good evening people since the group is small i will speak informal to you
but i want to say that this is just about the anniversary of the first year that i have been speaking on this so new subject to me can you hear me
it was october of last fall that i stood trembling on the platform in los angeles
at gabriel green's group and spoke for the first time on my experiences some of you may have been
there and i know many of the faces here have heard these experiences before and so i won't take time
in this talk to recount those accepting as they need them for reference but perhaps in the question period afterwards if someone hasn't heard them i'll be glad to recount a couple however in this year i find i have talked on an average of a little more than
well once and a half times a month and yet each time i have spoken i have been able to add new material to what went before in this past year i have also learned
many things you will recall that in my first talk i admitted that i had known nothing of this field
i knew nothing about saucers previously and certainly nothing of the metaphysical angle whatsoever since of course i am a professional person and my time had been entirely taken up with
business but in this past year many things have been shown me all has become very clear and particularly as to the reason and the purpose of the book the wisdom of the universe even as it went to press i couldn't understand for sure why there
were the three parts to that book and why if a seeming a spacecraft group was to sponsor it and
promote it why there were the first two parts to that book i was that ignorant now of course i will
understand had to be one as i was told they had to come out under one cover because they are the three parts which we must comprehend as man in all universe we cannot think in a spacecraft movement for instance

of material spacecraft alone we cannot think of material man alone we cannot be concerned only with
what kind of metal the ships are made of and what the men wore and what they looked like and so forth there is much more to this as i was given on the platform at oakland the first time i spoke up there
i seldom emit what is given me immediately but i heard myself saying something which i recount to
you and which i think was a very interesting and very interesting thing which i think was a very particularly nice parallel it was this some of you will recall the story of the wise men and the
elephants if not it went something like this in brief some not wise men it was the blind men
some blind men went to see an elephant and grabbed the elephant's trunk and he felt it up and down and he says well i see this elephant is very like a rope another blind man grabbed the
elephant's legs and he says do i see this elephant is like a tree and another one leaned against the side of him and felt his breath and he says well i see the elephant is like a wall and so they argued amongst themselves where each had seen the elephant this subject is something like an elephant only much bigger and to me it is like this
that we are all standing behind a huge wall to the universe trapped as it were
this wall but there are slips in that wall and the scientist climbs up on a
ladder and he looks through the slip and he says this is the way it is and the metaphysician climbs up on his letter and he looks through his little he says this is the way it is and the spacecraft people climb up and the chemists of the astronomers and they all climb up and look through their little slips and they say this is the way it is and then they argue amongst themselves because each has seen the universe and if we would only open those slips into windows to
heaven and then realize that we haven't the whole panorama that there is much in between and if we spread those windows to heaven into doorways to heaven then we could go out and they could come in and we would begin to comprehend and we would no longer quarrel amongst ourselves thinking we know it all there are many facets and we must merge them and this was one of the teachings of the wisdom of the universe where it says so clearly in the introduction which I quoted on page 20 for God works through man in every realm and facet of his
creation and the universe he has peopled like unto himself the wisdom of the universe is propelled through the spirit of truth Jesus Christ and the spirit of wisdom which is God through the minds of powers
highly attuned and capable of following his orders in conveying messages to

to those who seek there's an awful lot in this book and as perhaps you know those of you even who haven't read it was it is strictly
recorded there were none of my experiences put here on purpose i was directed not to have them so this is the meat the essence the text in almost every instance there were references made
to scripture in book three when the brothers spoke from their craft overhead and from the mothership
when i was receiving the deep chapter on mind there were references made to our bible
by chapter verse and number and i had to look them up and didn't know half the time where to find them but it proved the words i didn't insert all those references because i didn't want this to become a strictly uh biblical reference book but you will recognize those parts of the bible i didn't insert all those references because i didn't want this to become a strictly biblical reference book but you will recognize those parts hearts our brothers from space know our bible better than we do they teach the same principles
