Fixes and More Multimedia!

Added books and another CD and fixed a few broken bits, like the printing!

Here are all the modifications to the website done over the past couple of days:

• Fixed the flash player for sound clips - you can now view the video and listen to the sounds clips on the multimedia page on your iPhone or iPad!
• Added a new recording of Daniel Fry talking on the Ben Hunter show from the 1960s, and because the copyright has expired, the whole 55 minute talk is posted! Yah!  Visit the multimedia page and near the bottom under "Lost UFO Lectures"
• Added a clip to the "1949 or 1950" controversy page where Fry says it was 1950!
• I have started to rate books that that mention Daniel Fry and the first two, "Contactees" by Nick Redfern and "Alien Base" by Timothy Good are now listed.
• The print button wasn't generating the timestamp and with the addition of "Speaking URLs" wasn't showing the pictures correctly - all fixed now!
• Upgraded to Typo3 v4.5 LTS!

The cover galleries for each Understanding newsletters are all now messed up though and I have to figure out an easy way to fix it.
