great deal of thought already to the fact that our world may be under observation and that this new civilization that we conceive

has some relationship to life and intelligence beyond this particular sphere.

I want to come to you this afternoon. For one primary purpose and that is to assure you that there is a plan and that plan

was conceived by perfected minds long before you took present embodiment.

This plan, in fact, was given its original impetus for this present world in which we live 2,000 years ago when the great master came forth and said, I have come to save and restore that which is lost. It is to be done. It is to be done. It is to be done. The great master company executed this great plan by certain Lemurians and Atlanteans who

had in times past come under the jurisdiction of the particular civilization that is to

be restored upon the earth and which is known generally in the Christian world as the kingdom of God. But which we don't too now. but which we generally term divine order. The same divine order that was originally integrated upon the ancient Lemurian motherland, perhaps 70,000 years ago, and which is to be restored to the modern world. At least, so Dr. Ralph Gordon has told us and has mentioned those things to me in my own personal contact with this great personality. A civilization that was far beyond human ability in that early period, but which had its inspiration from certain great beings on the planet Venus. And it appears from the inspiration that we have so far received from Dr. Ralph Gordon that I had a part in this building in those early days, which is one of the reasons why I'm here today. Why I captured my imagination so early in this life. And that the great plan involves many of us today who see in this restoration of that original concept

the beginnings of divine order upon the earth. Behold, as Jesus said, I have come to save and to restore that which is lost. Now, granted that there is a hierarchical plan,

for the restoration of the Lemurian commonwealth as the divine order of the ages, nobis ordo seclorum, as stated in the great seal of the United States, what are its outlines and how would we propose to bring this about? First, let us recognize here and now that people make the world. You know, reporters at one time approached me, approached the great and eminent Dr. Albert Einstein, asked him what, in his opinion, would make the world better, and without hesitation, he said, better people. What more simpler explanation could there be than that? Better people make a better world. For there to be a new world, therefore, for a new age, there has to be a new consciousness. In the human life. The human being will have to be remade. Mankind must have a new education, or we will not realize any fundamental change in our outer life. The first step, then, in the fulfillment of this plan is the university. A new kind of university for a new kind of world.

We are now going to have to do some pioneering work. We are going to have to make a radical departure. From anything that the world has ever known, during at least the past 2,000 years, if we are to get away from this recurrent cycle of poverty, depression, war, suffering, pain, and death. And we're going to have to conceive this kind of world as being possible. Otherwise, we will make no effort to bring it into existence. Now, I cannot, of course, in limited time, that I have here at my disposal, give you all the details about this. Some of you, no doubt, have already given a great deal of thought. And I would not presume that you know nothing about it. But I would like to say this, in this connection, that this university has occupied the thoughts of some of us for a considerable period of time. I, myself, have given almost my unlimited attention for approximately 30 years. 13 years since the World University Roundtable

came into existence here in California. This university we intend to build here in Southern California by reincarnated Lemurians and Atlanteans

who have some consciousness of their destiny. It is going to take a great deal of vision to do a job that is so unlike anything we know today. We can see this university to comprise some 12 colleges, each of which will deal with a major section of human life and affairs, such as the College of Political Science, the College of Natural Science, the College of Spiritual Science, the College of Cultural Science, the College of Therapeutic Science, the College of Agricultural Science, the College of Cultural Science, the College of Educational Science, the College of Industrial Science, the College of Vocational Science, and so on. 12 major colleges to accent the new philosophy and to prepare people to take their places within this 12-fold structure, which was the basis of integrating the Lemurian Commonwealth under Venusian guidance as far back as 70,000 B.C. Now the student will study an equivalent of four years. In the new world,

this will be a compulsory requirement for him to gain his citizenship in the new world. Citizenship will be a matter of spiritual qualification. We have to be prepared to wield the powers of a citizen. Not like in our modern day, we accept it for granted and we do not know the laws or the culture or the philosophy or the destiny of the country in which we live. Now, this student will in fact become a world citizen with a world mission because in order to gain his elevation which means his initiation into the higher wisdom, he will have to transcend the concepts of church and state which means the concepts of sectarianism and nationalism which tend to inhibit and limit the mind in the fullest performance of its duties and possibilities. But this 12 college system is not to be conceived as being located on a single campus. When we deal with a hierarchical plan in which the great masters of the divine wisdom are engaged, we are speaking about the elevation