whereas they say our commandments the principles of life which jesus taught
are known across the universe not in the same tongue not said in the same way
but the same principles exactly for it is god's universe but they have learned those principles and applied them and we have not and that is one
reason they are here there has been during this year certain things predicted
which we can now begin to see on the horizon for several weeks they have been
on the horizon asking for prayer for europe for the coming wars in europe for the people of europe one night
when my friend agnes fraser who you will know wrote the preface in this book she was in the living room with me and suddenly i began receiving in french well it's been a long
time since i've spoken french or conversant or even hear it and this message has been the message was in distinct and excellent and excited french well unfortunately i couldn't translate it fast enough from french to english and gradually after several paragraphs in which i had to listen and not recount it was translated to another person and i received in english although i could still hear the frenchman speaking but the message was definitely for please for from the american people for not only for the people of europe but for the people of the french although not only his native land that he was speaking for but um his former native land having apparently he was on a ship which incidentally so many things have happened that was the night when this message this strong urgent message requesting prayers and help for the people of europe it was interrupted and cut off and immediately two jets came overhead
and after the jets had left come and circled over aladina and back the message was picked up in about 10 minutes later and carried on but not nearly so forcefully now in the past few weeks uh this has happened two or three times that during receiving or hearing as we as i call it um jets will interrupt or the message will
be interrupted first and then the jets come over i was told by a neighbor uh that a white light was
seen up in the sky over aladina the same night that i was receiving and the same night when the jets came and interrupted and the white light left and i never did finish receiving that particular message so that it is becoming rather insistent that these messages are received in certain vortices now when i was up north in san francisco i did have quite an exciting experience how many of you are acquainted with the experience of the vortices in the north of the united states and the experience um with the three men in san francisco anybody just the on team well i will recount it
briefly because i'm not fully aware of what it means yet but the first time i spoke at oakland
um i was um my elbow was touched afterwards in the crowd of people who were standing around me
asking questions there were about 300 of that meeting and one of the three handsome men whom i had observed down to the radiation the group the whole time one of them touched my elbow and asked me if he could they could see us privately see me privately afterwards so i nodded and immediately forgot about it with the crowd of people asking questions and so about half an hour later as i was trying to leave in spite of the questions and people hanging on um i went out in the outer hall and here they were they were standing there and i was standing waiting for me so it seems that there was a feeling of extreme pleasure in standing in
their little circle everyone else had gone by then and i felt a warmth of friendliness from them and they all were smiling with a deep concentration and their eyes on me the youngest or apparently youngest one stepped forward and he said um mrs troxell you understand don't you that there is no difference between the third and the fourth densities i said i'm not sure he said
when that those men that you saw disappeared you understood that they hadn't really disintegrated that they were still there don't you and i said yes i think i understand that well he said we just wanted you to be sure that you understand that and another one stepped forward and uh made some reference to a um of something I had received which I had not discussed, and so forth, so that the questions became, and comments became more and more involved in things which they would otherwise have no way of knowing. Then the tall one said to me, Mrs. Troxell, we were directed to find you tonight, and there is a man in San Francisco who wishes to see you. Well, I will condense this quickly because it turned out that Mrs. Lyson, head of understanding
up there, went with me the next day, and even without knowing where we were going or who we were going to meet or why, the two fine-looking men, the tall one and the short one, met us on a street corner in San Francisco and took us to a hotel where we met a doctor. They called him Doc. Well, he didn't give me the same feeling that the other boys did. I call them boys because they were younger. I would say they were in their 30s, although the youngest one told me he was 19, and yet the wisdom of the universe sat on his shoulders. This doctor seems to be, condensing this very fast, the doctor seems to be an earth contact.
I cannot convey to you what was said to me in that room. But it was... wonderful to me, and I see this jigsaw puzzle beginning to fit in place in many ways.
