If you like, I'll read the question and then Mrs. Troxell will answer the question to the best of her ability. First, is there a practical application of this force in one mortal world or in our mortal world?

I suppose you're speaking of the thought force. Yes, there certainly is. And I was trying to convey that the brothers have said that if we as a nation or we as a civilization, particularly if we as a nation would all, with one accord, use our thought force not as a force as we know force, but as a love call, calling and extending our thought force our love to all humanity on earth and in cosmos. And this is without reservation. In other words, love our enemies, love all races without any reservation. And with that in mind, calling for help, knowing that we will comply with cosmic laws. If we then all at once and all at once do it with the same force. Yes, the brothers have said we have no idea yet of the tremendous force of love and thought because it is God created. And what the creator creates is by far greater in power than anything man can do. And we have yet to understand this. But we will.

How can we become attuned to the higher beings and their messages? An interesting suggestion was made to me for all higher attunement. I can well understand that different people require different tactics. But it was suggested to me and I have freely offered it to others and it does seem to be of great benefit. The main thing to do is to forget self which is awfully hard to do. And it is not easy. And it took me three years to begin to understand this how to overcome thinking of self. But they have suggested that if I or you go outdoors each night and look, stand alone where you can see the sky and take in the total sky area realizing that every pinpoint of light out there carries thousands of people just like us. Only better. And when we look and look and think out there and try to imagine the kinds of people and family lives that are living in all those spots of light infinite, infinite. When you do this by the half hour you can see the sky.

Every night for a week believe me you're awfully small. You learn to step back and recognize the magnitude of the creator.

Then with that feeling you have a reverence for a mind which can create all this and pull strings on all minds and people and worlds and systems and cosmic beings flying interplanetary. And you even have respect for him because he has confined us until we know better. Then you're in tune. Then you'll be reached. And when you begin to hear even so little a voice as that inner voice and you listen as to a long distance telephone call and you listen to a long distance telephone call and you listen to a long distance telephone conversation the best instruction I had was stop thinking and receive. How to stop thinking? Think out there. You're not here anymore because there's so much. You're part of the universe. And if you begin to hear if you are truly listening you're not thinking. You'd be surprised how much we don't listen because we're thinking. It's a lot of self-work to be attuned. Have you been advised to go on a special diet in order to carry on your work?

You don't think they thought I looked fat?

Actually, yes. It was suggested. And when I followed it I felt wonderful. And when I didn't follow it I caught colds. And this was to reduce the meat to nothing. No meat in the system. And I think when we think about it taking the life of any animal for our own stomachs is really a little revolting. We don't need to. We can live on berries and fruit and figs and nuts. And the fruits of the Garden of Eden that were given to us. We don't have to kill. We don't have to kill any animal. Because when you understand this total story and the long dissertations about the life energy being in man and in animal and in plants for that matter it's sacrilege to kill anything.

Where can one find the Book of Enoch? If you find the Book of Enoch a larger copy than this one I hope you hang on to it or let me buy it from you. The Book of Enoch is a large edition in the Los Angeles public library which they will not permit to go out. It's in their section of Religion and Philosophy. And be worth your time to stop in there and ask for it and read even parts of it. I have tried repeatedly to obtain this particular volume which was printed in England in 1896 and is out of print and is a very scholarly book done by R.H. Charles who spent considerable many years working at it putting the pieces together from various countries from Egypt and Caldea and from the Aramaic and from the Slavonic and from the Ethioptic and translating and he has all these references references to where they came from and the original tongues and the original Hebrew and so forth and he has references to the similar paragraphs in our Bible and in the

Dead Sea Scrolls and so forth. It is a treatise that I very much wish to own. In my search for even a second-hand copy of it this one showed up in San Francisco from San Francisco and it is by someone else but I mean the translations were by someone else it's very much more incomplete and not nearly so good as translations nor are there many references or other possibilities given in it. Still it's better than not at all but periodically I go back to the library and read this other one and I hope sometime it will show up. How do they test the minds of people? Do they ask questions or just listen? They just listen. That's all I need. I suppose in a way they must ask questions but remember that in asking a question they project a thought to your mind. You don't necessarily have to hear that question but your mind works on it. There are three stages of the mind. Thought transmission one we get as a sort of a feeling or a hunch we call it give you an idea

this we've accepted a thought without really understanding why and the other is we really suddenly realize we got an idea where did that idea come from? Gee we didn't have that a minute ago and we really recognize that it comes from someplace else but we don't know where. And the third stage is hearing. Really hearing it. When we get so carefully attuned that we are not so self-important anymore that they can break through and reach that mind that's getting so busy. Just remember we're radio sets. If you're turning the dials up and down well you can't get any one station. And if you're turning a dial real loud how do you expect to hear the man next to it that's trying to talk softly? We have to tune ourselves in. That's attunement. Is family life anything like ours on other planets? Well I haven't been there but I can only I only know by what little bit has been said and that apparently is very much like ours. How many space persons are there working

in California? I'm not permitted to say but you'd be surprised. What is the stone that's been set in your ring? Well I've had it for many years. No it isn't.

No. I can't answer that. What about the banks that mention these for what? Oh books. What about the books that mention those from other planets who do not express brotherly love? Well I don't know what this refers to do you? Because there's been only one one expression in all of the contactees that I know personally and know of. And I counted one time 27 contactees that I know personally and there was only one other who was not a contactee who has written a book who speaks of anything but love. And all 27 of them are the same. And all 27 of the contactees that I have know personally all have the same message. But the one who is not a contactee and wrote a book does not speak of love. Doesn't that answer you? Have you an explanation of the sons of the sons of God came down found the daughters of men fair? Yes. I don't know an awful lot about this sons of daughters sons of God and marrying with the daughters of men. I'm afraid I don't know enough about it to answer your question.