of mankind in mass. As a unit, the world is now our country. To do good is our religion as one of our early forefathers said on his painting. And so, we need to conceive of this university as having 12 basic centers in the world in 12 major cultural areas in which everything will be indivisibly linked so that the student who graduates will have the world consciousness. No one can expect to be an initiate, an adept or a master unless the world consciousness is cultivated in the human soul. We have already begun work on this. The planning commission which I represent has worked upon this for some 13 years. We embrace more than 50 institutions now across the world. In some 60 countries, some very distinguished delegations who are all working for the same ideal. Only we believe that here in this part of the world we are to establish the pilot project as it were so that others can take the lead from our inspiration. For here is where the new race

is to be born right upon the periphery of a new earth that yet has to rise and will be in various areas like North, Central and South America, Eastern Western Europe, Africa, Near East, Far East, the Pacific area such as Hawaii which will be a tremendous center of the new age as we go into the next century. As I have said, this world university is already in formation. It is not simply an ephemeral dream. We do not just hope that it is going to come about. We know it is coming and there are many who have caught the vision of what has to be before the world will come into this new situation. So we have the new education as being the first step in this integration. Just as logically as anything it could not begin any place but there. The second step is to build a new government based upon divine principle and dedicated to the divine purpose. And this of course will have to come about initially through the development of a residential city

in conjunction with the university and in conjunction with a world cultural center which is also now in process of formation. We are even now looking over Southern California for the necessary acreage to build this world cultural center which will draw people from all over the world and probably will be a point of participation for all the governments so that we are able to educate the mass of mankind through the means of recreation as a world tourist center as well as the younger generations who obviously must be advanced souls before they will be able to absorb the implications of this education so that in times to come they will lay the foundations of the institutions which are to prevail in the next century. So we have to conceive something in which everybody can participate regardless of their academic inclinations or their age or their nationality or faith or whatever it may happen to be. Our work has to transcend all of those considerations

just as in the work of the round table which I do. We have members from all nationalities and all faiths and they find in this work a universal synthesis so that no one feels that we are attempting to convert them to a way of life or to a point of view unlike that which they would care to accept. They find in our work a way of life which they have already accepted through the medium of their own faith. Therefore we are able to work together on common ground. So as I say there will need to be a number of different units to this work. All we know is that the plan for its creation is perfect was perfect before we came into this life but that the world as a whole is not as yet ready to participate in any in the development of this first unit. So that the administration of this community comprising vast souls comprising advanced souls from all parts of the world will become in a sense a pilot project to be delivered elsewhere in the other nations

of the world in times to come. Now in time the divine order will have its seat of power upon lands that do not yet exist but which will rise from the Pacific Ocean and will extend westward from California out toward Hawaii. So that California in time will become the east coast of a new continent instead of the west coast of the present continent. This will take many centuries of course but it is here right on the edge of the new earth upon lands that one time were a part of the original commonwealth that we must make this effort because it is here that the atmosphere is most auspicious for this effort. Now each one of us if we are to enter into the new age at all will have to have a part in its building. This is absolutely certain. No one will ever be able to get into that new type of civilization unless there is a place of trust for him and he is willing to execute it faithfully. This is one of the basic realizations that we have to come to.

And therefore in our meditations we have to enter into rapport with the nature of the plan and the great minds that have conceived it in order to find out what it is that I am to do. There is to be no such government as we know it in the modern world. All direction will be taken from the material, material, spiritual insight. We can verify each other's work but we cannot tell each other what to do. We can of course accept the responsibility of building the new world or we can reject it. In fact that is the basic question that is before all mankind. It doesn't make any difference whether we are consciously aware of it or not. Ignorance is still no excuse for mundane law. The laws are and we are supposed to be aware of them. The plan is and anyone can cognize it but we have to make the effort. Dr. Gordon told me not so long ago don't be concerned with the soul that may fail to take the rightful places. If one doesn't do the work

another one will. And that was somewhat of an encouragement to me because we can hardly conceive if the plan is right and has been conceived at such a high and lofty spiritual level that it could fail because of our own lack of initiative in doing the job. I have been told that by 1960 approximately one year from now we will have the property and the means to go forward. By about 1963 we'll have most of the building. By 1970 the institution should be in fairly good operational order. The Master Katsumi has said in one place and maybe you are cognizant of it that we are living today in an atmosphere of spiritual aridity. He used that expression you know a state in which nothing seems to grow. We hold great ideals but we're struggling with them because we do not seem to be able to amass the right sort of people in the right combinations to do the right sort of work. But he also tells us that as we come down toward the end of the present century