The doctor questioned me very seriously, and sometimes if I countered with a question,
it was as though I hadn't asked at all. There was no reply. There were instruments in that room, on the wall and in the corners, which I have never seen before. But I could not ask. I could not ask about them, at least my questions were not answered. When the doctor asked, finally asked the two young men, younger men, to take Mrs. Larson out of the room, he said, I wish to speak to Mrs. Troxell alone. And the door had no sooner closed on us than he stood in front of me and said, what I have to say to you in this room is of the utmost secrecy. And for half an hour he talked to me, and I am already seeing... what he said fit into place. These boys, when they came back, and we were together, went to lunch and sat in the car
and talked for about four hours total. They knew my thoughts. They answered my mental questions. If I had a thought at all, they remarked on it or answered. There was a great deal that they knew, and yet... The burning question which I had in my mind was, who are you, how did you know about me,

how did you find me in Oakland, what connection have you, where are you from?
All of these questions which I dared not ask aloud because I found out what happened when I asked questions out loud, was simply answered by the young one by saying, the questions
which are burning in your mind will be answered, but not now.
But they... told me that I was elected to teach the cosmic knowledge, that I was fortunately telepathic,
and for that reason I was being used for receiving the thought from the ships, that I had been
placed in one of the vortices for thought reception, and in my last trip from Oakland,
in Oakland... I talked with the doctor on the telephone, and incidentally, he expects to be in Los Angeles area pretty soon, and I certainly hope that he will not only converse with Dan, as we feel pretty sure he will, but I hope that he will come and speak with you. He has been receiving directly, and he also has direct contacts. His last information, as he recounted to me on the phone, was that these vortices were being changed. These vortices, in which I am fortunately under one, these vortices are being changed.
The thought reception vortices are being changed because of our atomic test. And consequently, our space brothers are trying to re-map them in order to direct the people who are telepathic into the new vortices. Because... I... Because they know how important it is that those who can receive thought receive it and emanate it. There was other information, but perhaps if the doctor comes, I hope he will convey it himself.
Last night, as I was preparing my sequences, or rather, reviewing them, for talking with you, I suddenly began receiving and received such wonderful information that I simply have
only had time to write it down as fast as I could. I wrote it down as fast as I received it, and typed it until two in the morning, and only have read it once since. But it was meant for this book, tonight, to amplify further the cosmic silence. And it will be just almost as fresh to me as to you when I read it, but I will do that later. Now, each time that I have gone to Oakland, other two times, I was given specific information
as to what I was to convey. This last time, which was about a month ago, September 14th, I was also given directives.
This is what was given me for the Oakland group, and I know that it also pertains to this group, but I am to dwell further tonight on the cycles.
Teach them of thought. Thought from the Master, and from men who have heard something. Who have heard such thought, and who learned to emulate it. All cosmos is taught by thought. It is only Earth, of all the planets of our solar system, which receive not the teachings heard through space, or if he does, he is so attuned to himself that he assumes this
creative spark as of his own making. The cosmic cycles.
That man is on the edge of a new cycle of development one in which the vibrations will be advanced & in tune with the higher entities, whose cosmic knowledge is beyond the present opportunity to learn. For man must assay the rungs of the ladder, & become acclimated as he works upward in
this climb. Before he can put another foot out. Before he can walk again. put out to reach the next step beyond the clouds of his desire simplified mind as of two parts
and here show the divided man the portals to truth the abyss to failure the self versus
the eternal spiritual man these three points are to be your lecture can they briefly first
the points on thought whoever it is who sends the these truths these teachings
speaks them clearly to my mind is a master of some degree the name kuzco was given me as the man who
gave me the power to be the master of some degree the name kuzco was given me as the man who gave me the chapter on mind in the book and once since he has spoken and given his name others are not
identified when they teach me and they have much to give me much that i need to know
they teach very simply very beautifully sometimes it comes so fast i haven't written it down and i regret it because the choice of words and the unfulfilled of their teaching is so beautiful so simple as energy the energy of creation
and there is much about this in the book to have us understand
that all life is thought from the creator and that we ourselves create by thoughts
and that thoughts can be of positive or negative holds and that as we send positive thoughts
out for a thought is energy and energy progressive this energy thoughts which go out into the
universe are picked up by our brothers the entities beyond picked up and picked up and since
