[00:00] Opening remarks and Daniel Fry introduction

We do not attempt to drive anyone in any particular direction. We do not even attempt to lead. We only attempt to bring out the basic facts of all of the subjects. And we feel that if this is done carefully enough and fully enough, every person has enough intelligence to see right. In heaven with us tonight, a young man who has had some personal experiences.

These objects which we are so frequently seeing in our skies today and with the intelligent beings that operate and control those objects. Mr. Kelvin Rowe, personally, he has been with the California State Division of Forestry

for some four years. During his time, he has had a number of interesting experiences and he is going to tell you about them tonight. The manuscript is complete. It has not been published yet, but will be out probably in a couple of months. The book will be called A Call at Dawn. He has a lot of interesting material to give you, so I will now introduce Mr. Kelvin Rowe. Good afternoon. I will be glad to relate some of my experiences in the best way I know how.

I'm certainly glad to see the people that he has at his meetings, like his little group. That is one of the main things that is the most important thing, is people with an understanding of this.

In the United States or any other country, there is more need at this time for such groups as this is right now. The time is coming when... The understanding is going to be the only thing for survival. I'm not too many years old. I say not too many years. I mean possibly maybe another 10 or 12, possibly 15. I won't put a definite... We are very hard...

More advanced than the other will have the best opportunity to survive.

The context that I have had has been very pleasant and everything,

going out into space and all. It's been a purpose to try to teach me, that there is such a thing as life, besides darkness, with life. That is, I mean, maybe life with negation. That was about the time, because my previous...

I went with the State of War degree here about four years ago. I've been in construction work for 15 years. It was a pretty rough gang of men to work with. All breed and all caliber. Well educated. They're clear down. They don't have much education at all. So in 1947, first opportunity, I had to see any such thing.

There was a crew of us working down on a dike down near Indio, between Thermal and... We were building a dike down there for flood water. There happened to be three of these objects over the Salton Sea. Well, it was just at lunchtime, and several of us looked through the... There was a bear's instrument, and we could see these discs that were hovering and playing around over there. Of course, we all thought that it was some experiment that the government was having. It was passed off as that, and no one ever said anything about it.

In 1943, it was an accident in a way, but it was a miracle.

I understand what happened, because as it goes, you'd say it's unbelievable.

But things happened to me. At that time, and at that time, I also may have said that I wouldn't say anything about it within myself, knowing what took place.

I had to be at Iron Mountain, and it was just around the same time that this thing occurred.

Several of the boys happened to see a fireball. We had some discussion about that at the time, but nothing in particular. It was... I didn't want anybody to get up and pull their hair out about it. I heard my sister, then she would come back, I might say, too interested in it.

It wasn't all right at that time.

It came to me.

Then a few other words I didn't quite understand, and said something about, do the other, and stuff then.

I was bugs in my head.

It was themselves, and then getting strange things that way, and they wound up in the loony bin.

I didn't know exactly what. So, she suggested to go down and see George Adamski, because he was supposed to be pretty well versed on such things.

Four or five days. These mental impressions, and the sentence was,

it was just like you could see a picture on Adamski,

and he assured me that there are many spirits to do about it.

Just keep track of what comes to you. He says he understood that there was, at that particular time, there were people at least.

He had a crew. He had a pen, a dime, and a crutch. It didn't set so well, because I figured that many other people, they could contact, impressions, speak by the word right out of your word back,

and you'd get to mess things up.

The impression you receive, and the words come out of your mouth.

Eight or nine weeks, and exactly you to this day,

only when they want to contact me,

I've contacted several different brothers and sisters,

and I know each, individual contact,

to meet them. Now, I hadn't seen any of them, or anything else.

Time set, or any time was never going to be right.

He had a tape there,

had, uh, left there, or had been taken while he was down.

I so happened that I had no new Truman's veteran, but I didn't, it didn't occur to me at that time that he was the same, working a construction job with him. He worked on 1953,

wasn't it? No, that's 53. That's 53. And, uh, he went back to Nevada to see if he could get a which he had been trying to, to get. Uh, said to take the trip there myself.