that we will see more of the results of the efforts that we are putting forth now and which seem to have so little appreciation on the part of mankind for the tangible result. Neverdell Hunter I know will recognize that she is a Lemurian just as I am just as most of you are and perhaps you have been told that before. No one told that to me. I only receive verification from time to time. Probably the best verification I've ever had was Dr. Gordon at the time that he elected to speak to me on the subject of the great work. What I know is doing her work as she has come to understand it that could come only through internal revelation. No one could have told her what her work should be and no one probably could tell me what my work is because I have to self-assume the responsibility if it comes to me. And if I become cognizant of a work I should do I am karmically responsible to do it. Otherwise I have shirked an obligation as it were upon a strata

of physical limitation which I would just as soon transcend. And therefore you and I are attempting to find out how we can serve the Great Brotherhood in such a way as to transcend the physical limitations under which we presently live while still living in a physical body. In a new world everyone will have a job and a place and each and every one of us will have to create it for ourselves. Now I just want to add one more thought perhaps about the theochristic conceptions as it was mentioned in the beginning. This particular work I started back in 1936 before I knew about the word occultism or had any esoteric knowledge whatsoever. I never knew that anybody had any ideas along these lines. As a matter of fact I have canvassed the whole world to try and find other minds that held similar views. And they're still rare. This particular study comprises 12 lessons and it covers the entire history of the world from the time that

this original Lemurian commonwealth was introduced to the world under Venusian inspiration where the sons of God came to earth and intermarried with the daughters of men leveled out the consciousness of the race and from that time on humanity began its upward climb. Primitive mankind at that time was incapable of building the type of social structure that we know existed and present day mankind is incapable of building it either. It will have to take advanced souls with a higher gradation of consciousness in conjunction with advanced minds off of this plane of existence in order to do the work. And so this particular study is an attempt to show how you started in Lemuria came down through Atlantis and into modern America so that if you are acquainted with the works of Thomas Newton which works we publish through the World University Roundtable you will recognize as Phallus did when he set forth this great hypothesis at the end of the last century

that America is Lemuria and Atlantis returned and returning that the American is the Lemurian Atlantean reincarnated and he goes on to amplify that thought time and time again to show that this new order of the ages conceived by our forefathers and which has not yet even been conceived by the mass of mankind in this portion of the world still has to be built by those who sense what is meant by the great seal the Jeovistic glory cloud the great pyramid the all-seeing eye and all of the other esoteric symbols that were placed there to show that mankind did not gain his inheritance from Europe or his loss from Rome but that they were traced through Egypt to Atlantis back to Lemuria this is what we are told by the great ones this is the foundation of the work and I have brought some literature along with me you can take it with you look it over and see whether or not you feel that you can conscientiously give it your support

prophetic plans in present day thinking this man has come quite a little distance to get here sort of a roundabout way which Neville mentioned this morning he lives in Prescott, Arizona he is a doctor in a large hospital there in fact a very large hospital because I have seen it but in order to get here he came by the way of San Francisco so if you can figure that one out at least he is here so without very much ado I want to present to you the beloved Dr. Charles Lawhead I want to say first of all

that I am happy to be here and to enjoy this sunny California weather reading the newspaper this morning and seeing that my home state of Ohio was snowed under and temperatures dropping much below zero in some of the Dakotas and so on it makes us realize how fortunate we are to be here at this particular time and that week was in a refresher course that the Army was giving in San Francisco up at the Presidio of the Letterman General Hospital and so I have just finished a whole week of lectures and courses and panels and this is right in the mood of the thing so I hope that all of you folks will take the attitude that anything that is said up here at least by me can be challenged and when the round table comes if you don't go along with it you be sure and say so I believe now last night I came into our hotel room and Neva Dell had suggested that she might like me to speak I had no idea what the subject was so there was a little slip about

