NICAP's "Policy on Contact Claims" and Fry's Response

NICAP, in its first issue of "The UFO Investigator" on July 1957 published the "Policy on Contact Claims", to which Fry wrote a long response.

I have tried finding NICAP's policy before, but this time success!  I have mentioned this article before in 2006 and here it is in full, now residing on the Controversy page.  Fry's original response can be found in the January 1958 Understanding newsletter.