Due to, you might say, Earth People's, uh,

course they had to have, uh, went to Nevada and

and then hear that he invited me out there

to be there to go take this contact. And, uh, if I had went to Damski again,

and he knew what we kind of wanted,

he hadn't even known us, but he found out some way, uh, that, of course, he didn't tell me that.

It seems that these brothers and sisters of these others, it doesn't make any difference what planet had to be contacting one certain party. If Mr. Fry is having contact with one group of people from a planet, Damski and another, they can all be from different planets, but yet those brothers and sisters know that these people are contacting people here. And they also know who is being contacted. Because, uh, the only way we have of knowing such things as that is we have to keep a record, uh, a notebook or tape or something here. They, they, they, they have, uh,

pulled me back.

It was John, John, a friend of my wife,

bought it, and next morning we get up and go down.

I did, uh, part of the day with him. Anything particular, I didn't notice any different people there than ordinary around people as we are. I didn't pay much attention. Of course, I was, I always wanted to see if I could see somebody that might look a little different or one thing or another. I didn't have any idea what they'd know.

Contact them and she didn't even know. And it was confirmed later on that night because.

If I could meet them someplace, and, uh, they said when the time was right. Got to see one of them for seven and a half,

eight months before I even got to look inside of a spaceship.

He was alone.

California and things may not just set just right if uh never eat any of their time at no time at

all and that's one thing the brothers will not do they will not interfere with a person if they are busy on something that is important or if they're on a job they will not or anything else lots of

people put things two and two together and they get four and uh figure well he's uh he's uh laying down the job or something so uh i'm not going to mention exactly where some of these contacts have been or anything else and uh as i said contact with a gentleman finally he was drunk scientist

doesn't even know what it is it's still unheard he took hold of my arm and held me up and he said

that's all right my brother he says he talks a little bit conditions of the weather in one thing have

to be at night he came back again and one thing another said that uh that was being put forth

was quite severe it doesn't only interfere with our also goes up to a higher stratosphere that

kind of mess up the skies up there of course they it makes them work just much harder to send out these firewalls these little discs to nullify the area as contacts the only two

contacts i had for i believe uh three months i believe kept up there i'd get uh their voice

just like i would be talking to you only would come on the inside of my head right on here and you wouldn't necessarily anyone sitting next to me wouldn't necessarily hear them only they could if they're they were hiding high enough uh on the right vibration because it seems though that everything that goes on is worth uh on a vibration standpoint sitting next to me uh wasn't necessary to hear

what was going on where they said it's very distinct it's very plain that went on for

i will say about uh at least four months they worked me over the coals that way pretty good

training in that b um my there's definitely some reason i suppose they've never given me any indications what for

or why or anything else i have a pretty good idea though because uh one doesn't go along with these things without getting some ideas of your own one after a while and after one studies

and keeps on studying he's finally going to have that main reservoir of and thought cause the consciousness that's just what you people are headed for every word everything you think someday find that out you study for some of the other today's names are

given he's very they have a name that what you might call a soul name a name that is never

apart we had that our parents gave us can it be very terrible reason that out the first two or

three come at to meet them sometime later didn't get to see them anymore they did come to visit me

and as time went on contact to ladies and gentlemen that give me so much training on

this mental collect tea and as boys and they they They come to work several times, which they did come two or three times,

just to prove to me that it could work, it could be done.

But they don't tell you what that region is.

You may get an answer, you may be talking to the telephone pole and get just as much answers out of your questions. That's just the way they operate. They don't, questions that doesn't concern them at that time,

they're not ready for the answer, maybe. He may think he is. He may think that he knows a whole lot after he's talked to them a little while. He understands very well, after he's had several contacts, that the reason why lots of your questions go unanswered.

These physical contacts, they come to me.

I can see they were very different. That is in one sense of the word. I'm a great deal of it.

However, in skin texture, in some of us, one thing or another like that,

the way they speak. They speak very. They speak very slow. They speak very soft. There's no harshness or raspiness into their voice at all. Most of them, they are working hard people. Not any of them that doesn't wear their hair long. Mostly to their shoulders. Some of the people here working, one thing or another,

they'll have, the women, they'll roll them up and put them in a pluggy one day or another. Some of them have great respect for their hair for some reason or other.