prophecy today what's this I have no relationship to prophecy except in a very remote and negative way in which I picked up a few thousand dollars worth of negative publicity at one time which perhaps in a remote way gives me privilege to stand here today and speak about prophecy however I think you have just heard the best speech on prophecy which you will hear today and probably in a long time and so I really don't need to talk on prophecy but except perhaps to make a few remarks about the nature of prophecy and to help us to remind ourselves what we are looking for and expecting in terms of prophecy a long time ago there was a fellow by the name of J.O. I shall call him he might have been Jonah or John or Joel or something but this gentleman happened to have been born in Mesopotamia and was interested in parapsychology apparently anyhow he got the message whether through a friend of his or through his own dabbling I don't know

but the message said to go to a certain very wicked city by the name of Nineveh and tell the Ninevites that they were going to hell fast J.O. thought this over I don't want to go but as these things do they work within the individual and finally he went protesting and in the course of events the ship on which he was taking to his destination was shipwrecked and he was tossed out into the sea and my intuitive wife says he was picked up by a craft and not a fish and eventually landed on a beach this is the modern version so Jonah eventually went to Nineveh and he told the Ninevites get right or get lost

the Ninevites so the story went repented and and the city was not destroyed and J.O. went home and ducked his head under his coat and thought this is a heck of a mess I go out and do something I'm not supposed to do and give a message and it doesn't happen makes me look like a poor fish and I think this there is a point in this story that we have we need to understand in the nature of prophecy because prophecy is for a teaching purpose it's probably to bring people to their senses so to speak in olden times woe unto you Bethsaida or whatever town it was because if if somebody else had heard this message they would have repented long ago eventually Nineveh did get her destruction and so the prophecy was fulfilled there was only a matter of a delay and then you will recall that along in I think it was about the year 54 that another young man possibly from Mesopotamia at one time at least by some of these devious methods heard a message which said

that a certain city in our own US was on the way and it should get right or else this gentleman sat around with his friends on the evening of a predicted catastrophe and a voice came through a beloved channel which purported to be one of authority at least and put this group on the spot they said do you really want this thing to happen do you have enough in your consciousness of good to wish and to will that it will not happen and to pray with all your might that it will not and I'm sure that at that time that there were literally thousands upon thousands of people I know this is true who in their consciousness were willing good and not destruction and so in the morning the paper said uh huh it didn't happen and they pictured Lake Michigan and it was the calmest sea you ever saw in your life not a ripple did you ever see Lake Michigan quiet but this morning it was as quiet as could be would you Californians remember on the same morning

not in Nevada so the energy was dissipated it was there and it was dissipated the point again is the prophecy was not given to be fulfilled for the pure sense of taking a statement and having it come true this was an alerting process and this has always I think been a part of the scheme of things that you are always given a warning beforehand and the world has been warned through these things and is being warned of coming changes this is the prophetic message for today the word changes they are going to come I'm sure everyone of us here agrees that they are going to come just how and when we do not know and perhaps it is just as well that we do not know because then we would constantly carry it in our consciousness and by so doing perhaps attract it to ourselves so delays do occur in these things and I'm sure that the divine purpose is going to work itself out if we have sown the whirlwind we are going to reap it and through thousands and thousands

of years of evolution on this planet man has been sowing negativity and I see no way in which he can escape its harvesting it is not that God is evil or negative or that he hates men on earth but God is a God of law and some of us who have been connected with the law for a good many centuries so to speak and have had it even in our names know that this is true draw your own conclusions there so the law will work and the law is as you know as you sow so you reap and man on this planet for reasons of experience has been sowing in the ground of negativity and so it must come to pass when is it going to start it has started already and has been going on for a long time and many of you who know some of your karmic patterns know that you are even today harvesting the results of these things which were sown perhaps thousands of years ago and if it is true for the individual it is true for groups and it is true for nations and it is true for races

and it is true for plants it is well known that most events occur in cycles and certainly it is true that we recognize now a changing cycle and it is at these times that these things are most apt to occur they are occurring you recall in I think it was about 1950 or 51 in Tibet in Assam there was a tremendous upheaval which destroyed what was known during World War II as the hump between India and the Burma and Tibet and this on this day the world literally exploded the mountains blew up and the streams were destroyed and what little life was left filtered out down to the valleys in utter consternation it can't happen these were the things which have caused some to be called prophets of doom but I think if you will pick up a World Almanac World Almanac and look at the history of the great earthquakes you will find that this has been going on for many years it's not new and it will happen because the earth is still in its process of