all life is in cycles and that which we send out returns to us it returns to us a hundred fold
whatever we have set out if we send out positive thought we get back positive thought a hundred fold from many parts of the universe and if we send out negative thoughts hatreds reads
that too is picked up and returns to us multiplied our nation today is in the state
of having returned to it the negative thoughts and the hatreds and we are on the verge of catastrophe
because of our own doing this what jesus taught us and our brothers know it and we need to search
ourselves there is a great deal to be said on thought energy there is a section in this book
which is called positive and negative polls and on the opposite page is essence of thought and if you read those two
you will begin to see that the essence of thoughts is not what we say with our words with our mouths is not what we are think we're thinking with our so-called minds it is that feeling from within
the essence of our thought do we love our neighbors as ourselves our the russians the negroes the
is that essence of thought love understanding or is it well i'll love you if
on the fence what does that bring back or is it from within a hatred that essence
of thought no matter what we say or seem to think on the surface lesson in truth number one
i am reading what was given me a new field of learning is thought acceptance from any source that clings to divine principles
all efforts are towards man's betterment as cosmic law becomes a part of you
you become a part of that law for as a leaf develops it becomes a part of that planet as we trust and believe we reach out to higher vibratory tunings and as we reach
and search we receive higher vibrations and send them forth multiplied and they come back
multiply it is the law lower frequencies call for muscular development higher frequencies
call for spiritual development higher frequencies call for spiritual development understanding earth men have been placed in the position of knowing the father
first by lifting the veil between worlds and surprising them with our presence and second because men lack the will to do so we have been lifting their consciousness through
thought projection to find that man is not all but god is a greater all and third thereby humbling himself such men as have received this have
advanced as should be toward the ultimate goals set forth i would like to speak further of thought
but there is so much on the cosmic cycles and i must bring to you the clarification of mind how many of you have seen the chart in this book on the minds well for the benefit of the rest
i'll try to convey it quickly when this was given to me i haven't put down every word which was
given or the book would have been two or three times as big but it began this way my child
you have much to know and to teach the nation teach them that all life is a two-part belief
with a stem down the middle man with two eyes two ears two arms man and woman
day and night life and death creation is of two parts so is the mind of two parts
but men of earth have learned to use only one half of that mind for that half is the mind
which god has given, and the other half is that which he must attain. Consequently, in this chart, we would read it one half at a time, one half at a time.
And the one half of the mind which we are using is called the man's native mind, storehouse,
the brain. And all that is here is fed through the conscious.
And this is the material, the outer self. Now watch it, because this does not agree, all of it, with the psychologist.
So through the conscious, the material outer self controls the five senses, and knowledge through the senses, and the power of choice. Beyond that, of course, is the subconscious. And so forth, all of which is sent through the nervous system. Now, man lives on this half of his possibilities. The brain does not think. It is only a receiving and sending set. It receives that information which we see or hear and feel and so forth through the senses.
And it's like a filing cabinet. All this goes into the pigeonholes, and we can pull it out. And put it back, and pull it out, and put it back. But it's interesting to know that no matter how much we take out, there's still as much there. But this is only one half of our minds.
And the other half is the great mind of the creator, upon which we may draw. It's called the divine creative mind, storehouse, creative thought, universal thought, eternal thought.
And this is fed through the conscious. That part of us which is our spirit. That part of us which is our consciousness. That part of us which is our spiritual inner ego. Of the mind is given all pure thoughts.
All guidance, purpose, all ideals, all ideals, all wisdom.

These are channeled through three sources. The spirit of truth within each man. To the Christ spirit. And through those beings. Our messengers of God. And our space brothers come under that roof. And that is the purpose for the three parts of this book.
Being so small as to only work with one half of this material mind. The five senses. I saw it here. I heard it there. Who is to choose to go through that wall between this material self and God's eternal spirit.
That other half of us. Who is to knock on that door. All wisdom. All truths. All beauty. Are given. Then we put aside that material self. Jesus said. You must lose yourself to gain. We didn't understand him. Put aside that material self. And reach to the thought and the wisdom of the universe. And all things. Study this chart. And understand. The two parts of man. We have been cut off from the universe. We have built a wall between us and the universe. Since they say things so much more beautifully than I.