And they're totally the same. The people here, I've heard. Dark clothes. No, but they get it. Good taste. Good type of clothing. Clothes seem to carry out their whole space operation. A ski-type suit, similar to a ski suit, is one of their regular, you might say, uniforms.

And then, again, there's a pair that they generally use. The only thing that I have seen outside of, to see a different type,

they look similar to our uniforms. They look similar to our old buckskin, but they didn't have any fringes on there.

I have to see on that. But they wore those clothes similar to that. That's the only different type of clothing I've seen them wear. I don't say they don't wear other kinds, but I just so happen to have never seen them. And I've been aboard their spacecraft a good many times. In fact, then they've contacted me, oh, at least seven or eight times. I never did see a space kit. That is, I mean, I don't know. I don't know.

I don't know. I haven't seen them in the sky since then. So, they wanted to let me go. So, one night, it did occur to me that they had a disk type, and it was about 60 foot in diameter. I'm getting ahead of myself. Just before we got to the spacecraft, there was no word spoken. Nothing, no words were spoken. 14 or 15 feet from that spacecraft.

It automatically came up there.

Now, spent two hours and 45 minutes on it. How do you know it's still alive?

I mean, I mean, I can breathe. Well, I heard four or 15 minutes. Then I remember. That was like 8 percent or so. One of the lead human surgia labs in the station. automatically tilt so the plan Killed toward the ground play at all Wasn't the sound but yes someone in that spacecraft knew it they had approached. They sent him a metal collect Message that they had approached Don't if you may go now something wrong or anything. I thought I was being dismissed

There's um, but instead of that he left inside this spacecraft at the broke the same way into another room

everything was all rose color shade the whole interior was at that time, but

See any shadows of anything whatsoever? Of course, I was too excited for the north too much of anything. I would say possibly

Two minutes because it was a very definite reason I found out later that had I stayed in longer than that

I might have been in some hot water so for spacecraft I was more certain than ever that These people are much more intelligence than we are Because up until that time I had as I said, I hadn't actually seen a spacecraft the so-called what we call saucers, but they're not as thought there are you like to call spacecraft, but Saucer this doesn't fit the name, right? They really are there. They're really a wonderful piece of machine because as I left something because I was all jittery inside

and I had lot too much about getting the Basecraft at that by that time because they always kept saying one of the time was right it's so happening

several other times that I had had a chance to Talk to the people. I have to be driving near Lake Matthews I I sat in Riverside County, right near Corona, between Corona and Paris, in a way.

Lake Matthews, they spotted me evidently, and they took a landing.

Well, it was just, I knew what it was when I seen it coming down.

The stubble field, where was that, that I hadn't met before.

At that time, worked out so I could have a few weeks vacation.

I talked to, it seems rather doubtful, that I would get my vacation,

that everything would work out all right on my vacation.

I had an idea to it, that I hadn't even said nothing to them about it.

But that's just how well they can pick out words in conversation. If you think they don't know what everybody says, if they really want to know and pinpoint it, they can pick out every word that's ever said, or ever had, been said, or ever will be said. Every word, or every sound, has a vibration. And that goes into the atmosphere, and the ether, and is never, never lost. It's there from now on. Now, that sounds strange, but they have proved to me, without a shadow of a doubt, that is the way it is done, because Creator never does let anything go.

That is, I mean, when something is created, it's created for a cause. Regardless whether it's a noise, a sound, something's going to come of, from the effect,

there's going to be an effect of that cause. One may even find it in your next lifetime sometime,

if you believe in reincarnation, which everyone will have to believe in time to come, because we do live from time to time. I mean, there is no such thing as death. Yes, our body, it, uh, it, goes away into a next change, that's true. But, uh, actually, never ends.

It so happened that I didn't get my vacation, and, uh, it's hard to me how they knew it at that time, of course. Now, all these things, uh, they, I didn't know how they operated at that time.

They had promised.