But I do know that it happened long ago and that even Enoch mentions it. But I do believe that without my searching carefully to answer it as well as I should that it has been my assumption of what I've gathered on this that those were the angels that who long ago came down. Those were the very high beings the beings of light. But this was long before Adamic man was placed here. I hope I've helped you to understand another phase of this tonight. And it's been wonderful talking with you. Wasn't this a wonderful talk? Thank you Mrs. Troxell. And on behalf of this unit I hope that in the not too distant future you will favor us with another talk. Thank you. Many of you are aware what Project Outer Space means to us in the saucer movement and what it is going to mean to you and all the people throughout the world. Project Outer Space is going to be a motion picture that we intend to do within the next few weeks. We shall start production. In fact it amazes me no end to realize how much ground that

we have covered within six months. Because you people and all the people throughout the United States and many of those in Canada and England, and Europe have become part of this great movement. They are so interested in making this motion picture that every day I get hundreds of letters, in fact I can't answer them all, telling me how wonderful it is to have this picture and how they are looking forward to being a part of it and being able to see it when it is complete. You yourself realize how important this picture is to you and you as an audience, having heard the stories of the various contactees and the scientists telling how they can make this saucer and go to the moon and all the various things that are the components part of this great movement, how wonderful it is going to be not only to hear it but to see it actually happen on the screen, to realize the dreams that have happened to these wonderful people become a reality in motion pictures. This to me is a great achievement and

you are helping to be a part of this. We have now pledges of many thousands of dollars, almost enough to start our picture. But if some of you folks sitting out there tonight have not heard about the project, have not been able to be a part of it, we will need you, not only financially, that is not so important, yes it's important but not too important, but we need you to help in the acting. So we'll be standing over there after a while and if some of you people feel that you can be an active member in this particular program, maybe you can paint scenery, maybe you can help with the wardrobe, there are many things that each of us can do and offer our services for to make this picture a reality to all of us. So I'll be standing over there and I'd love to talk to you and explain to you and so that you each can become a part of it and know what the project means to you, to me and to all of us and to all the people throughout the world who are waiting to see this picture. So thank you very much for

your kind attention and it's wonderful to see you all here tonight. Thank you. One more

thing, we have in the audience the only man so far as we know who has a duly notarized deed to the moon. Since we have with us tonight a couple of men who are going there fairly shortly, perhaps these two men ought to get together so there won't be any question of property rights when they land. Mr. William E. Dudman, would you like to come up and say just a word about your deed to the moon?

The deed was drawn as we were sitting around the table one night. As most people do, having coffee or whatever you have. And the subject came up about what you people right here talk about all the time, about outer space, people going to the moon. That was brought up and of course my wife and I both, that was in Phoenix, Arizona, we held real estate licenses there and my wife is in escrow work now, which was great help to me. And the subject was mentioned. Well, why not do something that no one else had ever done? All of us like to do something like that. So the subject kept going, kept going, and someone said, well, why don't someone own the moon? First one thing led to another. My wife talked to us. I had another follow-in with me on this. So we immediately started getting data together. Took a lot of time in the libraries, a lot of legal time, studying on it. Finally, we came up with what we think is the correct and legal deed to the moon. Thank you. Yes, I have it. It's recorded. Now, the

county recorder, when it came out, it did hit the newspapers when it was recorded. He said he was forced to record the deed because it was a legal document. There it is, the legal document. Thank you very much.

As I said to Mr. Goodman when he first showed me the deed, this is undoubtedly a very good and legal deed, especially if you can get there first to hold your claim, unless there happen to be a few people up there already who have the idea that they own it. We have still quite a long program. As you know, we have with us Mr. Otis C. Carr, president of the OTC industry, and Major Wayne Aho of Washington

Saucer Intelligence. Wayne, I think you're going to speak first? Yes. I think all of you know Wayne well enough so it isn't necessary to give any lengthy introduction. You know that he was a member of Army Combat Intelligence Service during the war, that he hit the Omaha Beach on D-Day, I believe. Isn't that right? And that he has a purple heart and a few other decorations to show for his activities with our country. He has become very interested in the craft which we are now so frequently seeing in our atmosphere and occasionally upon our ground because he has learned that they are real, something that not all of even our Army Intelligence men seem to know as yet. But this is one man who does know it. So without further ado, I'll give you Major Wayne Ailey. Thank you very much, Dan Fry, and good evening, friends. I'd like to know in the beginning of our program first how many are attending their first lecture of this type in this auditorium this evening. Would you raise your hands high,

please, those that are attending their first lecture? Well, that is very good. I'm always happy to see new faces, new people, because it means that more persons are receiving an introduction to this fantastic subject. Before the program is concluded this evening, after you have heard the things that Mr. Oldest Carr and I have to tell you about actual plans for going out into space from this earth to prove the things we are talking about from these platforms, I'm going to ask for a showing of hands of any persons that feel convinced enough and confident enough that they would be willing to volunteer for the third seat on this craft when it leaves for the moon. We have some volunteers already without any explanation. That's very good. I would like to tell you about the programs that we have scheduled yet in this region before Mr. Carr has to return toward the east, but I'd like to know also, in the way of information, how many persons are here because of the Hunter

radio program here in Los Angeles? How many heard of these lectures on the radio program, KFI? Thank you very much. These radio programs, these night owl, hoot owl shifts, stir up a lot of interest. I know that many people are brought into these activities because they begin to hear these things talked about in a serious vein by many people, and I think that's a good thing. I think that's a good thing. And they begin to understand that there must be something going on, so they come to investigate. We are going to be in Long Beach tomorrow afternoon at 2.30 at Morgan Hall, Locust near 8th. 2.30 tomorrow afternoon in Long Beach, California. Then Monday evening at El Monte, the original club of the understanding groups, at 517 Stewart Street at 8 o'clock p.m., Monday evening. You could pass this information on to your friends so that they can be sure and hear Mr. Carr while he's in this region. He returns toward the east immediately after this.

I will spend a few days out in the desert area that I enjoy so much. It is always a sort of homecoming because this is where I saw a craft land on the Mojave Desert on May 11 of 1957 while attending the Giant Rock Space Convention in 1957. Many fantastic things happened as a result of this experience, actually seeing a craft land. I don't tell some of the things that happened from a lecture platform because they are things of a personal nature in many ways, but I learned from this nighttime of experience how our civilization is hanging by a thread. While having dinner, we used the expression this evening, in discussing the weight what man would weigh on the surface of this earth and compared to the actual bulk or mass of this planet, Mr. Carr used the expression we wouldn't weigh more than a gnat's whisker. So from what I learned from this experience, you might say that our civilization, the decision of whether we go up into higher consciousness

or go back into the Middle Ages, the Dark Ages again, as a civilization, seems to hang by a gnat's whisker. And the gnat's whisker is the consciousness of people. Whether they are attaining, reaching toward higher things, higher consciousness, and trying to overcome the destructive devices and tendencies of man, the destructive tendencies and the desire to control and rule others and dictate that has held man in bondage on this planet for many thousands of years and has made him a sort of a robot, almost. At least in the case of many nations. And almost so in the case of America. So it is hanging by a gnat's whisker. That is one reason why at that time, shortly after this experience, two weeks after in fact, I decided to go to Washington, D.C., and I have been working on this program ever since that time. I have visited the office of every senator and every congressman asking them to bring to the public a free flow of information on this subject.