Let me read a bit more of which is new. This was given on August 28th. We are asking to mold a Christian civilization upon earth.
Let the people know this. The divine principles. As Jesus taught. All are written across the universe. This cosmic plan of creation. We cannot look to the immediate failures and successes. But to the overall God picture of man. How close have you come. Here to the perfect creature. The men of cosmos. Had we been wolves in sheep's clothing. We could have done away with you long ago. But we come in peace. We come silently. To test your hearts. Your metal. Not your brains or flesh. But the inner stuff of which you are made. In this long climb to the master of perfection. Each is instructed from heaven. To perform a duty here on earth. To cover the earth with thoughts of love and understanding. Of our fellow men. In God's universal plan. But you are wont to talk in vain terms of material wants.
And to emanate these beings. In universal flight. Without so much as comprehending. Our inexhaustible fuel. The forces of the creator. Which have been bypassed. In the unfulfilled treasure hunt for material wealth. You have tossed aside the real purpose. Of our coming. The attunement. So necessary to the comprehension of cousins. For there are levels above levels. Of nature's grandeur. All climbing in unison. Toward a higher goal of spiritual conquest. Without which the earth but turns on its axis. Rotating without momentum or pull of attraction. Which furthers its progress. In the cosmic plan. Cosmic man has been taught the essentials. And strengthened by these lessons learned. He comes to earth. Limited only by your appreciation. And your joy. In trying to reach that inner mastery. The cosmic talks from outer space.
Are sent daily. To reach all those who will hear. And these are the chosen race. Who will follow. In the master's way. The chosen race is not then a tribe. Or a nation. Or a people. Of certain descent. But those who choose the way of the father. The chosen people are those who choose themselves. By listening. To learn and to follow. The ways of our great brothers of the universe. For they have learned these lessons well. Those high above us. Is forever cresting the highways of space. And approaching the men of all creation. To ward off troubles as they need to learn. To search for lords. But only as the person. Chooses to accept this teaching. Will he be rewarded. By the rich returns. From the master's voice. As it stretches across the universal life. Thought pours earthward now. From our brothers high above us. In the heavens. And as each takes his turn at acceptance. He transfers that earning of the ways. To another brother.
For we are our brother's keepers. And now is the time to know it. And to act upon it. And to instill it. In all. Wisdom speaks across the cosmos. Ever onward in its pull to teach. And reach the planes of those. Whose backward glance. Has left him devoted. In the presence of the rest. Who've gone on. In attachment to higher values. Thoughts is given by the father. Through messengers of his will and choosing. And that thought is acceptable to man. As man chooses to attune and listen. And as he does so. He advances in his pathway to the creative work. Which is his plan of creation to accomplish. Only by spreading his wings to the pathway. Of truth. Will his maturity be assured. And will he deposit along the way. The activities of his generation. For the magnification of his work. In the cosmic plane. Thereby will man attune to his creator. And speak the words of wisdom. To other brothers. Who must be raised. To his level of understanding.
The cycles of cosmic law. Are ever so. Since it would take me a great deal longer.
Than I have tonight. To convey. All that was said on the cosmic cycles. One beautiful lesson was given also. A night which. In which Agnes Fraser was there. And I wish I had written it down. Because. Man was likened that night. To a rose. A rose. The growing of a rose. On its stem. Of the soul of man. With its roots deep. Deep within the earth. And of this stem of the rose. Which in the whole discourse. We sensed it on an incline. Not unlike in a way. Dan's presentation of. The curve of development. On that incline. It spoke of the. He. Man. Spoke of the. Barbs. Along this rose. As our problems to overcome. It spoke of the. Development of the leaves. The five leaf group. The three leaf group. Being a repetition of. Events and problems. Which we must overcome. The three times. Trouble. Or situation. Which we must learn to overcome. And then the five leaf group. From which develops. A rose. But not the head rose. As they call it. The head rose.