evolving mountains are coming up and the seas and islands are sinking and we have the prophecy that the Lemurian continent and the Atlantis will come up I believe that it is true these things are going to happen but nature never moves in a hurry usually now if you happen to have your disaster and head on collision it may happen very rapidly or if you happen to be sleeping in a tent on the mountain side in a park and it blows up then you have had it but for the most part I think that we can assume that these things which we call disasters are going to occur sporadically so don't be disturbed when you hear of snow slides and earthquakes and torrential rains in various parts of the world these things will come and are part of the changing order of things when we begin to talk about prophecy I think we have to think about what it is that we want because in a sense prophecy is a foretelling isn't it it's a looking into the future

and of course the future can think of in one sense as only yesterday and today we can escape this time dimension in a sense because to a higher mind time is only a scheme of things for measuring our experiences and I suppose to the divine eye looking down at the long tape of events which have occurred and are occurring it's in the dimension of now perhaps this is why people with a little higher vision can foresee things which are to come and we attribute to them the ability of prophecy we all have a little of this intuitively and perhaps we should develop this sense because it will give us some of the keys to our own development and may keep us from going through a few red lights now and then what are we expecting now you see these people who they love to sit around and tell about how terrible things are going to be you know any of them they've written a few books too from the experience which I have had I would say to you ask a lot of questions

before you take anyone's statement I don't care who it is whether he be high or low and say is it so is it really so is it going to happen on the ides of March of 19 or 1660 or 70 or whatever is it? how do you know? what precipitates these events is it because somebody said it was going to be so and if it is so predicted can it be changed and I think this is important for our thinking today how much are we able to control our future I think we go back to the the master the teacher brought forth and we can do no better we will find that there again the law is stated what you desire within your heart becomes your future by visualizing it or as Jesus would say by believing that you have already the thing which you desire it shall be done unto you and so I would caution you today as you hear these reports coming out that you do not dwell on them because it may not be for you and if you can and are able to visualize a constructive

and a happy future for yourself nothing in the world can prevent it from occurring to you this does not mean that you may not have to experience certain things which you would call terrible but I have learned that for me nothing can hurt me and I hope that you can learn this this is important for our as we look into these new days this is based on a knowing that you belong to the universe that you exist and are and nothing in the world can destroy your place therefore what if somebody should shoot your horse out from under you I think I have said to groups before that we liken our physical bodies to vehicles and perhaps we ought to talk a little bit about vehicles because there seems to be a lot of concern these days about vehicles particularly at this time of the year when all the new models come out and I have some friends who every night or almost every night are out looking for certain vehicles which they think are flashing

across the sky and there goes a new Ford a 1960 Cadillac these are vehicles I think we might do well if we begin to put our emphasis not on the vehicle but on the intelligence which drives this vehicle and if our bodies are vehicles then perhaps we ought to be directing our attention to the intelligence which is behind this wheel and we do have wheels you know this I think our Indian friends call them chakras but they are wheels they are full of galaxies of energy and much that goes on within our mental processes reflects back into these wheels and this is where the energy is developed which drives the machine it's coming in from power sources which are outside of our planet and which are filtered into our physical body and put into physical energy by the mechanisms of our glands and nervous system and distributed by the bloodstream as you well know I like to talk to my patients in terms of considering the body which they inhabit as being only a vehicle

it is not themselves you are not hearing me today you are only hearing some vocal cords down here you do not see me you think you do you only see my vehicle you have never seen me and I dare say that no man has ever seen another in a sense because the spirit within which is the real man is covered and cannot be seen and we kid ourselves a good deal about our emphasis upon these vehicles and what we put into them and on them is going to be based on the kind of thinking which goes on within the intelligence chamber of this vehicle

you have heard much spoken of in connection with the coming of the kingdom long ago a master teacher spoke about the coming of the kingdom and since then many priests and prophets and fellow travelers have been on the train wagon and claimed to know about the coming of the kingdom you are hearing it today I have a few concepts about this which I would like to share with you perhaps in a way of caution perhaps in a way of conception there was a certain gentleman who was a member of the circle of the masters group of twelve who was very much interested in the coming of a physical kingdom you know him by name and he was very disturbed even after three years of association with this intimate association with this teacher the boys weren't they didn't get the idea they had to get in there and get this thing on the road and he was very much interested in seeing that it came in with power and glory and to the very end he was convinced