But this time, two ladies came down to visit me,

and, uh, they took me out to a place with a spacecraft there. It was 400 feet away. It was 400 feet in diameter. It wasn't pretty large. What I mean is, that craft was capable of flying interplanetary.

That is, from one planet to another planet, and also into other galaxies. Up to date as some of them they had,

but to me, I think it was pretty elaborate, myself. It was pretty nice. But anyway, uh, they assured me that it wasn't, uh, up to date as some of them they had. Now, these smaller type crafts, uh, 60-foot, 40-foot crafts, what they call a mothership, or they call them a spanner, are recharged by, it doesn't have to be recharged.

It, it draws this charge right out of the magnetic force field, out of the air. The smaller ones do have to be recharged very good for a certain length of time. I, they never did say how long, but, uh, they do have to be recharged once in a while. And oftentimes, uh, you will see, uh, they hover over, uh, a mountain, or something that's, uh, heavily, uh, magnetized, or probably got a lot of iron ore. Probably, this ship, I should take a ride there myself,

because, uh, uh, I got to the point that, and all that, but you still have a feeling within you that, uh, I'm certain. But before I had a chance to say anything, I got them set at 90 feet, uh, 290 feet, and, uh, 290,000 feet in the air.

I'll say, within about, uh, less than five minutes' time since I aboard that craft, and I was already that far in the air, and I had no, no feeling whatsoever of motion. I didn't have the slightest feeling of, of taking off. However, that particular incident, I felt, uh, a little, uh, stirring in the pit of my stomach,

like you go when you get in an elevator or something. You, you get that, uh, slight sensation, but it was much slighter than that. But, uh, I was, uh, I guess I would have looked awful funny, because I hadn't said a word to her. Uh, she'd picked my thoughts up. About 290,000 feet in the air, that, that's a long way. The, uh, I don't feel no little effects. I'm wondering what, what comes off here. I didn't have no oxygen mask or nothing else. With, uh, they didn't need, ship's supposed to be characterized, but I wasn't, uh, taking any chances on that. That is, I mean, I, I wanted to make sure. If there was, I was too late to being sure. It was already over. I said, it takes whatever comes.

It's a whole lot different than our scientists claim it is. They haven't got the least idea of what's out there. There's many things they don't even see.

Small balls of, some of them are, are enlarging.

As time goes by, it gets larger and larger. And others are breaking up. Those things, of course, are outside of distance. But to tell, again, I don't know exactly how far I've been out, but I do know I've been out an awful long ways. More than our scientists. I don't think the scientists would ever believe. Because we have no conception of distance when we get out there.

No distance. Uh, we don't understand it at all. Because in the first place, our scientists don't know how to measure space.

Something like that. But they never get a measurement in space for that reason. Because it has to be on a curve. What takes place in space, everything has to be operated on a curve, an angle.

Motivate.

Send to another. They have equipment on that machine that, they change their force field of everything. And they blend right with the dimension in which it is, itself operates in. It has a force field around it. That ship that blends with anything is entering. And that is why there is nothing that we have here that can ever, their ship.

Because we don't have any way of, of propelling that, uh, to enter that force field. It's around that ship. It would disintegrate before it would do it. Now, if they had some way of, uh, figuring out something to, to, uh, blend with that same force field that was around that ship, they might be able to, to contact that ship in that respect. What was, uh, was automatically made, as they motivate through space.

The air pressure on the inside of that spacecraft is exactly the same as the air pressure on the outside of that spacecraft. That has nothing to do with the, uh, the air you breathe or anything else.

The pressure is the same. But, uh, you're, they reconform. You're within the ship some way in order to, that there's, you know, there's no slight difference between whether you, you're 200,000 miles out there or if you're here on Earth. It's all the same. As far as, uh, breathing is concerned, no difference whatsoever. They have that down pat. Many things that evening that, uh, was really surprising. Smaller spacecraft. And taking aboard. We wanted to get around in that. We didn't spend quite a bit of time. You get to see one-tenth of it, I don't believe.

And, uh, these meetings at the, on these, uh, cigar-shaped ships, they are more or less so what you might call consciousness, or just saying that we would expect their meetings to be more or less the same as we would expect them to be. And, uh, you know, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's,

it's, it's all the same.