Because it doesn't take a great deal of study that when you begin to comprehend what the hazard, the dangers are to our civilization, and you can see very clearly that the only way out of this predicament is higher consciousness. There is no other route. A sort of squeeze play is on. And the only way out of it is to go higher. And one way to go higher is to find out about universal life, and one way to go higher is to find out about universal life, and one way to go higher is to find out about universal life, and one way to go higher is to find out about universal life, life throughout the universe, that we are not physical material beings living on what you might call a physical material planet. We have a much higher heritage, and we have a right to communicate with and develop understanding and knowledge by visiting and coming to know interplanetary brothers that live on other planets, highly developed civilizations

that could tell us very much if we would listen. That is one way out of this predicament. Every day, while I have been working on this program going on two years, I have seen the trap closing tighter and tighter, and some people are so misled, misguided, and so hypnotized by the things around them, and so hypnotized by the things around them, that they have not had a chance yet even to find out that they are being trapped, that freedom on this planet might cease to exist unless some people wake up.

I have met many wonderful people in the course of this work. I have reached millions of people nationwide. Mr. Carr and I expect to reach on this lecture tour a total of 25 million people. I have personally formed clubs in many of the major cities of the nation, including New York City, in many of the major cities of the nation, including New York City, in many of the major cities of the nation, including New York City, Chicago, Denver, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, St. Louis, some 16 cities in various parts of the nation, encouraging these groups and these clubs to do something. I am very familiar with the group, the work of the understanding groups I have lectured at practically all of these clubs as far east as Baltimore, and I know the wonderful work that Daniel Fry and all of these clubs are doing. and all of these clubs are doing. We have material to work with. The material is people. And we are trying to develop

consciousness, a higher consciousness to the point that man can begin to understand greater things than dollars and cents, than buildings and building sort of castles out of material things here. But understanding that there is a far greater heritage we all have if we want to bring ourselves to it. All we have to do is seek and ask and work diligently in this direction. These people that are visiting us in these spaceships have been able to prove these things. They know these things for sure. Many of us are beginning to comprehend this higher heritage. And we are encouraging millions and millions of people on the surface of this planet to strive, just like to drive, to make money, just to get these things and such. But I do not want people to be told that they are bottles, but I think that's hard to understand. If we are not able to get these things right, of this planet to strive for higher things. We realize that we are pouring, in our own nation,

billions of dollars into armaments, missiles, rockets. We have behind us now about a $19 billion program of taxpayers' money spent on rockets and missiles, additional billions spent on atomic bombs, hydrogen bombs. Every nation where the people are able to produce a sort of tax return over and above their living expenses, all of these nations are doing the same thing, building armaments. Within a few years, these missiles and rockets, these weapons, will be aimed at the heart of every city of any size on the face of the Earth. And I wouldn't be surprised if Los Angeles would have several aimed at the heart of this city. We are living in very critical, very perilous times, where man is going to decide in the near future whether he's going to go upward or whether he's going to end his existence on this planet and go back to the caves. Dr. Einstein, a brilliant man that you will hear something about. This evening said that if there is a third world war,

the fourth will be fought with bows and arrows. I wonder myself whether there would be any survivors when we have reaped the reward of radioactivity planet wide. It might destroy all human, animal, and plant life for millions of years to come. And even if the Earth nations do not engage in this program, there is still another program that we find we must contend with,

and that is a world conspiracy aimed at taking over all of the freedom of man, not necessarily by war, but by subversion from within. This is very clearly brought out in a book called The Pentagon Case that I think every American should read nowadays. It will be a bestseller, I am sure. Every one of you people should read this book. There is a lot of talk on the topic of the towers in a negative way. Who did you know? Wasn't it Piggy Owens? That would be a good example. It is the grave sin of being who you are. It's the grave sin of being what is worth and not worth. It's the grave sin of being who you are. This is the great mystery in the history of the last century. It's an entire history of civilization. God is the creator of the universe. God is God who created man. God created man. God created himself. God created nature. Have you ever heard one of the greatest mysteries of history? God created man. This was written in the Neolithic time in the 18th century.

God is God who created the universe. He created man. If they can find even a few minutes or a few hours in a week or a month of free time, a time for relaxation, they give thanks and say, This is really a nice thing we have here. But they don't realize many of the forces and pressures going on about them that are bringing man closer and closer to his work, that are limiting his ability to expand his thinking and his knowing about things. Especially if it comes to higher consciousness. This book is written by a former naval flyer who worked in the Pentagon as a top-level speechwriter. He discovered this conspiracy and how it is working. He was able to see the picture on a nationwide, worldwide scale. He tried to expose it. Soon attempts were made on his life. A large limousine tried to run him down in the Pentagon parking lot as he was going to his car late one evening. Evening after work. A limousine that was standing still as though it were unoccupied

suddenly surged forward and tried to run him down. He was a long-legged flyer. He was able to jump and roll and escape with his life. When he persisted in his attempts to expose this conspiracy, he says in this book that the feelers, it reaches to the White House, to the Senate, all brackets of our government, into our public schools, into your neighborhood movie theater by the type of shows that are being presented. In our movies. Into the neighborhood magazine counter by the type of material that is being presented to the reading public, young people and old, to take their mind off of higher or better things and sort of confuse them. Give them a lot of rot about how our families have deteriorated, how there is nothing anymore to family life or to higher ideals. How every young person is a juvenile delinquent running around the world. How every young person is a juvenile delinquent running around the world. How every young person is a juvenile delinquent running around with a switchblade knife

using psychology in this program, knowing that young people have impressive minds and these things become impressed on their minds. More young people begin to follow this sort of thinking and ideas. They think this is the way to live. Why, in Brooklyn and all kinds of places, they are doing these things. So they go out and do it too. And we find in our national press that J. Edgar Hoover, the head of the FBI, now announces that 34% of crimes are now committed by younger than 18-year-olds. He says if it gets much worse, it will not be safe on the public streets and the parks or the highways within a few years' time for any person. The thing that American people don't know is that these things that are happening around us that we don't like, that this is a part of a world conspiracy. And some people say, people are spending money to do these things. Money collected right here in America. It doesn't come from Moscow.

Russians are being taxed too. But this money is being collected and paid for by American people to subvert themselves. Taxpayers are building beautiful public schools and taxing themselves to the hilt to build these institutions of learning. This man brings out a very interesting thought that some of the books being used in our public schools are being written by these subversive elements and are being studied by American students in these beautiful schools. People don't know these things. And when you tell them, sometimes they say, oh, this couldn't be true. It just couldn't be true. Why, it's too fantastic. This book is a must for every American to read. Not that you will agree with every idea presented in there, but the things that tell about this man's experience are a personal experience. I've met him twice. My wife has met him. I've met his family and seen his children in his home. He writes this book as fiction

on the advice of the Senate Subversives Committee for his protection and the protection of the publisher because he names in here that you will be able to recognize even though the spelling isn't exactly the way it would be in real life. He comes very close to pointing out the real situation.