that even the man who was his guide and teacher was on the wrong track because he said it wasn't a physical thing and he couldn't understand this as a matter of fact he lost his life defending his idea this same gentleman came back a little time a few hundred years later in another cycle and he hadn't lost the idea he still had the idea that the kingdom was a physical thing he hadn't been known at that time this gentleman at least was put into a position of power as you know and it came to his attention that the way to bring in the kingdom was to bring it in so he said you every one of you you and you and you and especially you are going to be Christians why because I said so you know what happened I think this gentleman must have had a little inkling of his past because he called the council of the wise men of his day who happened to be also priests and fathers and so on of the church and he said to them gentlemen this teaching which we now have

about reincarnation has got to go it's no good so it went to the council of Nicaea about 500 AD there are many Christians who don't know this they do not know that Jesus taught it was a doctrine of the church until it was removed by this gentleman so being unable to face his past he had the idea removed thinking that by doing so he could strike it off of the pages of the records and it would finish it I'm afraid it's come back to stare him in the face so today we are still talking about the coming of the kingdom you hear it we heard a brochure the other day in the mail from some gentleman I don't recall his name and he said he had been on a certain spacecraft and he was talking to some of the uppity ups on this craft and they said oh we got it all fixed now the kingdom is going to come down on the earth and it's going to be this way is it so is this the way the master teacher said it was going to come in go back and check the record yourself

the scientific method that we are using today is to take nothing on fact or face but to question it you're entitled to this privilege whether it comes from whoever you have the right as an intelligent person to question it so when anybody says that the kingdom is going to come in in such and such a matter you have the right to say huh let's see and then go back and check known sources which you can confide in it is my impression that the kingdom of which the teacher Jesus spoke was not a physical kingdom that is it was not a kingdom of gadgets and gizmos and video and when we begin to put our emphasis upon these things as our primary concern and we're missing the whole point because the kingdom comes within the kingdom is an integration of the principles of which we are made it is a dispelling of that thing which we call maya or the illusion which now separates us from being a well integrated being what are we after then what are we looking for

you will each have to ask yourself what do you want to be your future what are you going to proclaim will it be the doctrine of death and destruction or will it be the program of a new age which must come in indeed with new creatures now it is very likely true that many of the things which we have heard prophetically will come to pass perhaps not overnight perhaps in periods of many years you recall the story of Moses who was going to lead his people out to Egypt and the idea came in very forcefully when he was about 40 years old he went to the people and said come on let's do it in essence they said who the heck are you and he went into hiding for 40 years before the move came

so they can get it on tape the earth is capable of producing now but it wouldn't be a sense of sharing the wealth that advocates taking away from those who already have it making the poor rich and the rich poor which most previous systems of economics have advocated and destroying those who have contributed the most generally speaking or have the talent to produce an abundance of services and goods for the fellow man through initiative but the means of applying these new principles to the new age is through the normal processes which anything of a governmental nature is through government everything in the cosmos goes according to order a very well ordered principles and procedures and we are citizens of a society a social order as individuals we can perhaps attempt to perfect ourselves to tuning in to the higher vibrations and finding out what our place is in the new age but we have to apply whatever information we have come to us otherwise

it has little value this is the way we conducted our panels if I am evading the question please bring me back to the point the money system per se the way you handled it what would you say about that there are two different viewpoints one is that individuals are wrong or that what we need to do is change man and if everybody thought like I would everything would be fine this is one attitude the other attitude is that there is something wrong with the system there is something wrong with the environment we live in violation of all the spiritual principles in which he holds dear to his heart this I believe is a situation in which the peoples of the earth find themselves I say there is a basic policy in a money system of economics and I think all your holy works will bring this out and have mentioned it and many of the communications from the space people have mentioned it this foundation of a different system of economics and then all these things

will be added unto it but I might point out that the reason a money system of economics is inadequate it is obvious that it is inadequate it is not working now you might say that this can be attributed to human frailty but I really don't think that human beings are so bad I think they are pretty good people given an opportunity to express the divine image of what life should be like without being forced to contribute a very large percentage of their time and energy towards murdering their fellow man and the reason the present economic system is not workable is because it has proved impossible through thousands of years of our enduring this mother Babylon the great which is due to fall which must fall is that if this law of prior choice is valid it violates this law and our ability to purchase at the present time is based upon a fractional part of a sum total of our life up until the time of purchase and one of the reasons that it fails to work