It would put us to shame, actually.

Because speaking there, this conversation, when this conversation is done, then someone

has got something to say. until he has completed his conversation, to do a test study.

One day, understand it thoroughly, that they have patients, and then buy and get a little more education in this skull. Everything that I understand that goes in the translated form, I should know.

I think they have definite reasons. The terms they have is, I don't say that they, they have nothing to do with politics, or religion, or anything like that.

As much as they've got to learn,

and they study things that's way, because they are much, their lessons are never ending.

They go in there and they study many things,

but they have, what I can say, they have just some conditions

that will affect another planet, and some conditions where the,

we seem to be the only, in our system, we're the only planet that's, you might say, the renegade, taking part of that. Not,

not in such things as that. They wouldn't like, and that is by learning thyself. When we once know ourself, and understand ourself, know in itself.

That will change, because as a god we are,

get our centers open,

then they're there,

and as I said before, when they contact us, it's always for a reason, and if they take one aboard, they take him for a good, he's going to learn something, sometime or other. He may not get through his skull right then, but it'll do, they'll take him until it does get through, until he does understand it.

I would like to say what took place there, but I can't say some of them. Some of the things, there'll be a few things,

who decide whether it's all right for me to let more information out on some of these experiences I've had in there. Main thing, for me taking these trips there, is to help myself, so maybe sometime I can help somebody else. As I said before, the thing that they want us to do,

to study with or anything else, other than they told me I should, many things are,

for me to study, ancient wisdom,

things like that, it seems, and on the roots, it seems to work right in,

outside of I had, did I believe the wife had a book or two, or something about that,

pay too much,

I used to, I hate school, but it sure has helped a lot. For me to study under teaching, does, he teaches that,

same teachings, and they said, told higher teachings, in a Western hemisphere, that his teachings were under study,

understand ancient wisdom,

because as I said, they don't go in for trying to tell someone what to do, what they should do, and what they shouldn't do, that is, they tell you what you should, or, and shouldn't do, but they tell you what you want,

you do something that's against your wills, that, uh, that's strictly against their,

you do something,

a debt some way or another, they leave themselves open, they,

something goes wrong with you,

you open the, they decided they'd look into it,

got a cheese tent, got some books, ended up taking a course in trying, I'll tell you, it's, it's really good, there's no question about it, it's, uh, it, it does very good. But, one can find,

do them a lot of,

Dr. George,

things, in his teaching, that, uh, that are very ancient, and yet they're modern. But it, it, it also teaches you that there is no mystery of anything. When you understand any, uh, phenomenon of any kind, it's, uh, it's completely, uh, mystery, mysticism is completely wiped out, there. There's a cause for every difference at all,

than the difference into what this doctor teaches.

Teaches you that he knew anything like that,

or if you've been aboard a spacecraft. He, exactly, he, acted exactly just like one of the brothers did. I got no answer. I just, well, had to talk to a pole out here. I got this much satisfaction. That's, that's the way those people do. They, uh, you, uh, got a question that you're not ready for yet.

Sending you, uh, loose on something to, to someone to give you a question, what they tell you. And if you get mixed up in anything, well, that, that'll confuse you with something else. So, whenever you ask a question of them, and you think you might understand what they have to say about it, the understanding of it.

The reason why they can't have that longer time,

we will.

Be eternal in a sense. It's the same as they do,

what they call, uh,

with each other. These, uh, people that I,

I would be greatly surprised, if I knew their age. To me, as I say, uh, the oldest one, I don't think he looked over,

aboard the spacecraft one time, and I was, I did meet, uh, two or three of them that, uh, showed a little more age than the rest of them there. But, uh, as I said, I don't know how old they were, but I've been told that some of them have lived 2,000 years.

That was some of those that lived 2,000 years. Cause they, they did look a little older than, than, showed it. They looked to be about, uh, a person of our age here would say, I'd say probably around about, uh, 70 years old. But they were straight, upstanding, and, uh, their skin texture was, was, uh, very smooth. And they didn't, uh, show any, uh,

disintegrates, all right, in a sense, and changes. But, they only died to, they, they change into, they, sometimes they, you might say, incarnate. They come back, and incarnate, into another being. But they, the only time they do that is when they, when they're ready to take another step, to take, uh, another advanced step. You might say die. You might say go.