Of course, many people know more than what this book says, but it is something, one of the product of our times, that we not only have armaments or the destructive effect of armaments to deal with and think with, but subversion, a sort of boring process from within. This is especially dangerous because people many times are not able to recognize it. It is very subtle. You read what's written, you read what's written, you read what's written, you read what's written, you read what's written, it seems like a beautiful story and suddenly you see a twist in it. You go to see a movie and you get along in there somewhere and you see a twist, warping of men's minds, and you see it in your neighborhood magazine counter. This author points out what can be done about it, not by hate, but by a constructive program. The first step always is public enlightenment. Fulton Lewis, Jr. has recommended this book for every American to read

as a public enlightenment. Many others. We will receive orders for this book tonight. Mrs. Aho is at the center of the table over here on the side. You will find many interesting books to secure those of you that are new, but at the OTC counter you will find several items of interest, including The Prodigal Genius. This will be on display there. many people are volunteering one person in Oklahoma City where we had a public program and were interviewed on six TV programs in one day in Oklahoma City six television programs in one day this was a record for us and by the time we concluded our public program that evening we were very tired we crawled slowly off to bed on one of these programs one person called in and

said I am a doctor of physics an instructor and I have a master's degree in physics and I have a five years background in electronics I would like to be the third passenger mr. Carr instructed him to send in his application to Baltimore so people that have a good background in science are not

laughing about the things you are hearing tonight one television commentator and a radio commentator

that has a nationwide program on radio and the TV commentator on a TV program in Washington DC tried

for a full month to get some scientists to come up and refute Carr's theory they announced it periodically over the air and they made a sort of a search in the field of science to find some scientists that would come up and tell and prove that mr. Carr was wrong not one person who came forward not one be interesting to note also that an engineering electrical engineering firm

has been contacted by mr. Carr some time ago he gave them his development the things that he has discovered that will be written into the new

books of science in the future every book of science will eventually carry this some may be a little slow to pick it up but I'm sure that there'll be a lot of changes after December 7 1959

he has announced to the world that he has discovered that any vehicle that is axis rotated at a speed relative to its attractive inertial mass is immediately activated by free space energy and acts as an independent force this means generally that this craft counter rotating at a speed relative to what our Earth is turning an 8 000 diameter planet turning once in 24 hours a 45-foot craft the OTC X1 the first

continued his own program of research for 16 years, but now he had to go into his inner sources for knowledge. In a rocket society meeting in Germany last fall, he announced to the gathered scientists that he now knows that light, gravitational fields, and energy is interchangeable, if you know the formula. And he feels that he knows the formula. This man was so broke that he hardly had the substance to continue his daily living. He was going to send a scientist that was working with him to America to earn some money to send back to him so he could continue his research. When this was announced, the city of Hamburg took this man under the wing and is supplying his needs of life so he can continue to work in the field of science. A doctor, Albert Cushing Crehor in, living in Cleveland, Ohio,

a man 92 years young, wrote a revolutionary book on atomic theory over 28 years ago that is still not accepted in the field of science. It completely changes the whole picture. Certain electrical problems have been worked out using this man's atomic theory to prove that he is on the right track a signal core scientist worked for nine years

field still more has tried to encourage scientists to examine this theory and he has received

very non Vital letters back from the scientists he has written to some will say philosophically speaking, our present theory is as good as Dr. Crehor's. Most will not even answer. And he says,

what do they mean, philosophically speaking? Aren't they scientists? These things can be proven in a scientific way. And he's trying to bring this out into the open. Dr. Crehor met

Mr. Otis Carr just a short time back. These things are coming from many directions.

The third item that I think is of great importance for us to recognize in these UFO groups, in understanding clubs, in people that are trying to look upward and outward and know what we have to face, because we would be foolish if we went around in a dream state and saying everything is all right, and refused to

recognize the groups and the elements that we have to contend with. I am announcing both by

bulletin and from the public platform that I have reason to believe now that the Russians have advanced type of spacecraft. I have a background as an Army combat intelligence officer. I think

a person many times survives by not being misled, even about interplanetary visitation, but about any other truth. I use on my letterhead a statement, saying an informed electorate on one side, intelligent self-government on the other side. How can we run this nation intelligently? How can we know where to put our tax dollars, or who to vote for, or how to run this government that is supposed to be run by the people, unless we know what we are up against, what is going on around us? One of the biggest hoaxes being pulled on the people today is this sort of silence or

this you might call it a sort of hop, step, and dance about interplanetary craft in our skies.

This alone would raise the consciousness of so many millions of people all over this planet

that those that are trying to subvert and control would begin to lose their grip very rapidly.

In addition to this, we should now be aware that there is plenty of reason to believe that the Russians have developed an advanced type of space vehicle and all the more reason for us to get our ship into the sky, not in just one craft or ten craft, hundreds and eventually millions of them. But with the idea behind it that we are going to visit other planets, we are going to travel around this planet but do it in peace, not for war, not to bring on more destruction, or more control, or to try to go out and plant our national flag on the Moon with the idea that we are going to try to control the Moon. or that we should visit mars or venus and take the kind of space law that some of our attorneys are writing out there and try to make others subservient to our type of law i'm afraid that we have much to learn about law when we do go into space and that this space program should be developed with understanding

i think the word conquer should be left out of it because we will never conquer space i'm sure advanced civilizations have conquered it long ago the only way we will get there is by trying to understand it and other people and begin to leave the word conquer out of our dictionary if we have or persist in these ideas we will be set right back on our ear

man's biggest problem on this planet is eagle a vain sort of creature that oftentimes looks at himself in the mirror and he says how can there be anyone anywhere in the universe is intelligent as i am

look at me and by this sort of eagle then nations communities large groups of people begin to say well we have developed atomic bombs hydrogen bombs we have aircraft we have metallic automobiles we have built autom highways of course we have some small we have done great things here

with the greatest ego keep repeating that radioactivity even is all right. I studied

to become a radiological monitor for civil defense for the state of California, and one of the first shows that we saw was a sort of movie saying that this radioactivity wasn't half bad. We could live around it and eat it and breathe it, and that in some cases people that had got quite a bit of this had lost their hair. And the commentator laughingly said, well, that isn't so bad. You know, many of us have worn wigs before, and maybe we can do it again. An educational program for the armed services and civil defense personnel. But as more was learned about the harmful effects of radiation, this movie was scrapped. The people that showed it to us said it was an accident, that this had already been outmoded. But this is what people were saying in the beginning. We could wear wigs if we did lose our hair. Now this was outmoded, but everyone that sat in on that lesson were very burned

up indeed. And somebody during that program said, who in the world started all this anyway? The professors that were in charge of the class said, well, we don't know. He said, somebody did it, and now we have to live with it. We have to face it. We're here, and we've got to put up with it. Who started this anyhow? So the Russians have an advanced type of spacecraft, according

to my information and belief at this point. This was announced by Marshal Georgy Zhukov right after they launched their Sputniks. And right after this, he disappeared from

the scene. He said the Russians have developed a circular foil craft capable of going into space. This is a circular foil craft. Mr. Carr has been trying to bring this knowledge

to the world. To America, especially, since 1947. Maybe some of the Russians sat in on some of his conferences with some of our own officials and decided to do it first. We don't know.