is that we cannot distribute the abundance of the earth now if people do not have money to pay us in return this is an equal value exchanging system and while there are people starving in other parts of the country we would like nothing better here in the United States than any area of abundance than to engage in trade with those people to elevate their standard of living so they in turn can elevate our own but we cannot in an economic in a money exchanging system where they must have something to give us in return otherwise they can receive nothing this is the bottom of a money system change this to a prior choice system of economics which is explained and if you haven't got one be sure that you get one I think there's still some more over there and you'll be surprised what will happen what about the question of greed however I mean regardless of whether you exchange beans and bananas and beefsteak or whether you use the money itself

the individual who is greedy is still going to be greedy is he not ah yes ah

but we have to be practical if we are to accomplish a new way of life a whole new social structure and to incorporate spiritual principles into this new way of life we have to be able to start from where we are now right now and rather than saying all we need to do is get rid of human greed and let's see who is greedy you and you and you am I the dictator to point this out and say all we have to do is liquidate you and the earth will be fine no I say we use human greed to accomplish the kingdom of heaven on earth and we do this by ah letting these people who are greedy and want nothing more in life than to be the top man on the list the fellow who has earned more money or more national recognition through doing more service or contributing more service to his fellow man than to be the top man on the list he is greedy in that he wants to render so much service or get so much money or points that he gets recognition for it

that he works 18 hours a day to do it and ah he may wind up with ulcers because of his greed ah but in the meantime perhaps he is producing 50 million automobiles a year that ah various peoples of the world can receive the benefit of now in the process ah perhaps that the rest of the people coming to live in a society in which ah they are not forced to go out and murder their fellow man even though they know this is the wrong thing to do they don't want to do it perhaps they will have more leisure time for being educated properly and so all of these spiritual principles and universities and ah teachings can ah teachings from our planetary brothers and all the good things of life can influence the masses of the people when we have respect of the people but to attempt to get the cart before the horse to influence peoples ah awareness before we have their respect is proving ah to be a very slow process re-education of the peoples of the world

ah has been going on for a very long time of course a certain amount of education is necessary in order to round up the people who are actually willing now to take the action and understand what action must be necessary and then do it ah to bring about this idealistic state ah so education is a process but it must work hand in hand ah but when we get the respect in the eyes and ears of the world focused upon ah this movement and I speak of the flying saucer movement because it is a movement of the new age ah and ah we ah we have the ability or the potential of the world on this movement ah through the the sensational nature of it everybody is thinking about our space now in spite of themselves they didn't think about it a couple of years ago before Sputnik but they do now ah so to answer your question what is necessary ah around the bush there it is necessary to ah continue to to work and to as we have in the past in attempting to

bring light educate ah to bring light to more and more people but to work more closely together so that through this power of groups working together we can change the world we can nullify these destructive prophecies that would normally occur unless we do something to change them and we can do this through the flying saucer movement through ah commanding the attention of the people of the world through the press through national conventions then through political action which is the only way to change the laws of your government through legislation in the through the government that controls every action that you make almost you can bring about in a non-destructive destructive manner in a legal manner in a legitimate manner the things that we have been working for throughout the ages

there must be another question I would like to ask Dr. Zipko on the atomic system on the economic system Dr. Zipko she wants some comments on the economic system you are getting rather materialistic here by devoting so much time to the economic system yes I have given a lot of thought to that myself and the first three lessons of the heuristic conception deal entirely with the economic system of the future but as I have already expressed to you we go back into the past to see how the economic order was established to begin with of course we have to have long memories don't we if we are going to go back 70,000 or more years ago to find out how people lived in that early period now I must admit I give a somewhat invariance to what Gabriel Green has given you I don't find any really objection to it it probably is too radical a departure and if he says we are to influence our government it would take a long time because we are up against

the mass consciousness of millions of people and they are not going to see it our way unless something happens to them internally to prompt them to lift their sights a little bit higher to see things with a more spiritual view so I think that we can go back into scripture for one thing and go back into what used to be called the first five books of Moses but we know that Moses never wrote those books even our historians have departed from that view they go back before the time of Hammurabi of the Babylonian Empire he only codified the laws that existed even before his time but I think that we can recover something of knowledge of how the Lemurian Atlantean civilizations were established and get some insight concerning how we could arrange our economic order in such a way as to prevent the breakdown of the system as we are visualizing it or as we see it really in our day and time it was just mentioned the other day that nine billions of dollars every year

is collected by the government to go into interest so while the interest rate rises and the taxes rise and there are more strikes and the government is collecting less and less money but the cost of living is going up and up we can begin to see that eventually the extremes will get so great that there will be a bust just like a balloon you blow it so high or so large and eventually it breaks well I believe that we are coming because it is not right it is contrary to the biblical injunctions that were given to us by the prophets of old and therefore we are going to have to make some departure but I say that the kingdom has to be developed from within we have to get close to this new economic order in our own consciousness and then we may have to arrange ourselves in a new form of society in order to bridge the transition into the new age one of our speakers I think Dr. Lawford is it Lawhead spoke about whether the kingdom was physical or not