They celebrate a death of that type, uh, very high. Each other,

uh, functions as they live. Courses, as we know the horses, know that in each other's fur.

Preacher or minister or anything like that. The only thing that occurs, with them, is that, possibly, one that has, uh, gained much more, he,

in marriage, he,

a difference in that. A big, uh,

same way, when they weren't married that way. Considerable difference, in a way, and yet, it's very much like ours. It's, uh, if they had to live the way we do, or if they did at one time, there's no question about it, because, uh, they had to come up the ladder, too. But, now, they, live the way they do, understand, how they can, uh, carry on life what they do, but, they can easily see where, where it falls, in, in ourselves, because we just don't have the understanding. One reason why, uh, they are trying, certain ones, certain messages, one thing or another, to let people know, well, I've been asked several times, to speak. to speak. Some of the most important things have been, uh, I have found that most of them have been curiosity seekers. Some might say,

uh, to make,

uh, a living. He's had a lot of opposition, and he's had some pretty rough go. Now, no one told,

asking. He's had an awful rough go. And, in fact, I think he's had about as rough as any of them. Some of them, you might say,

for this, gave you the lectures first about the contacts,

and, uh, he was criticized, and beat down, and, rowed, and talked about, and everything else. he's done a wonderful job Truman Becker I suppose I'll get my turn but I don't care because I've already got understanding started I know what myself I'm going to try and understand myself at least and I see that Dan Fry has done a very good job also he's he's not asleep by any means so and after that I'll do my best to answer any questions if there's any you'd like to know if they live so long do they have any overpopulation no they don't have any overpopulation problem for the simple reason as advanced as they are they don't necessarily go back to the same planet the planet they may go one that they are advanced to that stage however if he has not advanced far enough to go on to a higher take out another planet and another system which is high enough for him to accept that is one thing the soul that's the part that never dies in man the soul

knows all quite a job to understand it and all that but it can be done new folks will eventually come but I'm sure of that and there's no question about it when do these brothers live when they're not living on these ships they live on a regular planet now we call them planets we have the planets called like Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus and everything else they don't call them by that they go by orbits they call them by orbits they're the same thing as saying there are 12 planets we know them as planets but they know them as orbits that's quite a difficult problem in a way to understand but it's easy the orbits don't exactly fall in line just exactly as we have got things lined out in our mind it's close enough that it'll do it comes from one orbit two orbits or three orbits or something like that do they incarnate immediately or is there a space of time did they mention that no they have what they call a three day period what we would call

a three day period but often times if that particular party has advanced to a certain stage I believe if I'm not mistaken it takes about 72 hours for him to reincarnate there seems to be some sort of going back process revolving everything he's done in his past life to bring forward for him to remember to carry on with him to his next life which and that we have failed to do on this planet that is I mean there might be a few people that can go back in their past lives and understand some of it but I don't believe there's too many of them now when they incarnate they remember what has taken place in their past life but as I say it's a period of about what we would say about three days of our time I guess would be considered all we run on about there in three days of time is there this universal language and this wisdom that is to be taught is that do they consider that or would you consider that bigger than our Bibles? well now that's a secret subject

but now they told me the Bible understand it

I'm not proud of it I wish I had to go into it more because it would only confuse me

the book from which every every known language and every known fact is brought forth were you I didn't tell you where to get it

doctor was I able to get it or not I've never asked him about it however I've had some but uh

the barstooter how the actual uh do they have such a any that are incorrigible and if they do what do they do about it where do they live so far any of their people who aren't incorrigible and they need correction well uh the way they do if they shouldn't any one of them shouldn't suits his desires

set it down here that these uh people uh live

say two thousand years in one life is their calendar year the same as ours uh there is a slight difference yes there is a slight difference and uh it seems kind to them that is very little in fact I believe uh if it was their years it would be I believe longer than two thousand years of our life I believe uh so much different differential in it that is I mean time as I said means very little of that because they go and come at a