They are all through our government. Their agents, the subversive elements, are in every bracket of our nation, everywhere.

Kilsu Han, a man now living in San Jose, who is a liaison officer for the Sino-Chinese People's League during World War II, working with our own government, and who has connections and had connections with the underground operating in China, announced to our Defense Department in 1957 that the Russians have spaceships. He was a little bit disappointed because no

one seemed to display any interest in our Defense Department. So he contacted the Deseret

News in Salt Lake City in October. Last year, and again on January 9 this year, and two long articles in there that were pointed out to my attention while coming through Salt Lake City, said that according to the underground in China, the Russians had, in 1957, four spaceships. It was described, said that this

craft operated on a type of energy more powerful than atomic fuel. It had gone to a height of 140 miles. It could remain in the sky indefinitely. It had been in the sky for three weeks on that one test. A Chinese general had seen it, exhibition. It could travel at fantastic speeds in any direction, and the Chinese general said this will determine the outcome of any future war.

They planned to have, by 1958, a missile-launching spaceship and a craft that would also carry anti-missile missiles to knock any other rockets out of the sky. When you begin to talk about magnetic energy, electrical forces, the people that have been working on this craft have worked at White Sands, New Mexico, that saw these UFOs go around and around our rockets and then leave them in the distance, know that there is an advanced technology and that a craft of this type could tie a knot in the tail of a rocket before it knows where it's going. Strangely, while we have continued to blast rockets off into space for the last

several months, the Russians have been very quiet. Nobody hears anything from anything over there. They were supposed to be ahead of us. Now everything is very quiet. We shoot rockets toward the moon, costing millions of dollars apiece. We have spent a $19 billion program already on rockets. We have other billions of dollars committed to rocketry and missiles.

And here is a man this evening that you are going to hear next who says that he can build and has had actual flight of models of a revolutionary type of craft that uses electromagnetism, electromotive force, and electromagnetic force. And he's capable of going into space and to the moon and returning without injury to the occupants or the craft. I was picturing today in thinking about this situation, we

realize that these things that are being said are a challenge to many people in many ways.

It's a challenge to rocketeers. It's a challenge to politicians. It's a challenge to people who have closed minds. It's a challenge to people who have closed minds. It's a challenge to people that are saying that these interplanetary craft can't be here because our great intelligence hasn't been able to build them, and we are so advanced.

And they like to think of these craft as being either Russian or American. They'd even almost rather have them be Russian ships than have them interplanetary because that would mean that there is advanced life elsewhere. But I was thinking of this situation today. A good picture over on this side of the auditorium, a huge pile of rubble, some missiles and rockets standing upright with hundreds of thousands of electronic parts, all paid for by the American taxpayers, and also some broken up ones that exploded and crashed. Remember, there is no depreciation in these rockets. It's a total loss. Once a button is pushed, it destroys itself and it hits the ground. Some may have ended up on other planets. I don't

know. But picture this huge pile over here with a 90-inch rocket. It's a huge pile of rubble. It's a $19-billion price tag. And then look at this eenzy-teensy little model over here on the other side. Compare this to Goliath and this to little David with his slingshot and pebble. This David

over here can knock the socks off of Goliath, and the little pebble is truth. All of these things

can be proven, and you cannot defeat truth. You never have to apologize for truth. You just say it,

and it stands up on its own. And it keeps going. Every spoken word of truth is still truth, thousands and millions of years

later. This is well brought out in our New Testament when we recognize things that are happening in our world today as having been written around 2,000 years ago, things we are

experiencing and seeing coming into fruition today. I will leave the rest of this program,

the explanations, the comments about Nikola Tesla and Dr. Einstein, to Mr. Carr, a man that I met last year. I have observed him. I have studied him closely. I have tried to understand his motives, and I am sold on his motives. A forthright, courageous American that has dared do something that no one else would

dare do, that is challenge the whole works by saying it can be done, and he has set the date.

A pebble of truth. If these things can be brought into fruition, the taxpayers will be saved billions of dollars. It may save our American nation, and it will undoubtedly bring us higher consciousness and a higher standard of living, because there is an application to every type of industry from this sort of development and knowledge. I realize that these seats get hard, so

would you all stand up now for just a few seconds, then be seated, and we will introduce Mr. Carr. Thank you. Thank you very much, Mr. President, for this wonderful opportunity to join with our program. And after Mr. Carr finishes, we will have a short break, during which time you can look at the literature. Mr. Otis Carr and the work that he has done and is doing and will do, so I'm not going

to take any further time introducing him. I'm just going to let him speak for himself.

Thank you, Mr. Fry, Major Aho. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. At the beginning, we'd

like to take the opportunity to thank those people who make these meetings possible by their efforts. We know there's a lot of work. And it is unselfish work, and it is not for remuneration. I'm very happy to be here in

California. A real introduction to the high interest that people are showing throughout this nation and elsewhere to space travel and space flight was exemplified in the convention

that we attended at Pleasanton. And we received tremendous support from the people of California, and we received tremendous assistance there by the high interest and the enthusiasm and the understanding that was shown there. So we were delighted to have the opportunity and a very busy schedule to join again with Major Aho and spend a few days in the California area, which is most assuredly advanced in thinking as relates to the age that we're coming into. Thank you. Well, a few years ago, we were invited to New York, to be interviewed on a national

program, Station WOR, which covers half of the nation, on what is known as the Party Line Program, very similar to yourel Night Owl program here in the Los Angeles area. And the first words of the announcer were, as he introduced me, is that, Mr. Carr, I understand that on December the 7th, you will be joining our Sarasota, a team spitball competition. And why would you do that? Because would you like the chant to be more übersized? Or would you like the promotion December 7, 1957, at 12.01 a.m., December 7, 1959, you are going to depart for the moon.

And I said, this is correct with a possible slight revision.

It may be a couple of hours past midnight. I said, the reason being that we have been advised by the Martians of a later hour of departure due to magnetic waves.

This was a very confused announcer. He said, do you mean to tell me that you have been talking to the Martians? I said, no, I didn't say that. A couple of nice little girls who never saw me before handed me a message in St. Louis stating that this had come from the Martians.