May blossom in this life. Or it may not. It depends upon our own growth. That essence. Within us. The desire. To reach. Or the desire for materiality. That desire. For reach. Will lead us. Faster. I feel. Time is closing. Let me read to you this. Which I received last night. On the cosmic silence. And I. Think. If you wish. Um. Elma and Dan may decide. But I believe. That this is worthy. Of a couple of pages. Or so. In understanding. I put down. Everything. So I will read everything. The plan. And purpose. Of your talk. Is. To. Your. Purpose. Of your talk. This time. Is to show. How. Self. Completeness. Serves. To. Extend. The cycle. All. Life. Grows. So. Some. Are. Twice. Collected. Within. A single. Form. But those. Who. Master. The problems. And advance. and included in this time are millions of cycles some overlapping to such an extent that progress
is slow in previous discourses it was made clear that our cycles of life are either in closely knit circles so each circle being a lifetime likewise since cycles can be events
within a life they can be days within the week and so forth but in the cycles of life we are speaking of a lifetime cycle now they say that our earth cycles as man has constructed his life
on earth so much realistic so self-interested that these cycles are short and close and oh
how going over and over each other so that we do not learn we don't experience expand along that rose stem path of cycles we developed those cycles become longer
longer and overlap less is what he said this overlapping is repetition of experiences
things that we have to do over and over again to learn our lessons and consequently our earth today is in this huddle of repeated events and all cycles closely knit together instead of the freedom the openness the reaching happy is the race which learns

from divine thought for here the cycles extend and overlap but little their races are like that
earth races are not so for they have lost the art of calling and getting for when aims are selfless support is at hand comprehension of love causes the true
self-love and the common sense of self-love is not a divine connection with the higher self-love cyclic travel through levels of attunement and so of course a better plane of existence
when life is extended upward in thought the true growth surpasses all previous ways
sometime before this eon closes man sees this element of need and when he falls on his knees
in simple humility his cycle grows levels of cycles are in accord with thought low cycles
are muscular earthy and closely overlapping in a narrow plane with no rise from the matter level
the higher cycle reaches the better view into serene serenity and bigger are these creatures and the higher cycle reaches the better view into serenity and bigger are these creatures our life spans with less overcrowding of events now as we lift the veil so to speak
we cover the material view with clouds of higher ethers
our life span and viewers for ages and all cycles are a pure ellipse of continuous travel all comes
clean in this eon as this eon closes and they who are prepared for future service are lifted
as your bible teaches to a higher cycle and also therefore to a faster vibratory rate
for each cycle contains its own rate of travel the increase of cyclic vibrations
increase with the levels or heights of thought attainment until the vibratory rate
becomes a steady beam of light such as god jesus and the angels show
here is cosmic wisdom the pure light of being in truth earth's rate of travel has been slowed
and slow attunement also to result yet now as earth begins its transit into upper cycles
men of higher attunements are close even to their presence a purpose can be achieved
the vibratory rate of a planet a race or
pardon the vibratory rate of a planet or race is predetermined in the cosmic plan for man can and must obtain his individual rise by choice and as he assists his
brothers also he pulls his race or nation along the path of advancement in cosmic cycles earth
levels are beginning to change now and now comes the new vibrations for the great cosmic cycle is
closing in this generation some have already attained into the point and some will climb nearer
godly attunement only by changing the individual cycle or as you say into death which is life
to each of us who know the way only a better way is to be shown with each new cycle for change is life and life is advancement
all through the universe thought from the you from the divine source
through whatever channels of material or etheric levels can best reach you is the only way of
cosmic attainment now we will see the way of cosmic evolution this is the way we know this is the way of jesus
is slow reminded me of what jesus had said if i have told you of earthly things
and you believe not how shall you believe when i tell you of heavenly things and this last quotation
from this ship which was chased by our jets all wisdom is not of this world
nor of the next planet as most people think but is everywhere present for your steady help if you will attune and listen the world will suddenly become aware of great truths as presented from each realm and facet of creation earth's wills to comprehend but is slow to accept soon comes the day that much will be taught earth by thought reception the light of the world is of the mind as poured from god our creative eternal telepathic thought is the open door to the highest of the universe
and the living spirit that is only an ancient signs