I do believe that we have misinterpreted the Master where he said my kingdom is not of this world but if we look back into the year of the first century to the time of the first century realize that we were living the people of that time were living in a Roman world built upon the concept of force and in a Jewish world that was built upon the concept of fear so militarism on the one hand and ecclesiasticism on the other has tended to bind man's mind to a very restrictive way of life and the Master said my kingdom is not of this world of fear or force it is a world of faith and love and I think that if we want to project our view into the future we must realize that we have got to change that our whole society is going to change upon this physical sphere and that we must arrive at some time in the future whether it is next century or a thousand, ten thousand years from now of a perfected society and I dare say that we will be around

on this planet a long time until we are able to accomplish that end and I think that what Gabriel Greene and others are attempting to show us is that there is a way out and we should consider it seriously and develop a sense of cosmic or divine affinity with each other in order to lay the foundations of this better world unless we do that it never will come about I have a question now I want to get Mark up there because I am interested in the karmic patterns of man and I don't believe that we are going to be on the wheel forever so if there is a mechanical means to get us off this wheel in a hurry by electronics I am for it

in his lecture this morning at least I heard what I wanted to hear you know how all of you hear what point you want to hear and I heard what I wanted to hear he said in his talk this morning that he even could go in now to the patterns and the chemistries of man and to find out what made Johnny tick and Mark will you tell him something about that or it's a question well tell me about it then but I'll sit back here would you all like to hear about that I mean I will can we raise this up a bit it's just for the tape recorder Mark I just wanted to raise it up so the tape recorder would get it better I think it will ok well your question as I understand it was something about comic burdens yes we've had some evidence in that direction it's been encouraging as far as it has gone past misdeeds produce an emotional reaction against us both on the part of those who we have harmed and within ourselves in our own involuntary or unconscious feelings of

guilt or remorse I can hear you Mark they have to stray alright as far as we've been able to determine from our own research and past life readings those adverse emotions tend to be self perpetuating to a very marked extent unless we do something about them that is we bring them in with us life after life they don't seem to be self limiting that is where we can make a contribution with our particular type of emotional processing type of exercises that produce release because these self perpetuating emotions are in their turn electronic energy patterns and we can break up and dissipate those patterns with our methods we can pull the energy out of them so they collapse shall we say so they don't have any so they no longer have enough power to have any effect upon us so in that way we can terminate we can finish off once and for all the effects of the adverse causes which we have set in motion either earlier in the present lifetime or in past lifetimes

and that has been demonstrated with a number of individuals Mark just what an eye chronic process takes place to break up these emotional patterns well it takes at least a 40 hour course to explain that I can attempt to make a very brief synopsis of it whether it will have much meaning I don't know to those who are listening but we have ways of leading people to directed visualization exercises which have the effect of pulling the energy out of these patterns and we register that energy change on the electronic instruments that we use in this work we use to monitor our work what we call the acrosecond does this actually pick up the magnetic radiated field no it doesn't pick up a magnetic radiated field it picks up changes in the electronic characteristics of the body as the mind is put to these exercises there is a very close interrelationship between the mind and the body and we get the reflection of it so we say in the body

any other questions yes well that is a very interesting question a very good question I would say that there is no particular end of justice served by endless punishment there should be a limit and also in releasing people from the negative burdens from the electronic control mechanisms that are keeping them down into a negative emotional band a negative thought band we are improving their condition when we release them from those because then they can walk into a constructive band where they can function in a constructive manner and be of assistance both to themselves in their own progression and to others so that the effect of releasing them is beneficial rather than adverse insofar as we have been able to determine yes in other words it is a functional viewpoint rather than a moralistic viewpoint yes what you were just saying sounds too much like the yes that is true except we do not in our work use more recent Scientology