And this was this advice, and it was very beautifully and technically given. So he said, well, do you believe it? I said, I do not disbelieve it. And that started us on another line of talk. We are planning to depart on this date in an electrified circular foil craft, the facsimile model of which is shown here in prototype form.

I invited Major Aho. He has accepted there will be three people on this craft, myself, Major Aho, and one not yet chosen.

Many applications are coming in. Our flight plan. Our time has been predetermined. We will depart from space, Maryland, and it will take us approximately five hours of flight, Earth time, to the moon.

Our first orbit around this planet will be 5,000 miles an hour in its atmosphere. And our second orbit around the planet going through the ionosphere will be 18,000 miles per hour.

And our third orbit. And approximately 1,000 miles out will be 25,000 miles per hour, at which time we will accelerate and fall towards the moon at 76,000 miles per hour and be orbiting around each other's side in a five-hour flight schedule.

We do not plan to land. We plan to complete this figure eight and return to the Earth. And de-accelerate identically as we started out. First 25,000, 18,000, and 5,000 down to a point landing at space, Maryland, where we will depart from.

The little plot of real estate which we have wherein this craft will be fabricated in a space research hangar is in Baltimore County, outside Baltimore City, going north on the old Harrisburg.

This is the first time we have ever been to a space research hangar in Baltimore County, outside Baltimore City, going north on the old Harrisburg. We asked the post office if anybody had ever thought about naming the place space, and they hadn't, so we registered this name.

My secretary says she'll live in the suburbs and be the first lady to live in outer space.

We've had a lot of fun and we've had a lot of heartache, but we see a goal which we expect to make on schedule.

You can't do these things alone. You can only work alone and have to join with other people for cooperation. Thank you. As a public speaker, Major Aho suggested that when I was having difficulty of understanding, why don't you go with me to some of these people and see, you'll find out that you're going to get encouragement, and this is what you need, a little bit more encouragement, not too much of the sneering and the ridiculing.

And this is exactly the way it worked out at the Pleasanton Convention, which was my first time. This is how it worked out, the first beginning in coming in contact with so many people. We had many letters, but not meeting face to face. We find that you too are pioneers, individualists, willing to think for yourself, and that's why you're here tonight.

There are thousands of people in the Los Angeles area dying of curiosity over the USO, but they haven't got the courage enough to be seen in a public meeting.

Honest, intelligent person.

who honestly, intelligently tries to report what he has seen in the sky, which is different from anything that he knows about, is ridiculed and laughed out of the press 24 hours after he makes the report. What's wrong? This is exactly what's happening all over this country and all over the world. It wasn't easy to set this date of December 7, 1959 as a tough working schedule. It would have been much more comfortable to have made it five years from now.

But I'm throwing a challenge in the teeth of a lot of people. It's put up or shut up. We know the rockets are obsolete because they are weapons. They are not spacecraft. Missiles and anti-missiles and missile missiles and warheads via the billions of dollars.

Ours is a spacecraft that will take us from here to Santa Barbara

or from Santa Barbara to the moon and return to the other planets. And it has about three moving parts as compared to 300,000 on the last rocket failure that we had.

We started this program by introduction in 1925 in New York City

when we were drawn like a magnet to the man who history now states invented the 20th century.

Nikola Tesla, but we always call him Nick Tesla and we'll continue to do so.

This man took an interest in us, a 20-year-old youth. We somehow think now that we know that all scientists like to work in a vacuum and unquestionably that's what he probably thought my head was. He slowly led us in the path of learning about electricity.

This man knew nothing but electricity and its great power. And he never stopped. He never stopped. He never ceased exploring its potential of use. And by the turn of this century, he had 1,200 patents on electrical principles, some of which have not yet even been put into practice on this planet, including inertial guidance systems, remote controls, television, radar. But above all, he saw the need that people themselves should have the opportunity to utilize some of this power and have some of the comforts.

And he came up with the answer, alternating current. And what a battle he had. Seven years he went with the squirrel cage motor to try to interest the mighty and the great

that here was a way that everybody could have electricity. The first electrical age was good. It was a great pioneering achievement. Edison. And the Edison-type generator. Direct current, but it was only good for two square miles. And if you were on the end of the square miles, your light was mighty dim. And Tesla corrected it. But it took him seven years to fight the interest that said it couldn't be done because those interests would be interfered with. Nevertheless, his first hydroelectric system at Niagara Falls transported electricity right to Mr. Edison's head.

Edison's backyard, as efficiently as it was done at Niagara Falls, and the second electrical age was born.

Alternating current is the age we're living in now. The ability to transport electricity overwires long distances. He never had it easy, Mr. Tesla didn't. And he cared nothing about money. He was interested in progress. We were indeed fortunate to have been brought in contact with such a great man. Such a great mind. Mr. Tesla gradually started to talk to us about space.

He said, do you realize that if we can build an airplane, clumsy as they are, to go from one place to another,

we can build devices to go from one planet to another? Just a matter of whether we want to do it. We have all the tools and all the knowledge. Put them together. But he said, this I will tell you, it'll be the young people that are going to do it. I'm speaking of 30-some years ago. And there's only one way you're going to do it. You've got to have power that you can carry with you and bring back with you. And there's only one type of power that will do this. The universal one. This is electricity. To electrify a craft, and you're on the road. And we remembered this, and we became interested.

One day, Mr. Tesla said to me, come with me, I'm going to show you a visitor from space. I was terribly shocked, because he never made one idle word or idle statement.

1926, and this man says, I want to show you a visitor from space. I looked at him, I thought, has Nick Footies lived? Or is this for real? And I followed him to the Museum of Natural History, down into the basement. And he pointed to a huge meteor, as large as this piano. He said, this came from another world. This did not originate here. It is a visitor from space. If you will study something about it, maybe you will know a little bit more what I'm talking about. And he turned and walked away. We had a very fascinating study for six weeks. Six months about meteorites, fireballs, bolides, these things in the heavens that sometimes get in our atmosphere.

But what this great man had done, he had opened up our consciousness. I don't think we had ever looked at the heavens except the sun or the moon once in a while. We started to become interested in moving bodies in the skies.

But more than this, we've begun to become conscious, even as a young lad, of what a vast universe it was and how maybe it might be people. Maybe other consciousnesses like our own, here and there, all over this tremendous universe. A continuation of humanity. What a great thought, if we could only meet and talk and know that we were truly the universal children, of God. I think this is why Nick showed us the meteorite. Three years of association with him, it ended like it begun. He said, you've got the ABCs and the primer. It's up to you. And I never saw him again. It took ten years of study to try to think that I knew a little something about electricity. And believe me, what I don't know about it now will fill many libraries. So we returned to New York in 1938 because to us it was the mecca of study. We had access to Columbia University and New York University departments of physics. We knew a scientist who loved us very well

and shared every bit of his knowledge. We met another scientist who set up a laboratory for us. All these things can happen in New York. It was fabulous. It was a city. Research at your fingertips in all directions. We started then to study how can we electrify and put them in airplanes

and we built our model airplanes and they wouldn't be airborne because the motor and the batteries are a whole lot heavier in the plane or the power that we got out of it. But at least we were trying. Continued to build models. Mr. Tesla had taught us and others whom we knew

to get to the root of a problem, drop every other problem and start. And that's what we did. That's what we did. That's what we did. That's what we did. That's what we did. That's what we did. That's what we did. That's what we did. And whatever's in front of you, push it aside and see what you can do. So why do I want to build electrified craft? I want it for a transportation medium. So we started to study transportation and begun. This was a wise move. Transportation led us to the greatest invention of all time, which we so take for granted. The common wheel. The anatomy of the wheel. The anatomy of which is the fulcrum, the lever, and the inclined plane. And all the civilization that we know on this earth today, savage as it might be, owes what it has to the wheel. Not one piece of machinery on this planet is run without it. Well, that we are mechanically.

We went far back into antiquity. Always we found the wheel somewhere or other. Chariots for the pharaohs. Always an application. Always a civilization around. We found out that the American Indian in the North American continent never saw a wheel prior to Columbus. These people would not have been so easily conquered if the wheel had been a part of their civilization or their savagery. We got a lot of respect for this lowly wheel. And we started to study it from every particular angle. We found. That the gyro top could not be a top or it could not be a scientific device unless it

had the anatomy, the fulcrum, the lever, and the inclined plane. And we started to get a little bit of respect for the fact that here was a force making the gyro operate, which was gravity, one part of it, centrifugal force, and a wheel, an

application. We got to thinking. This great transportation medium. We got to thinking. This great transportation medium. If we could just turn it over on its side horizontally, this would make the real crack.

1938. So we started to cut out disks and toss them through the air. And we found out that they, if they were properly balanced, that they were quite well airborne when they spun. And we started to build our first models. Balsa wood. And paper. And considered power. We knew what Mr. Tesla had said and we thought, if we can get an electrical power system here,

we've got this thing on the road to being solved. We put a little electric motors. Plugged them into outlets. And started to get them some success in transportation in our little laboratory.

They were going from one place to another, but not very gracefully. And we got to thinking. of the boy who rushed into the explorers club in new york and he says congratulate me we have just

driven an electric automobile from mexico city to new york the handshakes and the back slapping

one of them said how much did it cost and he said five thousand two hundred and fifty some odd dollars i spent three dollars and fifty cents for electricity and the rest was for the extension cord so we began to wonder where we could get an extension cord big enough for space

didn't make much sense from these ideas still holding on to them we started to correspond

with scientists whom we'd respected particularly the great albert einstein whose approach to the problems mathematically and physically were always dedicated and sincere he was kind enough to give us an interview. We told him about the fact that we thought the wheel in the air was the right way and he was interested. And this man said to me, he said, this I can tell you and this you must remember. Man cannot leave this atmosphere and he cannot return unless he has his own force field with him. It's your job to learn something about force field. That ended the interview. But I saw right away another missing link to space transportation. We knew one was electrical power and we knew one was protection for our craft, a force field. And so we started to study force fields and we found out that they did exist here. And this was excitement. All we had to do was to figure out how to electrify this thing. Seeking a little rest in the good book

because it was always one of inspiration, we accidentally opened to the first 16 verses of Ezekiel written well over 3,000 years ago and we found for us the total answer of how to build a spacecraft with the knowledge that we already knew. Here was a man who saw a wheel within a wheel going straight forward. A little bit confused. Turning not as it went. Pretty difficult for an observer to tell which way something flat and round is going. Ezekiel was a little confused. He described this craft as having the power of lightning. And this was excitement to us because we knew lightning and electricity are the same. They may not have had a word for it in those days. And he further mentioned the power, but it was a little bit more than that. We're called the

the power of lightning, which was the power of fire. We don't know what that was. He immediately started to build a motor that turned in two directions, a wheel within a wheel.

Further inspiration came in interpretation of this magnificent first 16 verses of Ezekiel to make us sure that he had really seen a spacecraft. He said it had the face of a man, the face of an eagle, the face of a lion, the face of a calf. And inasmuch as lightning meant electricity, and inasmuch as face means character, it wasn't difficult to use the phrase characteristic of a man, intelligent direction.

Characteristic of an eagle to be beautifully airborne. Their flight is proof of their characteristic. And the characteristic of a lion is vibratory power to be the king.

A beast alone upon this earth. So here is a craft that has intelligent direction, is airborne like an eagle, and has unlimited power.

It all made sense. I couldn't tie the cat into it at all. But it stayed with me while we were starting to work on models with electromagnets on the outside, field magnets. And then all of a sudden, we got an answer there. What is the characteristic of a bovine animal? It is a split hoof, the two poles of a magnet. And the total answer was given to us, the right and the left, the north and the south.

And we really started to work. By the end of the war, our first flight models were successful. We built them with our hands and had machine tool parts made. And oftentimes we were in hock for several weeks for one little part. It turned out. But we got the job done. And we had successful flight. The reason is that we had found out something about the electrical principle. A little bit of novelty, a little bit of invention. Everything that has been done here is built on the shoulders of giants. But somewhere along the line, you sometimes invent a little something yourself. We decided to take a storage battery and make it a piece of machinery and put it in motion as a part of its life. Fossil fuels will go to where they should be, into the chemical industry, rather than to contaminate our air. This is the age that we're coming into. We have found in our studies and in the development of this that the world is not hungry for food. It's hungry first for energy. We can always produce the food if we have the energy with which to do it. And you'll find the downtrodden nations have not any energy supply that they need. And that only a few have it all, and they're willing to fight to hold it. Right now, the human race is at a threshold of great danger.

Those who own this limited energy are willing to trade a gallon of blood for a barrel of oil.

It doesn't have to be. And we can prove that this is correct. And our first efforts, and our first opportunities when we start to expand our program, is to make it available to all. India, Nasser, China, and those places who fight each day for a few BTUs.

There won't be any need for a man to pick up a gun and shoot at his fellow man because he has something and the other one doesn't have it. We can all have this God-given energy, as much of it, as we want, right here on this planet now. And we can have space travel, which is already here. It has been said many times that we're coming into a new age. Believe me, we're not. We're coming into an ageless age that has always been here. The interplanetary age has always been here. We are coming into a new consciousness of it. Other civilizations knew it. And other civilizations destroyed themselves. A great disaster destroyed them right here on this planet. One of our greatest thinkers and scientists of the present day starts his introduction by this now-comes homo ignoramus man.

So we stated publicly they didn't want to listen. They'll stay up there for years, hundreds of years, now that they have received this velocity. And I think some of this has been verified. There's still a dead dog going around up there, I think. But it did bring a lot of active consciousness to a lot of people who said

it couldn't be done. And this was of some assistance to us, at least. They got our first Associated Press releases in the first issue. They were killed in the second. But they made the first all over the country. And this was good. And people started to write us. Some, no doubt, sitting right here in this

audience tonight. We have never been against this country. It is our birthplace.

And our forefathers. We were pioneers in 76. There is no feeling of lack of patriotism in

anything that we would say. So we advised all government officials of our activities and the

fact that we had invented a spacecraft. We had tried to advise them before, but it was of no use.

Now, at least a reality, we thought maybe they would show interest. At least we would tell them what we were going to do. So we went to Washington and visited the world's largest snack bar, the Pinnacle. We were received very kindly by officials of the Defense Department. They listened to us,

and they listened to our proposal. And they agreed to send investigators to our workshop in Baltimore. And their scientist, a physicist, publicly stated that he was convinced that an electrified craft such as I, the Pinnacle, was a good idea. And he was convinced that the aircraft that I had described in prototype form would become airborne. And we were a little excited. Verification from high places. But the first thing we heard a few days later was the

public report, both in the press and over the radio. The Army has turned thumbs down on Carr's spaceship. And this is one of the greatest favors that was ever done to us. They publicly stated

that we had a spaceship. Everybody was yackety-yacking about rockets, rockets, rockets, and thrust and all this. They publicly stated we had a spaceship. Watch your press releases of that time last October and November and see if there was any

words of spaceships in there. Anywhere. We didn't ask them for any money. We said, give us an order

and we'll deliver this craft. We'll take it outside the atmosphere and bring it back and land it in

the inner rotunda. This is the center of the Pentagon Courtyard. And it won't cost you one dime until we've done it. And if we've done it, it'll cost you some money. What it cost us to do it. Our proposal was not accepted.

A lot of people have said to me in question and answer periods, if what you have is what you say you have, why hasn't the government taken it? It took us some time to have what we think is a satisfactory answer.

The government is not in the manufacturing business. Everybody all of a sudden seems to have the idea that they are. They make money and collect taxes. And every one of these rockets, everything that they're doing is built by private enterprise. But somehow or other, people have it in their minds that the government is in the manufacturing business. They're not. We are the government. In our system, elected representatives are there for a while now. The elected representatives I talk to didn't want to do it.

Maybe next year it'll be different. This is America. And this is a wonderful thing, free enterprise. They'd shoot me real quick in Russia if I got in their way.

Everything that's worthwhile in this nation that makes it what it is today was built by free enterprise without patronage, by individuals who were pioneers, not afraid to go out and do the job. All of a sudden, in the consciousness of most people, you have to get the government to do it.

Uncle Sam's got to lead you along. Boy, this is felicitous thinking, and this could be ruinous, believe me. Other parts of the questions and answers. One boy said, okay, you build the OTCX-1, and it flies as you say it does. What's to keep the government or the army or the defense from confiscating it?

you're going to get a license to fly it from the CAA. And I told him we had made an investigation and found out that there is no law to keep you from going straight up on your own property.

We did worry some about where we would get this money. And the more we worried, the scarcer it got. All of a sudden, we stopped worrying. We said, if the destiny of the world, in one little spot on it, can find billions for a missile, in another spot, other billions, and this has gone into hundreds of billions of dollars,

maybe our Creator, somehow or other, can provide a few dollars for a spacecraft on a peaceful mission of exploration.

We stopped worrying, and we haven't worried since.

Some boy said to me last night, he said, why don't you contact an Elson Rockefeller? We're sure he'll be interested. I said, I'm positive he will, when we land back from the moon. And Prince Wealth wants no parts of us. They're already tooled up at a high profit. Why change?

We'll do the job anyway. It'll get done. I'm not afraid, and this is not boastful. It's been easy to talk to you people. We hope we haven't bored you. We're not alone, and we've been from the start. One reporter said, why do you always use we? In an editorial sense, and I said, probably you could call it that. He says, well, only kings and presidents and people who have tapeworms are allowed to use we.

We continue to use it, and we're not a king or a president, and I don't know about the others. We don't know of any person on this planet who could be, who is deserving of the honor of such a person.

Maybe they can help to get us out of the mess that we're in. Wherever a balance is struck in nature,

the minute it is done, any motion, any movement, immediately sets up a counterforce. And man himself has again found out how to totally destroy himself. He wasn't satisfied to do this. He has stockpiled it up to the point. It's already made, created, and done. All somebody has to do is press the trigger. This is the balance that, has been struck. Either our consciousness rises up, either we go into new horizons, and either we grow up to our God-given heritage, or we don't have to be on this planet. It can get along without us. There's an awful lot of forms of life on this beautiful planet Earth. We'd love to have the opportunity to have us pushed aside. The spiders are good engineers.

When men's consciousness arise, there is always a renaissance. Now, somebody who called herself a scientist, or somebody released last August to the press, that they had recommended that one of our services shoot a rocket to the moon with a hydrogen warhead so we could all witness the great big fireworks up there. Some Japanese scientist said, well, maybe that would be a cause for laughter. But if we got 20 hydrogen warheads back, we may all die laughing. We protested and we protested in the press, wherever we could get an audience, that it is criminal to shoot at an unexplored body. A violation of ethics, a violation of the laws of man and God. There's only one way to know about an unexplored body. Go there and find out. Suppose that Columbus had have said to Isabella, the queen, hock your jewels, and I'll build a cannon big enough to shoot all the way around the earth and prove to you that it is round. This is how asinine shooting at the moon is.

This is why we set this departure date. To force the hand, many hands, I think spacecraft have been known about before even my inventions. And they are known about. We have concealed nothing. Our own government and other scientists have the entire science of what makes our craft work. So why the billions for destruction?

The answer. We set this date and we made certain that it wouldn't be interfered with. This is one of the providers that we knew would come. We have had our engineers design the total working drawings of how a spacecraft can be built. And given the entire specifications of science behind it. And we've made it available to the youth or anyone else of this land. And they're going through the mails right now. Craft has no strategic value because everybody knows about it. The hottentot, the Russian, or anyone else. Somebody says to me, suppose you get up on the moon, what do you expect to find? I said, I hope I don't find any vodka bottles. that we should have a pre-published release. That we have been detained by moon women.

It's been hard work. It's been a lot of fun. And I assure you I gained a lot of strength from talking to people who have the courage to listen.

And the very people who were ridiculing me a few weeks ago are calling me on the phone now. For television and radio audiences. The situation is changing and it's changing very fast.
